I have previously always had good experiences with this clinic, even though they are very busy and the wait times are substantial. My family doctor is great.

However, I am not sure if the administration or something has changed. My recent experiences have been really terrible. Certain doctors have repeatedly simply cancelled phone appointments if they want to see you in person, anddont offer any options. One usually cant get an in person appointment for at least a few days, sometimes more than a week, so if you have an urgent question good luck.

Their webite is down, and there is an option to email them. If you do, the person responding seems to simply be trying to get rid of you, versus actually trying to help you. Today there was no way to book an appointment, with no help from their front desk.

I don't know what's changed. I can only imagine that they have new people who really aren't very good at what they do, or havent been trained very well.

Dr.Nguyen, my first doctor when i came to Canada ,He is one of the best & very accommodating, ill never forget that back 2009.Thank you Doctor.

I think context is important here. People come to the doctors when they feel their worst so I think people may tend to just be negative when they speak of all medical clinics. I have yet to see a highly rated medical centre.
I think it’s great that this is a walk in clinic while having family doctors. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Frame for over 20+ years. I am personally affected and sad that he’s retiring because he is such an amazing doctor who has always been a bright spot for me during my ailments. But as for his choice to retire I mean that’s definitely his choice and happy for him. I’ve been seeing another doctor there and he has been nothing short of amazing and caring. Also I believe the office staff get blamed unfairly just because I’ve witnessed them being blamed for people missing appointments or arriving late and demanding to see doctors. I’ve always seen them treat me really well and the odd chance something didn’t line up, there was a reason that was outside of either of our control. So I am thankful for this place.

I went this clinic to consult about my menopause symptoms. I talked to Dr. Viegas.

I was on time for appointment then waited for 20 min. I only talked to Dr. for 3 min. He was standing as far as he can in the small room. He didn't let me explain about my symptom. Just told me that it is not menopause without any testing.

I am suffering mysterious pain and symptoms for 5 years now. I need to reach specialist to solve my health issue.

I requested for the blood testing, rejected.
I requested for referral for specialist, rejected.

Dr.Terrence Ho is the doctor to see here. He has been my doctor for the past two years. He has been spot on, taken care of my referrals and has been otherwise very caring to any issues I might have had. His level of professionalism, considering how busy they have been, has always exceeded expectations. His knowledge is extremely high and my biggest disappointment is that he won't be my doctor going forward as I have left the city. If I can express my thanks and gratitude, that is how much he was appreciated for the time I was his patient. All the best Dr.Ho.

Dr. Terrence Ho has been excellent for the two years he has taken care of me. He has referred me to the right people and everything has been done with care and precision. If I didn't move from Vancouver, he would have been my doctor for as long as I would have remained there. I would recommend him to anyone that is seeking a true professional. I wish him well and all the best in the future.

This has been my regular clinic for some time now, the receptionists are helpful and i usually get help from Dr. Bryant who is well informed and sympathetic. I recommend this place!

I seriously was NOT going to give a single star at all...if not for the other people who work in this clinic. This is not a generalization, but it is a REVIEW. This clinic is definitely a go-to if you want a walk-in consultation because their system is organized and if you get an appointment, you can see a doctor at the same day. But NOT all doctors are the same. They don't all CARE about their patients and would dismiss every single concern that they have because...maybe of something in their history. First impressions sometimes never last, but this one definitely will. Dr. Viegas is one of the clinic doctors and he, although is concerned about infection prevention, would definitely care less about your concerns just because some of your non-specific diagnostic records indicate that you are fine. You will try to raise other possible concerns, but hey, according to him, he cannot really order any laboratory exams because you have your GP to do that for you. He will just refer you back to your GP even though your symptoms are already getting worse that's why you went to the walk-in clinic in the first place. He will also ask you inappropriate questions that are not exactly related to your symptoms just because you are always hungry. He will examine you though, but he will tell you that he doesn't feel anything, although you did tell him that something subjective not objective has changed. In the end...it will be pointless and you will wish you just waited in the hospital for hours instead. But that would be another story.

I have been a patient of Dr. Li’s for just about 3 years now. I have had probably the best experience with a medical professional that I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable and empathetic. I’ve had great success in managing migraine pain and I know with her in my corner my prognosis is excellent.
The front staff is awesome, especially Jordan the office manager. Always so accommodating and kind!!!

Horrible communication and receptionists are rude. Receptionist stated she "had to go" when I was asking questions and trying to book in with a doctor. I was refused an appointment even though I had seen the doctor a week before. Very unprofessional, would not recommend coming here as they do not prioritize for patient care.

Staffs are great and professional. My family doctor Dr. N. is the best. So very thankful to have him.

I booked appointments with Doctor Li Wei twice. They just sent me cancellation notices one day before the appointment and asked me to rebook the appointment. When I rebooked my appointment, the available time was always to be one month later.
It's almost six months passed after I finished the lab exam, I still can't follow up with the result. I'm so frustrated for their horrible service. By the way, nobody in this clinic will answer your phone.

Been going to the clinic for a while now and Dr Ho is amazing. But it’s very hard to book an appointment online because they’re always full and you can’t call the clinic because they don’t answer. And when you do book a televisit the call will usually come about an hour and a half after your actual appointment time. But once you’re finally able to get a hold of the doctor he’s very helpful.

I've have nothing but good things to say with my neurologist Dr. Li. She has been great and has helped me in every way in my recovery of brain surgery and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be doing as well as I am doing right now. So I'm completely pleased and happy with my doctor referring me to them. That is my honest opinion so I do recommend it.

They routinely deny letting me speak to a doctor even though I’ve already established care at this clinic. The receptionist was ableist to me and I will be submitting a complaint with the college for this clinic on the grounds of discrimination. If you are disabled, avoid this clinic at all costs.

I visited this walk in clinic for the first time today and was very pleasantly surprised! I’m used to walk-in clinics that are never on time even when you have an appointment and that are full of doctors who don’t give you the time of day. This clinic is by far the BEST I’ve been to, I think ever!

I easily made an appointment when the booking system opened at 7am. I arrived on time and was given a room within 5 minutes. Doctor Baldelli came in the room promptly and I sincerely felt that he took my concern seriously and cared to help. He explained why he ordered the tests he did and was very thorough. He’s even better than my actual family doctor!

The front staff were nice and friendly for the most part aside from one lady but overall very kind. They disinfect everything in the room in between patients and the office as a whole is very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this clinic.

Kids and I have come to KMC for years since my eldest was a baby. Our experiences have been positive overall and thus, we keep coming back. Yes, it can be tough getting an appointment online even at 7:00am. You can get there early and line up if you want to "drop-in". Yes, you may also have to wait even if you have an appointment. That is just reality these days. Just logical that you don't book important appointments back-to-back. Phone appointments are great for quick things like regular prescription renewals. Referrals can take some time but that is not something they control in our experience.

So happy with how promptly the clinic responds to email and always calls to schedule a follow up appointment. Booking appointments and everything leading to it had been a smooth experience so far! We like our pediatrician Dr. Marla Guralnick. Really well managed admin team!

My mom and I have been seeing Dr. Eichhorst for years. He has been efficient and diligent, always listening to every one of our concerns and giving his best advice. I'm very grateful to have him as my family doctor :)

Leaving 5 stars for Dr Li. I have seen her off and on for 11 yrs (she delivered my first) and she has been consistently helpful and competent. She has been especially good at picking up signs of mental health struggles. I came in complaining of feeling sick and dizzy and she instantly diagnosed post partum depression (she was right). At a more recent appointment, she spent over half an hour with me, getting me to take a quiz and going over medication options. She might be an extremely busy doctor and not even remember seeing you before, but she is smart and experienced and zeros in on the issue expertly. In the crazy chaos that is walkins these days, I think she is doing a pretty good job

Dr. Yuan has been our family doctor recently, and I have been consistently visiting this clinic either for walk-ins (Previous) or by appointment for a very long period. Dr. Yuan is always patient and provides detailed explanations during each visit. While professionalism is crucial, Dr. Yuan's attitude of respecting and prioritizing patients makes us feel immensely cared for.

This is NOT a walk in clinic or assistance. By the way, if you present yourself directly at the reception, you are treated like an intruder, like a beggar asking for money for drugs.

My parents, who were former patients, haven't visited in the last 3+ years and are automatically removed from the register. This condition was not communicated to patients upon registration, nor was I reminded before 3 years period. When I inquired about re-enrolling a former patient, reception deflect us to seek assistance elsewhere, and don't come in here or try to make appointments, but to simply go away and look else where. My parents are elderly and simply forgot to attend their annual check-ups. I work and study at a university in another province, so it is partly my fault for not returning to Vancouver frequently enough. While I understand that the BC government struggles with training more doctors and there's a shortage, this cold response and redirection are unacceptable.

Takes a month to have a phone appointment and still didn’t call me. If you want to waste your time, then this is the place to go. No heart into seeing her patients anymore.

Every time I wait 2 hours to see the doctor.With the doctor's appointment, you can never see the doctor on time. In my opinion, time management is not good at all. If we are going to wait 2 hours, tell me to come 2 hours later.

Worst experience of my life. The doctor was very unprofessional and dismissive. Seemed very rushed and offered terrible advice. Never coming here again. Would rate negative stars if possible.

I called the clinic today to make an appointment and also asked the receptionist to make another appointment afterward to check results, the receptionist’s attitude is horrible and told me to check with walk-in. If I do everything with walk-in why do I need a family doctor.

If it was possible to give a negative score, I would do that.

My visit with the receptionist, Dr. Gu, and Dr. Zhang was very unpleasant. Both doctors behaved in an arrogant and impatient way.

Dr. Zhang, specifically, continually cut me off before I could finish speaking. Also, her tone was angry and dismissive.

The receptionist then acted like we were indebted to her.

Cannot give less than one star, but they don’t even deserve the one. Worst service ever. They booked a televisit only after being contacted by my pharmacist. And on a day I was not available without getting confirmation or asking what time would work. When I emailed to make another appointment no response. You cannot talk to them on the phone as there is no such option. And when I went there they were closed, on a Friday. Following a long weekend. Despite the fact that their website even listed which doctor was supposedly working. My previous visit I had to beg them in tears to help me as I was in so much pain and it was after 11am and they said walk ins were closed?! And another time I made an appointment for one thing and got injured the night before the appointment, they refused to see me for 2 problems in one appointment despite the fact that that was my only day off in the next month. I have tolerated these unprofessional experiences because I don’t have another doctor here in Canada. And they maybe have a couple of nice receptionists and one decent doctor. But I have now been off my meds for a week due to this incompetence. And it is becoming a serious mental health concern that is affecting the rest of my life. There is no care or compassion from this place.

Dr. Eichhorst is an excellent doctor! He always digs just a little bit deeper to find out the end all results and resolutions through medical tests and referrals to specialists. He has saved me from prolonged illness, a very good doctor. Great staff too!

If 0 star is possible, I would leave it here. Absolutely worst service and incompetent people (doctors and staff alike) working there. Phone number doesn't go through to the office, just tells us to leave an email or call 9-1-1. Left an email for a doctor to get back to us, no response. Found out later that the doctor (Wei Li) never even got the email from staff or any other method. When asked about it the doctor said "no, you don't reach out to me. you set an appointment and ask your questions there. you won't be able to connect with me otherwise."

In beginning of June, staff sets up appointments for July and August. Staff sets up an appointment for July 1 (Canada Day) which we've asked "oh you're open on that day?" which they confirmed they do. We even receive an appointment confirmation email. Come July 1, my pregnant wife goes to find out a message on the door "we are closed on Saturday and Monday".

Waiting in the clinic? Fine. Hard to communicate? Sure. But flat out telling me that no communications are available with the doctor, email goes nowhere and unchecked, and error with booking an appointment?!?! This clinic doesn't even know how to operate in basic, bare minimum standard.

Absolute worst experience of clinic in my life. Absolutely furious and upset that my pregnant and wife have to deal with such unprofessionalism.

Awful, but atleast it's something. If I had a choice, I would have switched doctors years ago, but we are stuck with this one because of the shortage of family doctors

Terrible terrible terrible customer service!!!! Wonder where to send complaints to that can close down this place. The lady at front desk is extremely rude and should be fired. We had a phone appointment, the phone rang and when I picked it, they immediately hang up. When I called back, they said they need to charge me to call again. They show no sympathy to patient and just want to earn money. Terrible terrible service, please just go to another clinic, you will receive way more respect than this place.

The front desk has always been rude, short, and unhelpful in every interaction I’ve had with them, whether it’s on the phone or in person.

Dr’s are good, but all the receptionist staff are horrible. They have no idea what they are doing. They never answer the phone. They are extremely rude. They should not be working there.

Dr. Gu is the worst doctor I ever met, absolutely cold and unprofessional. When I came to see him after taking a leave of absence from my job and a ~45 minutes drive, he rejected me immediately saying "am not his patient anymore due to not seeing him too long". But 1) if you don't want to see me why not reject at the booking time? 2) even I am a stranger, as a doctor, will you treat a patient like this?

In the end I asked him to suggest a clinic, he replied "you can search online". If that's case why am here to see you?

My appointment was scheduled at 5 pm, but the doctor called on 4:30, which caused a miss call. So strange and unprofessional.

They even thought it was my responsibility, and claimed that they would charge a fine if two missed calls.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr Johnny su. He is a very well mannered soft spoken doctor who has always helped us with all our medical needs. We are glad to have Dr. Su as our family doctor over the years. He will always take our considerations and listen well. Thank you for your service to the improvement of community health.

This is clinic's doctor is the worst doctor I have ever met. He is my parents family doctor. My mother went ER and the doctors from the hospital asked us to follow up with her family doctor to have further assessment, but!!!!! the doctor from this clinic said that my mother does not need any further assessments. And his assistant told us that the doctor will take the vacation very soon, we cannot make any appointment until two month later. This is very frustrated. DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC!!!!

I have been Dr. Hisao’s pt. for over 20 years. When covid happened he started refilling prescriptions over the phone and has continued this practice which I really appreciate because before covid he made me come every month to get script filled He sees me twice a year for a physical instead of every 30 days. Now I would appreciate if he would fill all my scripts for 90 days instead of calling once a month or tell pharmacist to fill every month for 90 day. Then I would only have to call every 90 days 😊, in this busy world. Thx for the changes Dr Hsaio

Dr Kazem Rezvani is a superstar doctor. I am 82 years old and seen many doctors in my life, but he is really very good one that I have seen in last 5 years, his staff are also really nice and respectful. Any words that Dr Rezvani tells you shows that he is very smart, highly knowledgeable, well-trained doctor and it comes from a person who has long time huge medical Experience. I have never seen caring, polite and very patient doctor like him in my life. He really really helped me several times for my complex health issues I am struggling with that. My daughter who also taking care of me and comes with me several times was so happy with his professionalism, bed side manner, medial approach and behavior and care. God bless him, and we need good doctor like him.

I have been a patient of Dr. k Phan since he took over for Dr.Hardy many years ago. I see some people saying he pushes lifestyle and religion etc. I am not religious and not once has he ever preached or stated anything like that to me. I am a registered nurse and he and I had a discussion about covid vaccine pro / con and he also never pushed his personal opinion. I can not speak for other peoples experiences, but can honestly say that for me he has been more than accommodating to my health needs.

Small issues, send you antibiotics, big issues, send you to specialist. Simple, anyone can do this job.
They can tell you things verbally, but cannot make it in writing, also not allow to record. Jokes on Canadian medical system, and pathetic for people like me who have no choice but stay with them, guess what no other places take new patients.

Family doctor is awesome but it’s extremely hard to make appointment there. Many times I had to call repeatedly for a few hours before I could get through. Once a specialist assistant had to approached me to contact the clinic to get information because they were not successful in calling them! The clinic should upgrade their phone system or clinic support resource, or to provide an online appointment booking system. It’s just ridiculous that patient has to visit their clinic to make appointment.

I tried to make an appointment to see Dr. Hsiao for a check up but was quite disappointed to find out from the receptionist that I was dropped as a patient for not having visited Dr. Hsiao for over 7 years. (I haven't needed to because I never got ill enough to warrant a Doctor's visit). The receptionist claimed that they don't keep records of patients who have not visited for over 7 years and I was turned away and was told to go to a walk in clinic. I would often take my mother to see Dr. Hsiao to fill her prescriptions so this was quite surprising and disappointing.

My family doctor Amy is great. One star is for the male receptionist ( I would give him zero star if I can). There is an error on my prescription. I ask to see if he can book me as soon as possible or ask the doctor to call me when she can. But he refused to do that book my appointment 3 weeks late. I told him it’s urgent. I was upset and told him he is not helpful. He then threatened me to cancel my appointment and hanged up my call. I call again and the girl receptionist answer she then said she only can move my appointment two weeks after. If you don’t enjoy your work then you should working on this field. What a unpleasant experience. Thinking about that if it’s his family member has problem. Would he be not so helpful. I would consider leaving my family doctor because this male receptionist.

The worst Doctors I have ever had it's as if he wants you in and immediately out, his answer to everything is "you're fine" when there is clearly something wrong, I always get a second opinion afterwards a visit and a real doctor finds what the issue is right away, I shocked how he still has a practice and the secretary is extremely rude and should not be dealing with patients.

A bit surprised by the low stars. I needed a dr for a cold and was travelling soon. Did a walk-in, which btw, so few clinics now allow and was told it'd be 30-45 mins and asked if that was ok. I agreed and she politely asked me to sit. In less than 10 mins I was called in to see Dr. Rezvani who was short for words however got the job done. He was polite and professional. On my way out the receptionist wished me a good day. I'll be back there again for me and my family!

The staff at this clinic are nice until you have a legitimate concern with how they operate and you call them on their unprofessional and disrespectful approach!
My daughter was seen by Dr. Carlson for her sever allergy that literally has limited her daily function in Early March 2022. Dr. Carlson who is our family GP for 30 years presumably referred her to a specialist at the time. As we did not hear anything from the specialist, I finally called Dr. Lou’s office inquired about an appointment. Turned out the clinic never sent a referral to them!
When l called the receptionist at High Gate clinic requesting an answer for their mess up, no one was willing to take the initiative to look into it.
She repeatedly just offered me another appointment for my daughter to re- start the whole process. I was given a telephone appointment for my daughter finally for yesterday which she had to get time off work to attend to. However, dr. Carlson never called her, after all. I don’t think he was even informed as he is responsible physician.

We are would never seek help from this clinic ever again!
Being unprofessional is one thing, but being rude and passive aggressive just because you are in the position of power is unacceptable!

Doctors are great but receptionist is bad. They never answer the phone. You never can call them to get an appointment. Really would rate the receptionists 0 / 5 if I could. Dr Wong should really consider getting new front desk staff.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Dr. Lloyd Jones is rude, condescending and should retire since he's so old and practically deaf but refuses to wear a hearing aid. Told me he was writing me a prescription for one thing, got something totally different at the pharmacy so went back. He basically called me a liar when I told him what he told me what he was prescribing.

Useless. Rude. Avoid.

Update. "Dr." Lloyd-Jones died. Maybe the clinic is better now 👩‍🏭

I work in health care and often work with doctors to get prescriptions for my clients so they can receive coverage through their extended benefits. Dr. Phan will give you one-quarter of a prescription, and charge you for each quarter if you want the rest. I've been trying for 7 months now to get a prescription completely written for a client and am consistently told to pay, over and over again to simply have Dr. Phan fill out all the information requested by this patient's extended medical.

Hours posted on Google is incorrect.

On another note, I saw Dr. Rezvani for my injured ankle. He was very kind, and is an incredibly intelligible doctor. I'm glad I was able to see him as a walk-in patient, because my doctor was fully booked at the time. I had a great experience with Dr. Rezvani.

Dr. Afshar has been one of the loveliest and most caring GP's I have ever had treat me. She is up to date on my chart and information when I see her, remembers details from our last visit, and has thought about my concerns outside of clinic and has new ideas when I see her next. Her approach is research guided and she provides suggestions, but never makes you feel like she is dictating. I have really enjoyed the clinic and being under her care.

I’m giving only 1 star because of the receptionists rudeness and lack of care for patients! They hung up twice, ( even tells you is going to do it just before actually does it in the middle of you speaking to them) disregarding the need for a patient to be seen. Have been trying to see the doctor for a week and a half for follow up care needed after already been at the ER, so much for having a family doctor! They don’t care about your present health situation and just give appointments weeks ahead regardless if you need to be seen at the moment. ( even if it’s all booked up there, there should at least show they care about your medical situation at present, show some humanity!) Absolute carelessness and rude. Extremely poor communication skills! Doesn’t belong in an environment where you need to interact with others. Terrible place! I highly suggest everyone else that’s looking for a family doctor, go somewhere else where they’ll care about you, the patient!

Other than the office busy super busy and hectic (3 stars for the office itself), my family doctor Dr. Phan is amazing. He is courageous and challenges the Covid narrative, and has seen many of his patients also suffer from side effects. He is not against vaccines and in fact when I took my child in to see him, he asked if their vaccines were up to date. He’s for informed choice and whenever he prescribes me anything he says this is what it’s supposed to do and I can choose whether to get it or not. Yes, he is religious but so am I and I so badly need a doctor who shares the same values. I can see why someone who doesn’t believe in God can find him challenging but for me I cannot find any other doctor who is so strong and rooted in his faith to help guide me in my health choices. He is very compassionate and cares. Every secular doctor I’ve been to just pushes medicines on me or not morally licit methods that just makes my health worse. I cannot say better things about Dr. Phan. For the faithful, I would encourage you to go see him. He is an outstanding doctor and while he will encourage you in your spiritual health, he’ll actually help you with your physical health with proper treatment. I think people have a misconception of him and that’s really unfortunate.

Dr. Phan is our family physician. Whether he is vaccinated or not he is a good doctor. I am sure there are many other physicians and scientists who don't agree but don't have the courage to speak out. My husband after receiving his vaccine lost his hearing in one ear, has ringing and sporadic dizziness. This will not change. After his experience, I try not to judge.

I am absolutely exhausted with your staff. Today is the THIRD TIME I’ve been disconnected after waiting 30-60 mins to get through. I have a baby who’s been seen ONCE by your office because of the several mishaps (cancelled appts, appts, checkups scheduled for online?…, scheduled without nurses etc) I love Dr Mccafferey but I’m going to be looking for a new Dr because I’m so frustrated with you all.

As you can probably tell I don't normally write reviews the medical attention and care that a patient deserves is not provided at this clinic. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Not sure why this clinic has such low ratings. Dr. Johnny Su has been our family doctor for around two years now and we are extremely happy with our choice as he always listens to us and is very sympathetic to our concerns. He has successfully addressed and treated various our family's health issues over the years we've been seeing him. Front desk is always efficient and professional as well. Overall highly recommend this clinic.

Have not had a face-to-face appointment with Dr Albert Lui for nearly a year since the pandemic. I am touched that he is keeping taps on my healthcare case files through virtual consults.
I am very grateful to him that he had referred me in time for my cancer treatments.

The female doctor I spoke with should find a different profession because she clearly doesn't care about the well-being of patients who visit this clinic. I came in to have a prescription, which I've taken for several years with no issues, renewed, but the doctor (who I'd never seen before) refused to renew it for me unless I agreed to have an invasive physical examination right then and there. When I explained I was uncomfortable and didn't want a total stranger doing that kind of exam on me (I have my own GP for that) and that I'd been taking these pills without any previous issues, she got incredibly defensive and REFUSED to renew my prescription. I had to go to a different clinic. Waste of time and left me feeling horrified and disgusted. I will never return to this clinic, even for a different doctor.

So they are a lot better post covid 😂 on time (early sometimes) and able to book and be seen in reasonable time. The doc here is super popular so you may need to book and come back hours later or even yes, next day. Worth the wait. And one of the best in Burnaby so far that I’ve found.

The majority of other clinics in Burnaby act like they are in the business of sending you away 😆

So. Personal experience. According to the staff at dental side (they share the same reception area of the clinic) this medical place does not actually open at 10 am like the google info says. And staff actually show up for work around like 10:30 am and the doctors don’t arrive until like 11 am. This would of been helpful as I waited 3 hours at home (7 am) to come here. Vs going to the ER. It would of been nice to know they don’t open til so late. I could of been in and out of the ER by now as typical is only 3-4 hours. According to dental. They have no control over the google description of their operating hours.

what a shame, i would love to give it a negative rating .. giving 1 star is really generous of me.

And a disclaimer.. all of the gloating reviews you see here.. im certain they are written by paid reviewers from the clinic. There is nothing good about this clinic.

This place is completely miserable. the worst medical clinic you can find. Let me just say that dr. Johnny Su is the least qualified medical doctor i have come across in my 30+ years of living in Greater Vancouver. One thing about Canada medical care is that there are more and more unqualified doctors opening their practice and making money by offering uneducated medical advice or completely useless. My family doctor retired so out of convenience went to this medical clinic and the only doctor that was still open is Dr. Su. You wonder why.

There was one time that i waited for more than one hour to see him at the clinic and he refused to prescribe me cough medicine when i was literally dying at night coughing uncontrollably.. he insisted i just take tylenol which only takes 1 minute to go inside Superstore and pickup at the off counter medical rack.

Its depressing thinking why someone like him could even become a doctor. Of all professions too. Is he doing it for the money?? It must be so miserable for him to talk to hundreds of patients if this guy lacks empathy and has no desire to help people.

I also needed a doctor's note to help me travel abroad for my studies. It was imperative that i needed a doctor note to show that I follow the practice and standard of WHO (world health organization) meaning i don't carry diseases and life threatening illness. Johnny REFUSED to write one for me. He was stalling and made me go see him three times and each time i went to see him he would play stupid and ask" So what is it you need?"

I really wanted to shout at him and say : Are you for real?? I just talked to you on the phone few days ago and told you i need to get a letter from you to help me travel.

And johnny would play dumb and send me back home because he wanted me to research for him as he had no idea what WHO stood for. Its world health organization you i d i o t. He wanted me to go and research labs for him and take blood tests in medical labs to find out what type of tests i need to do to prove that I am not life threatening carrying any diseases to kill people when Im exposed outside.
I gave up after 3 appointments with him . He completely wasted my time. If he didn't want to help me he could have just said NO . Why did he have to waste my time by booking appointments to see me when he clearly knew i needed him to help me issue a letter? I HATE this guy so much.
Do yourself a favour and avoid the place at all costs. The quality of doctors here is as bad as the clinic ambience itself.

Doctors are great, but receptionists could bo a better job with their communication skills and thus my low rating.Questions asked to the receptionist are not answered clearly, especially during this Covid period.I had scheduled a visit to see my Dr. Only to physically show up and be told it will be over the phone. This was not communicated by the front desk and was a big inconvenience. In another follow-up call the assistant claimed to have answered my question, but i had to repeat it three times.Whereas the doctors are stellar, the front desk could do with a communications brush-up.

he checked my temperature and told me i had the summer flu without asking about any of my symptoms. i went to the er the next day and turns out i had a serious kidney infection. don't recommend at all.

The staff is generally quick and pleasant over the phone and in-person while the wait time can range from 15 min to 1 hr with appointment. Paperwork for referrals and special requests are done with info relayed back at a timely manner. Appointments with particular doctors depends on their set working days, posted on the monthly calendar at the reception area. Areas and the many rooms are clean and roomy; especially for seniors or with disabilities. As a patient of Dr. Lee, I transferred to this location when he relocated here. At times that he is unavailable, the other doctors are slightly more abrupt but still attentive to give care. Underground parking is rather snug, while there's metered street parking in front and on the side street.

Overall we've been very happy with our experience here! I've been multiple times in the past year for my baby's check-ups and vaccinations, and have received excellent care. Booking an appointment hasn't been a problem (lots of options for different time slots), and we haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes for our scheduled appointments.

Dr. Ranjit helped me with a debilitating injury that others couldn't. Thorough, professional and clinically sound. Thx Dr. Ranjit.

I had no idea why the ratings had been so low. Dr Foo was thorough and meticulous. As with any good walk-in physician not knowing the patient's complete history, she was risk-averse and conservative, but she seemed to be making all the right decisions within that framework. I didn't encounter any difficulty with the receptionist either. On a Saturday afternoon there was almost no waiting. With nothing to complain but everything going smoothly, I am left with no choice but to give the highest rating.

Family goes here to see the doctors and even with an appointment time they still have to wait over 30 minutes! Ridiculous! What is the point of having an appointment and you still have to wait?

Honestly it's a very strong 4 star. I would not give more then that because of the waiting time. If I have an appointment for 4:20 pm i expect to talk with doctor few minutes later, but 45 minutes delay, it's too much. The receptionists crew is really friendly. My doctor was really nice too. I didn't see any other issues, except time of waiting.

Dr Ranjit is a magician!

Dr. Wong is a great doctor, I've been seeing her for over 20 years now. Her associates are very kind to everyone, and I thoroughly enjoy talking to them.

It is a very busy practice with 3 doctors. I find Dr. Kam very attentive and caring.
