Had a really positive experience yesterday. The girls approach you but never feel overbearing, they have a very good customer service demeanour. They seem to genuinely like working there- so either they enjoy their jobs or have great customer service game. The person working the change room yesterday was very sweet and attentive. I hope management gives these employees recognition for being a solid team

As per deals… when I first went around, I noticed that most deals were deals I already saw online. But I realized some items are on sale in here that aren’t on sale in the actual website! I scored a Long Super Puff for 210$, and the price on the website for the exact model was 350$. For sizes, they also offered shipping to your home at the deal price. Overall, you gotta look to find your deals, otherwise it’s just like most Aritzia stores

I recently visited Aritzia and had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment we walked in, Rabiah, one of the staff members, warmly greeted us at the entrance and truly went above and beyond to ensure we received outstanding customer service.

Rabiah's approachability, understanding, and dedication to providing the best assistance were truly commendable. She took the time to address all our queries, offering comprehensive solutions and making our shopping experience exceptionally enjoyable.

While we ultimately didn't make a purchase due to my wife's specific design preferences, Rabiah's exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on us. In fact, it was her outstanding service that motivated us to return to the store despite not finding the exact item we were looking for.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Rabiah for her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Aritzia is fortunate to have such dedicated and customer-focused staff members. Kudos to the entire team for fostering a welcoming and customer-centric environment.

Not trying to be a Karen, but this store is a nightmare. The music is blasted at full volume, the employees come at you every minute and will literally take stuff from your hands to bring to the front. Not an enjoyable shopping experience

The first time I stepped into an Aritzia and had a pleasant experience, all thanks to one employee! I forgot the employees name (perhaps: nessa, netta, nenta? She was a brown girl with med black wavy hair, chop top and jeans). Shoutout to her for helping me decide on what super puff was best for me without judgement. I felt like I was shopping with my friend. She deserves all the recognition because I avoid this store like the plague due to the customer service. Because of her attention to detail and willingness to help, I now know which super puff to put on my wish list!

came in to shop clientele with my mom. iman greeted us right off the abt and was so helpful. i needed to make an order and find certain things and she immediately connected me with an sa. zara was amazing and helped us into the fitting room. overall lovely experience with the two employees:)

I visited Tommy's women and children store and came across a professional sales associate who helped me buy clothing for my wife and child. She was very knowledgable about the products and the customer service was outstanding. Her name was Nancy and she made me a new Tommy member in order to save some money, I will be coming back soon. Customer service is really bad. I went there on Sunday, and they didn't tell that they accept tap more than $100 and When I tapped my card got locked and they were laughing, extremely rediculious behaviour from the team. 👎👎👎

Crazy reading reviews. This store is great! Have been there many times and never a bad experience. I noticed as usual the reviewer who said "everyone was rude and got a heart attack...." etc... You just need to read their other reviews. They clearly don't like anyone and lead a sad and critical life. Some people will never be satisfied until they look in the mirror and realize the source of their issues. :)

Aaliya was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond with her services. she stood out to me and was the most helpful - esp because the two other women working there were lazy and mad rude.

I have always loved shopping at ALDO, but my experience at Aldo Toronto outlet store yesterday was the worst and made us felt unseen. The male associate who helped us with the pair of shoes was the sweetest. But the cashier, (her name is Amna, which we noticed from her necklace she didn’t provide that)
Our conversation went as follows
My husband: Number seven shoe size black pair (as the guy who was helping us had it ready for us at the checkout)
Amna: huh.. wat
Myself: we have a black men’s shoe
Aman: what size?
Us: number 7
Amna: (says nothing)
Myself: I have a birthday coupon that i want to use, i have used it once already so i am not sure if i can use it again.
Amna: No
Myself: it’s alright i have another one, i’ll use that (i opened the coupon code on my phone and showed her)
( she didn’t look at it and kept doing her thing, i reluctantly took my phone back)
Amna: (immediately and rudely) i need to see that
I showed her the code again and nothing else was said during the checkout process other than her making the weird and mean faces.
It takes absolutely nothing to be a little kinder. Please train you staff better than that.
Always had a great experience at out local Kitchener fairview Aldo, so we’ll never visit TORONTO OUTLET ALDO again.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! How are clients supposed to get a hold of you and inquire if there are items in stock if you don’t answer the phone. It’s very frustrating. I have been calling 20 times and no answer.

I cant believe what i witnessed from my eyes today. There is this sales girl name Aman is rude and I heard her calling someone "this is not india" to a lady customer.
What we witnessed we couldnt believe so we took the complain to another person but this person did not called manager instead she took a complaint herself

After selecting couple of items the sales person informed me about 3 types of discounts which I confirmed with her twice . At the check out the cashier / manager was rude and not customer friendly at all . She was adamant that her sales team is very well trained and they couldn’t give me wrong information . Any ways even if I heard or understood that wrong , her customer’s dealing was not polite or professional at all . I won’t be visiting that store again .

I actually wish if there was an option for ZERO stars! We had a return for a merchandise with a gift receipt that they kept on arguing with us that is non-refundable! Then why there was another sales associate was able to issue a gift receipt for it!!!!!!! The second argument was on another gift (scarf) with the tag attached and in its Aritzia bag! I explained it was a gift but the gift receipt wasn’t left inside the bag for me, I was looking for an exchange!
The sales associates there kept going over and over about their return policy which I respect but there is always exceptions and you ladies need to get trained on exercising your professional judgment to best helping your customers!!!!! I lost a gift of $55 but you lost a customer!!!!!! Never back again to any of the Aritzia stores hence they don’t know how to value their customers!!!!!!!

I went to the store with my friends and just wow what an experience. We loved Pooja as not only did she greet us so well but she smiled, her elegance says it all. She helped me find a bag for me to gift in India but anyone planning to shop here go meet her…. She is so so stunning and courteous!

I normally don’t write reviews but just came across the review by someone Maha while browsing for the Tory website and it compelled me to provide my review. The sales associate Sarah that she mentioned, if it is the same girl who helped me with my purchase a few weeks back then she was one of the kindest and best associate I came across. Even though the poor girl had a cast on her foot, knee and a sling on her shoulder, she was still very energetic, courteous and ready to help us. She made our experience at this store very pleasant. I hope the management team reads my review and appreciates Sarah as one of their valued employee.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The worst customer service in the entire history of humankind. The store manager is extremely rude. She's not helpful and does not care about customers. I shopped 5 items and requested an extra bag. She denied the bag, and I returned everything. Every business looks for reputation and customer service. Tommy doesn't care about that.

The manager has zero Costumer’s Service skills and she was very rude. I asked for an extra bag for buying 5 items. She ignored me and denied my request. So I asked to refund my purchase. She didn’t even care. If you wanted to be treated nicely, don’t shop from this store

Worst customer service.

You do not need a 1-on-1 experience in an outlet store. Not even Gucci or Prada throttle the lines and force customers to wait upwards of 40 mins. The brand does not warrant it.

I’d have given zero if I could! Had the worst customer service ever. Bought a sling bag to gift my mom. After couple of months she finally got an occasion to use it. And the material worn out from the bottom as well as from front after use of a day! Went there to exchange it and the guy told us that this is wear & tear from the use so we are unable to proceed under warranty!! And he was sure that we did not used very well. He was not there when we used that purse. And we are not mad people that we are spending money. And will use our purse very roughly. I have used many purses from this brand but this time I had worst customer service from this brand. And the guy who is working in this store needs to learn some customer service. Otherwise give him some training.

They make you line up for at least 30 minutes and let so called family members or relatives enter ahead of you in complete disregard of your turn and time. This injustice is done every time in broad daylight by a disgusting ill mannered lady with blond short and straight hair who doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. When customers in line behind me protested her doing this, she retorted back so rudely that people were shocked. I I’ll be asking her name next time and posting here so people can be aware. She looks and acts miserable. The store itself doesn’t carry a large selection of items, but you’ll find good deals from time to time.
The only highlight of this store is the impeccable service another associate by the name of Ray. She patiently answered all questions and made the right recommendations. She came across as someone who was adequately trained to work at a high end store, unlike the other associate.

Not impressed to see an empty store with a long lineup outside. 6 people leave only to allow 1 inside. After waiting over 45 minutes, I asked to speak to the manager...apparently need one sales person per client. Only problem being some go in to walk around, talk on their cell and basically not spend any money. When you spend alot, all of a sudden they are falling over themselves as they make commission. I think Burberry London would be horrified with the lack of customer service in their Canafian outlet. A shame really.

Today’s experience at the Men’s Tommy Hilfiger store in Toronto Premium Outlet was very disappointing. Normally we look forward to shopping at this location, but today an associate named Julia ruined the store’s reputation. We were waiting in line at the fitting room and she asked us to take a step back in a rude tone. I understood why she was asking because it was getting crowded but the man behind us did not move. I still was willing to move but the man behind didn’t so I said sorry and smiled at her and still tried to make room for her as I didn’t want to lose my spot in line. She comes back around and says nothing and shoves her way past me and kicks my shopping bag to make her point that it’s crowded. The shoe box inside has a dent from her kick. Even if she said excuse me or sorry I wouldn’t have been this upset, especially because I wanted to listen to her and it was the man who ignored her instructions. This is my first ever review I left a store because this experience was just HORRIBLE.

Very rude staff. My husband and I have shopped from this store so many times. We had to exhange few things, one of them without a reciept as it was a gift and the other one had a reciept but apparantly it was past the return policy time. They refused to cater to us and told us it’s not their problem that we couldn’t come and return in time. On the contrary several brands in the same mall have exchanged and also REFUNDED returns from a long time ago without question inspite of their policies. These guys refused to understand eventhough my husband told them that these things are of no use to him and their attitude was that it’s not our problem. Extremely disappointing! Tommy Hilfiger needs to train their staff better

I was first greeted by a gentleman who was nice and helpful, but was then transferred to a women who is extremely unprofessional.

She is a young dark-skinned female. She talks without proper greetings, in an aggressive and unfriendly tone. She tosses the POS machine backwards instead of properly passing it. I even heard her laughing at the people lining outside.

Besides my original sales person, and another old lady. The other 2 sales person keeps chatting with each other, which is extremely unprofessional, especially considering they are each serving one and only one group.

If I could give this place 0 star on ethics and customer service I would. I clled to inquire about sizes and inventory and whoever I spoke to was very nice and asked me to come in. When I reached, they denied me entry and made me wait in the storm for 10 minutes while letting other people go in whi had so called family members inside the store. Even when customers exited, they still made me wait!

Wanted a handbag very badly 😜… selected one… visited here 3 times… got it for 70% off… am a happy soul now

Great store, I got an over 700 dlls purse for about 200 dlls, line up was fast, and lots of inventory, great discounts.

This store manager is so rude and have no manners how to talk with customers politely. She is horrible example of any store manager would have for any good brand.I would never go this store and have had very bad experience.

They are a good store with a great collection. But even if they are not busy they will force you to line up to get in. Its almost like we must make customers wait. Not sure how that represents a great experience. Its not like I ll have someone by my side every single minute when I am inside the store

Visited Tory Burch Outlet, had to wait in line. The sales weren't outstanding but the customer service was. The lady attending the door Cynthia was incredibly hospitable and ever so kind which made our wait time pleasant under the humid temperatures. Upon entering the store we were greeted by helpful associates who clearly worked as a team to help every customer in the store to ensure our needs were met and items were taken care for. Thank you Sarah for even standing on one leg and cast and walking us through the store. Both you and Cynthia made our day at the outlets even that special. 🙂

Nice outlet store with a huge range of accessories, bags and some fashion range. Staff here is very nice and always asks you if you need any assistance, they go above and beyond your expectations to assist you with your purchase. Overall a nice experience. Will definitely recommend a visit, worth a try.

We had the most undesirable experience with the store manager…if she was in fact the store manager. I now have my doubts.
She mistreated us, then tried to retract her horrible behaviour. Terrible. Terrible example for her staff & horrible representation of the brand.

Today I walked into the store at 5:45 PM and was not greeted by one single staff was not asked for help by one single staff was walked pass by a staff a tall staff longhair not sure her name but I’m sure they will know who it is when looking at this post. I was looking for help not one staff looked my way to help. I did not feel comfortable spending my money in this company, especially being a person of color. I then proceeded to give them a call to expressed my concerns about my experience coming into the store today. My call was directed to their voice message system. I then watched for a little bit as I saw them interact with non-colored customers coming into the store. There was another lady who was coloured who had to search for someone to get help whereas there was two ladies sitting down and greeted respectfully and asked for help. I’m not sure of what type of employees you are hiring here, but you need to do better when it comes to inclusion with all cultures. Upon moving closer to the exit, still looking at bags waiting to be greeted or ask for help. It was still not done.

So the staff didn’t really say hello or hi or nothing. They didn’t acknowledge that we were there nor the people after us either. Some of them were busy in cash but others were standing around.

The selection was good though, they had lots of sizes and the store was clean. We didn’t venture to the dynamite side we just decided to leave.

I went to this Aldo branch to return a pair of heels and to hopefully find something that would be of smaller size. The woman at the register was very kind and informative through the return process! I couldn't catch her name but she had brown skin tone, long black hair and wore a moss green sweater.

However, when I went to ask another assistant about getting a pair of sandals in a size 5, she initially did not respond at all, no eye contact, and continued to walk to the back room. I said excuse me a second time, and then she told me to wait a moment as she passed me. She was white, had hazel/gray eyes, long light brown hair and wore a black crop top and gray fleece. She got back to me in a few minutes to tell me there's no size other than 8. My mother went to ask a third assistant at the register about the sizes, and she was very informative, mentioning that the Bramelea store would have a size 5. She was asian and had long black hair. Left with mixed thoughts, but overall positive.

Average IQ level of staff at this store is in the single digits. From the Manager Paulina, to all the sales folks I dealt with. If it wasn't for the draw if the brand itself, they staff here are doing everything in their capability, or rather incapability, to destroy this business. Multiple calls over two days waiting on them to send me a payment link so I could pay for the pair of sandals. A gift I wanted to ship to a friend. In the end they came up with the most novel of excuses. We only ship to the same address as the billing address. If Amazon followed the same policy they'd be bankrupt a long time ago. The dumbest set of employees and management engrossed in destroying Tory Burch's brand value. Stay away!!!

A promotion for family day, buy one get one 25% off. I was surprised to know that this promotion does not apply on clearance items until during the checkout time.
I was told by the store manager that ECCO HQ explained to the retailers that this promotion should not apply on clearance items despite the fact that the reduced price on the clearance items is because of the final sale. I also feel that she could have applied the promotion of extra few dollars as advertised in the whole store to retain a happy ECCO customer since 1992.
I feel sorry to give one star only to this place to this incident as Ecco places have been always my favourite shoes destination.
Ecco deserves 5 stars but not the ad and the way it is interpreted.

Always a disappointing experience here. Either it's the poorly managed lines or poorly marked prices. Was trying to by a dress that is on clearance today where it was clealy indicated as 70 + 20 on reduced items although apparently that doesn't apply to clothes? Look at the sign and pass your own judgment.

Amazing deals!!! Very affordable especially with they have sales going on like Black Friday or Boxing Day!!!! I found this beautiful pink shoulder bag and it’s absolutely perfect for my everyday use. It’s so spacious inside and I can literally pair it with anything! I recommend coming to this place before going to the mall and paying more for the same item!

I was cashed out by Sabiha and Maryam was the one helping me on the floor.

I was able to look at different items at ease as the store was not full. there was always someone asking if i needed help. the prices were not listed but it never took me more than half a min before i was given the price of the item i was inquiring about as there was always someone there offering to help.

the emerson collection was 50% off the bag i picked was a door crasher deal $179. they had multiple colours available in it.

In terms of Brand, I will look no further in terms of comfort.

As for the store, this is another run of the mill Outlet store. You get the same kind of products, nothing special.

The store is clean, but the workers made my review go down for the stars. They are in a group just talking and don’t acknowledge the customers walking in and out. They were huddling the whole time I was in there and looked like they were gossiping. Walking around and seeing if the customers are alright would be great.

The shop only allows 6 patrons in at any time.
The staff appear uninspired to provide any form of customer service.
I waited for 20 mins and when I entered, there were plenty of staff standing around and chit chatting. I waved one down after trying to get their attention for 3-4 mins while they just stood there staring into the abyss.
I inquired about a few shoes and the sizing. When I requested for a certain size in the style indicated by then, they brought out the wrong size and was later told, sorry, that size was not available... Huh?!?
This is definitely an outlet store including the staff who are working with a few deficiencies...

Mina (or Nina) was an amazing and super helpful associate! Was one of the sweetest and most helpful sales associate I’ve ever had pleasure of meeting even though we probably talked for less than a few minutes in total. The entire store is very neat, tidy, and the sales were amazing today (70% off both purses I chose)! Picked up two really cute purses, one I’ve been eyeing for a bit and one I didn’t want to leave. Great experience overall!

Horrible experience here. I have bought this shoes in the store for shipping because was not available in Toronto outlets. I have received just one shoe in the box. Seems after calling that they are unable to send the other shoe and I have to go to aldo to return them. It's amazing.

UPDATE: After a couple days arguing with aldo by Twitter, they have sent a replacement shoes. Thanks a lot!

Just bought this but Going to return it tomorrow coz my experience with TB staff was quite disheartening. have never been so unhappy after buying something I really liked.. I asked a worker to check a pair of shoe in bigger size for me. She said ask someone else. (Later I found out that she was the cashier, and was perhaps putting the shoe boxes back in the storage) so okay no problem there. I found another Asian/Chinese salesgirl near the shoe rack. Standing next to the people who were trying the shoes on. I asked if she could check the shoe size for me. she simply refused & Said, sorry we are not checking shoe sizes. I asked not even on your device?? She said, “we are not allowed to coz we are very busy at the moment”. She was just standing there though. And two other customers on the left also just got the shoe right in front of my eyes. I was still okay with that coz it was already 7:30 pm and the store was about to close at 8pm. So I thought may be they decided to stop bringing the shoes from the store after serving the last customers just a minute ago. But after a few minutes, I turned back n the same Asian salesgirl was brining 3 shoe boxes and putting them down for another customer 😢 I was like, you said you were not checking or showing any shoes. She was like, well, we are now. Okay, that was it. She could have just said, you can let me know your sizes I’ll bring the shoes for u now. But the way she said, we are now, was very mean. I couldn’t believe it n just turned away without saying a word. Stood in the line behind just 6 people for almost half an hour. Just two cashiers, very nice ones though, but quite slow. The cashier was nice though.
One more thing I noticed, most of the employees were in a bad mood except one or two. I understand they are overworked or tired. It’s black Friday week after all but still, they should be nicer to customers. The manager asked a customer not to take photos. I was thinkin whatttt? Don’t they put the photos of all their products on their website?😂the guy was on a video call with someone, showing them the bags so they could choose. I did the same in Kate spade and showed the bags to my sister abroad and bought two on her behalf. Last but not the least, a Muslim lady in a long dress naqab and hijab (standing in the queue) asked the employee guarding the door about the discount. She answered 50% or so but the lady was peeking inside a little so that employe and even another senior employee or the manager or whoever she was came outside& asked her to back off, asked everyone to step back and locked the queue with the band. I’m okay with that. It’s Covid era after all. But again, 30minites later, a white guy came and did exactly the same thing 😂 and the employee at the door gave him all the information. She was another one though but the contrast in the behaviors of the employees with that muslim lady and the white guy, was quite obvious. I decided not to buy the shoes that I had really liked because of one employee coz I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with the same salesgirl again. And everything there made me uncomfortable. I don’t think I can keep this bag, coz whenever I look at it, it reminds me of all those uncomfortable things that happened at TB outlet today. I’m gonna return it and go to Coach or MK or Kate spade and spend my money where the customers are treated nicely.

Good selection, well kept and organized. Staff was working hard to keep the floor clean and shows not littered around after customers have tried it. Noticed the manager on the floor busy on his phone while the team was busy attending to customers. Not sure if he was working on his phone or taking care of personal business. I just find it odd that a store is busy with customers and the team is trying hard to please customers and the manager is walking around checking his phone.

Staff was excellent, found a pair of shoes but stock low or non existent for common sizes on many styles. Same issue everywhere else due to COVID. No fault of the store though!

Amazing quality of shoes and sizes here. Most shoes are unisex here so there are a variety of sizes available. They are built to last unlike most other brands these days

I bought lucky brand for the quality demin and exclusive details.

Bluenotes has effectively erased them all and the branded jeans are now no better then sub-par or average stuff they sell in malls.

Bring back the clovers in the pockets and the LUCKY YOU on the zip/fly!

I wouldn’t be surprised with the last pair I picked up going in the garbage soon.

The staff is very kind and very helpful. i had to replace a leather jack that i had purchased 2 weeks ago from another store. i had got the wrong size and just needed an exchange. And guess what no receipt. the manager at the time was just very helpful, he verified the tags and confirmed that jackets was not worn, just being exchanged, had no issues and no reservations at all. that is service. i left home being so nervous about cause it was a high ticket item, $347, and they gave me an exchange for the right size no questions asked. Amazing staff, not just the manager. All very helpful.

Very nice place to shop . Excellent shops and clean . But lots of waiting in the queue outside of most of the shops. Got tired of standing .

So I went on 9th June 2020....they don't let you enter the store , you look from the door what you want and they bring it to you. 2 ladies helping the customers at one time. The lineup was not that bad (around 2pm) may be because people don't like the point of lining up and still not getting inside the store. Don't waste your time calling the store coz they are busy helping customers and no one available to pick the phone. Also no cash only cards. I love shopping here. They’ve got some really great selections and styles. They’re promotions are pretty great too, and always have the app when you check out. The racks that have the $15, $30, or whatever promo on them does have styles at that value, but in small font it does say “select styles”. I’ve learnt over the years while shopping to really pay attention to signage. I usually know what I’m looking for, so I don’t usually seek out a sales rep. I would have given a higher rating if the sales reps were more catered to their customer. Sometimes on weekdays, I would have to look for someone to open a fitting room, because they don’t have more than 3-4 people working at a time.

I’ve never actually had a negative experience here, I have usually just gone in, found what I’ve needed and left. If I could, I would rate this a 3.5 instead, because the brand and it’s execution is pretty great. They just have a few minor details to work out.

They should really tell you that they charge 10 cents for a bag. Even that it is only 10 cents...Staff was very friendly. They had lots of good sales. Store was a bit dirty and messy.

My wife and I went into the store and we’re dealing with one of their sales reps. She was very rude and inconsiderate with us. She was on her phone multiple times texting someone. She was very pushy and had come off as very rude. I was not happy with my experience here and would much rather take my wife to shop at Vaughan mills as opposed to Toronto premium outlets if it means I don’t have to deal with her ever again.

went in today with my daughter. the staff there took very good care of her. they wanted her to feel comfortable in her clothes. I was very impressed with how attentive they were. clothes were great as well

I had an amazing experience getting jeans! I asked them about having a taller length and two associates helped me pick out 4 pair for myself and two for my husband (it was buy one get on free). The jeans are so comfortable my husband and I don’t want to wear anything else 😁

I have never been to a place in which I have ever felt so welcomed and comfortable shopping without being pressured to buy something I would regret after. Must be because they work on $0.00 commissions and 100% customer satisfaction. Excellent store setting, top notch customer service, great quality, and clothing that will suit all ages and everyone's style.

They have very good sale on now. It was not very busy today so it was easy to shop and saved my time.

Unfortunately the rack marked $15 was really $15 (nothing on the rack for that price btw) at register went up to $25 plus tax told (laughing) "That's marketing"........ really callous customer service and policy..... disappointing

Good selection! They have one section for men. Another for women and a small section for kids. It is just clothes everywhere since they have limited space. If you like Tommy, you will find something for a great price.

Small store and lots of things mainly for women. They sell sunglasses, bags, purses, shoes, gloves, hats and many more. When we were shopping, we noticed the staff hanging out together. Sounds like they are bored.

Nice and clean store with sufficient and plays to help you out. The store has many good deals and is way better than shopping at the normal store then this outlet store. They have a good variety of normal bags jewelry and wallets also a good section of clearance. It's cool that they offer diaper bags and they also offer clothing.the cashiers a friendly and the offer high-quality bakes for your expensive bags.
