Very slow progress for young children’s classes, weeks and weeks of the same thing with little progression in techniques and very little challenge for the children, feels like they are stuck at a level for very long. One would expect kids to come here and learn swimming but really it feels like 30minutes of childcare in the water.

At almost 68 I'm finally learning to swim! I am currently doing adult swimming classes at Gullivers, which I have been for the past 9 months. The instructors are great and very encouraging, I have gone from not even being able to float, to learning strokes. I now feel confident in the water, to be with my grandchildren who also do lessons and love it!

Both my 9 and 6 year old have been attending Gullivers since they were babies. Haven’t ventured anywhere else as we are happy with service, communication and relationships between kids and staff. Kids receive feedback on how to improve and communicate with parents also. Established family run business that knows how to teach kids to swim and does it well!

My 3 year old was absolutely petrified to swim under water. The water confidence class was an absolute game changer. Now I can’t keep her away! The instructors are so caring, professional and knowledgeable. The school is very organised but also has a family feel to it. So grateful to have Gullivers

I work out here every day. Friendly staff. All the equipment you need. Gets pretty busy after 0630, especially on a Monday (OMG.) Likewise after 1700 (don't bother.) If you can go early, late, or in the middle of the day, no worries.

Gullivers in Coomera is second to none. My daughter is very shy and takes a long time to warm up to people. Our swim teacher is Miss Kelly and she does such an amazing job making my daughter feel safe and secure whilst also enjoying her water confidence class. I cannot praise Miss Kelly enough 🫶🏼.

This place is perfect for kids' swim lessons. Although the progress may have seemed slow at the beginning, it actually helped the kids build a solid foundation in swimming skills. It will help them to make much faster progess in later stages of learning, this is what my kid is experiencing now after 1.5 years with Macquarie University Aquatic Centre.

Staff are absolutely amazing well supervised by staff and so helpful. Would recommend for family time, birthday parties or Friday and Saturday evening as they have super sessions with music.

Yesterday, I brought my child to the gymnastics class at MQ University Sports Center, and it was quite chaotic and packed. The place was filled with students of various levels, yet there were only three instructors present. Soon enough, I noticed a shortage of instructors for the Fire Yellow and Fire Red levels. With over twenty students combined in these two classes, they were left with just one instructor after the warm-up.

Consequently, they could only engage in some sit-ups and group games together. It wasn't until half an hour later that another instructor rushed in, and only then did the children finally get to start their lessons separately.

Experiencing such a situation was quite unprofessional. I hope that the center can improve its planning and organization, and hold themselves to the same standards they expect from us regarding attendance rules and class schedules.

Furthermore, the gym was overcrowded with students during the class, which was concerning for the quality of instruction. The center needs to address these issues to ensure a better experience for all participants. Additionally, the frequency of assessments was too high. Before students had practiced enough, they were being assessed again. This often resulted in no one moving up to the next level. Each assessment seemed to mean that the entire class was not receiving instruction during that session, which impacted the overall quality of the lessons.

The customer service is extremely poor and the young staff clearly need more training. I recently needed to update my billing details and did so before the billing cycle and was assured this would be updated. Then 2 days later I receive an email saying your direct debit failed and you will incur a $7.50 fee! I tried calling no answer so left a voicemail and followed that up with an email and still have received no response. Even when going in there last Friday the guy on the desk couldn’t help me and told me you will just have to wait that other guy who processed the update is back in…
The facilities and classes are great however the reception staff need a lot of improvement.

It’s an excellent sports centre, provides many very good sports programs for kids. I love this center. However, I’ve seen big boys in female change room quite a few times. I have asked the reception staff how could that happen, and they told me it’s actually allowed. I was literally shocked. There are two family change rooms, why can’t they use there? I hardly believe there would be any dad take their big girls to male’s change room to get changed. So why the moms don’t mind to take their sons? I feel very unsecured and worried for my daughter every time she takes showers in the change room. Hope this policy can be seriously reconsidered.

Excellent place for swimming. The indoor pool is a bit warm for me, but it works if you need to swim. There are guys around watching us which make you feel safe in case anything happens in the pool . The place is very friendly . I really recommend it .

I joined a group crass.
All staffs were kindly and thoughtful.
And team members from children to adult were also very welcome me who can't speak English well!!
The coach taught me right techniques politely.
I was very happy to join this class!!

Excellent facilities, well laid out and the heated 50m (outdoor) , 25m (indoor) pools are great. Cozy coffee shop at the enterance

Lots of jumping for all ages. Hourly sessions. Please check website for bookings and prices. There are different areas with different layouts. Dodge ball, air cushion and pro zone to mention a few. For smaller kids an hour is good. For those around 7+ age 2hrs is workable. There is a cantern for snacks and drinks. No alcohol on sale. You can arrange kids parties at the venue. There are also tumble classes for different ages during the week. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Used 2 Groupon deals for $30/2ppl 7+ years.
Grip socks (funky design, new not recycled) to keep $3.50 per pair.

4 sectioned areas of play. Cheerful customer service.
Plenty parking undercover and open air.
Toilets on site. Refreshments to purchase. Plenty table and chairs.

This block is the home to the GC Titans, spotted a couple players training and in the pool.

If I could give them -5 stars I would, simply on the negative experience from the owners. They were rude and aggressive towards me when my 8 year old accidentally spilt a drink in the hall. I cleaned it up the best I could but the woman started shouting at me that they have called security and I have to pay a cleaning fee. When I tried talking with her husband she kept shouting angrily at me, I asked that he ask her to stop as it was upsetting me (I actually had a lot of personal stuff going on and didn't need this). He wouldn't listen, as he was upset that my friend I was with had asked for an extra coffee voucher (?!) and said we have to leave, even though we had paid for 2 hours and only been there for 30 mins. He then lied to the security, saying that we had removed the children, thus forfeiting their play time, but they in fact let the children out of the gates. The spilt drink actually occurred AFTER they did not restrict the kids from leaving the gated area, like they assured us they would, and the kids came to us in the hallway while drinking our coffee. I would not feel safe leaving my children in their care, as kids should not be let out unsupervised.
There was no need to carry on in such an angry and aggressive manner in which they did, accidents happen. This was done in front of my children and other people's children and their parents. It was very unnecessary and disgusting behaviour. They refused to provide a refund and only after wasting 30 mins with Cente Management did they agree to let the kids have the final hour of play, so we did not get what we paid for.
All of this on my sons birthday!
They should be ashamed of themselves.
If you are going to run a business you need customer service skills.

Hands down the most friendly gym I've been to! All the Coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, members are also super nice and friendly to one another. Good vibes all round.

I am only giving one star because there is no option for zero stars. At our first trial the blonde reception lady was really rude and asked my child to leave, he was not brave enough to join the class yet. They would not give a refund of the advanced trial classes i had already booked and paid for.
Dont waste your money on this place!

I cannot thank Christine enough for her help today with my granddaughters. You were so patient and very helpful. My eldest granddaughter was so determine to make it to the top and you encouraged and guided her all the way. My second eldest granddaughter was very apprehensive but you also encouraged her and finally got her on to a trampoline. Great place and we will be back for sure. Thanks again for a great few hours.🙏

Always had drama around billing and kept getting over charged. They tend to want to have kids that are going to be good gymnasts - so not super inclusive - even though gymnastics can be really beneficial for all kids. Good facilities though and the coaches seemed to know a lot.

Location wasn't ideal so not the gym we chose to attend. They muddled up trial dates, human error so not that big of a deal. I liked that there was floor seating, our current gym does not offer this. The staff were welcoming but seemed overwhelmed with the volume of people at the time.

We have been training in the competitive program since my daughter was four. My other kids have done acro and circus and tumbling here. We have had a great experience with coaches that have such talent and experience. WAG program is growing and improving all the time.

My son has been coming here for 2 years, to after school care and swimming lessons. He could not swim when we started and he is now learning butterfly. He is very shy and introverted and he has grown socially. We like all the staff and have never had any problems to date.

Recently had a kids party here staff amazing. They seemed a bit unorganized and the food for the catered party was average and not worth the extra money they could definitely make this a whole lot better. Other than that the kids loved it, pretty much didnt see the kids for the whole 2hrs other than cake and a bite to eat.

Great indoor trampoline park in northern part of Gold Coast. It's not as big as other similar centers, but it has under ground air con that really works!! Friendly staff and great music! However it does not have a cafe or kitchen. All you can get is bagged chips and cold drinks.
