My husband and I came in to buy some new cases for ourselves. We had a great experience last week in store with Lizzy. Her product knowledge was impressive and she answered all of my questions very well. It is great that July employs enthusiastic and presentable staff. We have visited the Melbourne July store but nothing compared to Lizzy's service.

I had a wheel snap off at the start of a two week trip. The case is 19 months old. Customer service non-existent: I was passed by email across several teams with c.48hr gaps between responses so I was left carrying the case over a two week trip with no one offering or responding to my request for a call to work out how to get a repair effected quickly.

I have a 10 year old Tumi that I’ve reverted to. Still going strong.
Love the products. Have purchased a few luggages. The disappointing bit is the lack of after sale service (online) as I bought the carry on pro with detachable pouch, which keeps falling off. Approached July under 100 days, but July refused to do anything about it. Ended up going in store for assistance to reduce the risk of losing my laptop in the pouch. No issue with checked in luggages.
I was referred to them as the company after the airline damaged my luggage. Initially, they were lovely however after leaving my luggage with them repair. They advised us to come back the next week to discuss whether it could be repaired or it needed to be reimbursed because it was too damaged. When we arrived, they told us they had thrown out the luggage because it could not be repaired and it was our responsibility to follow up with the airline ourselves for reimbursement. It is completely unreasonable to throw out two entire pieces of luggage just because one strap is broken without first discussing with the owner. In addition, there was no update from them that this had happened so we wasted a trip out to their store which is another half day wasted
I purchased a Trunk and Carry on trunk and was served today by Hannah.
Hannah gave exemplary service as she was very informative about each product , very patient and she also had a lovely disposition . I was also assisted by Toni at the Westfield July store who was very caring when it came to the personalisation on each bag. Very efficient service by all at July thank you.

Really friend staff, great range of suitcases and colours!
Walking in made me feel happy! I love colours and the bags were all super cool with very unique designs. Most importantly Hugh who works there was very pleasant, helpful and his product knowledge was superb. He is a professional I could tell.

The airline damaged our bag and sent us to this store for repair or replacement. No questions asked, he gave us a brand new bag which was certainly a comparable size and quality. Very pleasant and easy to deal with

The ‘guarantee’ is a gimmick sadly, everything seems to be wear and tear unfortunately, especially if it’s a difficult repair. Decent bags while they last, nice if they showed a bit more integrity as a business.
On the day we were travelling to the USA, my wife's suitcase locked ( without her completing her new password code from 000 to....), there was no way of opening the suitcase. Long story short ; got to JFK and went straight to TWA customs who are supposed to have a Master key to open ANY suitcase, they tried with 2 Master keys which did not open the suitcase, finely having to cut the lock. We were constantly emailing Samsonite who said that at the end of our ( 6 weeks ) travels, we should go to their above repair service. Tumi Antler did a extremely great job ( on warranty ) in replacing the faulty lock, one happy customer. They have since moved location to Mascot, I think.
They are a repair store that also sell luggage. Bought 2 of my suitcases from here instead of the major retailers.

Service has always been good with the staff explaining which suitcases were suitable for my needs. They have comparable sale prices as well.

But most importantly they know which brands/products are reputable in quality as they are in the business of repairing luggage. Would come here again for my future luggage needs!
I needed to purchase a new suitcase for a trip interstate and was blown away by the professionalism of the staff. Julian (blue eyes), Monica and especially Jasmin had extensive product knowledge on the range which made my experience so smooth and easy. I couldn’t have made the right choice without them! The young male staff member who assisted me today is incredibly friendly. He helped me pick out a new Rimowa trunk suitcase and I couldn’t be happier with the service and expert advise. 10/10 recommend this location :)
We have had 2 suitcases repaired by these guys. Really efficient service and done within the week time frame. Next time I'm looking to purchase a replacement Samsonite I will go to these guys first, the prices are really good....Support small business!!
Our suitcases were completely ruined after a flight with British Airways. Cases did not arrive at airport when we did. After 2 days we got them, all battered and bits broken off. As a visitor I didn’t know where to get them repaired or replaced after being asked to do so by the airline. I found this company via Google and had immediate success. Peter contacted me after I left a message. He organised everything from then on and I received 2 brand new Samsonite cases yesterday. I had absolutely nothing to do except provide details and photos. We are over the moon with the service we received. Thank you Peter from the visitor from Ireland. Highly recommended.

Purchased the beautiful silver Cabin S two days ago. This luggage is made of aluminium and also, comes with lifetime warranty too. Lychee was awesome throughout the whole process, showing me how to set up the pin on my luggage and also, how to claim back GST too. This store is impeccable and also, the service is excellent. Highly recommend this store if your looking to buy your next luxury Rimowa luggage.

This shop really have a very bad customer service, experience with one of the staff ( short hair ) lady, very not polite. We just want to take a look for the lugage and she just said there is more downstair and straight away take the lugage away without say anything. It look like we don’t have money to buy. Maybe can said it kind of racist.

Terrible customer service experience! It's so bad that I don't even know where to begin! The logistics company associated with this company is extremely poor. The driver only knocked twice on the door and left without leaving any card or contact information. The website of Rimowa also doesn't specify the logistics company they partner with, so I couldn't contact them directly. Realizing that I missed the delivery, I immediately called Rimowa for assistance. Their customer service line was fast with no waiting time, and they immediately rescheduled the delivery time. It seemed great at first, but their horizontal communication is a joke! The rescheduled delivery was supposed to be on Thursday, but no one showed up. I waited all day, and finally called Rimowa. They said they would contact the logistics company for me but also hinted that I could contact them myself (the problem is I didn't know which logistics company it was). After finding out the logistics company, I contacted them myself and found out they didn't arrange any shipment for me that day (what about the first rescheduled delivery that Rimowa arranged?). I got really angry because I had already waited the whole morning, so I called Rimowa again to ask what was going on. They promised to contact the logistics company (TNT) and get back to me. Finally, Rimowa's response was that TNT will deliver my suitcase in two hours and call me to confirm before arriving. Well, it has been three hours now. I have waited my suitcase from morning to 5:30pm. These people are getting paid for doing nothing. They can't even handle simple tasks. This kind of price for this kind of service? I am truly disappointed with them.

update: I called TNT again and they are not sending my suitcase today, so why Rimowa saying they will deliver my suitcase in two hours? who is lying?
Just got my repair on decade old Rimowa Topas today. Thanks, Mags. She's transparent and got me updated on the cosmetic repair. New locks, face plate, hinge and alignment. Quite worth it after being battered for a decade.
Recently came back from an overseas trip and my wheels on my Samsonite luggage wasn’t wheeling smoothly and general wear and tear on the handle.
Went to the place to get it sorted and after 2 trips, it was completely resolved.

Had an outstanding experience with these guys today, customer service at its best! First of all they told me to bring my two pieces of luggage in with zipper problems (after viewing my video) when no one else could, and could fix it at a reasonable price. Then on special request, as I travelled a fair distance to get to them, they helped to expedite my repairs and completed them within the day! I was already super happy and then even though they repaired one of my zippers, they deemed it unrepairable because my zip was missing a tooth…it still works! albeit I need to take a bit of care, but they didn’t charge me for it! Highly recommend them if you need your luggage repaired. Friendly, efficient, no fuss service. Couldn’t ask for more.. Thanks a million Peter, Amelia, Dustin and the other team member who worked on my luggage. Been having a stressful time lately and you guys, reduced my stress levels and truly made my day! :) Now I can travel with fully functional luggage again.. yayyy! :)

Rude staff. I foolishly took a bag in for a repair, was bluntly told we don’t do that anymore buy a new one and was basically scoffed at. The bag is a very expensive piece by the way. If I do buy a new bag it won’t be from those people.

lovely customer service, great location and professional looking luggage. however, i am scared to put it to use because i’ve heard really bad reviews about things breaking easily, parts falling off and the bags not being durable for travel. that’s why i only got the carry on instead of the larger luggage. please update designs to be more sturdy. very pricey. luckily it was a life time warranty.

My luggage was damaged by Qantas No.1 service. Rimowa provide a quotation for Insurance.
We’ve been researching new luggage for a while and settled on July. Now we could have ordered online, but call me old fashioned, I like the feeling you get when you get great service from an experienced salesperson. Iani was exactly that person. Well versed in her products and so incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to match what we wanted with the product range, and she did it perfectly.
Oh, and the bags are pretty damn good too! Two thumbs up 👍🏼 👍🏼

Do not believe their warranty ... It has now been 6 months to get a wheel replaced on my Wellington Heist. I have spent well $5,000 on their brand for full sets of travel luggage (his and her) and other bags as gifts for overseas family. You would expect that they keep their word. Over the last 3 months no response to emails or information on what is happening to my bag. Now hers has the same issue of a broken wheel!!!! The brand has gone down the tube since its takeover. Shame on you!!!

Ridiculous waste of my time, I would give lower than 1 star if I could! Customer service was rubbish and I was sold a faulty product, of which she tried to swap for another of the same which was ALSO faulty and then I was told upon trying to return it that they couldn’t refund the product because they didn’t have a merchant card!

What a joke…

I then was ushered into another completely different store to sort out my refund which the poor staff had no idea about, eventually after about 30mins plus of standing around and talking rubbish on the phone I got my refund for my faulty product however just to top it all off I was told that my refund won’t be processed for at least 3-5 business days.

Absolutely gutted and will never be returning.
Amazing store. The person who attended to us was so helpful, knowledgeable in the products and not pushy! We loved the design of July suitcases and ended up buying the entire set! Amazing colour choices. Easy location!

Good selection of bags, but unreliable opening hours. I have visited this place 3 times in the morning, during opening hours, only to find the shop closed and a sign saying “back at 2pm”. What’s the point of a retail shop if we can’t visit it ?

Fabulous shopping experience, went into the shop Saturday 16/7/22
The lovely assistant who attended to us was called Miki.
She was knowledgeable with her products and extremely attentive to detail.
We ended up purchasing 4 Samsonite large suit cases with 4 carry on case,and also a Samsonite backpack (backpack 30%off)
The price was exceptional as Samsonite was on sale 40% reduced.
All in all a fantastic shopping experience.
Highly recommended for those in the market.

The staff are usually very helpful when purchasing their products. However, when I tried to get my bag repaired, they left it at the back of their storeroom for 2 months and forgot about it. It has now been 4 months and they continue to be bad with email replies and continue to delay returning my bag. I will be taking this further.

Bought a cabin suitcase the strap of which broke in our 2nd use. Went to the store and was advised they don’t have the part and it will take weeks to arrive. Asked them to take one from the existing inventory and replace that when the new part come in (common sense) oh no they can’t! Rimova quality is not the same it used to be and after sale service which they claim is so good is actually not quite that good.

Crumpler is a fascinating Australian company with a rich heritage. 25 years old this year, their Sydney flagship store at the Galeries nods to their Melbourne beginnings with brick walls and scaffold like fixtures. The bags are both functionally and form focussed, featuring simplistic and simple design packed with specific features for travel, work or causal use. Crumpler always updates their ranges with pops of colour which seem to always be changing! Staff are fantastic and always willing to help find the best solutions.

Unless you are buying something, they will be trailing you like car dealers!

I was redirected by Antler Official Store vouched by their good customer service as an authorised repairer. I have a broken lock which requires repair. It was damaged by an airline (which allows reimbursement). The reimbursement procedure with the airline requires me to produce a repair quote and approved prior repair. At the store, they inspected and return me with a repair cost of $59 in total.

I requested whether this can be written in any manner so I can forward it to the airline. Sydney Luggage Centre refused.

The store was unwilling to provide me a repair quote. Verbally stating that it will invoice me $49 for a quote by itself (yes, $49 for a piece of paper). They told me that they do not care about how my airline works, refused to communicate or give details about the store. The staff refused to provide me their full name and ABN so I can allow follow up conversation. So essentially, they are forcing me to pay $59 upfront or leave the store - not trying to be helpful in any manner.

I have no clue how this store became an official Antler representative given the appalling rating. If you are to buy a luggage, stay away from it. It is very sad Antler have choose such store to represent its brand.

Recently travelling from Sydney I had the unfortunate incident where my current/previous carry all bag decided it didn't want to make the journey with me. The young gentleman who served me was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. Whilst a bag falling apart is not a huge deal, after a very stressful trip, to have someone assist so promptly, offering a quiet space for me to repack my luggage and even assisting to dispose of my old bag, I was so very grateful. Great selection, and very happy with the product, I can recommend this store and will frequent them again when next in Sydney airport.

September 13, 2019, afternoon. A young fat female store clerk attitude is very bad. Ask if there are different colors of the same luggage. Ask if there is any new product in the warehouse. She is not willing to use computer query. Very negative attitude.
If you have only one chance to visit this store. I hope that you will not meet this clerk. But the manager who met the next day had a good attitude. Should fire that female employee.

I was in store. Sydney international airport on 9 June 2019, 10.30 am.
The Latino lady was extremely unhelpful and stuck up.
I asked my question and because she was so unhelpful and her manner so cold.
I had no interest and walked right out. Why would I entertain the thought to spend my money with that unwelcome attitude.
Employ someone who wants to be there and who will give your business a good brand/reputation.

I bought a new bag on the way home to QLD and when I got home the lock didn't work. I have repeatedly asked them to honour the warranty and they just don't return calls. So don't buy anything off them because if it doesn't work they don't care.

Positives - good range of brands and product lines in stock. Prices are competitive.

Negatives - dubious sales practices including the crossed-out "original" prices the products have never actually been sold at. For such a large shop, there is a distinct shortage of staff. Salespeople can border on pushy. Limited car parking near store.

Tip 1 - if you're waiting at the counter and no one comes to server you, just phone them, press ”1” for sales and they'll rush to the counter to answer the phone. Hang up and get served.

Tip 2 - Before you buy, Google the product and you might find it substantially cheaper elsewhere (with free delivery), even after the bollocks original price is replaced with their asking price.
