I had an extremely disappointing experience at Accucare that I feel compelled to share. The clinic’s unprofessionalism is staggering, and it’s clear that their primary focus is making money rather than providing quality care. They consistently overbook appointments, resulting in hours of waiting, which is a blatant disrespect for patients' time.
Kristina is a major concern. Her approach is shockingly dismissive and opportunistic. She claims that extra charges for equipment are justified because they include “consultancy,” yet she clearly lacks any real knowledge about the equipment or individual patient needs.
Overall, my experience was terrible. The long waits, poor customer service, and overpriced equipment make it clear that this clinic is more interested in making money than taking care of patients. I highly recommend staying away and finding a better place.

If I could I would have given zero stars!
When I last met my doctor, I was told that I will have a follow up in one year. I also made an appointment with one year later date.
Fast forward one month I received a call from the clinic saying I need to bring my machine to download the data. I was surprised because my doctor specifically said I will have appointment in one year. I asked to reconfirm and I was told about the same thing- they need to download the data from the machine. So I will need to bring the CPAP machine and my health card.
I managed to move my work shift and agreed to meet them today.
Today I met the person in their clinic The lady looked at my machine and outright started to point out that my machine needs to replace filter mask etc etc. and started asking about my insurance. I refused to get any replacement parts from them as the prices were expensive. The lady tried all the tricks "Oh I am going to have to put this in your file and if you get any repository issues, it needs to be documented that you refused." The whole conversation didn't sit right with me. I went there to have my data downloaded not to go through your lousy sales pitch. That too I am not sure why my data is needed manually in the first place.
When I refused then came her agitated face "You have to pay us 75$ as a service charge since you are not getting any replacement for us." I asked why and the lady kept repeating we are not working for free. We waive this fee if you get replacement parts from us." I didn't ask for this appointment in the first place, your reception didn't mention about any service fees. I came to have my CPAP data downloaded, not to get ambushed by your incompetent sales person. If I needed to replace any parts I should have the option to price check with other sources.
Beware of this shady business. Stop keeping shady salespeople in the name of "technician", who has no idea about CPAP and only there to push unnecessary stuffs.

This review is about the Acue Breath clinic within this clinic. I’ve purchased a CPup machine there during the pandemic. Within 6 months there was a recall on the machine (Philips) and I was told to come to the clinic and get a loaner until the part can be replaced. I was asked to give them my machine but because it’s pandemic it might take a year to replace the part. I did not want to give my machine as they were very vague about it. And was told I would then have to pay $150 deposit on the loaner machine that will be returned to me when I return it. No one else was charged this deposit. I would call every few months for update on the replacement machine. Could not get a hold of anyone. One time a girl answered and told me they only get one machine replaced a YEAR. I couldn’t get a print out from them when I had Dr appointment. I had to go to a different random store who were happy to give me a printout. FAST FORWARD 4 YEARS. I finally was able to book an appointment with Kristina the owner that gave me a sob story that she had a partner that they did not get alone and had to split the business. The partner took my $150 deposit money and she can not give them back to me. She took the part of my machine and said that within a week she will have replacement part. Again I didn’t hear back from them and after 3 months I called again and was told the owner is on vacation and I was booked for an appointment after her vacation in a month. The day of my appointment on my way to my appointment I called to verify she is back. And was told they have no record of my appointment. I took time off because it was in the middle of the day.
I than booked another appointment it the following week. I came in and finally got my replacement part to my machine. At no point it was ever discussed that they have a service fee. If legislations changed around what is covered by Ohip and what is not. They have the obligation to tell you prior to your appointment. And since I refused to pay double for the accessories I was made to pay $70 for the service of giving me my part back. I have been through a nightmare dealing with this clinic for 4 years. And wanted to give the owner the benefit of the doubt that she really had bad partners who left her in the lurch. But didn’t expect the price gauging. Do with this review what you want. But if you want transparency and honesty. You will not get it here.

$150 per visit for a follow up appointment! Claims OHIP doesn't cover the follow up visits and you have to buy the replacement gear from them OR else pay $150 for the visit. Read more below.
Been coming to this clinic ever since I was prescribed a CPAP machine by the sleep doctor. Keep in mind this was back in 2019 so this is basically 5 years of going here for follow up appointments. At NO time was I ever charged or mentioned that these appointments are NOT covered by OHIP and that they were waiving fees for me. You figure if you're good-willing this, they'd be mentioning it.
In January, 2024, I went in for a follow up visit, gave them my SD card and the owner of the clinic (you can look her up on LinkedIn) sat down with me. She mentioned that they couldn't download the report today and I would need to come back for my SD card. Fine. She then went on to say that I have never purchased any replacement parts from them - this is accurate, I've always bought it online. I told them that and that clearly set off something because I was basically lectured on how they don't work for free and that I should be buying from them as they are an authorized rep and sell only authentic parts. This went on for a WHILE even though I had bought her story and was willing to buy from them. After the lecture, she proceeded to bill me for the parts she recommended which came in at nearly TRIPLE the cost you can find online. Keep in mind, the price of the items was never brought up until point of payment. That said, I moved on.
I was told to pick up my SD card that weekend so I came in as told and the same lady said she couldn't find my card but they didn't lose it. I also asked them to show me how to separate the pillow from the strap as the unit sold to me was VERY stiff and refused to separate. A couple of half hearted attempts later, I was told by her you cannot separate it. This is utter nonsense. I went home and then proceeded to soak it in warm water and then successfully split them apart. I have worn the same model for years so I know (and a quick cursory YouTube search) you can split it apart. This shows you how little they know the product they rep.
Back to the SD card, she told me to come back next week during the week. Keep in mind they close before I can get to them on normal working hours so I have to LEAVE early to get to them. I came back, the clinic was locked and no one could get in. Was told to come back another time. This was a huge waste of my time. I slapped in my own SD card and the ResMed CPAP formatted it and it said it was good to use.
Fast forward to August and I'm back to pick up my original SD card and told them I've been using my own card. The receptionist looks suspicious and doesn't seem to recognize I had a SD card adapter to use a MicroSD. Not an issue, told her the CPAP took it and didn't complain. I then go see the tech and they said they tried my SD card and couldn't download the report from it and said they used my old SD card to download the report. This is confusing because unless the CPAP is storing the data locally within itself AND within the card, I don't see how they could have gotten my data from the past 4 months. This was suspect at best. Misleading at worst.
After a few quick questions of whether I was doing fine and the humidity levels and such, I was asked if I would be up to replace the gear again. I said I just replaced it on the last visit and would not be up for it right now. Ok, I then was sent back to the front and was told to see the owner again.
Same thing along the lines of oh we offer great service, we don't work for free, the ADP (Assistive Devices Program) keeps track of us since Covid because respiratory issues are now a huge issue and we have to keep track of our patients whether they respond back to us, replace their gear, etc. I said, if I am being told I must replace my gear, I will but it wouldn't be from them. The conversation immediately switched to why I'm taking advantage of them. Wait, what??? I owe $150 for the visit because OHIP doesn't it. I paid and left.

2hrs waiting,, to think we have appointment 1:30pm is our appointment.we arrive 1:15pm to let them know that we are here. 2:15pm we go inside in there waiting room 3:15 before we meet the DOCTOR. I hope make it priority the person who have appointments before the walk-in patient. that's why we make it appointment because we value our time.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Made me explain why I’m here over 3 times and had me go into my net care to find old meds which they should have. Said 30 min wait and I waited over and hour and they put us in the wrong room to start and then made us go wait again in the waiting room because the guy at the front could not figure it out at all. My file is clear with my name and not my old name. I was deadnamed multiple times and as well misgendered despite all stuff I put into the system but you guys don’t bother to even read. This was a horrible experience!

The worst experience I had. I brought my son and had appointment and the receptionist put us down as walk in we waited for 2hours every time we ask her or the other receptionist how long we have to wait they say you have 1 or 2 ahead of you. Every in professional staff.finally we saw the Dr Sam and he was good very good Dr.

The receptionist that works there are very unprofessional on the phone and at the clinic. When you call the clinic to book an appointment. They told my sister to come in as a walk in and that she will get a check up done right way. Later on, when we got to the clinic, they said we cant make an appointment for NEW patients and for walk ins you have to wait for 1 hour. When my sister waited for 1 hour. After an hour when she asked the receptionist for the wait time. They told her that you have to wait 1-2 hours more which is very unfair because she had work after and wanted to get in for a checkup. I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. The receptionist are not well trained and do not know what they are doing. I think they are hired by reference not by profession. They do not deserve a single star. Very disappointed.

Totally unprofessional. My wife waited here for over 2 hours tonight, they put her in a room with my 9 year old who was there for an Injection. Finally the doctor came in, only to tell her than he wouldn’t do it if I (her husband) wasn’t there. Couldn’t have told her that 2 and a half hours ago? They knew what she was there for, and a lune doctor did it the first time a month ago. What a joke

Great clinic, the receptionist was very professional and friendly. also dr.Mohammad Imana took his time to explain everything to us and was very kind.

I walked in to this clinic and they have 2 clinics there. Both of them rejected walk-in as Dr said I only take my own patients. How is it ethical, you post sign Walk-in but refuse the Service?!

As a 50 yo struggling with ED for over 5 years, I had a great experience with Oakwood Health Network in treating my condition and helping me get off of the pills I needed in order to maintain an erection long enough to have an orgasm during sexual intercourse. From the introductory calls with Charlotte (one of the owners) to my intake meeting, to my treatments at the various clinic locations I was able to have my appointments at, depending on my schedule and needs (Oakville, North York and Brampton), to the caring and professional technicians that treated me...they were all amazing. So supportive, so understanding and always so pleasant to talk to, even with such intimate and private issues being dealt with. I highly recommend them to anyone going through difficulties with ED...it's really worth every penny and the P-Shot is a game-changer!

Two bad experiences. One for myself where i had an ear wax build up and the doctor looked in my ear and said she saw nothing and gave me ear drops which I used for 5 days before realizing it wasn’t working and I went to another doctor who quickly diagnosed and flushed my ear within 5 minutes. The worse experience was for my sister who had horrible stomach pain and they only took a urine sample and then never told her that she had to call back or how long it would take. They gave her medication and for 5 days nothing got better so she went back for the results and the receptionist said they were never going to call and its her responsibility and she didn’t seem to care how much pain my sister was in at all.

Right from the start, this clinic was wonderful . The reception that booked our appointment was very kind. When we arrived, we were told our appt was canceled, as they could not get a hold of us to confirm. This was a mistake on our part. The receptionist, Sharma I believe did not hesitate to make it happen. She was very compassionate. We appreciate her so much. We got in to see Dr Surkont, and he was very professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions and I left feeling a lot less stressed. Thank you all.

Walked in at 11:28am on a Saturday. Told me they aren’t taking walk ins after 11:30. I replied well that’s fine bc I walked in just before that and the website said 2:00pm. Odd when there was only one patient waiting in the lobby I would had understood if it was packed

I had a really great experience, not only with the thorough assessment from a Dr that not only listen to all my concerns, but took the time to not only explain the physical condition, but numerous potential treatments and how they would effect my overall health.
I have to say the receptionist that I spoke to on the phone to confirm the appointment seemed very professional. I was running about 5 minutes late and she called and was extremely kind and understanding. When I arrived at the clinic both receptionists complimented my hair and we talked for a good 5 minutes. Had a great experience overall.

I highly recommend Oakwood Health Network for anyone suffering from ED symptoms. I've just completed my 12th treatment and the results are staggering. I had previously tried a number of different paths to restore my full function with no success. However, after a few treatments I started noticing results and after the 12th I feel like I'm in my 20s again. April and Charlotte are wonderful, they're extremely knowledgeable, calm and reassuring. Can't recommend Oakwood enough.

I was very happy with Oakwood. The staff are very attentive and supportive throughout the treatments. I liked the fact that the appointments always on time and punctual, there is no waiting around. Communication is very clear and staff are always available to handle questions. The entire process is very professional.

Worst clinic ever, my appointment was at 12 but I had to wait for two hours to be called in, in the consultation room I had to wait for the female Arab doctor for another one and half hours for her to see me and when she finally came in she brushed me off and didn’t even listen to my problems. She didn’t even apologize for making me wait that long, so rude and unprofessional. They don’t even deserve the one star

Been trying to get an appointment since Dec 26th 2023, but they NEVER answer the phone! book online? sure, but then the call back the next day while I'm sleeping, THEN I CAN NEVER GET THEM TO PICK UP when I call back. This is idiotic! Dr. Imana took me on as a patient, and I can't even make an appt.

The ladies up-front are not only great at their job but are very approachable too. The physician's I have seen were quick, professional and refreshingly not an hour late for appointments. While the waiting room is a bit small all those in the office make sure to keep everyone moving through and it is not often filled. The one small inconvenience I have encountered was when I booked for a full physical it was not clearly conveyed that I needed to book with not only the one Dr. I have been seeing but also the nurse. I wrongly assumed by asking for an appointment for the full physical that I would be booked in with all the correct people, like what had happened with my last doctors office.

WORST CLINIC EVER!! This clinic has no manners and is completely disrespectful. They don't know how to communicate with their patients and they have the worst attitude ever. They think that you have lots of free time just to sit and chill in their clinic. I waited there from 10 till 11:45 inside the clinic room and the princess doctor didn't even bother to show up to the room as she was in her office. They expect you to pay late fees but for them its okay to be late. I understand being late for a reason but if you are the first patient of the day and you are waiting for 2 hours while the doctor is in her office something is not right. If you know you cannot handle a clinic then don't open a clinic and waste peoples time and money. If your so desperate for money why not just start a fundraiser no need for you to waste peoples time. There is a reason why there is over 300 reviews on this clinic and majority of them are 1 star. At least be respectful to your patients instead of treating them with 0 respect and if you're forced to be a doctor at least do your job right instead of being lazy.

Dr. Hadi is good and has been our family doctor since we moved to Ontario. This review is for the receptionist who typically manages the front desk (apologies I never got her name as she has never been anything but rude), she is extremely rude and aggressive. She doesn’t collaborate and is condescending. I feel physically ill when I have to speak with her. It’s unfortunate as the Health Centre is really good but what is sad is that there doesn’t seem to be any recourse as I don’t see any email in the website where I can share feedback and when I try and connect to other Staff who are absolutely lovely, she refuses to pass the phone.

The doctor himself was great! He was very informative, and made you feel heard and like he genuinely cared to help. The reception and waiting area however are terrible. The seats are completely caved in and broken. The receptionist I interacted with wasn't friendly at all, on the phone or in person. She rushed you, spoke with an attitude, and pushed you off like you were a bother.

This office called me around a month ago to inform me of an appointment. They asked that I call back to get the details of the appointment time and date, however, despite my calling repeatedly I could not get a hold of them. Their phone seems to be broken, and so when the number is called and the correct option clicked, it does not put you through to reception but instead replays all of the options, as though you've been hung up on. When they called me whilst I was available to answer the phone, something which they have done only twice, I was given a date and time for my appointment and told it would be done via zoom. They called on the date of my appointment to verify I would be coming in, and I had to remind them that my appointment is not, in fact, in person. They told me I would recieve a zoom link 10 minutes before my appointment. I never received any link, despite confirming my email to be correct. So now after dozens of missed calls as they only seem to call during times I am busy, dozens of my own calls and voicemails which never went through and a lack of a zoom link, I have been unable to even speak to the psychiatrist. And to top it all off, they keep referring to me by a name that is not my own. If i could give this establisment 0 stars, I would.

Very rude and disrespectful receptionist, one of the most unorganized and dysfunctional clinics I have come across. If any of the doctors at the clinic are reading this please hire new receptionists as this is giving your clinic a terrible image, myself my wife and my children and in laws will be finding a new clinic immediately as this is absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionist while my son is sick. She laughed at me when I told her I could not hear her well as I am partially deaf and told me to “focus better”. I do not recommend this place to anyone, there are many of other medical clinics in the area.

Although I did have a good experience seeing a doctor here in the past and was hoping I could continue seeing this doctor, I recently came to the decision to stop utilizing this clinic due to the horrible, unprofessional and poor administrative customer service. The phone lines do not work and you can never get through to the front desk when you call. The online portal for booking medical appointments has many technological glitches which makes it super difficult to book an appointment online, which you are encouraged to do even though the clinic is advertised as a walk-in clinic. When you do try to reach out via email to the Admin team for help, the email communication from them is so harsh, rash and unprofessional. They speak to you as if you are a bother and offer no practical solutions to address your concerns. They seem to forget that they are dealing with sick patients who require patience, sensitivity, and empathy while seeking health care.
I will not be going back as I am a firm believer in providing excellent customer service to ill patients and importantly, treating patients with dignity, kindness and respect. The Admin team’s customer service is so rude and uninviting. I was completely turned off by the unprofessionalism and although this clinic is the closest to me in terms of distance and would be the easiest to get to, I would rather go elsewhere than subject myself to unkindness just because I am vulnerable, in need and sick.

Hands down five stars to both the clinic and my doctor Dr. Alexandra Copeland. I reached out to the clinic after having had a horrible experience with the services of my previous clinic, and immediately received a reply by email that two doctors were taking in new patients with a 4-5 month wait time for Greet & Meet. I picked Dr. Copeland and waited exactly 5 months to get enrolled as promised. Every time I reached out by email I was able to receive a reply promptly.
Dr. Copeland is very thorough and reliable. I had had a couple of small ailments here and there for years and I felt comfortable bringing them up to her, and every time she listened attentively, referred me to the right specialist/services to address them and remembered to follow up with me.

Terrible clinic.Dr Zando has no empathy.My husband was referred to Dr Zando by Dr. Imman for a suspicious lesion on his head.During his initial visit Dr.Zando performed a biopsy and told him it was most likely skin cancer. She told him the biopsy results would take two weeks.The day before we were scheduled to go back for results her office called to reschedule that appointment, which meant delaying results by another two weeks.We insisted we wanted the results since she had them.She agreed to see us as scheduled. During that appointment Dr Zando told us “I’m so happy when I’m right”. Not once,but twice.We were appalled by her comment. It was callous, and unprofessional. She has little empathy for the patient who was just delivered a cancer diagnosis.She failed to explain the diagnosis, treatment or prognosis.A doctor’s attitude can affect a patient’s emotional disposition, and heighten their anxiety.We told Dr Imman we were not happy with Dr Zando.We left with more questions than answers.

I came here based solely on the good reviews on google and boy was I wrong for doing so. Everything went smoothly until I got in to see the doctor. I was assigned Emily Dermer and in my opinion I felt there was a lack of compassion and care. As an American, I paid out of pocket for my appointment and was willing to pay out of pocket for any further testing to be done. It felt as if her only concern was getting through her patient list so she could go home at the end of the day. Throughout my entire 10 minute appointment she was reading chats that came up about other patients on her screens and told me to give her a second as I was talking, so she could read the message. Then she Continuously referred to the fact that other patients were waiting so I couldn’t go through all of my concerns with her unless I paid out of pocket for another appointment. She does not care about your concerns so if something is seriously wrong, or you want to be listened to about your ailments, I highly recommend going elsewhere. I can’t speak on the other doctors here but she was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I ended up going to a different clinic and doctor the same day and he was the most compassionate person. Listened to all of my concerns, sent me for various testing for everything that I needed and booked a follow up (for free) to go through my results. If I could give 0 stars to this place I would

I give 5 stars from my experiences with Dr Auspitz. He was extremely responsive to any concerns presented to him and I felt bodily autonomy was respected. I never had to go back and forth just to get a referral or if requesting a specific kind of medication that I had experience with already. Even when it was busy he seemed attentive and wait times were always reasonable. Sometimes it would be booked up for a few days ahead but I would just visit a walk in clinic for those occasions. The clinic has a lifelabs on site which was very quick to use. Reception staff are also quick to respond to emails.
I did have one experience last year with a medical assistant regarding being masked. It raised accessibility concerns at the time. It is worth noting that they did complete the appointment 'curbside'. I dont recall if he still works there but if he does there's been no issues since and I've found the whole team to be professional.

It was a bit tight to get a stroller past the waiting area to the back rooms, I've visited with a single and a double stroller and managed to fit a single inside the assesment rooms. I have just completed my treatment at Oakwood. I found the staff (Tina & Charlotte), to be extremely professional and very comfortable to talk to about the treatment, any issues with side effects, and the results of home exercises and feedback. They all are very knowledgeable in this field and I was happy to get an action plan pre and post-treatment and follow-ups.

Went to this location after looking for a walk in clinic near by with decent reviews, but got surprised how much better it is. I got an Dr. Alina Zaltzman and she is absolutely amazing. The combination of professionalism and genuine care is something I always lack in Canada. She actually listened through all my concerns and worked together with me to make sure my health is in a good shape. What shocked me is that after a day or two Dr. Zaltzman called me and followed up with some more details I already forgot about, which shows that she cares about her patients.

I had done a round of shockwave therapy treatments at another cheaper clinic before Oakwood and the comfort, care and quality of service at Oakwood is so far beyond the other clinic. While the issue I had was ultimately resolved by other means, the education, exercises and tools I was provided with by the staff at Oakwood still helped me down the path to my own recovery. You may find cheaper clinics but in my experience, Oakwood is worth it.

This treatment actually works! I was skeptical when i started and was skeptical even most of the way through the treatment. I found the best results after I had completed the treatment. I took the full course, also used the supplements that were suggested and did some of the exercises. Overall, I found the treatment beneficial.
Their staff is also very friendly and helpful and have their patients' best interest in mind.

The most smooth walk in experience I ever had. Just 10min wait to see the doctor including me filling up forms. Meanwhile, I need to wait at least 15 min even I booked appointment to see any other dorctor.

My first visit to Oakwood Health was with the doctor who explained as to why I was in this state and thoroughly answered all my questions. I am in good shape but have age approaching on my side.
During the treatment sessions I found the staff very professional and very gracious to answer all my questions concerning the procedure and would offer further information on to enhance the recovery.
As one technician explained to me, they were similar to a coach who wanted to see the best results and also to ensure that we were following the full exercise routine laid out.
Even though I am healthy and in good shape, I soon realized that my core muscles related to my predicament were no where where they should be.
The treatment was successful, I am in a far better place than prior to the sessions. They also encouraged me to continue the floor exercise. For me it is really a mindset to make a visible change on how do a exercise routine.
I would recommend Oakwood Health to anyone seeking the help and treatment. As far as I can see this is the best treatment and less invasive than other procedures.

I saw Dr. Mishra today and he was very thorough and polite. He explained everything to me very well. The receptionist was polite and gave a reminder call the day before my appointment which was appreciated. So far my experience with this clinic has been very positive.

Unpleasant experience. Doctor wanted to do my assessment via Zoom from her basement, her wifi kept cutting out, got upset with me for correcting her, and even walked away during the appointment at one point. Focused on all the wrong things for my appointment. Reception is unprofessional and doesn’t coordinate with doctor, making everything more confusing than it should be. Doctor in the end tells me to do the same thing I’ve been doing for years rather than trying to help me. Assessed me for adhd with symptoms more specific and found in men than in women. Such a huge waste of time. If you’re able to avoid, go somewhere else or ask for a referral elsewhere… can’t even find anything about the doctor online, no reviews, nothing… thanks for nothing but making me cry, lady!

When I first contacted Oakwood Clinic, they answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly and gave me the space to research and think it over. I decided to proceed with the treatment, though it's not inexpensive. The staff are friendly and professional and always make you feel comfortable. The facilities are clean and relaxing. I am pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone considering this course of treatment.

Just had my 2nd Vaccination shot.
Im definitely consurned about the sanitary conditions at this location.
First a man was helped for 5 minutes while not whereing a mask !

The so called pysition on site didn't even where latex gloves while admineresting the Covid Vaccination shot ! Definitely concerning !
If necessary I would not return to this location...

Dr. Parhar leads an incredibly unethical medical practice. His care is not patient-centred and he would rather accumulate MSP money than provide adequate care. His practice should be questioned by the relevant authorities.

He is nice,and staff there are nice too, but he is not a spesialist at all. Because, we really expected to get a right support, we extermly disappointed.
