Very unprofessional, impolite, and rude front desk staff at this clinic. Despite the nature of their job requiring patience and empathy, they exhibit neither. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue to ensure a better experience for future patients.
And where is Dr. Zibiri? Does he work at all? In the last 1.5 years, we have never found him working whenever we called to book an appointment. All they offer is a phone call appointment, which is not worth it all the time.

My kids and I are both patients of Dr.Anderson and she is an extraordinary Doctor the best I've ever had. She takes the time to listen and give feedback and is also caring and compassionate. I also really like the receptionist staff, I'm always greeted with a smile! Such a great my doctor's office

If I could give 0 stars for Dr Zibiris receptionist, I would. I agree with the below reviews and currently writing a detailed letter to my doctor about how she mistreats his patients with complete negligence. I am even looking into starting a law suit as her actions have caused big problems in our lives and she purposely makes things difficult when it comes to seeing/communicating with our doctor because she doesn't like my husband or I. The previous reception we never had an issue with. I've never in my 32 years had an issue with a medical "professional" until now. There needs to be a governing body for medical receptionists because she is not fit to work there or any doctors office for that matter. Everyone on here that's had an issue with her as well should either comment below or consider writing a letter to Doctor so that they can really understand whats going because I can tell by reviews we aren't only ones with problem.

Came for Martha Linkletter. Unfortunately secretary was and mostly likely still is disappointed. Secretary, was rude, not reading properly, not precise, also not fair that she put the patients came after us. We were already on time, and even earlier. We had to wait 1 hour !!

Been going to see Dr. Karen Cameron for nearly 30 years. She's phenomenal and very caring.

i agree with Mathew. I have been struggling to get some paper back and she constantly tells me he's not available, even after he told me , on the phone, a half hour before to come in. Perhaps a medical office, who deals with people who are in pain, frightened, stressed, because the office LITTERALLY has patient's lives in their hands should show more compassion, and ask themselves why they're in this line of work. i left a message, asking when i can pick up my papers, cause she said she would call me and let me know in 3 days, the week passed, and she never called. Trust me, if they were in need of fast help, and frightened for their lively hood, they'd get it (my mom was an OR nurse and that's exactly how it worked. dr's and nurses got preferential treatment, and their families). I contacted my MPP, and the Ontario College of sergeons and they both told me to Talk to Dr. Ziberi about her and make a complaint. However, easier said than done. You can't make an appointment, unless you explain why you want to talk to the Dr. She's like a gatekeeper at the desk. And it's extreamly inappropriate. We are patients, and Dr's have an obligation to hear their patients needs .Your page says you have a "patient centered approach ". Well please help your patients. I paid $115 to have Dr Zibiri fill out a form, which i was told i could come and pick up. Then his receptionist says it's not available, and she will call me in 3 days. i never got a call, so i called the office. I was on hold for 20 min. then cut off, cause the office closed early. I am now not sleeping. i would appreciate the "owner" who replies to these comments, to explain this behaviour to me, and respond. Not just to glowing reviews to people who haven't been treated like garbage. Please and thank you. I CANNOT get a hold of my dr!

- claimed it would take 4 hours for the wrong requisition to be correctly sent over, despite already being at the place for the requisition (the doctor confirmed this was not true),
- claimed it requires coming in to get a refill of a prescription that has not been a problem getting refilled over the phone in the past,
- taken 20 minutes to move her chair 4 feet to check a printer that wasn’t printing for a requisition, all while claiming she was looking into it (when really she was visibly talking to other patients, despite there being 3 receptionists available)
- forcing the patient to check why an X-ray requisition wasn’t received at the office, when the office HAS THE WRONG FAX NUMBER LISTED on the requisition and on the website. Why is the patient responsible for the office’s mistake?
- disallowing a parent to book an appointment for their adult son, despite both attending the same clinic. I don’t even understand the logic behind this one.
She is absolutely incompetent and rude. I cannot recommend this office until she is removed. This office is worse with her here.
Check recent reviews and you can see where the problem starts. This office was good before her. I will be filing a formal complaint to the CPSO about poor care practices at this clinic, especially given previous reviews which have shown inadequate care. Front desk person attitude and nurse services related to being in time for an appointment far for acceptable! Another unacceptable practice for the nurse is that all the handling of the vaccine, needles and the actual injection was done without wearing gloves!

I have nothing but praise and appreciation for this clinic. Dr. O’Brien is an exceptional doctor - we feel very lucky to have him. He’s attentive, solution oriented and even great with babies and maternal care. Dr. Zorzitto is also fantastic and was an immeasurable resource postpartum as a breastfeeding mum. Reception is also always kind and lovely - could not recommend this clinic enough.

I am so grateful to be a part of this health team since 1996. It truly is a team. Long hours, weekend walk ins, speaking to a nurse or seeing a nurse practitioner same day if it's for something urgent or minor and my doctor isn't available. Options to contact them online and get a call or message back. My husband's doctor's office is AWFUL so I reached out to mine for information and they were happy to provide it. I only wish my husband could switch over.

Unresponsive in an emergency situation, was away for a weekend and got stung by a bee (extremely allergic) called in around 11:00am to have an antibiotic prescription written up, the hard headed lady at the front desk would not let me speak to my doctor or pass a message on to him as to the severity of the situation…. 7:00pm currently and office is closed until Monday with no prescription sent to a local Rexall. I am four hours away and this could have simply been resolved… almost in disbelief at this point

I was a patient of Dr Tapp at this location and she left and took her practice to Guelph which is an hour away from me. I tried to get rostered with another doctor there but had no luck. Now I can’t find a doctor in town and am having trouble rostering in Guelph. I’m out of refills on my prescription and am stuck. To top it off the receptionist is very rude.

Dr Kane has been great! In all the years I've been going to him I haven't added a review and I thought it was about time given the patience and thoughtfulness he's provided to me and my family members. As per other reviews sometimes the wait times are a little long and office staff interactions vary but that doesn't detract from how good of a doctor he is!

The team at New vision were great, reception was awesome, nurses and doctor were fantastic! Went in for my new born son’s procedure and end up passing out, I ended up being more of a patient then my son was, they cared and checked in on me, (3 juice boxes, 3 cookies later) They allowed me to staying as long am I needed. (additional 2 hours)

Dr. Lubitz is incredible. If I could give 10 stars I would. She is thorough, efficient, intelligent, kind, and damn good at her job. She takes the time to listen to patients and get to more than just the acute facts at hand, so there is diagnostic accuracy and system thinking about issues. If something comes up health wise, it makes it very low stress to address as I feel informed and in good hands. Thank you Dr. Lubitz & the team for your excellence and impact! I'm one of Doctor Verano's patients. He's wonderful and has been my family doctor for almost ten years. He's attentive, kind, listens well and has never pressured me or my son- he's always given multiple options. He's a spectacular physician.
I'm giving a 3 star review because the receptionists have been outwardly rude and condescending. It seems to be a consistent issue and really surfaced these last few months. I'm at the point where I'm now uncomfortable to call the office because I want to avoid having to speak to reception.

From the time I walk in till I leave I receive respect and quality care that is done effectively. Dr Zorzitto is a exceptional Dr that has gone above and beyond for me I'm so grateful for her compassion knowledge and exceptional care I have received. This rating is in no reflection to the caring and highly skilled, Dr. Nobel. I would agree in most of the comments that the receptionists are extremely rude people, on the phone and in person. It is unfathomable and unnaceptable that a patient must wait on the phone for 1+ hours to book an appointment or ask a simple question only to be hung up on after saying hello. On occasion they had the option for a call back, but lately I have not heard that option for months.

Although the nurses are all good at this clinic…good luck ever getting the clinic to answer a phone much less get an appointment in a timely manner even when a patient is nearing the end of their lives. The receptionists are likely the biggest part of the problem not having the ability to determine when a patient needs immediate help and also misplacing documents . More training needed there or new receptionists that know what they are doing. They have obviously taken on too many patients when they never pick up a phone and the only message you can leave is to cancel an appointment. People are suffering because of this almost non existent health care. They will tell you they can do home visits also but good luck getting one in a hurry. Too late for us…my mother has passed.

Too many things to be disappointed by. The main bad thing is just feeling like they don't care about you or your children. Like many family doctors here, they're just there to collect a paycheck. They promote so much "same day appointments" but when my wife called about having a potential miscarriage and was simply looking for an ultrasound requisition, they told her they couldn't see her for a few weeks. When my son potentially broke his arm and I was looking for an x ray, they said they couldn't see him and to just go to the hospital. I am so disappointed with them. I will say though, it seems like family doctors not caring is something very common here in Canada so this is probably the standard they abide by.
I will say, I like Sheryl, she's nice. I more have had a bad experience with the clinic itself (front desk) and not with Sheryl's expertise.

I am appalled by the behavior of a secretary named Loretta. I went on January 30, 2023 to make an appointment to Dr. Kane, especially since no one is answering the phone, or the voice on the phone is telling me to wait 60 minutes. My husband had a car accident and wanted to see his doctor. Unfortunately, we have to go to the ER because the great secretary did not find 10 minutes. for husband at Dr. Kane.

Dr. Kane is a very good doctor, I don't know if he knows how secretaries at the reception desk behave. Suddenly a woman with gray hair came to the window and was helping the secretary get rid of me, waving her arms like a puppet, blowing me kisses with her hand. I asked if I could speak to the manager, Loretta told me they didn't have a manager and no one who could help me get an appointment with Dr. Kane. Or maybe it's already a private clinic and no one knows about it. No manager? I've been through a lot, especially if you're just after an accident, nothing major happened. But no, my husband has to wait 2 weeks because he doesn't want to go to the ER. But this secretary's behavior was insolent, emotionless, and an unsympathetic woman.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Andersen for a number of years. She is kind and attentive asks lots of questions and works with you to plan your health or medications you might need. She always ready with a smile and to quickly catch up personally with you. The support staff here rock! They are super busy but always know my name and work to get me in or a call to help me. My family has been and is very happy with Dr Andersen!!

Dr. Wang is a caring physician who takes the concerns of her patients seriously. She is always available when my children are sick and her admin staff are friendly, prompt to respond, and caring. Her nursing staff is also amazing. I highly recommend this doctor as she has proven to be competent, knowledgable, and compassionate.

We never had an issue with the clinic and they accommodated us very well. We have been with the clinic for 1 year. Vaccines, work-ups and OB appointments less than 24 weeks are well taken care of. They also have after hours check up in a different clinic (I believe it’s in Cambridge) for non emergency but “can’t wait” cases. They return calls in a timely manner as well. Thank you, Dr. Elisha Zibiri and clerk Ms. Kelly for doing the best that you can to give quality patient care.

Sheryl is the best! My wife and son see Sheryl and she's great. If Sheryl is not available, the other NPs are able to fill in nicely. We had also seen Katherine here in the past, who was also excellent.

Sheryl is an incredible nurse practitioner. She genuinely cares for and listens to her patients. She takes time to explain things, answer all of your questions and never makes you feel rushed.

I don't understand why the Google reviews are so low because I absolutely LOVE this clinic. My NP is fantastic. She is always so empathetic and warm towards me and really takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. I never feel rushed and they are always able to get me in; sometimes even on short notice when needed. They see my young daughter as well and she loves going and seeing the sweet and caring nurse Colleen. Honestly I could not recommend this clinic enough. The staff are truly amazing and I am very happy to be a patient here.

Dr Welsh is a very caring actually sits down, listens and takes the time to ask about your well-being, always upbeat and smiling. She has always suggested alternative health care before giving prescriptions (when appropriate). She's a rarity we need to clone this woman :)

I have never felt this supported for my overall well-being. My appointments are never rushed, I'm listened to, and I am asked for input on my treatment plans. They don't just prescribe drugs, but also work with other ways to help relieve symptoms. I think I will always want an NP instead of a GP.

Worst Dr on the planet unless you're over the age of 55. Dr Jagas was my Dr for 26 years until i got very ill and he dropped me because of it. This Dr drops patients in the middle of health crisis and takes vacation every other month. He often doesn't work Fridays and takes 2-3 weeks to book for an appointment. Worst experience of my life due to him dropping me through cancer testing. Such a terrible Dr, he should hurry up and retire already. It's obvious he doesn't care about his patients.

We have been coming to this clinic for at least ten years. My family doctor is wonderful. I am thrilled that when my doctor is away, I can still see another doctor when it can't wait and that they have after hours coverage with different clinics they are linked to.

Loved them! Went the first day they were open with the new renovations and new doctor. They were great with my daughter and I. Very accommodating, professional and nice. That's my clinic I'll always go to now.

I visited today at 10:00 and the receptionist told me the doctors wouldn't be there until 2 even though the doors were unlocked and there was an open sign on the door. I came back at 2 since I had to go back to school, and once completing a patient information sheet I took a seat along with 7 other patients. 15 minutes go by and the receptionist finally says, "the Doctor will be here with the next 15-20 minutes." The doctor wasn't even there! I will never go back.
