Raamtin Hotel

Rooms does't have any air conditioner!! voice of neighbor rooms and outdoor will completely ruin your sleep!! Windows do not open, you will not have fresh air. completly awful place to stay!!

good location, delicious breakfast... but we had problem with parking(cable parking in alley beside , we had to get off the car there and bring baggage to the hotel)

In spite of having some remarkable advantages like well located& cozy &neat .... some disadvantages made me write a quite negative review ...a few of disadvantages are listed as follow
1.over charged prices compare to quality .It would be reasonable if you book Simorgh hotel nearby with a little bit more bucket
2.lack of squat toilet in rooms (even basement squat one was out of order ) just western one available ..it's not good news for Iranian
3. rooms in street side don't have free air circulation due to glass façade that covered old stone façade as result all the windows are blocked by large surface of glass within few inches apart so if windows are opened all noises from upper or lower rooms are audible clearly and might suffering corona infection (:D )

It was a good experience staying at the hotel. Good service, spacious suite and well-behaved staff. An area of improvement is to divide the hotel rooms to smoking and non-smoking areas as they are all smoking currently and it is not fair to the non-smoker guests.

I've stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. my room was a twin room. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The breakfast was good for a 4 star hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. It was a good experience.

Best hotel with good food. Breakfast is amazing.
Steak must try. English speaking staff. Friendly and polite receptionist. Rooms are clean, good and spacious.

I've stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Our room was a suite room with amenity such as kitchen..It was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was above my expectation and it was good for a 4 star hotel..however there were some negative things about hotel that I want to consider. The parking was really a problem for us.. the hotel's parking was public and other people could park and it took ages to take out your car from parking..and at night there was no one to open the parking.. you had to wait for 10 minutes.. there was a problem with windows. you cant get fresh air in the room because windows open to other window and there is no connection with outside.
