Panera over the years has been declining, they can never keep their menu items in stock, especially this location. Good luck trying to get their signature Chicken Frontega sandwich or French onion soup. The service here is very sub-par, although, it is a very small space. I typically order online but they are constantly out of items and their new offerings have been big misses and seem more like their grasping for straws at what to do or offer. For example, their lobster roll was simply embarrassing and was a huge miss, then they introduced a very sub-par chicken sandwich. I think this will be the next major restaurant to go out of business and possibly good riddance.

I was served a spoiled parfait yogurt that had turned into liquid. The customer service was bland the team manager Maze was not apologetic and didn't event make eye contact. Very unpleasant and didn't care that the item had gone bad. I usually take out here but this will be my last time.

A typical chain, but the food is very acceptable indeed. Price - quality is very good. Good for lunch, saves you money and gives pleasure.

I was shocked by the price difference between this location and the one a short walk away. If you want to save around $2.50 on your meal walk to the 1050 K St. location.

I’ve been to this location twice now for coffee. Employees are much nicer than at most counter service places at DC — the “Panera touch” is there. Atmosphere is what you would expect from a city Panera.

Both times, I customized my drink to be less sweet and that customization was not performed either time. But they remade the drink quickly and were very nice about it. Just make sure you take a sip of your drink before leaving!

I ate at the outpost on F Street, and I have to say that the quality of the food has diminished over time, at least for me, and the hardness of the restaurants has made them unpleasant to be in at this point.

The owners of the chain need to refresh if they want to regain the imagination of the public. One gets a better burrito or soft taco at Chipotle nowadays.

I had a very good egg sandwich, prepared from scratch on the spot. I was impressed to hear that they make all baked goods on the spot, with fresh yeast and quality flour. This is quite rare, I think. Very kind service, will definitely go back.

We love this place! It’s such a fun experience and the food is amazing. The all-you-can-eat experience is absolutely worth it. Everything we tried was super. And we sampled a great deal of the menu. The shrimp and corn dish was our favorite. The mussels were a close second. The spreads and bread at the beginning were a fun touch. We also had the unlimited drink option, and that was worth it as well. The only thing I missed was the forest gnocchi dessert they used to have on the menu. (That was always worth the trip itself!). Courtney was our server and he was excellent. He provided great suggestions and was so pleasant. We will definitely be returning.

We went on a tuesday for restaurant week lunch. It was a great deal- all you can eat small plates for $25 per person. It was empty due to it being a weekday but the interior was beautiful. I loved how attentive our waiter was and how we got to try pretty much everything we wanted. They also had cocktails for happy hour at a good price, as well as a desert for a small additional price. My personal favorites were the chicken stroganoff and the beet carpaccio

We went for their Winter Restaurant Week lunch experience and were blown away! The food was incredible (served beautifully and tasted amazing). The atmosphere was very chill, and the service was top notch. Daniel was our server and he took wonderful care of us. We're definitely going to make coming to Ambar a staple treat for ourselves, and would highly recommend!

Potbelly (Washington DC: 555 12th street) is a great restaurant. Our servers Nishan and Mason were very kind as they took care of our group of 24 people 1 hour before closing time. The food was delicious and prepared quickly considering they only had two staff on duty at the time. Thanks again guys!!!

I got the Southwest Grilled Cheese and it was pretty yummy! I would’ve liked it better with steak or chicken and only a smidge of chorizo though, but that’s just me. We also ordered the BBQ and the philly and both were delicious. Each thing we ordered, knew what it was, and did it well. The bread was toasted perfectly and the cheese melted to perfection.

The atmosphere was great. Super awesome vibe great indie music and wonderful staff. So the food my husband and I received was very good. I didn’t have any issues with mine. However, that said, my husband ordered one of the build your own grilled cheeses. He found an employee hair in the sandwich so we asked for a replacement. The staff was excellent about it, immediately made him a replacement. He found another employee hair in the replacement sandwich but we’d left the area already and couldn’t return for a refund or anything. I would love to eat here again but finding two separate hairs in both of his sandwiches has kind of put me off it.
As a grilled cheese enthusiast, I had high expectations - and they were met. The Green Goddess sandwich was delicious. I added bacon - up on reflecting on that choice, bacon and pesto was a little oily, but YOLO. The GCDC sauce was tangy and a great pairing with chips. But that sandwich needed no help from any sauce. Easy parking. Attentive, friendly service. Clean establishment.

A cold winter day was the time to finally visit GCDC. Hit the spot! Nicely toasted whole grain bread, perfectly gooey cheddar. Good value.

Several options of cheeses and breads as well as toppings such as tomatoes, spinach, ionions, bacon.

They also have mac and cheese and tomato soup. I didn't try those.

After patiently standing in line for seven minutes because no one was behind the counter, another person walked in behind me. When the employee finally came out of the restroom, she asked who was first and we both said I was, however the other customer asked if she could buy what she wanted real quick and the employee started to ring her up without even acknowledging me or what I even wanted to order. I stood there in disbelief as I grabbed my keys and left the business. Definitely didn’t feel valued as a customer and for whatever it was worth to inconvenience me, they lost out on me coming back and gained a terrible review.. You only have to show me once that I’m not a valuable customer to your business.

Am an old fan of Potbelly in Washington DC , now my kid also become one now . He just loved their max and cheese bacon bowl , it’s like a soupy and creamy rich with chicken chunks . My favourite is their steak sandwich and turkey club . The taste and nostalgia still remains there .
this is me and my husband’s all time favorite restaurant. we’re regulars and have been here quite a bit, but our most recent visit was probably our best yet!! our server was Tamara, who was super kind and hospitable. we told her we were celebrating our 1st anniversary, and she proceeded to surprise us with a complimentary dessert!!
you can’t beat the food here and the all you can eat experience. this place is so worth the visit & price. try it out, you won’t be disappointed!!

Kinda rough if you come at the end of the day. Most vegetarian options were sold out and a basic cheese flatbread almost cost as much as a pizza elsewhere. They seem to have an abundance of appealing bakery items, but if you want something close to real food instead of sugar breads, maybe just get in the area before everything else closes.

Went here after Christmas Day and around 8:30PM there were no other places for good coffee and pastries (I don't count the food trucks near the mall). The service here was the best! They treated us so kindly and were very patient, courteous and helpful. Great job to the entire team at this location on H St NW in Washington DC!
I decided to go here because someone else wanted to. I went with the flow and when we entered, it was really empty with one person behind the counter. I suppose it was not a super busy time or not a popular time. The person attended to us quickly and switched our order to takeout when asked. The place was clean. The menu was displayed with all the prices and food was displayed. It was interesting that no other customers were there until two other people appeared. The food was fine and not completely bad but now after reading other reviews, I’m not going out of my way to go there again.

A good experience if you’re looking to try a lot of different Balkan-inspired dishes. Its unlimited tapas so come with an empty stomach. It’s hard to make every dish on such an expansive menu special but really appreciated the small serving sizes so you could try more variety. My favorite was probably the flatbread pizzas and the beef short rib goulash.

This is the second time getting mobile orders for my coworkers and I. The first time there was barely any marinara sauce on the meatball mozzarella sandwich and that’s no exaggeration. Almost dry. The second time around we ordered in the morning and both were Turkey with Swiss but no Swiss. No oil. No seasoning. We will try 19th street now.

Rose (the manager) and her crew rock this location! We came into this location about 2 months ago when it was a bit chaotic inside the restaurant because they were having a local fundraiser for a local school. Rose went out of her way to ensure that we got what we ordered. And her staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
Fast forward to this evening when we return to Panera. Rose and her crew were working again. They were super fast and helpful with preparing our order. We really enjoy coming into this location so that we can see Rose and her crew! And enjoy the food as well.
No queso, no meat except for one option, charged me for extras I did not ask for but they tossed it in without me asking, did not give me a receipt. I paid for a drink and they did not give me a cup and told me I had to pay for the cup and they would not look up the purchase to verify. Been to this Chipotle multiple times and never had a problem until this afternoon. What the heck happened? What you see in the photo is what I got for $26. Photos for proof of terrible purchase. Two of the employees were on their phones, and not even servicing the people in line. Corporate should be aware of this.

Wow!!! Took a party of 10 to Ambar on a Tuesday night. We ended up on the third floor of this restaurant and we all got the all you can eat dinner. Those not driving upgraded their meal to all you can drink as well.

The way the all-you-can-eat works is that when someone orders a tapas plate, they bring out enough of that plate for everyone. I was concerned that we weren't going to be served food fast enough to really get full, or that if someone else ordered something I didn't like that I'd have to wait for something good to come out. I was wrong. Food flowed consistently, they even did extras like giving me a bowl of my favorite dip just by itself. The service was excellent.

The food itself was tremendous. Super flavorful, enough to split among tables easily. The best winners were the lamb lasagna, and cevopi. They even gave us a free dessert. Absolutely recommend this spot.

The lady who works at this Subway is so disrespectful. He started getting at me while I was choosing my sandwich. She forced me to pick one she wanted. Then she started getting angry at me for no reason. She represented Subway in a very bad way. I got mad and told her why are you getting mad at me this way? She replied go out!

This is THE brunch spot. Bottomless mimosas, unlimited food. What more do you need? There was more food than I can picture because you can select all you can eat for 2 hours. There were major hits and some misses but overall the food was great. I would particularly recommend the cinnamon donut and the salmon eggs Benedict. Get your friends and go!

Eve was very rude for no reason she looks like she was having a rough morning but that doesn’t mean you take it out on a customer. I asked her for an everything bagel with cream cheese it was $1.89. I asked her to add turkey she said it’s $11 I said I’m sorry the numbers do not make sense to me, she says no it makes sense. This is Panera and that’s how it works. There’s no reason for her to be that way especially early in the morning everyone’s rushing everyone starting their day she doesn’t need to ruin someone else’s day.

It's DC, so lord knows I'm no stranger to overpriced salads, but at least attempt to make it seem like you are getting something for your $12. The "roasted" cauliflower appeared to have been roasted in the refrigerator and nowhere else and the rest of the salad was composed of lettuce, a LOT of red onion and some feta. Blech.

Absolutely AMAZING!! All of the food was impeccably prepared and presented. The flavors were fantastic. My fave was the steak tartar. The great thing about this restaurant is that you can try everything because everything is brought out in small amounts on small plates and you can order as many plates as you want. This is definitely a 5 star dining experience.

The grilled cheese were good and came out hot. Friendly staff. I ordered using the screens and the lady at the front helped me out when i was having trouble with my card. They have a free water station in the front which i appreciated since I do not drink soda. Fair priced for a grilled cheese. A good place to try for those that are grilled cheese fans.

Every single time I come to this location they end up having to redo the order. The staff do not listen! I repeated my order to them 3 times and they still messed up. They move extremely slow. I suggest more accurate training.
was on a weekend trip to DC from Miami and walked around all day and stopped by here to get some food because I haven’t had grilled cheese in a while haha.
Went in and they have tablets to order food. The food selection is wide for their grilled cheese. I had a “pizza” grilled cheese with a side of Mac and cheese which were good! Chocolate and banana pudding as well were good. Was very content of the food and service is nice. The employees were kind to us, shout-out to roscoe!
They didn’t even give enough protein and then tried to say more is extra when they hardly added any, it was mostly beans and rice?? They also charged me for a side of queso, when I got it on my burrito. They whole staff needs to be retrained. Place is also filthy. Never going there again! 18$ for a bean and rice burrito I felt robbed.

We ate year several years ago and had good memories so came back while visiting DC again. One sandwich was missing an ingredient listed on the menu, one was really good (pesto turkey), and one was really not very good (burger - should have known better than to order a burger patty here). Prices all a couple dollars more than they should be since it’s just plain white bread with no sides and no table service. It was insanely hot inside the restaurant. We had to leave the booth seating so we didn’t melt and saw two other groups do the same. The tables near the door were marginally better but almost equivalent to sitting in the sun outside. This was 3 weeks ago so hopefully it was just an issue with the a/c for that day.

Pre-ordered two dozens of bagels for our meeting using the mobile app. Arrived at the time of promise. Could not find our order on the Rapid Pick-Up shelves. Waited in line to get help. It turned out that they did not have chocolate chip bagels even in an early morning! Had to get cinnamon crunch and cinnamon swirl bagels as substitutions. Two dozen bagels filled a paper bucket to its top.

I don’t normally leave reviews for chain restaurants but my experience from yesterday warrants one for this particular chipotle establishment.

Let’s start with the service as it defines how the rest of your experience will go. The moment you step into line, you experience hostility from an employee who clearly does not want to be there and makes it her mission to let everyone know. Her negative demeanor is so strong that you can see it making her own coworkers anxious and stressed, because they’re too scared to say anything to her. Furthermore, she has little regard for visitors or tourists who do not speak English, or who struggle to speak English. There was a family behind me in line, who clearly did not speak English as their first language. They repeatedly struggled to understand what she was saying because she wouldn’t look at them when speaking and would mumble, so they would look at her in confusion. The moment they expressed confusion, she decided that yelling at them would be the best approach. She yelled “tacos” and “beans” over and over to them, as if that would help resolve the issue. I wonder if for a second she even stopped to consider that maybe pointing at the food options and slowly mouthing the food label would be a better approach. The family had a young girl who was probably the age of 3 or 4. She gripped onto her dad the moment the chipotle employee started yelling at her mother. I thought the terrible treatment would end there, but oh boy was I wrong. She then proceeded to yell at another customer when he started giving her his order. Apparently, she wasn’t ready to take his order though she specifically asked what he was going to get. He stopped trying to talk to her and looked down, seeming like he wanted to cry. I don’t understand why she treats everyone like garbage. I can understand having a bad day, but her character is beyond salvageable and doesn’t deserve empathy. I feel sorry for all the tourists and visitors, and her coworkers, who have to experience her presence every single day.

On the food: They were out of a lot of items and the portions were tiny compared to other locations. Despite being out of certain items like chips, they had no interest in making more or offering to make more for the customers. I don’t feel entitled to food but if I’m visiting a restaurant establishment with a set menu, I expect that you will at least be willing to offer the products you’re supposed to sell.

After standing in line for what felt like a nightmare, I lost my appetite and didn’t get the items I requested because they were out. If you’re visiting union station, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You are wasting your time and energy on people who don’t care about you or your appetite.
This wasn’t my best Chipotle experience. The portion sizes were much smaller than I’m used to at other chipotle locations, and the location itself had almost no seating inside or out. If you want to eat in, you’ll need to find a table at a nearby restaurant in the food court.

I love tacos. I ordered a borrutio and was not disappointed! You can walk in, order a taco--or buritto--from a kiosk and sit either inside or outside to eat your taco.... or burrito. Breakfast all day!

The downside: The restaurant only had one wheelchair accessible table indoors, all the other tables were up a steep flight of stairs. Also, we got a bag of chips that were super oily, soggy, gross. The drink selection was unimpressive.

Your chips got to be on point!

I went into the store, no one greated or anything which really doesn't bother me, but when I proceeded to the drink machines to see what they offered at this location I was disgusted. I love drinking the teas in the see though containers normally, but not here. It looked like they had been sitting in there for a week or so. Super gross and the counter was very dirty too. In the DC area? Check this place out! I was surprised to learn that this is a chain, because the food certainly tastes and holds the quality of an authentic Mexican taco shop (in my American opinion, anyway, lol!). The staff is kind, ordering on the screens is so easy, and the food came out very fast. I had a burrito, which was very flavorful and filling, and we also shared chips and salsa. The salsa is fresh and very tasty. Overall very pleased with everything -- I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good bite that's worth the price!
My husband and I visited DC for the first time and had this on our list to try! It’s super close to the capitol which is nice. It is a fun restaurant idea with customizable grilled cheese and mac and cheeses as well as pre made items on the menu! I LOVED how many options it provided as a vegetarian! So cool! They even had vegan meat as an option when you customize!

You do order the food yourself and pick up at the counter yourself so lot a lot of customer service provided

There’s some limited seating inside as well so you may have to take it to go or sit somewhere else outside if it’s busy

Grabbed an early dinner here, and was overjoyed to find out they’d serve breakfast burritos later in the day. Service was pretty quick (loved being able to build our order at a kiosk), and the dining space upstairs had enough seating for the two of us. There was a bit of debris (dropped napkins & such) on the floor, and a few of the tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped up after a prior guest, but the kitchen (which you can see from upstairs) looked clean and well kept.
The onion wasn’t even slice it was like I had a half a onion in my bowl and it was going bad it had roots starting to grow out the bottom and I don’t see how that part even ended up in my bowl but I don’t think I’m going back there off this visit alone this is my second visit and the customer service is trash in both locations inside of union station

This was hands down my NEW FAVE location. I will hold it dear for the rest of my life!!! I went in for a coffee after parking down the street. I was greeted by smiles and kindness at the cash register. The same woman who took my order also had been cleaning. I assisted and she again greeted with such kindness. The facilities were cleaned diligently. The tables were consistently wipes, the floor often swept. I was in there two times for the day, first time maybe 20 minutes around 1130am, second time an hour around 445/5pm. Both times I enjoyed the location and found peace and comfort to relax. The staff were extremely accommodating. I noticed they had a terrible couple clients after one another, they handled them extremely well! They shut down their negativity with active listening, educating the customers and redirecting the customers all while fixing the issues and complaints. Very impressed at the service. I hope to return there one day.

I really like the no-contact delivery option. As always, Panera snaps. I got a mouthwatering chipotle chicken sandwich.

I was not happy with my experience at subway today. I’m aware the lady was just doing her job, but when I ordered a BLT. She took of a bacon slice. There only four slices of bacon on my sandwich. We have so many sandwiches option in this area downtown. The reason I chose subway, and that particular location was for the awesome customer service I always receive. Today was miss subway, it didn’t taste like a BLT at all. To take away ingredients that’s was already place on my sandwich was honestly uncalled for. I will be looking to other shop to receive my sandwich from now on.

I love Panera so much. This branch is fine. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. I always always get a Mango Smoothie which I love, except now Panera use the paper straws, it doesn’t taste quite the same.
But good service at this location.
Update one year later:

this place has really deteriorated. It seems that they have exclusively started serving everything in take away packaging, even if you choose dine in. The place doesn't seem as clean anymore and the interior is tired. There are also many dubious ones who just hang around both on the outside and inside.

Also got several errors with my order.

First visit, one year ago:

Very few seats. We got a seat, but we was lucky I guess. The food tasted good and service were good.

They have a good number of self-order kiosks, which I prefer.

Got everything served in to-go which generates a lot of extra rubbish.

I enjoyed my visit at this location. I placed an egg white AVC spinach sdw with no salt and extra spinach. My sandwich was loaded with my request and freshly made. Thanks for that! That’s my left over ;)

I got turkey on the Italian/cheese bread. No complaints about my sandwich, but the customer service is just ok. They could also clean up their sandwich prep area a bit. I should have taken a pic of the prep area..anyhoo, there were olives and lettuce swimming in the crushed red peppers and he scooped some of the lettuce that was floating in it onto my sandwich. 1. I didn't have lettuce on my sandwich and 2. It was gross to have lettuce that's been floating in red peppers for who knows how long. I asked him to please remove the lettuce he just added to my sandwich, and the guy became irritated and made a smart comment to me "Oh you don't want a little lettuce". No thank you, sir!

Went in to checkout new menu. Staff was impatient because I had too many questions and could not make up my mind. Only three customers in store at the time (11:30am). I left without making a purchase. IF I decide to go back I will definitely checkout menu online before returning

Frequently have to wait extra time on pick-up, up to 45 minutes after original completion time.

There is no practical way to check the pick-up order, as the bags are sealed, wrapped in many layers, and you don't see the sandwich made in front of you. I always ask for extra protein on my orders (+$3.99 extra), but many times only receive the normal portion.

If you want a sub, go to another Potbelly or to another business altogether.

Very good sandwich.
An appropriate rating would be 4.5.
Not the best sandwich I’ve had, but it’s prob top 10.
I want to come back. Please expand to the South

It's too hot in there I can't believe whoever owns this would let there business get that hot. You know the food isn't being kept cold..... subway really needs to get it together. Avoid subway go to nearby restaurants!

For starters when I used the tongs to pick up the chicken it fell off and it was very mushy and soggy

Don’t come here it’s disgusting and made me loose my appetite. Simone broke out in hives becuase of the lemonade
My friend got sick becuase of the salad

the meat was so processed ANWYAYS terrible place ew👎🏾

Wanted to give a shout-out to the this DC H Street location, the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt was delectable and delicious! Somehow tasted better than any previous Panera sandwich that I’ve ordered before. Also pro tip, join the rewards program prior to ordering so that you can at least get an additional tasty treat for free(I got a chocolate chip cookie).

Horrible costumer service. They messed up my online lunch order they switched addresses last minute. Sent my order to this subway 20 minutes away from my office. Could not reach anyone on the phone after calling them several times. Completed their survey letting them know the situation and no one has contacted me after several days. I NEVER leave negative reviews but had to since they stole my money.

I’m staying near this Panera and been there 3 times. Their new Baja Chicken Bowl is great! The order process inside is easy with the new kiosks. They always got my order perfect and the employees are always super nice saying ‘hello’ each time I walk in the door.
It was great! I love their chicken salad sandwiches, and it was really good especially since I hadn't had one in a while. I was uptown on "K" Street NW enjoying my sandwich because there aren't many Potbellys in the Ward 7 and 8 areas of Washington DC.

As always, my milkshake was on point. So much ice cream 🤤 and the cup is always full. You get what you paid for! And the two women who worked there that evening were so friendly and happy!

I was in the mood for a diner breakfast. You know... eggs, seasoned homefries, and toast with jelly. I'm not too familiar with places to eat downtown so I found this place through Google maps. The place is nice and spacious. Upon entering, there is a menu board to the right. There's a big selection of omelets. So I ordered the Spinach omelet with homefries and wheat toast. The omlete was great. Nice and fluffy with a good amount of provolone cheese and spinach. The "homefries" were anything but. The fries were deep fried like they were making french fried and tossed in grilled peppers and onions. They were bite sized for a toddler. I like traditional chunky homefries. They also do catering and the platters I saw for pick up looked pretty good. I came here around 8:30 and the place is nice and quiet. So I would probably eat here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

It's a Subway! I bought a bottle of water after leaving a show at the DC Improv - and they let my date and I use the bathrooms. Now THAT is customer service. But really, what a great (late night) experience. Will definitely be going back for more than just water. Highly recommended.

The server was obnoxious. I tried to order a smoothie and this woman started complaining about the store closing in 10 minutes and how she has to catch her bus. Then she tried to make me feel stupid for trying to order a smoothie. I ordered a turkey bacon sub with advocado. She charged me for the advacado yet she didn't put it on the sandwich. The sabdwhich looked nasty and the meat was hanging off the sub.

True to form, Panera takes care of its patrons. I mentioned my soup was not filled to the brim, as I expected it to be for dining in, and immediately, without any kind of comment or fuss, they went to serve me another small cup that was filled to a satisfactory level.

The staff were attentive and inquired to all if there was anything they could do to help their experience to be better.(Even those individuals who looked like they didnt necessarily belong there anymore...staff was courteous, and professional)

The points reward program has its benefits. And I love how it works nationally. I think the program could go further in rewarding those customers who visit and are not from the area or even the region. But, wherever it is, I've always found the food to be, across the board, the same style and quality. Delicious!

Let's start with the customer service. The lady that took my order at the counter was very friendly. She was ready to give a recommendation, but I had already decided by the time I got to the front of the line. They give you a little buzzer and then you go wait at your table. The delivery is prompt and less than 5 minutes.

The kale salad was delicious. My major criticism with Kale salads are that they are generally dry, unless doused with a lot of dressing. This salad was quite the opposite. It was had the right amount of dressing was on point.

The Asiago steak sandwich wasn't as memorable as the salad. It wasn't bad; it just wasn't easy flavorful as I expected.

The Green Passion Smoothie hit the spot. I don't know if the ingredients are fresh, but it tasted fresh. Especially the mango in the smoothie tasted was the perfect combo to go with the greens.

The chips were as expected.

I enjoyed the meal! The highlights were the smoothie and the salad!!

Btw, you can charge your cell phone, tablet, or computer while you eat. There are plenty of available outlets.

Great, quick place for subs at a reasonable price. Love the smoothies and shakes as well. My only complaint? The tuna is absolutely terrible. I have never had a more terrible tasting tuna sandwich in my life. Not only does it taste like cardboard, you're barely given any on the sandwich. So, if you visit, avoid the tuna at all costs.

I ordered a steak arugula sandwich with no onions (allergies.) When I opened it at my desk, lo and behold it had onions. So I walked back over and asked for a redo (I can't just pick the onions off because it would make me very sick) the lady at the register was extraordinarily gracious about it. The kitchen... A disaster, after messing it up twice again, they give me what you see in the picture. Not up to standards and the wrong bread!!! I'll eat it cause I'm hungry and they made me wait my whole lunch time. But I'm not happy. Must note that after the sandwich went back a second time my money was refunded. Front of the house gets an A+, kitchen failed miserably.

Trying bacon, egg, and cheddar on a blueberry breakfast square at 19th and L Street ,NW, D.C. . Abundant seating. No wait at 9:00 a.m. lots of windows for people watchers. Upbeat music. Tasty cookies are fresh in the morning. Good for the entire family if visiting the Whitehouse, World Bank, or State Department. 3 stars

They told us that could not accept Chipotle gift cards... Which was the main reason we chose to go there....Yet they sold them. They were not very friendly. They did not carry all of Chipotle's advertised menu items. They did not have fruit for my children's meals.
