The staff here has no brain here, buying new addidas shoes and ask them to pack my shoes. And the staff ask me if I want to throw the 1000$ shoes away, and didn’t even pack it.

Ris was so helpful to us. she gave us so much info on the different types of boards and helped me get fitted for knee pads and elbow pads. i had just went into xtreme boardshop and they were so rude and not helpful at all but i went into zumiez and it made my day with how good the customer service was!♥️

I had a bad experience with the manager. His name is Lou, he's about 70! Uh descendant of Moses. So my husband ordered shoes online, paid and requested store pickup. I wait 3 hours go in to pick up the shoes. Lou tells me I'm not allowed to pick up the shoes even though it clearly stated on my email I was the pick up person, then he goes on to tell me that the shoes were neverrr purchased and weren't in his system but he lied because I called kids footlocker first and they verified they were in the system and the order just needed to be filled. I think footlocker needs to hire a manager that's younger, professional and up to speed with products and the computer system.

Went to this location after calling about a pair of shoes in STOCK only to find out they shipped it to another store after they told me that you can only buy the shoes I asked for in store only, doesn't make sense to me!!!

Went in to buy my son some new shoes. Not my normal store, usually go to Mission Viejo Mall location. Anyways, asked if I could use my military discount and showed them 2 forms of ID, and they denied both of them and told me I couldn't get a military discount. Very very rude about it as well. I have never ever in my life since being out of the military been told no or denied my discount of benefits. I will definitely no longer be doing business with this store and there horrible disrespect towards Veterans!

4 employees in total only one cash register open. Someone ahead of me was doing an online order and they had me waiting for 15+ minutes while the other 3 stood around, one was even riding around on a skateboard. I had an item that I found in the clearance section and asked the price. She said this isn’t clearance I asked her can u please talk to your manager to compensate for the times wasted waiting. She walked to the door of the office and immediately returned to me saying she couldn’t do anything. I commented on the speed that she did this at and she told me “you can just leave them” in short a very rude experience huge waste of time. Hire more professional staff

My and my friends went to the store to look around and shop when a worker comes up to us and asks what we're looking and we said we're just looking around and he told us to we had to leave, its crazier that most of the clothes we had on when we went was from zumiez. We weren't causing trouble at all we were genuinely looking around for clothes

Unfriendly and judgemental staff. As soon as you come in, you are met with scowls. I was friendly and smiled but was received with hostility. Take your business to the Journey’s at the Irvine Spectrum for good service and friendly attitudes :)

Came bright and early in the morning and was not greeted by the floor manager who was too busy looking in the mirror. Promptly relayed my issue and was needing to do an exchange. Barely gave an answer as to "go find your size". Was then greeted and assisted by a lovely associate who was very eager on trying to help me find the correct size and shoe. As I was heading over to the cashier to finish the transaction with the floor manager again, he was VERY busy with his paperwork and didn't bother to look up or say "just a moment" or anything. Felt like I was intruding into his store and was more of a bother than anything else. Bring your associate out and handle the floor and atmosphere if you're too entitled to do it.

I went to return a couple items, 1 i had a receipt another they were able to look it up with my email, my last item unfortunately wasnt able to be found because my husband didnt use my email, manager Steven stated he couldn't exchange or refund because i didnt have proof of purchase, then stated he didnt know how much we payed, when clearly they still have on the rack for same price i purchased... the reason i returned pants was because we grabed wrong top size, then states probably they are different prices...was rude and definitely no customer service skills, i spend hundreds there and will definitely take my business elsewhere

I went to this store, and it’s neat, clean, the customer service was great. However, I give it one star, because I couldn’t believe the profanity in the music that they play in that store, and they play it loud!
If rap/hip hop is what they want to play I totally get it, that’s there type of business , but they should at least play the non-explicit versions Especially since parents go in there with small children.

Please don't waste your time and money buying shoes at foot locker, specially not nike. I've bought the NIKE AIR VPRMX 21, which are designed for running, and the outside sole broke off after 10 days of regular use. Called the store and the manager said they can't warranty them at all, and said to go try at nike store instead. But nike said they can't warranty anything that wasn't bought from a nike store. Just save your time and go to a nike store instead.

So I discovered this place about a year ago and it’s been a huge game changer for me in regards to clothing. The store has a great variety of styles for example they have the slim fit look and then the more lose fit styles. I have been pleased with all of their clothing, sales and customer service. In addition the clothes are not easily ruined, shrunk after the wash or dry. I have recently asked for couple custom made shirts and I’m waiting to see how they come out. The manager here is super helpful, personal and always willing to help you out . I bought some clothes for the boys and men from my family over Xmas and they love this clothing shop , I even bought my mom a hoodie from here and she loved the Orange County designs . Anyways I’ll be back to review what my shirts look like.. stay tuned for my next review .

Bring back MARCUS , champs isn’t the same it’s lame . Everyone has a plain face when I walk in . Alex was so rude to me when I went . Never offered anything and was just trying to show me and sell me his own personal training program . Which I think is highly inappropriate . Man’s also was trying so hard to sell me on some Jordan lows to meet his quota and told me I can return them after the month . Place was very organized and clean. Staff they were nice too ,fitting rooms they were clean. Lots of clothes and everything was cute so it was hard to decide what to buy hahaha. Found a pant that I been looking for so long, I'm so happy that this store had it. The cashiers they were also very nice. Good shopping experience will come again.

To describe my experience here in one word I'll have to go with. Tatiana is faster than a bugatti at getting shoes and makes no mistakes and comes out with multiple sizes in case you're unsure of fit. Bri was very nice at checkout and my experience was great

If you need over the top experience, definitely come here. Manny, made sure I was taken care, after I was going back and forth with another location about a return because I was given the wrong shoes. He without a doubt went out his way to make sure I was able to return the shoes. He even made a call to the other sales rep. to make sure I got the proper assistance.

Store use to have plus size and STILL states they do...they NO LONGER ACCOMMODATE for bigger sized fashion. I went out of my way today to go to one of the last standing Forever21 Store with plus sizes. Men section is still there and still...empty, unfortunately. I loved this Store bc they kept up with the inventory and style. Too bad.

Very nice clothes but the worker was not she put my nice shoes in the box and tore the Rhine stones on the shoe. I know she did it cause the shoes were taped together and in order for her to put them in the box she had to take the tape off so when she did she tore the shoe I didn't know till the next day thank God I had to come back to another one of their stores and found out there so i can get another pair of shoes, but in the end I got the shoe for less because it happened to be on sale at the other store thank you Jesus.

This is the only store I don't like everything is overpriced and they given a % off to only have the item still over priced. Some sweaters were $50 dollars which they obviously aren't worth that then given 50%off like the item wasn't worth $50.

Next week nothing...I ended up going to the store again for a refund I was so dissatisfied about the communication and the lack of effort.

we came to this location looking for boots on sale which we ultimately purchased at this location as well. the team members were able to find us the size we needed but it was the only pair left and it was the display boot. they were able to give us some percentage off and even tried to help us find that boot at other locations but this was the absolute last one.

I went it to exchange a pair of shoes on December 27, 2019. The person working in the front register told me to go ask someone for the correct shoe size and bring that the pair back to the front to proceed with the exchange. I'm in line and the lady behind me is being helped by that same person and she had the same concern I had and this person communicated with another employee via the walkie talkie to please bring him the correct size so they can exchange the shoe. I wish I had gotten that employee's name. He was a chubby white kid with a septum piercing.

Went in on August 7th, around 4pm. No one greeted me. Instead the two young sales memebers were both leaning on the register chatting about their personal lives without regard to the customers. I walked around aimlessly not able to find what I needed and no one approached. Eventually I made my way to the register where the two young ladies were still enjoying social hour. I assked for help locating an item and they seemed annoyed to be putting their conversations on hold but they started it up again once I walked away. I decided not to purchase anything soley because of how unwelcomed they made me feel.

She popped back out noticing I'm there and looks suprised when -I GREETED HER- not a hello or good morning back from her. I had a return. It was so awkward as she was half dressed, butterfly tattoo in my face and all. Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of tattoos as well but, she wasn't exactly dressed as I've seen other staff in the past. Then she went on to be difficult about my return because one of the two identical items was missing the white tag. When I purchased the items this is how they were given to me. Elizabeth even explained that sometimes they give customers the item without the tag, yet, here I am being told they may not except my return for this exact reason, even though I had my receipt and the item was still in perfect condition.
There is definitely a lack of professionalism in this particular store. I've had great experiences at the Brea cotton on and even this one in the past. I'm not sure what's happened but these sales associates don't seem to want to be at work or want to help the customer.

My daughter and I were paying. I hear the cashier call out for the next customer. The customer took a while to answer. Once at the register the customer signed that she was deaf. The cashier started using sign language and gave the customer the ultimate service. It filled my heart were joy. I am super impressed. We always shop here and will continue to do so. This store was really unhelpful with my exchanges. A lot of mistakes and an over all lake of care. I went here twice and got the same experience. I bought a pair of Nike shoes online for a really great price. Unfortunately, they didn't fit. They were too narrow. I took them to the local store for a refund. They refunded the shoes but not the $8 shipping! I ordered the right size and there was no width option. They didn't fit. My fault? Most of the staffers are helpful and friendly here, although a couple of the girls do seem to love lying and makin drama. It’s often hard without a good staff to find what you’re looking for, as sometimes the shoe sizes are all out of order too, and some don’t even know the diff between men and women’s sizes! Super disappointed in the customer service here I went in and NO ONE came to see if I needed help then I went up to an employee and I asked him for a shoe and he seemed bothered by me but said he would get it. I wanted about 15 min and he still hadn’t came but I had seen him helping others. I was looking for someone else to help me and I accidentally bumped into him and he rolled his eyes and walked away. Finally when I was helped another 5 min later they told me they didn’t have the shoe I wanted in my size. Should’ve talked to the manager because most of the staff was rude.

One of my favorite places to buy shoes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of shoes you can choose from.

Loved this store because I loved everything about it. Who knew that it took 1 Person to mess it all up. The assistant managers name is Cynthia, she made me realize what I Didn't Want in a Job. At first she was kind and just 2-3 months pass and she Turns into a total different person. I don''t understand why she would stay working so long in her position when she does not know how to Manage. The other managers advise me to talk to the Store manager but at that time I was struggling so bad I couldn't afford to miss my 9-5 Full time job I had just to go and make a statement on the Ass. Manager "Cynthia", It's going on 2 years now that I have not worked even stepped foot in that store because it brings so many bad memories back. Also during the time I worked their I was not the only one who felt the same about her. Other co-workers felt the same but like me,
they must have felt like they couldn't say anything. Many people have left also because of her but at this point just know what to expect if Cynthia is still working at this location. I hope Not!!!!

A bit smaller than normal. Didn't have the proper sizes for a M/S woman. Wasn't offered other store redirects or online ship to home options when they knew a style wasnt available at their specific area.
