Dr. Amie Attia is the hospital where I went for more than a year. they were always rude and mostly gave me wrong diagnoses, their receptionist was especially rude who charged me everything she could, in the end I received a bill of $180 for the results that I never got and which they lost to me twice, although they told me it would be free. when I went to ask them what was going on, the worker was rude and just laughed as if nothing had happened. finally I won't go to them anymore, my recommendation is that you don't go here at all because they will deceive you and unfortunately they won't help you, I'm sorry that the institutions are silent on all this and don't react. given that there are so many negative comments.

Very very disappointed with the staff I don’t know why the owner doesn’t consider the reviews regarding the receptionists can you please take an action against it. She didn’t booked my appointment regardless of doctor asking her to book the appointment and I showed in time but still waited. For hour Was about to have them as my family doctor but a big NOOOO if you’re reading this don’t even bother to visit this clinic. PLEASE RESPECT PEOPLES TIME. 👎

Receptionist over here is extremely rude and doesn't care at all about how we feel, she makes fun of us infront of us only... even though we do care about doctor this unpleasant environment effects the clinic as well. She should learn how to be respectful or atleast should respect her job.

The receptionist is very disrespectful and rude. Every time me or my family members go there, she’s always extremely rude and disrespectful. I do not know how the management kept her there, she should not be working with patients if she is treating people that way. Thinking of switching clinics at this point, this is unacceptable.

Dr Attia is great. Reception is absolute garbage.

Spoke a week ago to get a prescription renewal for my medicine. Since I did not hear back from the doctor called back to verify. I was told my phone appointment is another 5 days away and will have to wait. I tried to explain that I am running out of my medication and need a renewal sent to the pharmacy. Her answer was for me to call the pharmacy and make them send a request to the doctor and then the doctor will send a renewal back to the pharmacy in 2 days.
She was rude and obviously I was furious to hear that. Then the receptionist simply dropped the call. After several attempts she answers and I had to beg to put me to the doctor as I was running out of my medication. This was not the first time either, previously she haressed my wife on an occasion.
People working for a medical center should be more empathetic to people calling in or visiting them. No one calls in or visit them for fun.

Dr. Attia have been my Dr. for a long time. I don't like waiting but he's one Dr. that always sees you when you come through the door. Very knowledgeable very friendly I recommend him if you need a doctor.

Dr Attia is my family physician for More than 10 years. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly. I am fully satisfy . The clinic can improve the patient time . What I feel I can share with my doctor and action of doctor is amazing like I am in emergency section. I like and enjoy attention of doctor. I prefers to go this doctor always who will be serious with their patients
