Vintage Cellars Carlton

I had a rather unpleasant experience with the Vintage Cellar Carlton recently. I wen to pick up the wines I ordered through their website (click & collect). The shop has no clear signage on which counter to pick up the online orders. I gave my ID to the staff and was asked if I am here to pick up Uber eat. What gives? After the initial confusion we eventually got what we came for. However, there was no basic greeting from the staff and he seemed rather annoyed the whole time. The wine was good but the experience in the shop left a bad taste in the mouth.

Great selection of spirits, had a good selection of Japanese whisky.

Beautiful alcohol store to top up on my drinks. Matt who was working was fantastic and had a taste test of one of the champagnes they had.
