Love their baguettes, chocolate almond croissant. Their brioche is also delicious, soft & fluffy. With this well balanced buttery texture😋😋Mmmm.
The highlight of this cafe is the service from Eda. She always provided excellent service & big smile to her customers 🥰🫶🥐🥖🍰
Thank you 👍🏼

Tres Bien! I love this place. Out exploring the wonderful City of Montreal and tripped across this place. Very cool, urban vibe mixed with artisan bakery. Very unique. Wonderful selection of breads and other pastries. The coffee was excellent and the croissant even better.
The coffee is the best!! The service is always perfect. They make the best sandwiches around. Portuguese Tarts!!! Yummy!!

My recent visit to Cocoon was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly. I particularly enjoyed the latte, which was well-made and delicious. However, I did find that my large latte was served in a juice glass, which I thought was a bit unusual. It would have been nicer to have it served in a mug or a cafe coffee cup.
Additionally, parking might be an issue, but there are spots available in a small street mall just over the other side of the street, which is convenient.
I also tried the blueberry scone, which was just alright. Despite this, the owner was exceptionally nice, offering great hospitality throughout my visit. Overall, Cocoon is a lovely cafe with a few minor drawbacks, earning it a solid 4-star rating.

The food quality is the worst among all the tim over the world and the service provded by the all the staff's including the manager are providing the worst service I have received ever in my life. It has the worst atmosphere and its one of the worst place I have visited in my life.
An underrated spot. Very delicate delicious pastries and very good coffee. Service was super friendly as well! Will definitely be coming here again
Cute shop, food is tasy and of quality, loved my dirty chai, and customer service is great. They give a personal touch. They even sell day olds that are still so soft. I'll have to try them next time.

Very disappointed about their quality control. The differences of roast level among a single bag of beans is just not right. You can also tell how many defective beans are there.

Slowest employees of tim hortons work on there. I remained in the queue for 15 to 20 mins just to order there not for only day but everydays now a days during the evening time.
Hi. We have picked up Croissants & treats to go before but today was the first time we ate in for breakfast and the service was terrible. The woman who brought our order was impatient and down right rude. One of our breakfast orders was incorrect and we said “no problem, it looks delish.” With no real acknowledgement or answer. We asked for water to accompany our breakfast (we had ordered coffees, breakfast and bunch of croissants to go) and after sighing and not verbally answering she brought one glass of water, we asked for a second water and she sighed and rolled her eyes. Again, the food was good but won’t be going back - it was really not enjoyable.

A small cafe with a Korean vibe. Immediately after entering we have reached the counter with the owner/barista who is friendly and informative. The high ceiling and large windows does make the place seem spacious. Definitely feel that I can sit here for an extended time.

The food and coffee is rather meh unfortunately. We ordered a flat white , cappuccino, scone and banana bread. The milk from the flat white tasted a bit burnt and the cappuccino was rather weak. The banana bread texture is nicely spongy however it could with more banana flavor. The scone is enjoyable. Light, lemony with a touch of coconut.

Cute shop. Very friendly owners and great customer service. Cortado too milky. Pass for the coffee for me unless you like lattes and cappuccinos. Downside is the parking/ access. Fine if you're on foot.

Had croissants and coffee, staff is very kind and efficient. The caramel latté with oat milk was very good and not too sugary. The vanilla one with almond milk was also very good. Croissants are super fresh, a bit small and not exactly like the ones in France but some of the best in Montreal. Honestly priced. The sitting area is comfy with lots of windows.

I love this place. It’s so cute and cozy. I love coming here to just grab damn good coffee and study for a bit! And the baristas are just the kindest and sweetest people ever!!
In the past I recall really enjoying the Croissant Express Bakery. It is a nice spot to enjoy a croissant or pastry - which I like. I had the French toast today and did not enjoy it. They over soaked the bread in the eggs, and cooked it on the same frying pan as an omelet or something that tasted like green onions. I still like the real maple syrup and the fruits were decent, but won’t be buying food from here again.

Accessible location. But lineups can be long all the way up to Sheppard av.
Lines can be made better so that the road is not blocked.
Service can have some improvement with more welcoming attitude in the drive thru.
Inside store service is better.

I hope Tim Hortons can address and improve upon such instances to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

Today I buyed one extra large French vanilla, the quantity which they given was low ,why they doing this to customers. There is a mark in the cup but they gave me less than that ,it would be large size in extra large cup.I was in a hurry that's why I didn't discuss with them about this, never do this ,it's cheating.

I ordered Triple triple this morning and I realized Tim Hortons is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a cup of hot coffee served cold. The staff is always happy to serve you with a frown and make you feel like you're bothering them. They're so good at it that you'll feel like you're in a different dimension where the customer is always wrong.
The coffee is so cold that you'll need a jacket to drink it. It's like they're trying to make iced coffee but forgot to add the ice. The only thing that's hot about their coffee is their bad customer service. It's so bad that you'll feel like you're in a comedy show.
You'll laugh so hard that you'll forget that you're drinking cold coffee. If you're looking for a good laugh and cold coffee, Tim Hortons is the place to
go.

Going to this place is like coming to Canada and expecting a warm weather, the only difference is that even in Canada you get sunny days in Summer but at this place you don't get a hot coffee even if you are ordering one.
You might get a very hot spill if you are sharing the feedback with the manager over there.

"Visiting this Tim Hortons has unfortunately been a consistently disappointing experience for me. The staff members often exhibit an attitude that goes beyond what one would expect in a service industry. It feels as if they believe they are doing customers a favor rather than providing the service paid for.

In multiple instances, I've encountered issues that reflect a lack of training or perhaps an oversight in customer service:

On one occasion, I was double-charged for my order. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, I found that they were not well-versed in the process of issuing refunds for such errors.

Another incident involved a staff member taking my order incorrectly. When I tried to rectify the mistake before it became a larger issue, I was met with rudeness. This same attitude extended to interactions regarding my points card, where I placed my phone in front of the scanner, expecting the staff member to ensure it was properly processed. Instead, there was a dismissive response, adding to the overall negative experience.

These experiences have left me disappointed and frustrated. I believe it's essential for the staff to undergo further training in customer service and error resolution to enhance the overall quality of service at this Tim Hortons location."
These are just a few of the incidents.

We live in the US, but love going to De Mello's for coffee when we're in Toronto! They make a lovely espresso, and have a great selection of coffee beans, including a number of light roasts. The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. They also have coffee gear, so you can pop in if you forgot to pack Aeropres filters or other gear.

I saw a blueberry latte here on social media because I am someone who loves to try specialty coffee, so I came here by taxi.
Perhaps due to weekdays, the store is not very crowded. I chose a position by the window, and overall it is quite comfortable.
The prices of coffee and bread are not very cheap, but the taste of latte still surprises me. It has a strong blueberry flavor and is my favorite fruit flavored coffee.
It would be better if bread could be heated
Had a coffee here mid afternoon. Come early to get your assortment of pastries and bread.

Cafe opens later with high tables and electrical socket which allows you to do some work. It had a relaxed atmosphere.

Front of the store had various dry goods and seasonal items to purchase.

Staff was nice. Quick and efficient service.

Sourdough bread: 4/10. Fluffy, but lack of sourdough complex flavour. Maybe used instant yeast? Maybe fermentation period is super short? Maybe something wrong with the starter? Anyway, failed taste.

Croissant: 8/10.
Great ham and cheese croissant!
They have very good croissants and a cute atmosphere but recently their croissants have gotten a lot smaller - shrinkflation. They used to be 3x the size.

If you’re looking for a real croissant in midtown, this is the place you need to come. I could tell from one bite that they use quality ingredients. Staffs are friendly and the service is quick. They offer a variety of baked goods such as croissants, sourdough breads, sandwiches, danishes, tarts, quiches, cakes, cookies etc.

We tried some of their products below.

1. Plain Croissant : 4.5/5
2. Almond Plain Croissant : 4/5
3. Chocolate Almond Croissant : 5/5
- Just delicious. I've never tried the chocolate + almond combo before but they go really well together. Highly recommend.
4. Mustard Twist : 5/5
5. Vanilla & chocolate cookies : 4/5
6. Apple Almond Danish : 5/5
- The texture of baked apples and the layers.. everything about this danish was amazing. I usually don't like the taste of baked apples but this danish? Please try. If you ever see this danish in the basket, just get it. You won't regret it.
7. Pain Au Chocolat : 3/5

I recommend visiting in the morning if you’d like to try various pastries. And maximum 4 people are allowed in the store. I’ll definitely come back and try their cake menus too.

I was in this place recently to have a nice breakfast but the experience was TERRIBLE! So BAD the customer service, very RUDE and with a bad attitude.
I ordered PROSCIUTTO Foccacia and she simply decided to give me Salmon Foccacia. I could not see very well and immediately she asked me if I wanted it heated so I answered yes because it was to eat on the place.
My mistake was not checking the bill and the details in the moment.
I always open the sandwich and I noticed was a salmon and no prosciutto
I immediately approached and told her that was not what I ordered. Then she started to argue with me that she was pretty sure that I ordered salmon (all this show in front of the other customers waiting for their orders). She had very bad attitude. In addition, it was my third time ordered the same thing in this place.
Then she started talking to her other colleague or person on charge. Same woman who made my coffee and who had a bad attitude. Coffee presentation was horrible, she only gave me a small cup without small plate like normally whatever place that sell coffee present to you. Awful! Well, this woman told me that they couldn't change it because they heated it up. (everything in front of the other clients)
In the end they decided to give me my refund...If she is pretty sure about the order, why decide to do the refund? She only had to accept her mistake.
First she decided to make the refund of the foccacia because she told me coffee was ok because it was as I wanted but my last suprise, her colleague or person in charge had thrown away the coffee. It's for that reason, you can see, first the refund of the Foccacia and after the refund of the coffee.
Wasn't it easier to accept HER MISTAKE and change it to the right foccacia? They lost a client and all the food.
It was a terrible experience, I hope no one goes through this!

Please get an iced vanilla latte with soy milk at De Mello. The weather was a bit chilly the day I visited so I was originally thinking of getting a hot coffee but I’m so glad I got the iced one.

I actually tried both iced and hot. Both tasted good, but iced latte is more savoury and you can taste stronger vanilla than the hot one. It’s really good so that you won’t regret holding it even in the super cold weather. Me and my friend also tried their strawberry jam scone. Their scone is more on the moist side. I’d recommend them for a light breakfast menu.

What I really liked about this cafe is the cozy vibe you’ll only get at a local cafe and the well designed goods. For your information, we visited around 11 am and it was pretty busy at that time! The staffs are super friendly and easy to talk to. I think I’ll regularly come to this place over Starbucks from now on.

Person at the counter had no idea what she was doing. Claimed this expired salad and hard/dry sandwich was worth $24. Even with inflation, there’s no way anybody would pay $24 for this. The whole point of the Too Good To Go app is to provide the client with AT LEAST 3x the charged amount and if the food has been sitting so long it’s barely edible at least give them a bit more to compensate. Been using the app for months and this is by far the worst experience. My friend and I threw it out and we’ll be disputing the charge.
They have chocolate and framboise bread. You certainly know the combo from chocolate and raspberry right? It's yummy !! They have a terrasse in front of the shop. The hot chocolate is also good and sweet. The staff is friendly.
A bit expensive compared to our expectations but it was worth it.
Such a pleasant surprise to find dessert that is actually yum in Toronto. Really lovely tarts - tried the pineapple mango coconut tart and the plum tart. The chocolate cake was yum too.

Croissants were okay. Maybe they’re better fresh.

I love Cinnabon in general! But this specific location does follow the company standard to give birthday drinks which was surprising tbh - do not go there if you’re looking for a birthday drink with your purchase…
I am very happy for have found Jules Cafe while looking for Croissants in the neighbourhood. Pistachio and Almond croissant were amazing, fresh and plenty stuffed. I also tried the Focaccia and I never had one like theirs in Toronto. Definitely a place to return and that worth to pay a visit. Cheese croissant is also something else.
They are busy on the weekend’s morning and my suggestion is a takeout. Even though they offer a dine-in, ot is just two high chairs and no much room gor a group. In general, I am pleased and surprised with the quality and freshness of everything I ordered. The service was also amazing and fast.

Excellent bakery! The croissants were extremely delicious 🤤 First time having a multi grain croissant, and i was really impressed how good and fresh it tasted. 😋 Their coffee is ok. Absolutely adore coming to this place to study! Every single time I come here, I’m rewarded with great service and a amazing selection of drinks and pastries. My favourite drink is definitely the matcha latte, they make it very well!

There’s a decent amount of seating here with outlets throughout. If you’re coming here to work, as long as you have a seat you will certainly have an outlet. There is parking available nearby as well but this place is also accessible by bus.
Everything in here is extraordinary. When I visit my family from out of town, always asks me to bring the buns from here. I went to famous bakery in Portugal, Pastéis de Belém, and the custard tarts here taste even better than in Portugal! The staff, food and coffee here is phenomenal!
Cute place, nice decor and all. Their roulé au praliné was not bad. Would try their pain aux raisins next if I have a chance.

But when I ordered a chilled cheese I got a cheese sandwich without the grill. Had to go back and ask them to grill it. Glad I checked. The guy didn't even suggest or ask if I'd like them to grill/warm it up or not so i assumed they'd take care of it. I'm not sure if I should've specified I'd like a grilled cheese, grilled. Not impressed with the service at all. Some of the staff didnt seem like they wanted to do their job. Also their selection of bakeries and sandwiches seemed to be very limited. Only one sandwich with protein and very basic (ham & cheese baguette)
I have heard good things about their croissants from my friends and I came to pick up some croissants on a Saturday morning, but I wasn’t quite impressed with them.

They have good variety of cold and hot croissants and the prices vary somewhere between $3.5 (plain croissant) to $8 (cheese croissant). I ordered Almond Croissant, Pistachio Croissant and Chocolate Croissant. Almond croissant was too sweet for my taste, the chocolate croissant didn’t have much fillings, but I liked the pistachio croissant. I noticed they added the fillings after the croissant was baked, which wasn’t what I expected.

The girl at the cashier was rather impatient, but the lady who served us our croissants was nice. I think they could up their game with better customer service.

Great service and delicious Cinnabon pastry. The closest entry is gate 4. The washrooms are conveniently located nearby the store. Overall, pleasant experience
Delightful French bakery that I keep coming back to. Pistachio croissant and peach tart are made to perfection. There is generous amount of real pistachio in the croissant and not just some paste. Also tried almond croissant and plum-pistachio tart. Plum pistachio tart is a bit sour. We also had an americano an a cappuccino and they were fair
This bakery offers excellent products, but their organization and service could use some improvement. On multiple visits, I experienced a frustrating pattern: I would receive my croissant immediately when ordering with a beverage, but then endure a long wait for the coffee. On my last visit, just 10 minutes after being seated and placing an order for two coffees and a muffin (1 hour before closing), we were told to leave so they could clean the room, without prior indication that we couldn't sit down. It was disappointing to be rushed out when there was still ample time before closing.
My family like the bread and pastry so much here. Lots of choice, price reasonable. Strong recommend cheese tart - reheat it at home, wow 😋

If you’re a fan of Cinnamon, Cinnabon is definite all you’re looking for!
Get a pack of 9 minibon with extra icing, warming up with microwave for 30s each is all you need to do. Then just happily enjoy 😝

Jules Cafe Patisserie is a small and popular bakery on Mount pleasant. They are offering a variety of treats and breads. I recently bought from them a great sourdough ray bread that it was amazing. When it comes to the treats my favourite remains the pistachio fig tarts. It seems that they really know how to balance those flavours. The crust alone is so battery that it is worth each cents of the cake. I definitely recommend this place, but be careful on weekends it gets busy and they may run out of your favourite.

Fantastic little hole in the wall in Kerr Village. Modestly priced for both the Cafe and deli. Excellent service, delicious homemade bread and sweets, and coffee that's better than Tim Hortons. This baker has lot of options and the prices are also friendly , I have tried their pastries mango and blueberry they aren’t that sugar but tastes good and I like their chicken buns , triple cheese toast , coconut pastry , corn cheese bun , pineapple bun . I personally go here every time I visit CF fair view mall !!
Super cute place! They have a fresh menu and I tried the pesto salad as well as the croissant à l’érable which is a must try! The place is clean and the interior is lovely for a nice cup of coffee. The mocha is excellent! I really enjoyed it.
Honestly the best croissants I’ve had outside of France…ever. I’ve been coming here since I was a child and always get a tuna sandwich on a croissant and bring home a box of mixed croissants for the family.

HOWEVER I sadly cannot give this 5 stars solely based on the horrible service. Staff take absolutely forever to serve you and even when they do they tend to either look flustered / confused or bored / half listening.

Still because it’s my favourite croissant place I’ll be back many more times…just absolutely never when I need to grab and go lol
I wanted to give 5 stars but one thing made it imperfect. My daughter loves everything that’s made with matcha and so we ordered 3 green tea macarons and green tea cake plus puff egg tart, Portuguese tart and cheese tart. For my husband, I ordered 4 pork buns. He liked it and finished the four. The bun was really soft and the pork filling inside was just like my mother-in-law’s home- made “siopao asado”. It’s the best! All tasted good but there’s one macaron that tasted old. So my daughter did not eat it after she tasted it. And the color of it was different from the 2. There’s also this empty shell-like macaron. One tart was missing and the Manager told me to bring the receipt to get the missing one but we are living far from this mall. So, I did not come back yet. Though I appreciate that she acknowledged her missing tart. I hope she can also replace the wasted macaron. Other than that, everything was really good.
Just an amazing neighborhood bakery.

Everyone is really nice and I’ve never had anything there that was less than excellent.

Their best thing is the vegan cookie. It’s nut-based and absolutely delicious with a superb consistency.

They’re also genius with their branding - the new partnership with Café St. Henri is super smart. Helps introduce their brand to a lot of new people.
This is one amazing shop inside the CF Fairview mall. While walking beside the shop itself, we get the aroma of their baked products. I have tried almost all of their products. They are very popular for their variety of buns. You guys should try them. 🤓

How am I only finding out about this place now?! The paste rows are amazing. The croissants are super flaky and buttery. It’s making me hungry just thinking of them now. I also tried the quiche, it was good and had big chucks of broccoli but probably not something I’d order again. That being said I’d definitely come back for the croissants again anytime!
The sweet, warm, and buttery smell of this bakery fills the air pleasantly close to the subway entrance in the lower level of fairview mall, which makes it hard to resist ordering one and even more. There are a variety of yummy buns there that are worth trying. I also tried strawberry white chocolate cake, which was very delicious, light, and not too much sweet.

I called Sweet Thea today inquiring about birthday cakes, (which I needed one within 2 hours, for a birthday party.) The Bakery had 6 inch cakes ready for sale. However, I needed an 8 inch one, in order to accommodate all of my guests; furthermore, Sweet Thea was able to have one prepared for me and even finished it an hour ahead of the time that they had initially given for pick up. The cake was an absolute hit at the party. Thank you Sweet Thea for putting a smile on my daughters face today.
Amazing little atmosphere you'd think you are in Portugal...! Very warm welcome, great coffee and hands down best pastel de nata I ever had! Thank you :)

Amazing service both on the phone and in person. I was panicking the morning of my daughters first birthday after my homemade cake was a massive fail, I called asking about any in stock celebration cakes and thankfully they saved my butt. I had called another local bakery before this and they were insanely rude about the short notice. I have since ordered a sweet Thea cake every year. And the cakes are pretty and taste delicious. Highly recommend!

I've always seen this place walking down to to the vet and decided to finally go in today, and I'm so glad I did. I picked up 3 orange tarts and 3 Portugese egg tarts and they are to die for. I can't wait to go again and try more things!
This little bakery on Kerr street in Oakville is an exquisite place that should be visited by all. Their breads and sweets are amazingly amazing and the service has to be rated a 5*****. Cristina an Jorge have done an unbelievable job attending to the public and are a couple loved by manny and friends as good friends can be
Recently they have changed their menu and added to it new sweets and delicious “bifanas”.
Way to go!!!
Really good, they have a very unique chocolatine framboise which was great

Had some pretty fresh Cinnamon Rolls from here recently that tasted amazing. Freshness is the key with these as the recipe they have down pat they just have to be fresh, warm and gooey to be fantastic 👌🏼
Would Return.

A great addition to the mall selling small buns and cheap drinks. Not pricey at all, expect $2-$2.75 per item, drinks $3-$5. accepts Visa but no AMEX.

Big fan of their Pork Floss and Sausage buns.
Matcha bun has some kind of maple or syrup inside.
BBQ Pork bun doesn't look like much but the taste is not bad considering others.
I was browsing on Kerr Street today and thought I would pop in to this little bakery and I selected a few items and once it was packaged and I went to pay with my visa the owner told me that they only take cash or debit. I didn’t have either so I apologized and expected to leave empty-handed but the owner told me to take the items and to come back when I was in the area next and not to make a special trip for it. She said “we are all in this together and I hope you enjoy these treats”. I was so appreciative. Cristina is lovely and she has some delicious baked goods (I can attest to the custard tart being out of this world) and at 11 AM on Sunday she was almost sold out of bread so I assume her breads are excellent. Please go see her and support local 314 Kerr Street
A simply brilliant local bakery with a lot to offer. I especially love the variety of their breads with nuts, including the one with poppy added generously, not something you find often. Check out their coffee as well, it is really nice, and as a summer special they make a fantastic affogato with Les Givrés delicious ice cream! There are as well other local goods sold here, like the flowers during the season, honey or jams. Also the employees are always sweet and helpful.

So it's a cute little shop!
Their showcase was beautiful. We came for the macarons because my children haven't had any before, they've only had macaroons. There was buns, both savory and sweet ones, macarons, tarts, cakes. They're open Tuesdays-Saturdays. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!
