I visited this clinic once it was okay no complaints. This time when I called them to make an appointment, they didn’t even say single world and I didn’t know if they can hear me. after 15 seconds of silence they told “Hello” in a rude way they told me I can do walk- in or book online so I decided to go for walk-in since i was close by. After I got there, there is a sign said “ due to a high demand, today is a appointment only” so why don’t you tell me that you are available to take only appointment patients over the phone? Then I didn’t have to go back and forth for no reason

I’m very privileged to have Dr. Raddatz as my family doctor. She always goes above and beyond. She has been extremely helpful with the referral process to see a neurosurgeon And if I have any health issues, she always follows up and make sure I’m getting the best care possible. She is a great doctor, she’s extremely caring, and she does her best on our overcrowded system.
Came in complaining about high fever, chest pain, muscle weakness shortness of breath and nausea, the doctor just told me "oh its a virus just take Advil and Tylenol every 4 hours alternating" while not having performed any oral examination nor was a statoscope used, the time I spent with the doctor was around 60 seconds maximum.

Next day I felt much worse and my fever rose from 38.8 to 39.6 so I had to go to the Saint Michaels ER, after the blood work and xrays were done I got diagnosed with pneumonia.

While the doctor at this clinic was completely negligent, good thing I was advised to get a second opinion by my family members otherwise the condition could have gotten alot worse.
It was a yes for me, got there before 8- only took me 35 minutes which for a walk in clinic was great, staff is nice, doctors are great. Will be back.
Don’t ask for non-narcotics. Don’t ask for help with an ear infection. They need CT scans from 2020 and MRI’s from 2023 🙄 but still won’t give a prescription for antibiotics. How did Dr Wong get a licence to practice???
Horrible place to go unless you need a place to sit around and people watch. ; )
Went in for a new patient appointment with Dr. Rehal for 4:15pm. I left work early arrived at 4:10pm and then I waited to 4:45pm. When she came in she didn’t apologize for being late she just started rattling off a bunch of questions, when I said to her I had been sitting in a room waiting for over half an hour with no explanation no update and I was a bit frustrated she said “well I don’t think this is going to work” , “I take however long I need with each patient”. Unapologetic, no reason or intent to try and make the process better. And this is our healthcare system. If I can’t trust you to show basic respect and value for my time how on earth can I trust you with my health.

Edit: After going through more of these horrific Google reviews I’d like please to encourage people to send an email to OHIP, fill out a complaint form on the OHIP website or call. The service here is unavailable.
Great experience at this walk in clinic. Arrived 15 mins before it opened and was seen within 10 mins. Doctor was thorough and ordered 2 tests and set me up for x-rays.
Always have a great experience with my doctor, Dr. Gardizi. She is always so kind and thorough. I have followed her from Scarborough. Never makes me feel in any way inadequate.
The staff are also good. Not my favourite that my doctor enjoys a service. But they are friendly and always try to accommodate.
Had a really great experience here after hurting my knee. Went earlyish in the morning and had to wait under an hour. The Dr. So was really nice and knowledgeable. Got my requisition for imaging and the doctor followed up over the phone once the results came in.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC Absolutely horrible, with unacceptable staff that do not book your appointment or accommodate you in anyway. If you need a walkin clinic or doctor go elsewhere for actual professional help!
I called multiple times to book an appt then I showed up for my so called appt that was never booked. I attended this clinic at least 2 times before within 12 months and they had no record of my visit. Please do yourself a favour and go to a reputable clinic with professional staff!!!!!!!! I truly hope this posts reaches the owners and huge changes occur as I have just had my friend call and they told them they aren't taking patients 🤯🤯🤯

I am a new patient at this medical office and I want to say the experience was amazing. Everyone is very friendly.. the reception, lab technicians and Dr Kriger were so easy to talk to.. I am so happy to be a patient here…I feel I am in good hands.
I have been using this clinic for many years now, and have always had good experience. The office staff are very responsive and professional when requesting appointments and providing help with referrals, appointment etc. My doctor is Dr. Serbanescu and he is probably the best doctor I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, personable and caring. He is definitely a pleasure to deal with and I definitely trust him with my health.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Sadaf Gardizi at her practice located at 15 Queens Quay E, unit 102, Toronto, ON, and I am delighted to share my experience. From the outset, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and professionalism exhibited by Dr. Gardizi and her team.

From the moment I walked into her clinic, I was welcomed warmly by the staff. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organized. Despite it being my first visit, Dr. Gardizi made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to understand my medical history and listen to my concerns. Her thorough examination and clear explanations about my health were incredibly reassuring.

What stood out to me the most was Dr. Gardizi’s compassionate nature and her dedication to ensuring her patients feel comfortable and well-informed. She has a gentle demeanor and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. Her attention to detail and willingness to address any health concerns is truly commendable.

Additionally, the convenience of her practice’s location at Queens Quay and the ease of scheduling appointments made my experience even better. Her support staff is efficient and friendly, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Sadaf Gardizi to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and professional family doctor in Toronto. My first visit was an excellent experience, and I look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Gardizi.
Been a patient at this clinic for years. See my GP here for scheduled appointments but have also seen several other doctors when I’ve needed to come in more last minute as a walk-in. The front desk staff and all the doctors are friendly, welcoming and professional. They also listen and show great patience, when I’ve been to other clinics I’ve felt rushed through my visits by the doctors, but not here. Highly recommend this clinic for both walk-in and general care.
Used to be a good family clinic, has been going downhill for the past few years. No one picks up the call to do any bookings. I get told I'll be called back but never do. Nor do they respond back to online bookings.
Bookings have been canceled multiple times a few hours prior.
Phone appointments have been missed and not registered multiple times.
My family doctor wouldn't even want to see me for yearly body check up without having some symptom according to receptionist.
The walk in clinic took about 45-1 hour which is pretty standard (or relatively short) but the service was amazing. The female doctor I had (Dr. Kumar) was really lovely!

The front admin staff were also nice. The only thing I thought was strange was I tried calling 4 times and no one answered the phone.
Overall my experience have been always positive with the clinic and Dr Soltani. Thank you.
I was at the clinic to see my family doctor. The receptionist lack customer service skill and she is typing on her phone while taking to me. At least, I deserve a little respect while I waited in line to see her and answer my query.
Can't speak highly enough of Logan as a physio. Very detailed to my specific issue and very clear with recommendations and post physio support. All the staff within the Rehab team are excellent.
The HealthOne Centre is the perfect one stop shop for absolutely anything health and medical related. Went to the pharmacy for prescription drugs. Pharmacist Roman was amazing. Customer care is paramount and he did everything to aid in attaining the correct and needed prescription drugs, with great attention to detail. Thank you immensely.
I have been to the aesthetics clinic twice now. Received filler and Botox the first time and had a BBL and HALO treatment the second.
AMAZING results! The staff are truly professional and competent.
Such a pleasure, I highly recommend this clinic.
I will continue to make the drive to receive this outstanding care!
My experience at HealthOne is always really smooth! The service and the staff here are amazing. Dr.Jitesh and Lorselle were super attentive and professional. Highly recommend.

I was assigned to Dr. Sarah Gage who was honestly pretty dismissive to any concerns I had. Due to life events getting in the way, I haven't had a physical in 20 years. When I asked to book a physical, she responded with "Well, if you don't feel anything wrong, I don't think you have to do one." The front desk was equally unhelpful as they barred me from booking a physical online and called me to give me a similar reason despite me insisting that I really wanted one.

This experience just felt very negligent.
literally dont even care for the patients i went today because a needle went through my finger nail and through my finger from using a sewing machine and they didn’t even let me say what’s wrong they just said comeback tomorrow. So unprofessional. People like this shouldn’t work in a environment that should be comforting. It was also 6:15pm they close at 7. no excuse
Always amazing service here. They got me an appointment right away to check my wrist for carpal tunnel pain. I was able to see a Dr, then get fitted and assessed for a brace with the physiotherapist and my brace was ordered and delivered all within 24hrs. SPECTACULAR! One thing to note is their online booking system never works, but I have no trouble calling to book :)
OMG went today to the walk in clinic and the welcoming was amazing from the front desk, seeing a doctor was fast and Dr Jia Lin He is the best doctor, he listen and help. Thank you again!
I would like to thank the team at Davisville Medical Clinic for helping me with my urgent medical matter. Dr. Mahshad Vajar saw me quickly, and prescribed me what I needed on a Friday eve. The Pharmacist Manager, Alexandre Danilov, was very professional and helpful in helping me and answering my questions. I genuinely appreciate your help, and will come to the Clinic in the future.

I had terrible experience at this walk-in clinic for the last 2 years. Every time I had to wait for 3-4 hours, and when I finally saw a doctor, they rushed through my appointment without addressing my concerns properly. Last time was the worst and after that I won’t be returning.
I had an issue and when I came in as a walk-in, I was seen within 5 minutes by a doctor. The doctor was excellent and the receptionists made things easy. There is also a pharmacy inside the building so you have everything you need. I would recommend this place if you have a medical issue.
We have been patients here for the past 7 years. The medical station has taken care of us as our family grew by two and we are so pleased with their service. Despite the current government making it tough for family health offices to properly operate, the staff and doctors at the medical station continue to provide exemplary care for my whole family.
I would have given it a negative rating if possible. The receptionist staff displayed a shocking level of incompetence and irresponsibility. They completely mishandle your health plans, providing incorrect schedules, prioritizing others over you randomly, and even proposing a schedule that ultimately didn't fit their own availability. What's even more frustrating is their lack of remorse for all these errors.
Whoever give these receptionists jobs should seriously reconsider their recruitment and management strategies. To the neighboring community, this is not a clinic, this is the PAIN itself!

I love that this is my doctor's office, and I tell everyone to go here.

I trust the administrative team here, and I know they do their absolute best, even when they have to tell me something I don't want to hear. They offer whatever solutions they have at their disposal. I know they get a lot of flack (stop yelling at them!), but it's got to be hard being the administrative team for hundreds of patients, and they always have our backs.

My doctor is amazing - she is kind, compassionate, funny, and is supportive. I feel heard, which is a welcome change from many other medical experiences I've had. She genuinely cares for her patients and her line of work.

The facility is always spotless and safe. I highly recommend!
According to their website "The Medical Station in North York welcomes all new patient inquiries", but when I tried to register, I got the following response:
"Thank you for your inquiry.
At this time we are not accepting new patients. We do not have a wait list.
Sorry for the inconvenience."
For someone who has been looking for a family doctor because they really need one it is not just "inconvenience"... Please, correct your website, as it is very misleading...

Dr M Baron is understanding to your needs. Wonderful bedside manner. Extremely sharp and knowledgeable. Very clear way of articulating and presents it in such a way that you understand fully what needs to be done.
Was told the wait time would be 1.5 hours. Instead it was closer to be 3.5 hours! They knew this ahead of time and simply said the wrong information like robots or to cover their backs ( deceit). I have a medical condition that requires me to be VERY precise with the timing of my meals ( diabetes) etc. I was not prepared for this as it was an urgent visit. They lied about having giving me the wrong information. Then they started avoiding my questions and covering for each other, yelling at me, at which point I had an attack and had to leave. HORRIBLE place.
Skincare Team - Madison and Shane are very helpful and determined to deliver great customer experience along with the rest of the team.

I strongly recommend HealthOne to anyone looking for services they provide.

From my recent appointment here I can confidently tell that services like glass facial and skin care products i purchased from here are of the best

The only have one doctor for walk in. I called them before I went there. They said yea you can come. When I arrived, they told me no doctors for you today because the only doctor is sick and she left early. I am like what the hell?? So you only have one doctor for the whole clinic??? New clients don't even waste your time to come here.
The receptionists are extremely friendly! However, I am astonished by Dr. Soltani's lack of reliability. During my visit, my ultrasound report indicated an issue, and I even mentioned to her that I was experiencing significant pain due to a lump. Her response was simply to wait for two weeks and, if the pain persists, they would perform an X-ray and another ultrasound. Additionally, she advised taking Advil or Tylenol. Thankfully, the very next day I visited a walk-in clinic, where the doctor promptly prescribed antibiotics and other medications. The doctor also mentioned that if I had waited two weeks, I would have required surgery. It's difficult for me to comprehend how Dr. Soltani could neglect such a crucial matter. No wonder Canada's healthcare system has a poor reputation. Just because it's provided at no cost doesn't mean the patient shouldn't be treated properly. I don't believe she has sufficient experience, making it a complete waste of time. I strongly discourage anyone from going to this place. It's better to wait for hours at a walk-in clinic than to receive inadequate treatment here.

Edit review:

I spoke to the receptionist and presented the reports I received from the clinic via email on July 4th. I clearly informed her that the doctor had discussed the reports with me and advised me to return after 2 weeks if the lump didn't subside, even suggesting the possibility of having COVID, which I did not. I am really disappointed and find it troubling that the doctor would lie about this situation.
I have been a patient for almost 3 years. But Soltani is absolutely the worst. Terrible referrals on multiple occasions and whenever I have an appointment I end up waiting for 30 minutes at least in the office. Last visit when I complain about this she just tells me to go see another doctor.
The receptionist is extremely rude. When I complain as its my right to complain when I am getting such a service, she just keeps telling me “stop yelling”! I feel extremely offended by this. This is the normal way I speak and it is my accent. I mean can’t we have a conversation with someone and give a feedback without being labeled rude or angry or something? Are we just supposed to keep taking the attitude and terrible service they are giving us at these medical clinics with a smile and thank them for disrespecting our time.
With all due respect, the clinic doesn't feel like a medical center anymore. It feels more like a luxury lounge or wellness center. First, I don't find appointments at the time of the need (slots are usually booked for 2 weeks), and when I find one, those are canceled without any notice.

I just had a medical need. I have a very bad cough. I have been coughing my lungs out for the past 2 weeks. I booked the appointment and got the confirmation email as well 24 hours before my appointment 24. I was hoping to sleep better tonight, but when I visited the clinic, I was told that the doctor had to leave and there was no replacement doctor available. This has happened to me in the past as well. Please be a professional and help the person in need when he needs. If this is how your so-called clinic operates, I think I should look somewhere better where I can find real doctors.

After my recent visit with Dr Lisa Saldanha, I must say that I was disappointed with the level of attention and care provided during my appointment. Despite sharing my concerns and complaints, I felt that the doctor was not attentive and did not spend enough time addressing my needs. This lack of attention and care made me feel that my concerns were not being taken seriously, which was concerning and unsatisfactory. I believe it's important for healthcare providers to listen carefully to their patients and address all of their concerns with compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was not my experience with Dr. Lisa Saldanha, and I am hesitant to return to her for any future medical needs.
I've been with Dr. Farnoosh Soltani Mohammadi for a couple of years and still continuing. It has been an amazing experience. Doesn't rush. Never had to wait during the visit. The receptionists are also very welcoming. Dr. gives a very thorough explanation and is very knowledgeable. Thank you .
One word to describe the whole clinic would be "unprofessional".
We (my wife and myself) have been Dr.Soltani's patients for over 2 years and we have had the opportunity to see the quality of care decline over time. There's been some questionable practices and unprofessionalism starting from the receptionist to the doctor. I'm writing this review based on multiple experiences and not due to a single incident.

1. During one visit while my wife eas explaining her symptoms, the doctor's watch kept buzzing every 30 seconds and she would take time to read the text on her watch. She was distracted throughout the session and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times.

2. To avoid the long wait times encountered at the clinic, we booked the first appointment of the day once. Doctor ended up being late to work that day and we had to wait almost an hour. That's when we realized that it's not the patients taking longer, but the doctor showing up late that's contributing to causing the delays.

3. The doctor has been rushing us during the session lately and it seems like she doesn't have the time nor interest to treat a patient.

4. There are two doctor's names being posted on the clinic's door even though there's only one doctor practicing in the clinic. I doubt it if it's a way to bring in twice the amount of patients with just one doctor. This would explain why it's hard to get an appointment here.

5. There's no proper communication between the doctor and receptionist. During our last visit the doctor said she would call us (through medeo) app to discuss a test result. But when we called the receptionist to check if we can schedule it, she argued with my pregnant wife and denied to give an appointment. She called back later and gave us an online appointment for 4:45 pm. We logged in at 4:45 for the call and waited till 5:30 when we decided to end the call. We later got a message from the doctor saying that she will call back the next day. There was no communication from them for another 3 weeks.

My wife is a high-risk pregnant woman and if this is the kind of treatment she got, I'm really worried about the care that goes in to treating other patients. We have been going to a walk-in clinic lately and we were surprised to see the difference in care, and compassion the doctor and receptionist showed us at the walk-in clinic. We will never go back to NY North Medical clinic and is in the process of taking us off their patient list. A doctor who is late and distracted isn't professional. Dr.Soltani seemed like she's a lot better than this when we first visited the clinic and I hope it starts getting better for the sake of other patients.

EDIT:

We understand that 15 to 20 minute delays are normal and that is exactly why we scheduled an appointment as the first patients of day. Doctor did not even show up to the clinic for almost an hour.

Also, we only got one phone call that too after almost 3 weeks and two calls after the review was posted.

I'm glad that you appreciate honest reviews because I keep my review honest so that other patients can know what they are getting in to.

There are rarely any availability for an in person visit, the appointment available is often 2 weeks out, which you are probably recovered by then. To book appointments and receive messages from the clinic, each person has to have an account on their online system, including kids, so every person has to use a unique email address. If, god forbid, you mix them, they will keep rejecting you, no flexibility there. They also won’t let you see another doctor at that clinic even your doctor is unavailable, no matter the urgency. Even though they strongly discourage you to see outside clinics, I try to abide to. My tried to make an urgent appointment for my kid once, letting the doctor and receptionists know how uncomfortable and painful it was for my kid to do a regularly necessary activity, her doctor had to leave right at noon but they won’t assign someone else to help either. I ended up using Polysporin and she was already almost fully recovered by the time we got to the see the doctor a week later, who prescribed steroid cream. If you’re late, the receptionist makes a point of burning this fact into your brain, don’t bother with your reasons, understandable but most people already feel really bad.
I travelled to another province in Canada and forgot my daily prescription pills, so I called my doctor to send a prescription. She wouldn't do it because she's only licensed in Ontario, even though I let her know she can send it to a pharmacy in Ontario and the pharmacy in my current province can request emergency stash but she wouldn't do it and was ready to hang up and I was on my own, local doctors didn't take health cards from another province. Feel like she doesn't care about my health at all.
I called my last doctor for a prescription and he did it right away.
My last doctor had very long wait times but was always available and easygoing. He didn’t charge for trivial requests but this clinic charges for EVERYTHING.
End off on a positive note, wait times are short, doctors are very nice when you talk to them.
Amazing clinic and receptionists are wonderful in scheduling appointments. Our family doctor is Dr. Matthew Baron. He is very kind hearted and listens to our concerns. Me and my husband do not have any medical issues. But little things do come up once in a while like cough, ear pain or wax in the ears. Dr. Baron has always been very supportive and he never dismisses or ignores what we try to say him the health concerns. If the family doctor's are Out of Clinic, the other available doctors did follow up during Covid times to help with guidance and medication. Wonderful team. Thanks Dr. Baron !!
Website doesn't work. All links are broken.
When I called to get info, the man hung up on me. At 1st I thought it was a mistake, but, I tried 3 times and 3 times he hung up on me. Odd???
My husband and I’re patients of Dr. Soltani since one year ago approximately and we’d never had any problems until this year, when we might have had the opportunity to do our check-ups.
First, it was difficult to find an available time with her that could be matched with our work time and when we could definitely find one, the receptionist called me three days before the appointment to cancel it, as she had an emergency.
We were sensitive and sympathetic, since this kind of situation can happen with everyone. Immediately, the receptionist could encounter another day to reschedule the appointment, but once again, it was very complicated for us to find a way to match her schedule with ours, but we did it. Guess what? For the second time in a row, the receptionist called me saying that Dr. Soltani due to an emergency, needed to cancel our appointment AGAIN. Really? What’s going on?
Just a heads up, coincidentally, those two times that we supposed to have our appointments up and running, were scheduled to be held on Friday. Moreover, how come someone with 3 or 4 days before your appointment can predict that an emergency is going to occur? I have no idea!
Bottom line is she demonstrated lack of professionalism and you who’s thinking about scheduling an appointment with her, be ready to have the same surprise as we had and have your time super available to adequate it to when she thinks it should be done.
On the other hand, her staff is extremely polite and nice.

What a shame!

Karla
I totally trust Dr. Soltani. She is a great doctor, professional, sympathetic, patient and above all, she treats her patients with love and care. The receptionist is amazing. I would recommend their services to people who needs medical care.
I really admire dr. Soltani. However, her Receptionist is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. There's a different girl in the mornings who's really nice and considerate, but don't call after 1pm, you'll have the worst experience ever. It's not the first time she was rude with me over the phone, and despite all bad reviews she's still in there. I don't understand how this person wants to work with others without having any people skills.
Is this 5 star rating a total joke?
Great website. Easy to use and very pertinent.
