The playground update took this spot from great to the BEST. It’s accessible, it’s vibrant and it’s right near some stellar views. Can’t wait to spend more summer days here.
Koshigaya Park was officially opened in 1985 as part of a sister city relationship between Campbelltown and Koshigaya City in Japan. The park was designed to celebrate and showcase Japanese culture, particularly through its traditional garden features and design elements.

Beautiful location but the so called playground is a waste of money. It's more an observation deck. Nothing to keep children entertained for long. One very steep slide which for toddlers is dangerous. Did have fun on the flying fox and round about. One time visit only.

Lots to do at this playground very family friendly
This is a really nice park area during the day. Lots of groups about and playing semi-organised games of volleyball. the lighting looks pretty poor for night time, so I don't know how safe id feel here, but a great spot.
While Stuart Park has always been a great place to let the kids run wild, the recent upgrade to the playing areas have made it the best park in Wollongong.
With new sensory areas and plants, it has opened up a whole new area for kids. My son instantly loved the sensory art installation and plants he could touch and smell.
The only thing that could help improve the park now is more seating, specifically around the flying fox area as that gets incredibly crowded. A new toilet block closer to the bbq area would also help.

Wollongong city council really has put effort into the park and it shows.
The shade is gone, and they have added some ramps that go up to just some play drums and a small slide. The ramps are ok, but it seems like a lot of construction for something that is just a small amount of fun for children. There is also a flying fox, some swings, and a roundabout here.
My daughter and I have been playing here for many of years now, it's nice for kids to meet other kids to play and you can see from every angle so you know you won't lose your kiddy in the crowd, which is always ideal lol.
For anyone with children or disabled children this is a really beautiful tranquil place for all .
My neighbour took me there a couple of months ago and I was shocked plenty of activities lots of shade and open to the lovely sun and fresh air a must especially for parents with children full of beans this place will wear them out as an adult I couldn't help but get in the flying fox a number of times.

Nice park by the water. Easily accessible via a light rail or also a short walk along blackwattle bay. Cricket ground usually has some local club matches on that you can view if you're there on weekends.
We came during the week, loads of parking, fun interactive playground. The kids loved it and right next to the beach! Will definitely be back!
Nice place to stay with the kids for a while. Toilets close by. Not busy at all.

People love to bring their dogs. The maps aren't very clear where the on-leash and off-leash areas are, so there is some contention, but mainly people and dogs just get along! Plus the dogs can go for a swim. It's also a good kayak put-in, although there is not a ramp. The bay is often calm, particularly in the early morning, but it's a long slog out to the main harbour.
Such a beautiful park, it has great playgrounds for kids and adults. Well kept grounds and facilities, great fun for all ages and families.
Needs a skateboard park and a pump track for the older kids. Playgrounds are great as they cater for small children and the disabled. Parking is difficult on weekends and public holidays.
Both young and old kids equipment next to cafe. Some equipment getting run down. Large grass area next to playground.
No longer has any shade or much for little ones to play on. Apparently it is been renovated recently. Apex Park round the corner looks much better.
Playground overlooking the Clontarf tidal pool is great for kindys. There are a few benches around the area, many shades as well.

The beach view is stunning, and the clean water makes it fantastic spot for my toddler and baby to swim and play in the sand. The added safety of a shark net and the playground is reassuring. The only downside is the relatively expensive parking fee, but the overall experience is worth it, highly recommended!!!
It's good but we preferred the climbing playground that was there before, raised up. We like the addition of the flying fox but the slide is a bit steep considering there is not a soft landing at the bottom.

Went here to attend the Chill Festival held each year. Great park with amble car parking, tasty food trucks and rides. A great day out for young and old.
Chill Fest 2023 was not worth the trip as the festival was one hour away from my place.
I would recommended only for kids. The rides wasn’t good enough for adults. However, there were winter vibe and was clean.

A gem of a playground 💎 Play equipment for small children as well as a fantastic climbing structure that's fun for older kids, too.

It was lovely to the kids on the equipment. The weather was perfect for it.
Jubilee Park is just one segment of the Glebe Foreshore, which includes the Jubilee Oval, a small playground and the patch of grass in between. The area closer to the water is Bicentennial Park, so is not included in my review.

Great playground for children to run and burn off some energy before or after going down the the beach. Lots of seating spaces around for parents or parties. Playground is suitable for small and big children, accommodating for all ages. Looks newly build, with the council adding in more outdoor gym equipment soon.
There's a lot to love about this park, but the children in my life absolutely rave about the flying fox in the adventure playground. They also spend many happy hours at the adjacent beach, building sandcastles and playing in the shallows where the ocean meets the lagoon. There are public toilets nearby, and shade is plentiful. There are also some great paths (complete with traffic signs and line markings) for kids with bikes. Perfect spot for a picnic or BBQ.

Its a very nice and cosy beach to swim in, it also has a playground for kids, also restaurants you can eat and see a beautiful view
Such a nice place for a little one to play around and run around. The kids love it and has some picnic area.

Great reserve for family picnic. Plenty of parking slots. Has tidal pool and a food kiosk. Part of Manly scenic walk.
Nice and not too crowded. There is a shallow and calm beach for kids also right there
Awesome if you like your kids playing amongst abandoned shopping trolleys, garbage and graffiti. The council seem to have forgotten it exists.
Netted harbour pool. Clean, safe and fun for all ages. Mainly for kids. One of the best playgrounds and family beach of Sydney. Cafe, bathroom, sanded ground, heaps of shade, I never really needed to open my beach umbrella here. Very gently sloping beach. Council is keeping the place well and clean. Suppose parking tickets contribute a lot towards funding the maintenance of the area.

Beautiful and well maintained. Great play area for kids including wheelchair swing. Lots of undercover tables and chairs as well as lovely shady trees to picnic under. Bathrooms are clean enough but do not have soap so make sure to bring sanitiser. There is a water refill station which is handy and lots of open grassy areas. I like that there is a no ball games area to ensure picnics are undisturbed. There are barbecue facilities too.
New park with lots of play equipment - good range of things to keep your kids entertained! Mature trees provide shade. No toilet - it’s the other side of the car park. Next to the tramshed community Centre.
Always a very nice, family orientated beach! Pity the weather wasn't great today! Still a highly recommended beach to take the family to... Plenty of places to eat, picnic etc...
A nice playground for younger kids next to Warriewood wetlands. It has a nice gated picnic area and paths to explore.

Great dog park with views alot of construction going on atm so some areas fenced off (inc 2 of 3 tap for dogs water bowls) but the new kids park being built looks amazing.

What a great view and an awesome place to picnic! Especially if like me you love dogs because it's also an off leash dog park and my group had heaps of fun saying hello to all the doggo visitors! Big trees to sit under with alot of open space for the dogs. When we were there, alot of works were happening so it was a bit hard to find the toilets but it looks like things will be fantastic when it's all done.

Awesome playground, fenced, pretty much brand new. Attached to a gorgeous river (so many beautiful ducks), and also attached to the trashed cafe.

Great family spot. Near the beach and cafe. 4 picnic shelters, a free push button electric bbq, assorted swings, slides, climbing tower and 2 flying foxes. There is also an enclosed special mobility swing.

Beautiful beach. Very calm water. Shallow so good for kids to play. Having good amount of tree so providing good shades to chill.
For big kids , you can rent kayak and paddle boards at a shop next to Boat House restaurant. Very close to play grounds.

Beautiful beach. There is a lovely long stretch to walk along beside the beach with plenty of benches made available. Ample parking space are present. Toilets are there. A good play area for children is there as well. Must see beach in my opinion
Could do with a some more equipment as the playground is quite spread out. The surrounding fence with relatively new equipment promotes the many families to visit so you can expect to find the playground to be filled with many children, especially afternoon weekends

Its a good little park, always green and charming. I have seen NYE fireworks there a couple of time.
A lot of swings and slides for kids. Park is very well maintained with lush green grass all around the year. Plenty of parking around and good things is, a lot of restaurants around.

The bike track is large, flat and will exhaust any kid! The playground is fabulous with modern play equipment. There is loads of shaded space, picnic tables and BBQ facilities. There are clean amentities attached to a cafe that does a drinkable coffee.
Jubilee Oval is situated on the water front at Glebe, The area is a beautiful salute to nature and is without doubt a hidden gem in the Sydney Story, as well as a great place for all types of outdoor activities,it has a very Hip restaurant and cafe scene at the Tramway, a converted Tram Depot.
The Food is well prepared and modern but you might have to wait a bit to get a seat at one of the many establishments.
I Highly Recommend a Visit to the area and if the Sun is shining

It's nice, quiet, partially fenced, quick access to the library, sports facilities and supermarket. Simple but fun. No Puffing Billy to wave at, but that can sometimes be a good thing if wanting a little quiet.
Great thing about flying fox is if your kids get bored they can skate, bike 🚲or scoot 🛴around the park. Good track for beginner bike riders as they can fall into the grass! 🙄🤦 Decent BBQ area's. Gets sun all day
This is a great playground. Very spacious and good selection of equipment, from infants' to older kids'. The proximity to the cafe, reserve and parking make it very convenient for parents.
