The young lad is unprofessional. He refused to check the stock for me, also didn't even know the name of the item. It's called: SKIMMER DECK DRESS RING!!

It was busy when I went but the staff were doing a great job tending to everyone. Good selection of products too.

Sales people are good if you are looking to purchase something, not great with trouble shooting problems after your buy the equipment and it doesn't work properly. I've had no end of trouble with my new pool cleaner they keep telling me it could be a hundred things but aren't being very specific at all equipment has warranty however they won't honer the warranty until it's been back to the manufacturer for checking and now I have to do running around to send it back. Over a month later still hasn't been sorted.

Not overly impressed: 1) waited 4 months for pool light frame, 2) was given completely wrong advice about hydrostatic valve - was told it was to let water out!! 3) have been on 3 occasions to find it closed (message said due to Covid, but in Nov '22?). Having said that, some staff are helpful and obliging.

Very helpful staff member, super cautious to ensure I got the precise replacement filter cartridges for our spa. (Even offered a money back refund if they didn't fit!) I should hope so too. Spa cartridges are notoriously exxy cost wise.... which is my ONLY regret with this company... I could have bought cheaper on line...But having said that... I got immediate, local support and supply instead of waiting weeks, months or however long it takes for our Covid ridden delivery services to get their collective "stuff" together....

Terrible service. We paid for a cell 2 weeks ago and we’re told it would be in the next day. 4 phone call 3 visits in to the store still not one phone call with an update only excuses when we phone or go in. No responsibility or response. Would not recommend.
