Best banh mi I have ever had hands down. my favourite Vietnamese place. Lemongrass chicken is 10/10.
Amazingly delicious food. I took pork noodle salad and it was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend.
Visited a few times and every time it has been a wonderful experience. The bánh mì are so delicious, inexpensive and filling! Definitely worth a visit if you needed a quick lunch to takeaway.

So sorry because your service is great but our rolls not so much. Cold fatty roast pork and crackling that you can't even eat. Couldn't get half way through the roll it was so bad
The service is bad, and the women who work there are so rude
Crispy noodles with prawns was so salty I could not eat it....and I love my salt!! My friends vegetarian noodles was tasty however lacked vegetables... now for the service... we started off well but after our food arrived, that was the last we saw of the waitresses. We waited for the bill while watching three waitresses swooning around the barman, realising no one was coming to clear our plates, we eventually went up to the bar to pay. We were not even asked if we enjoyed our meal...
After just arriving back from Vietnam, where we experienced amazing food and exemplary service, we were very disappointed. We were going to order more food and desert but clearly, that was not on the cards.

Thought we’d this little restaurant for a quick meal, it’s local. Bad decision. Place looks run down, lady who served us unfriendly, bordering on rude, totally unhelpful on menu choice. Unperturbed by this cold greeting we ordered and waited for our food. Unfortunately it was just as bad as the waitress attitude, bland, tasteless, no flavour or seasoning. There was nothing Vietnamese about that. Sad you pay good money for poor quality food and very bad customer service. We’ll never go back as it’s a restaurant to be avoided at all costs!

I've only had the fried rice with pork so far, but both times were a delicious, generous serve at a good price.

As a pho hunter this is what you’d like to have after a miserable day. I personally love the chewy noodle which plays the soul of the soup, and the excellent service just makes it even better?
Great restaurant! Food and service spot on. In addition, I left my sunglasses the restaurant and flew back home the following morning. They went the extra mile and sent the sunglasses to me via post. Very grateful of their willingness to go above and beyond! 🙏

Should try if you would like to get a spectacular experience !!! Highly recommended !!!
The taste is superb 😋
Dont forget to try crab meat noodle and crispy pork belly.
Booking is difficult so please book in advance esp weekends and holidays.
Car parking lots were full when we were there thus we parked at nearby street.
Quick and tasty, like Viet food is supposed to be.

A great restaurant recommended by my friend.
Firstly, it's better to make a reservation. We didn't and when we arrived about 6 pm, there were no seats left. The two small parking lots of the restaurant are also full, so I had to park my car on the nearby street.
The second is that the service is really good. When we were looking at the take away menu, the staff helped us to get available seats. The dishes were served quickly, and one of them was a bit late. The staff sincerely apologized although we feel it's okay.
The third is that the food is indeed delicious. Especially the Salt Lamb Ribs GF, Braised Beef Ribs and Twice Cooked Pork Belly. We're going to try other dishes next time.
Finally, the environment is very nice. The interior is clean, tidy, and bright. The restaurant is surrounded by a transparent glass sunroom with various plants, which feels comfortable.
THIS IS AN EMERGENCY…… you simply need to eat here!!!

I’m traveling here from London and do quite a few restaurant reviews. This place is incredible! Every dish was simply sensational. There are a number of fish dishes, meat dishes, veg dishes and side options. They can cater for vegans also. The menu is extensive, although I’d suggest going for the ‘feed me’ menu which is $68pp. You can simply advise of any dietary requirements and then from there all is a surprise. The Barramundi dish we absolutely insane! As I said, every dish was brilliant. The desserts are lovely. I went for the vegan Mango dessert and it was superb.

Congratulations to the Noi team and well done to all the staff for their amazing service.
I booked a table for 13 people and I have to say, even on a saturday night the whole noi team went the extra mile to make my 21st feel special. We chose the feed me option and were definitely not disappointed! Each dish had a unique flavour, were all fresh and made with excellent ingredients, as well as accommodating for my vegetarian friends. Cocktails were delicious and all 13 of us had found a drink suited to our taste with the wonderful help of our waiter. My favourite asian fusion restaurant and can’t wait to come back for my next special occasion!!

The meat rolls are so delicious and fresh! Fast service and the owners are very lovely people!! 10/10 would recommend
2.3 - As much as I wanted to give this a high rating, I couldn't. I loved the actual garden setting but the food was not very good at all. I got a basic Pho, which every good Vietnamese restaurant should but the soup was lacking in flavour and depth. The ingredients were lacking and the noodle were too soft. Hoped that the iced coffee would be a lovely beverage to quench our thirst but it was barely a sip for the price that we would normally get a full tall glass for. They're moving soon so I will keep a lookout for their new restaurant and see if they will fix any of these things.
Very busy shop...has good reviews and tried for the first time earlier this week.

My combination noodle salad was ok...a little lacklustre compared to others around Adelaide. Didn't quite hit the mark. Not many herbs and meat was a bit scarce....spring roll overcooked and oily.
When i ordered? I also asked for dinein and expected a proper bowl abd cutlery, but got a takeaway cardboard bowl instead. The cafe sua da was on point.

The lady on the counter seemed to be in a bad mood, either that or she doesn't like serving people.
Friendly staff, prompt service..booked through Open Table App. Good selection of cocktails and wine. Entree: spring rolls; tasty. Shared 3 dishes between 4 people: larger plates;yellow chicken curry & pork belly and chicken fried rice. All very tasty and just the right amount of food. Recommend
Beautiful food, lovely staff, fast service. Don’t miss out on this place!

Thank you Hanoi.

I am very happy with the food, the people who served, very friendly.

Happy tummy.

10000% highly recommend.
Great place to eat.

The location is odd to me but that’s trivial.

Contemporary Vietnamese food is something that is easy to get wrong. But they maintain the core flavours that we all know Vietnam for but make it interesting ways that make you want to come back.

The interior is modern and pleasant to sit in.

Some of the staff are quite young and it shows sometimes.

The drinks caught me off guard. They’re very pleasant to drink and they’re also very interesting.

Worth a try for all that are interested.
Disappointed in the Pho Beef Soup . Very little beef for the $16.50 price … also was supplied only one tiny piece of coriander that was fit for a bin. One tiny handful of sprouts …No Vietnamese basil & No chilli ! Very poor form guys compared to other Vietnamese places that give a decent amount of condiments with their soups …
Perfect for a rainy day in Adelaide It would be nice to go here. You can enjoy very hot rice noodles that are truly delicious. There are many other menu items, but the rice noodles are very delicious.

I had the combination pho, it was a mix of chicken and beef. Broth tasted authentic however a tad salty. Normal people probably wouldn't mind it however I have high blood pressure, It tasted good but the serving is a bit small. The iced coffee was okay, nothing to rave about. The fresh lemon juice was really nice. Give it a crack if you're in the area.
I love this place, staff are really friendly - classic Asian aunties!
Food is also great, I've had bahn mi, pho and noodle salads. They get served within like 10 minutes of ordering. Meat and veggies are always fresh. Great place for a nice healthy meal after pilates 💕 recommended!!
Finally trying the banh mi from this shop after seeing it on an almost daily basis and no regrets - the bun was generously stuffed with crispy fatty crackling pork (these were so flavourful, tender and rich). The pickled vegetables were very yummy as well and helped to cut through the fattiness of the meat. Staff were very kind to allow us to reserve our orders through the phone as we were worried that it would sell out by the time we arrived at the place.
Nice small cafe/restaurant with lovely people and quick service. It is mostly outdoor seats which are arranged and decorated nicely to compensate as much as possible for being on the side of a busy intersection. The food tastes nice but slightly more expensive than expected.

I stumbled upon this gem of a Vietnamese take-away restaurant, and I must say, it's hands down one of the best in the area. As a Vietnamese myself, authenticity is crucial when it comes to my taste buds, and this place absolutely nails it. From aromatic rice dishes to flavorful bun bowls and the iconic banh mi, every bite resonates with the rich and genuine flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.

Despite relying on Uber Eats for delivery, the quality of the food has never been compromised. It's a bit pricier than some options, but trust me, it's worth every penny. The consistency in taste and presentation has made this my go-to spot for a taste of home when I'm too lazy to cook or venture out.

Having tried numerous Vietnamese restaurants in the area, I can confidently vouch for the authenticity and excellence of this place. The care put into crafting each dish is evident, making it a standout choice. I'm already looking forward to my next visit – and this time, I hope to experience the ambiance and warmth of the restaurant in person, rather than relying on the ever-reliable Uber Eats. Can't wait to be back for more of these delightful and genuinely Vietnamese flavors!

I keep coming back for the bánh mìs! They use a unique sweet sauce that is the icing on the cake. Their opening hours are fantastic, as it is still possible to get a meal once other Vietnamese bakeries/cafés have closed. The parking is quite confusing, as it’s hard to make the turnoff from busy Marion Rd and then hope there is parking behind the restaurant, but this is a minor detail. Will be back soon!
True Vietnamese food is a generous celebration of freshness, balance of flavour and colour. This is not Vietnamese food. Dried up tasteless chicken served by sourface chinese staff whom would rather be elsewhere. If only the white Anglo Saxons that visit this dump knew what Vietnamese food could be. Cannot last as this is my third meal in as many years. Consistently bland, recycled aweful food.
Wonderful takeaway lunch place. Beautiful good, good portions (although it is a little pricy, so understandable), and friendly staff.
Bustling and busy, with a warm inviting atmosphere, despite every table being seated, it was easy to hear and speak to company. Food was fresh with vibrant flavours and aromas, wait staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the feed me $65 deal was great value, providing a wide range to try and still left us stuffed. Will most definitely be returning
Great food and a big variety for breakfast.
One of the best places for breakfast in the area on my opinion.
I want to go again for lunch and dinner so I can give another review.
Really great for quality Vietnamese food. The place had really nice decor and atmosphere. Staff was friendly and quick service. Food was excellent and freshly made. Had the Bahn Xeo (pancakes) and Nem nuong (pork skewers). The pancakes was really fresh, nice crunch and lots of meat. Pork skewers was perfectly cooked and a nice chew.
Fresh Flavoursome Vietnamese food. Very clean and a lovely hostess that made us feel very welcomed! We will be back !

It doesn't matter how good the food is if your service is terrible!
Poor poor poor !
I ordered online and nearly 15 minutes later I get a notification saying order not accepted.
Absolute joke. No phone call to apologise.
AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY but gave no food ... WHICH WONT BE REFUNDED FOR A WEEK !!!!
DO NOT EVER ORDER takeaway.
Miss Bahn mi at Brighton has never let me down in 4 years and is 5 star everything.
Must have driven pass this place hundreds of time and didn’t appreciate it’s an absolute gem. Unlike any Vietnamese food I’ve ever had - apparently it’s street food from the very hospitable owners home town in Vietnam.
Best Banh mi! Roll is crunchy but doesn’t shatter in your mouth, the lemongrass tofu is next level. Good amount of heat and delicious pickled veg. Loads of coriander and just saucy enough. The combination noodle bowl (roast pork and lemongrass chicken) was also outstanding, the pork is spot on, chicken is so tasty and the salad was fresh. Highly recommend 👍🏻

The flavour of the rolls was just 'fine' 30 minutes after eating I got a crook belly & kept needing to visit the toilet. Not good.
Nice little local Vietnamese eatery. Has some authentic street food dishes that aren't usually on normal viet menus. Love the crispy rice cake omelette with the fried pork lard in it. Friendly staff.

Very nice local restaurant to eat at. Staff were very accommodating, the 3 of us really enjoyed our meals. It was not too busy as we dined early, but we still felt welcome
Rice bowl and dim sim was absolutely elite. Hands down the most fresh flavourful viatenamese food I have had. So glad it's close by! 10/10 can see why the reviews are so positive. This is now my regular :)
Stopped in for brekkie. We ordered the brekkie burger and brekkie wrap. Service was very quick , great atmosphere as well. Food was very nice. My friend and I were dancing to the music while seated in our chairs. They also have an outdoor seating area which would be perfect in summer.
We visited Pho to pickup food for our date at a nearby city lights lookout. The lady serving us was super nice and friendly. She even held the door for us, an unnecessary but warmly appreciated gesture!💛

Our food was delicious, in the twinkling of the city lights on a clear night 🌙 😋 👌

Definetly recommend.
An authentic feeling of Vietnamese street food in the centre of Adelaide CBD.

Decent menu that shows the taste and senses of a unique culture.

Prices are competitive with a traditional pork bah-mi only $11.

I am in no way a bah-mi expert. But this sandwich really hit the spot in texture, taste, freshness and care. Definitely worth the visit.

Probably one of the best Bahn Mi I tried in Adelaide, and I did try as much as I could while living here. Nice pickled vegetables, the option of Pate which is not always there.

Cold rolls were quite good too.

Friendly, and quirky service, which kept me going back.

Was very surprise to find the high quality of food in this little Viet eatery. Was overwhelm by the menu but the waitress has made a very good recommendation. The pho has a slightly stronger spice taste which it perfect for the cold Adelaide winter weather. All in all a good place to have a lunch/dinner. Price is fair~.
I have been coming here for 7 months. It's my favourite place in the area. Tina and Hannah are so incredible. The rolls are so jam packed full of meat, veg and sauces.
The pho is pho-tastic, the fried rice is amazing, the dim sims are to die for and the pork bao buns are superb as well as the spring rolls. I will not go anywhere else for these items 😃👀🌺💕 love you guys so much!
Very friendly place owned by Amy who seems to know the regulars by their names! The Breakfast Burger (A$16) is very tasty and “crunchy” and it feels good to eat in a cozy friendly place. Will definitely return to try their dinner menu. Cafe is located opposite Macquarie Park metro station, currently obscured partially by construction nearby.

A small eatery located in Winston avenue. I wouldn't say it is the cleanest place. Service is adequate. Pho wasn't that good. Strong chicken soup flavour with little else. Beef was not raw. The little herbs we did get were given were flecked in insects or .. I really don't want to guess what. Cold rolls were mostly rice vermicelli and only got 2 short stubby ones.
The consistency of this place is mind blowing! Seriously delicious Vietnamese rolls and noodle salads. The pork is always crispy and fresh, the baguette rolls are never stale and the pickling method they use for the carrots is delicious.

Exceptional value for money also, $8.50 for a roll, $12.50 for a roll, spring roll and drink. The noodle salads are under $15.

An absolute hidden gem for sure, I'll be back several more times.

Yes, it is. Good Pho U is good for you. Walking into the restaurant brings back memories of Asian food centres. Tonight, I dined in and tried the #1 menu item. Roast beef pho is definitely a winner.

I have to say, it reminded me of the Pho in Saigon around the time the US embargo was lifted. I loved adding in the fresh herbs on the side, and when added in, the taste is so good.

The stock was well seasoned. You can add some fish sauce and other sauces to augment the umami, if needed. Add as much fresh chilli as you dare. I added it all and was glad there were boxes of tissues on the table.

Delicious food at reasonable prices !
Friendly, hard working people own & run this place.
I am very happy to support their business.
Banh mi has real meat in it, unlike some & ingredients are fresh and very nutritious - (unsure about comment saying they are expensive, not at all, have seen same food 20% dearer not far away)
I had the chance to try different things on the menu and I’ve never been disappointed: food is simply amazing, rich in flavour and portions are very abundant.
Hard to find a favourite dish, but I would personally suggest the waffles, the breakfast bruschetta or the breakfast burger. Everything is excellent.
On top of that, Amy and her staff are extremely friendly and contribute to an excellent service.
Highly recommended!

ordered wonton soup over Uber Eats. I was shocked cause There’s a piece of metal inside a wonton that I was about to eat. I do not know what it is maybe iron or aluminum. Uber Eats has refunded me but I still worried about the food safety issue here.
Consistently good food here. A family run business with an organic kitchen herb garden. Decor is very simple.

Had dinner here with a mate and the entrees were quite delicious, however, the mains (pho) were unfortunately very disappointing. We were here about an hour from them closing so it may have contributed to its quality, but it was a very sad bowl of noodles and soup.

Before this though, we had the salt and pepper pork, which was pretty good and delicious, as well as spring rolls. They were cooked very well and set us up expecting the same for the pho. When it arrived a few minutes after we finished eating, we could immediately tell that it was all frozen. The noodles were still very clumpy and tasted very artificial, and the soup was average at best. The amount of beef was also embarrassing, and added more salt to the wound unfortunately. I had high hopes after delicious entrees, and we weren’t able to finish up the phos by the end of it.

They’re a family business though so I’m happy I could support them, but would be much better for all to see the pho’s quality rise!

Best Banh Mi ever! Loveliest people who own the shop. Said they have been there for 16 years!! Worth going out of your way to get food from here!
Had trouble deciding since there are plenty of choices for a cafe. Finally settled with Teriyaki grilled salmon and beef pho noodle soup. These were pack of flavour. The beef noodle soup was heart warming and the salad had pomegranate which was a really refreshing addition to the whole dish. The egg normally added to the combination rice was at an extra cost.

Little on the pricey side but strategically positioned across the metro station. Not aware of any free parking spots.

I live around the corner and thought I would dine in for dinner with my 7 and 8-year-old children. The place definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be back again.

It is a family-run business who were there serving and greeting us. They were very friendly and made us all feel welcome.

We had the spring rolls, pad Thai and satay chicken with rice, which were flavoursome and generous servings. We had leftovers that we were able to take home.

For delicious local Vietnamese food, I highly recommend coming here.
I wanted some Pho and just drove here to try it out, and I was not disappointed in the least. The staff was very friendly and we had a convo about the Pho in the Seattle area and how much it was available and if it was good. Well this was as good as any other Pho that I have had anywhere!!! I will come back for sure when I have the urge for Pho. The sizes of the bowls were good, I had the middle size and it was plenty!!! I would need be super hungry for the large bowl. I will try the noodle bowls at some point also. Highly recommend.

Ordered takeaway and got the wrong order (Combination Seafood rather than Sizzling Seafood). A bit annoying that when I called to let them know they tried to convince me that this is how they’re sizzling dish was - then they recognised the mistake.

Good mix of seafood in this Combination stir fried but way too salty, wouldn’t have it again. Hopefully next time I can have the correct dish.

My husband’s sweet and sour chicken was good.
This is definitely my favorite Bahn Mi place down south. Their Bbq chicken is dope. I drive well out of my way to go here.

The staff are always friendly despite how busy it can get.

We dined here several times. All the dishes we tried were great. Definitely recommend the seafood laksa, salt and pepper tofu and bánh xèo.
Everything except the squid was good. Too rubbery, maybe add to laksa a bit later so it's more tender and less rubber. Rice was good everything else within the laksa was good, just not the squid. I liked the chilli paste to adjust to your own tastes on the table

Love this place and have been a regular customer for over 5 years. The couple who own it are great and are always friendly, more importantly their food is tasty and reasonably priced. Whatever you end up ordering pick up some spring rolls on the side, they won’t disappoint.
Came here for lunch, we ordered some cold rolls and a bowl of spicy beef noodles. The cold rolls were good but the spicy beef didn't have enough flavour, they don't have chilli oil or salads to go with it.
best banh mi in adelaide xx
and authentic too - brought me back to my childhood in Vietnam!
the roast pork roll is my instant boost of positivity whenever i need and it’s one of the few food i know i won’t regret travelling for.
the lady who have served me from time to time is incredibly nice!
i just wish they have a delivery service but i am also happy that they don’t because otherwise i would be eating their banh mi everyday 😭🌞❤️

Authentic and delicious Vietnamese food with a super cute setting! Staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Combo beef pho and netted prawn spring rolls and were blown away by how tasty the dishes were. Generous portion sizes so we were quite full but couldn't resist the dessert menu and ordered the sticky rice with banana in coconut milk.. amazing 🤩

Have the changed owners ? Flavors still the same but now they removed the help yourself chilli & Chinese coriander condiments - it was there last year. Overall got place for me to get my pho fix. Comfort food
Had a Vietnamese roll (Banh Mi) here today. First thing I noticed was the very high price of $8. I've had some pretty amazing rolls around the city for a lot less than this, so immediately they had a lot to live up to. When I was handed the roll, immediate impression was that it was small compared to others. The filling was also on the skimpy side. The flavour was average, but what let it down the most (other than the price!) was that the roll was chewy. Not in the slightest bit crunchy. Possibly the other food here is quite good, but after my first taste I won't be back.
Nice food. Look and taste nice. The pho here come with different sizes. Smallest for single, regular for very hungry and largest for share. The prices is comfortable. Just the 👵 grandma here at reception is a bit new to the work. But she seems nice and keep apologizing. One annoying thing is the flys here are a bit too many. Can’t get rid off.
Great pork bahn mi roll is crunchy as is the pork the vegetables were pickled and fresh as well. Pho was generous and flavourful and friendly staff couldn't ask for more
I arrived close to closing time so nothing left on display and the very friendly staff offered to make me up some fresh cold rolls. The rolls were generous and dipping sauce tasty, however my preference would be for a few more herbs in them. Very clean shop, prompt service, also have an accessible toilet.

This was ordered over Ubereats and took 65 minutes from placing the order. We were two streets away. The bahn mi was stale, the pork was SO rubbery and chewy, definitely not fresh from that day, texture indicated maybe 3-4days old. For some reason, no actual coriander leaves? Just cut up bits of stem??? The bun bowl (as you can see) was an instant disappointment. Barely ANY carrot, the tiniest bit of cori and no mint. I've never had worse "traditional" Vietnamese in my life.

Was looking for a place to grab a quick bite before a nearby appointment, checked out Drake, but nothing special and the guy serving was rude👎🏼...

By chance I happen to find this hidden gem (located behind the chemist) Viet street food - winner winner chicken dinner!

The service was fast & friendly (considering it was lunchtime) The Bun-Mi was fresh with a decent amount of meat/fillings/condiments

Nom Nom 🤤👌🏻
Our local place when me need a quick Pho 🍲 Fix. The food is fairly consistent in taste, prices are reasonable and decent size serves.

However, the only negative 👎🏼 as per many customers who have left a review here is the “SERVICE”

This is a very much a hit & miss and will depend on who is taking your order - the culprit is a young girl, who always seems to stuff up my order, in particular the Drinks order. She always seems to be in a rush or preoccupied.... at least it’s consistent 😝 hahaha

If the owner (older lady) takes your order, then the service is great 👍🏻

I was buying sunscreen at the massive Chemist King pharmacy next door and stumbled across this local Vietnamese gem.

Tucked in behind the BP petrol station across from the Adelaide Showgrounds, this place was packed with tradies, office workers and even little old ladies.

The first time I got a Banh mi. If you like real butter and pate on your rolls, this is the place to go. Bread was soft and fresh on the inside and crusty on the outside. The second time I tried the bun noodle bowl which was packed with crispy spring roll, juicy roast pork and gold ball sized nem nuong sliced. A healthy serving of herbs to balance it out too!

Oh and the iced coffee, I’m warning you it is addictive and you will be back!
The new menu salt and pepper squid need more taste (need more salt and pepper ) but overall i will give 6 marks out of 10 .

As for the crispy pork with plum sauce is tasteless and able to taste the oil in the pork(greasy) . As for chicken laksa , it just taste weird and sweet(very very sweet).

But the combination beef noodle was ok. But i have to say that the serving is really huge!
