Such a great place to have morning coffee. Was travelling Perth city from South Korea and found here so nice. Friendly staffs, beautiful vibe made me feel refreshed. Flat white was so good!
Everything was so happy about the place.
We got a table outside and the restaurant was full.
The customer service from the happy waiters was amazing. The food the vibe everything was a picnic. I really loved my coffee and the service here is so awesome. good job guys
Takes 40-45 minutes for food to come out.

Nice cafe and waiters are super nice but pretty frustrating how long I had to wait for food to come out. Sometimes I just have coffee and sometimes I order food here. Coffee is fast to come out but the food has taken around 40 minutes every time to come out.

Today I observed that the tables next to us that sat down the same time and before us had food come out 30 minutes in. Mine came out 45 minutes after my order was placed.

Picnic Burwood inside Burwood Park offers a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the Furikake scorched salmon tartine, Burwood burger and mushroom lover dishes. Portions are generous - Highly recommended for a satisfying meal!

Absolutely love the Paddock on Crown! This has been our go-to brunch spot for a long time and the food is on point every time!! They deserve all the stars as we've tried quite a few of their best dishes and they're all amazing. My favourites are the soba noodles, pasta dishes and breakfasts. Also love their signature fluffy pancakes. Very friendly staff, prices are very fair, and love that they welcome furry friends. We love coming here before catching the tram straight to the city. 100% recommend!

I ordered soba noodles and this is the most awful noodles I have ever eaten. The salmon is VERY VERY FAT and nearly all of the salmon pieces are fat. I can't swallow it without drinking water. The deep fried egg is not with salt or pepper or any sauce. Only the soda noodles with some flavor. The food only worths $5, The service worths $5 but the actual price is $28. Only the drinks are tasty.

There were not much crowded in that moment. 9ish am.
Actually, I was gonna go to the really popular cafe "single O" which is located next to this cafe, but that one was full of people and I gave up this time.
But, this cafe was good enough👍
I had flat white and corn flitter for breakfast.
To be honest, campos coffee is the best no matter where you drink it☕️
I'd like to come again for breakfast!

I ordered a oxtail pasta. It should be a red sauce pasta but the flavor of the sauce was very light and there was only a little beef in the pasta. Besides the pasta noodle sticks together a little bit. In conclusion, price is a bit high comparing with the food served.

Charming decor here, it truly lives up to the Blacksmith name. I ordered a small flat-white coffee, and an acai bowl with added yoghurt. The friendly staff had my items on my table quickly, along with a jug of water and a glass. The coffee was nice and hot, and tasted great. The acai bowl was delicious, and was quite refreshing after the coffee. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, recommended.
Finally ate here after years of just getting coffee. It was pretty good. Pretty busy for 8:30a but snagged one of the outside tables easily. Coffee was stellar as usual. The crumbed barramundi was very good although I was amused at the hot dog bun. Partners chicken sando was also good although I’d pass on the olives. Overall a good place that I might come back to for some chill focus time, but I wouldn’t wait in line for it.
Amazing!!!! Happened upon this place and there was consistently a line out the door. Great for small groups (2-4 people) or solo diners. I asked the waitress to surprise me with a coffee and food order and it was FANTASTIC. Best flat white and espresso tasting, and incredible corn fritters with avocado and soft boiled eggs. I stayed for nearly two hours reading a book. Highly recommend.

After a few weeks of being out of the country this was my first stop after landing back in Sydney.

We got in early (around 7am) and the quite empty cafe saw us seated in comfortable both and chair style seating. The calm didn’t last long as this place is popular. Patrons quickly filled the indoor seating and a constant flow of take away coffee orders filed past outside.

The service is prompt and adequate. Our server was polite and friendly and we ordered a round of coffees and some breakfast fare.

The coffee is on point. I forgot to order mine extra hot but for those who have their coffee at the regulation temperature you won’t be disappointed.

Food is fresh and well prepared. I had the avi with lot and it was a really well thought out dish. And thank you for sliced avocado!! I am not a fan of the smashed variety and it was refreshing to see a common dish done with some flare and originality.

The granola was really good with a variety of fruits and a really beautiful granola. Perfect!

A great place to grab a bite in the heart of Sydney! Thanks!

Good food. The black sausages in the English breakfast was nice, as was the bacon. The home fries were average, a bit too soft and lukewarm. The chicken and waffle was an interesting mix, good salty and sweet flavours. The fried chicken was juicy inside and crispy on the outside. It was too loud inside with the open kitchen and coffee machine running. Bit disappointed with the service and atmosphere was average. Cups were not washed properly. There was lipstick on the cup, we mentioned it to the staff who’s answer was “oh”. More acknowledgment and an apology would be better, it’s pretty gross, but it may be a one off occasion so we might try the cafe again. They have a good selection of drinks on the menu.

What an impressive set up, nestled in the heart of Perth cbd. Hannah was an exceptional barista, a real coffee aficionado. Made a superb Panama pour over. Mr Bo has his finger on the pulse by checking and ensuring the milk coffees poured are on point (which they were). Great coffee spot for those wanting a true speciality coffee experience

We had brunch here around 9am - it was still pretty much empty then and only started filling up around 10.
We ordered cappuccinos, french toast, and a chicken wrap, all of which were presented wonderfully and tasted amazing! Service was so friendly too; the lady even moved the heater to us when we said it was a little cold.
The only downside was that it was a little pricey, we spent around $70 but that is understandable in a cafe (in this economy 😔)
Missing Piece, I would like to recommend to everyone to enjoy amazing food, drinks, and all services they provided, the couple owners gave us a very warm welcome, I will back again and again.

Great atmosphere. But food and service was terrible. There wasn’t enough staff we sat down for 15mins before we had our order taken by the barista who was busy making coffees. Our turkey and cranberry toastie was still cold inside when it arrived. The prawn pasta for $25 was a bit questionable about potion size and prawns. It was under seasoned then asked the barista for salt and pepper while I waited while he fills up his coffee beans and clean his bench. I think there’s other options in the area that would offer a better experience but could be our luck.
The tacos taste very nice. The taco holder is very cute. My kid said the milkshake was delicious, it tastes like melted ice cream. It had a lollie snake on the straw. It was very cute. The linguine was also very tasty. Especially the chilli! Staffs are very kind and helpful. It's only a short wait! If you near Macquarie Centre, The Missing Piece is a have to try!

Fantastic spot close to Central, with a rustic blacksmith decor that runs all the way from the doors to the teapots!

The food was fantastic! Standard Australian breakfast fare but with a few twists along the way. They also managed to serve a table of 15 without issue which is no mean feat.

Coffee was also delicious, with great latte art. Again they were serving a lot of people so this was great to see.

Service was friendly and efficient (or at least as efficient as they could be for a party as large as ours).
Very good coffee! Atmosphere was chill, and the servers were very friendly.

We ordered the 'Fish Dawg' and the 'Beef Short Rib'. Both were very delicious. The fish roll was huge! The fish was super thick and cooked to perfection. But the beef short ribs was the winner for me. The beef brisket was super tender, and every component on the plate just makes sense. They complement each other perfectly.

This is currently my favourite cafe in Sydney! They serve both really good coffee and food.

Cute Cafe in Surry Hills. They have Asian inspired dish as well as western breakie/lunch. Coffee is great, friendly. They gave us heads up when the food seems bit delayed than expected (like 3mins to serve).omelette i had was great with chorizo, potato, some veggies +sourdough, good quantity too. Their pancake seems signature meal!

A nice little cafe with welcoming service. I had their Asian benny with smoked salmon and smashed edamame. It was a delicious twist on the standard cafe fare. Good coffee on offer too.

The decor is quite well done too. True to its name as a blacksmith. Worth stopping in, if you're in the area.

Used the flyover walkway from the train station while raining and came across this place. Very nice coffee!
We had afternoon tea there recently. I wasn't expecting much, being a cafe situated in the middle of a busy shopping centre. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive service. The coffee is good and the cake is decent. Presentation is a cut above your typical cafe. I particularly liked the scan and order system. It takes the stress out of trying to remember what to order or the dreaded decision paralysis.
I will need to come back for lunch to get the full picture when they are under the pump.

Worth Trying.

A nice parkside cafe with a fairly typical but middle-eastern inspired menu.

Coffee - par.
Salted Mushroom - Was very heavy. There was too much oil going on with the hummus, making the whole thing a dense and fatty experience without anything refreshing that cut through it. Don't recommend this.

Takes AMEX.

Great cafe experience and only a short walk from central station. The food was lovely, the decor was fabulous and the staff was kind. Special mention to Jenny for being so helpful to us with our new baby.
I went this morning to the Single O Surry Hills Coffee shop. They are located in the Surry Hills. The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the Central Station, surrounded by other coffee shops, restaurants and chic hotels.

Single O Surry Hills is a trendy café frequented by locals, early office workers.
It gets busy during morning and lunch hours.

They brew and prepare different kind of coffees. The coffee shop have nice breakfast and lunch option.

I had a flat white with a breakfast burger with jack cheese. It was tasty and filling,

I recommend hopping in there and have a cup of coffee.

Really enjoyed the food here, with a bit of an Asian fusion in most dishes. The pad Thai and Bulgogi salad are must tries. Fried chicken burger and fish tacos were very tasty too. Food portions are not the biggest for what you pay, but overall satisfied. Alcohol served and plenty of seating.

It’s kinda hard to find this place w google map but their coffee was good.
I couldn’t buy their bean cuz it was soldout. But still nice.

If they have pour over iced, it would be better.

They can measure the bean’s weight and make hot or iced coffee differently but they don’t do that.
Maybe don’t know how much weight of bean they have to use for iced coffee. Or lazy.
But still nicer than many other cafes in Perth!

And good atmosphere, nice smell😂

Open cafe on level 2 of Macquarie Centre, just outside of Myer. Nicely decorated rustic Cafe.
Howvere, the breakfast is basic and average with some Asian twists.
The coffee taste wasn't also what I expected from a rustic cafe. In general, for me, it is not a place to go back again.
Love this little gem! Tucked in the corner and a very warm, spacious, comfortable cafe compared to many other cafes at Macquarie shopping centre. The pasta and salad was very generous in portion and loved the flavour. Loved the fresh juice and latte too! We enjoyed comfortable chats there! ❤️🥰

Pretty disappointed with what looked like a cool cafe for brunch. Waited for nearly an hour for cold, hard poached eggs on burnt toast. The service was very slow and it wasn't even that busy. I now know why you pay when you order. We would have left otherwise after the second time being told "another 10 minutes". Never did get any salt and pepper and the wait staff were barely attentive. Not somewhere I'd recommend.
A new favorite brunch place. Great break while you are in the Macquarie shopping center.

We had a big brunch and I can hardly think of anything bad. From the start with sitting experience and ordering to the clean-up of the table.

For drinks we had flat white and earl grey. Drinks started rolling out in just couple of minutes. We specially liked the Merry Mojito mocktail and the Lemonado mocktail. They were beautifully presented and both delicious.

The Sea (smoked salmon salad) which was very beautiful, yum and healthy.

Shakshuka was beautifully presented and was tasty, just a bit too salty (which I like but others might prefer less saltiness).

Over all this cafe is definitely recommended.

Very nice cafe. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and were very friendly. The design of the cafe is quite nice as well, I like how the interior wall features illustrations of the Surry Hills neighbourhood. The poached eggs on my croque madame were cooked wonderfully and the cheeseburger toastie was indeed faithful to it's name, very tasty!
We stopped in at this gem over the weekend after trying to find a quiet spot for a coffee and we were immediately attracted to the spacious and tranquil environment inside away from the bustle of shopping centre. We were made to feel at home from the moment we sat down with friendly and attentive staff who were more than happy to cater to our special food requests. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. This is a cafe that stands out above the rest with the owner going the extra mile to make sure guest are comfortable. We will certainly be back!

We went to Toast Cafe with the expectation of just having a bite to eat - that was certainly an underestimation! What we experienced was a culinary enlightenment. The combination of folded egg and bacon, in a sarnie, with a hash brown, and spicy mayo! Wow!

However, ‘it takes a village’, and the front of house was no exception. Jack was charming and his bubbly jokes were the real highlight. With his speedy service and trusty order memory, he really is an asset to Toast Cafe.

It is a must in Sydney.

Love the atmosphere - very sleek decor and feel like a venue I would need to dress up for. There's a combination of a 5 star hotel, bar vibe and an art gallery to this venue.
Coffee is spot on. Staff are friendly. Like how there's a bin for your coffee cups which aid in recycling.
Happy with everything & a joy to be served by the lovely Joy!

Wow! What an amazing cafe!!.. came across this place shopping at Myer in Macquarie.. True to its name.. it's a little Oasis!!.. atmosphere is lovely and feels nothing like a cafe in a department store.. ordered something and asked for a change.. the chef came to the table and walked me through the prep.. you can tell the meals are made with love and respect.. AND the menu is prepared Halaal.. try this place.. absolutely worth it!!

I saw a post from 2 years ago about the bread being too hard on the eggs benedict. And today it’s the same! Had to return the food so they can change the bread, which they did so 2 stars. Have been to the one in Rhodes which is amazing but this one isn’t at all. The Asian guy taking orders at the counter didn’t even say good morning or thank you.
Reasonably priced compare to other ridiculously expensive cafe in the shopping centre. The lunch time I came seems to be short staffed. Generally worth coming back again.

I used to come here very often and they used to be very good - not sure what have changed but what I saw was zero customer service even no hi or greeting words from the order taker - hope they can improve- thanks
A hidden little cafe on lvl 3 of Macquarie Centre, opposite hot dollar, beside the carpark and at the back of Myer. The cafe has inviting furniture and a peace ambience and was empty when I visited just past 9am on a Monday morning. Customer service was lovely and so was the coffee (full bodied and well balanced), babycinno was well priced at $1. We had the egg benedict with smoked salmon and a big breakfast. Food was alright, not fantastic. As you can see from the pictures, the hollandaise sauce was slightly split and the scrambled eggs were over cooked and dry.

Given the 177 St Georges Tce branch a few chances, very rude staff. Questioned my request for takeaway cups and lectured me that "you better not leave them on the table" Will NEVER go back. Multiple Colleagues also complained of rude treatment.
What a great place!

There was a waiting list, a queue outside and not even the rain was a deterrent to anyone trying to get a table.

For me personally, the best part was the excellent service, hats off for that.

The coffee was fantastic, the handless coffee cups are great.

The food was delicious, we ordered the “Annato pork toastie”, it was perfection.

The menu is interesting and wonderfully curated.

The atmosphere is great, a bit loud because of the space and how busy it was.

Every single detail is well thought, the menu with beautiful embroidery, the colours, the furnishing, the menu items.

Reasonably priced.

Everything is purposeful, I enjoyed that.
Funky cafe hidden away in a corner of Myer Macquarie Centre. It has a vibrant, yet subdued atmosphere and is a perfect place to stop for a break or light meal. The variety on the breakfast and lunch menus is quite extensive. Ordered the vegetarian breakfast, which was very well prepared with just the right amount of seasoning. Highly recommended.

Got a regular flat white — pretty smooth but coffee was a tad light. Right smack in the CBD at capital square so it was easy to locate, and the vibes were super snazzy. I’d call it the Apple Store of coffee chains lol.

I liked it but would be great if their coffee was a little more intense and barristas friendlier.

Very pleasant staff. Food and coffee is very good! Standard price for Perth/WA but that is okay! At the time of this review $4.60 for a medium cappuccino.

That's right I orders caps from here because they surpassed the Mocha test! 👍

Pro tip: If you go at the expected busy times e.g. 9am and 10am you might be waiting 10min. But them being busy is a good thing!

Also if you like super strong coffee order an extra shot. 😉

We had the Japanese Salad today, mine was Vegan,. Both salads were exceptionally tasty. Thanks for looking after us, as usual. :)
Drove 20 minutes because this place was so highly rated. Turns out they hadn’t updated google. It was closed.

Update: owner was nice enough to acknowledge and offered a free drink. Not necessary. Will drop by someday and have a coffee, don’t mind paying for it. Changing review to 5 stars for great customer service. Coffee I’ll review once I’ve had it.

Another update: went and had coffee. Was really good. Loved that they had halal options on the menu. The staff was really friendly too

Cute vibe, coffee is decent and I really like their caramel slice. Lots of seating which is great if you need somewhere quiet to meet/work. No loyalty card but their coffee is cheaper than most surrounding cafes so it works out in the end!

Brilliant coffee and probably one of the most aesthetically pleasing interiors. The flawless interplay of polished concrete style surfaces as well black and white accents truly provide a great backdrop for a fantastic coffee.

Coffee is good but there is usually a bit of a wait. We ordered two dishes and both of them also took a long time and had missing ingredients. They never bothered to fix them up either when we sent the food back. Also no apology whatsoever! Shame because the dishes were actually quite good. Hope that their customer service improves soon!

Two words “Vanilla Chai” 😋 actually everything I tried was fantastic. From freshly made rolls to the just out of the oven muffins. Conveniently located meters from the convention centre station this cafe, is a must for coffee and food connoisseurs.
New owner Jess brings her Brazilian charm and cuisine and I for one can’t wait to experience more. Centrally located in the lobby this fresh modern cafe offers seating and style, so bring your laptop and be impressed.

The worst cafe experience ever!

Service was terrible - expect grumpy scornful staff with no smiles or friendly greetings at all.

The eggs benedict was the worst I have ever had anywhere. It looks worse than what I can make at home. The eggs were cooked through like a hard boiled eggs. The bread was so hard and tough my boyfriend commented that it looked as it I was trying to save through a piece of wood with a blunt knife.

The green bowl tasted alright but like the eggs benedict, the egg was fully cooked.

Coffee was average.

The the Malabar chai tastes so bland and watery, it felt like drinking slightly flavoured water. I think they probably just steeped the tea leaves in water for a little while and added a dash of milk.

Not to mention there is no social distancing between tables and customers. A total disaster during covid-19 times.

Will never come back!

If you must try a Three Beans cafe, the Rhodes one is much better.

Consistently excellent coffee, good hot chocolates. Tiny red velvet cupcakes are actually amazing, super rich cake and perfect cream cheese icing. Highly recommend!

Great cafe with amazing coffee. The best brigadeiros in Perth!

My wife ordered a beef burger but asked them to prepare it in a wrap instead. Usually variations like this are a recipe for disaster but the rap was actually delicious and I would strongly recommend the cafe to make it a regular part of the menu. My terrible photo could also be better to sell how good it was!
