The airport was not crowded. It didn't take long to clear customs checks as they used the scanner to scan the passport.

This airport airport is embarrassing, arrived about 8pm flight 1150 pm
1) 95% of shops closed for the night
2) toilets were smelly with many urinals and washbasin out of order.
3) the departure gate had a few seat closed off for elderly. The only place to seat was at all the closed cafes.

The Singapore check-in was automated and very confusing looked like a sale day at target. Frustrating beyond words.

I am a local and felt embarrassed watching all these international tourists and the elderly look confused.

Scrap this 3rd world airport and rebuild to international standards.

Very poorly maintained. Aggressive and very unprofessional kerbside team. Useless new runway as it takes 15-25min for flight taxi.

I was completely disgusted with the cleanliness and hygiene of the airport. You could tell floors and chairs in the eating areas along with the seats and toilets were absolutely gross and unhygienic. Considering covid is still around its a bloody breading ground for covid and other illnesses.

It’s not s huge international airport but certainly holds its own when it comes to facilities, staff, security and are of getting around.
The ease of getting from domestic airport to international is merely a shuttle bus that is easily signposted to find - whether you’re coming or going from either airport, you won’t get confused.
Plenty of seating at the airport, tables to sit at with PowerPoints to charge your devices. And today a lovely red piano with someone tickling the ivories with beautiful music.
Plenty of ‘Australia’ shops and other touristy items. Some good dining options as well.
Signage for plane arrivals and departures sori Klee everywhere so you know what’s going on. L
Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Any staff I had dealings with were lovely and very helpful.

A little small for an international airport but efficient. After you clear immigration (which is fast and high tech) you walk thru a big duty free zone. Felt like a shopping center. Live the great view of the runway and surroundings.
