location ist good and breakfast was very good

Firstly don't compare here with Dubai hotels. In local standards this is a 4 starish hotel.
Rooms are clean
But everything is basic
The stars don't actually represent the global standard and everything is a copy of that.

Quality is normal. Rooms are spacious. Food for lunch had good quality. Check in was fast. Taxis are easy to find outside the hotel . Location is close to some malls and it's easily accessible.

At first it looks good but when you stay for couple of days, you find the room not cleen too much, and breakfast buffet is full of foods but also low quality

Worst hotel in Kish ever!!!
The worst service! We stayed there for 3 nights and beg for a room cleaning for 2 days! Nobody cares about our basic requests, so finally, we ended up arguing with the management!

Hi everyone, my name is Eliya . This hotel has weak internet, no swimming pool or massage, car rental here is several times more than the car rental centers in Kish Island,And you get less service than the money you pay.

We reserved this hotel for 4 nights, and because of Covid we had to leave sooner and the city was shut down. we only stayed at the hotel for two nights and they didn't refund us for 2 extra nights that we did not use hotel services (although the city was shut down). The main problem was that it was poorly managed and everyone that we reached out told us although we should be refunded, they don't have the authority to refund us and we should call to the main office in Tehran that were not available. Other than that, the hotel services, food , hotel view,... were great.
There was a photographer, named Mr. Saeedii (stay away from him) that the Hotel staff recommended to us, and his studio was located in the main lobby. We took our photos and paid the full price, but we didn't get the files on our whatsapp even 3 month later. He did not return our calls, we reached out to the Hotel, but they didn't take responsibility for their photographer actions. The printed photos were terrible, they didn't do any edits to remove undesired area in the background.

Cyrus Hotel is a large, luxurious hotel with beautiful architecture. It has all the amenities of a great hotel. The staff is experienced and respected. The quality and taste of the food is unique. The garden area is very beautiful. It can be your lifelong choice.
