I just came to the store to check the loto today. This was my first time checking the loto and I asked him to check the loto. He said to check the loto in the loto machine so I don't know how to do it. I asked the owner how to do it. Then he started telling how to do it. Then he started to giving me attitude and shouts "JUST LISTEN. WHY ARE YOU NOT LISTENING" Then I got angry. Then he sweared at me and then I was about to throw my hands on him but I did not because there is cameras around. So I sweared at him backThen he said that he will call the cops and kicked me out of the store for know reason just for checking lotos. This worst customer service. I recommend not to go to this store. Worst experience I had.

Too crowded with accessories, same items had two different price tags, asked the cashier, she replied “the higher price item was recently received and the lower price was received long time ago”. I bought 6 of them with two different prices.

This is place is horrible. They sold me a non working item and didn’t do anything about it when I came back. Horrible products to match the horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

DO NOT SUPPORT. I came here to write about my experience only to find out so many others have gone through the same thing. It is genuinely shocking how many people this man has wrongfully accused of stealing. You would think he would be more careful but his attitude is very demeaning. I have never experienced this at another store and he turned it around to seem like I had made a mistake. Apparently you aren’t allowed to bring anything without him thinking it belongs to his store. Do not support this type of behaviour!!!!!

The store has ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service and disrespects their customers for no reason at all. Owner can’t even stand up to his own mistakes and apologize for disrespecting customers after falsely accusing his customers. I recently went to this store looking for an item that I couldn’t find and while leaving the store empty handed I saw the owner call out “hey”“ come here” in a rude tone treating us like kids although we’re both grown adults, he started saying that that these sports equipment we had in our hands needed to be checked then started to falsely accuse us for taking it from his store since he was selling a similar item. After we repeatedly mentioned that they were ours he said we still shouldn’t have went in without letting him check the equipment first, and kept saying that we shouldn’t have went in with “his” equipment since he also sells them although we both kept telling him we weren’t aware he was also selling those items. I then told him that he could check him cameras for proof only to tell us that the item isn’t that big of a deal after making a whole scene in front of many people in and outside of the store. I am very disappointed that I was publicly humiliated and accused for stealing items that were clearly mine, and the fact that once he realized he was at fault instead of apologizing he kept arguing back and trying to cover up his mistake by saying “just show me next time” although it’s not one of the stores rules. I would’ve appreciated an apology after such humiliation that lasted awhile and being treated like a kid getting told to come here when he could’ve easily kindly asked to check the items with a simple please but the owner couldn’t even apologize after the whole situation ended.

I recently had a truly disappointing experience at Big Bazaar, where I was falsely accused and subjected to horrible customer service.

The store owner accused me of tampering with my digital Photo ID, which I had provided for a money-transfer service I needed, and proceeded to yell at me.

As I began to deny his baseless accusations and retaliate, the store owner suddenly realized their mistake and instead of sincerely apologizing, he muttered:
“oh, sorry, I didn’t look at the issue date”; while zooming in and out of my phone.

When I questioned him and asked him why he so comfortably accused me of such a huge offence, he turned on me and yelled at me for “lecturing” him for his horrible customer service. He had his assistant with him who graciously came by to speculate and walked away knowing it was his fault, but stayed quiet. He did not care that he had other customers in his store.

To make matters even worse, he stated that he was offering the service as an “exception” in the first place, as digital ID is NOT accepted:

1) What makes me an exception? He did not know me and just wanted my business.
2) Why would you claim to do a “favour” for a random customer and then proceed to remind them of it?
3) Why would the owner initially inform me that digital ID was accepted when it was not?

The store owner's behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful and showed a complete lack of empathy. I was deeply disappointed by the customer service provided by the owner store, and I will NOT be returning here in the future.

I would not recommend this store to anyone due to the poor customer service and the owner's unacceptable behavior. If you are looking for a reputable business with better customer service, I suggest you look elsewhere and avoid Big Bazaar at all costs. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I hope that others do not have to go through the same situation.

Carry all desi essential items. They have two cash registers when they saw the lineup the other cashier jumped as well so it was pretty quick.

They accept debit & credit so thats a plus.

They had a good variety of frozen naan and other misc items.
