Since McDonald's has closed in this mall , Tim's has doubled its business in this location but they have not doubled the staff . On a Sunday 2: 45 stayed on line up for 15 minutes. They were still 10 people ahead of me so I left .

Loved the aqurium, the gift shop and the food cafe. Bacon cheese burger with fries were delicious specially the bacon they used. Lots to see and people were very friendly.
This is one of the main locations around the mall. The food is good here and there's plenty of seating for you to enjoy your order. I would say the only downfall to this location has long lines and slower service.
This location is now closed down. Too bad, because it was only one left around here that had a PERSON taking your order. Call me old & crusty but I'd rather deal with a human, than a machine.
I visited this place on 8th Jan 2024. I was in the queue and when my turn came I just wished him asking how was your day, he replied in a harsh way that I have other people to attend give me your order. Please teach your employees to first greet customers, business and money comes next. His name is Shivam( the specs guy)
I don’t understand how this bakery is rated this high. I’m French so I’ve tried hundreds of different bakery and I was very excited to try this one because of its rating. I ordered a lot of pastries and not one was even decent. Most of them were undercooked. Disappointed.
Got the smoked salmon croissant sandwich which was much better than I expected. It’s made up if smoked salmon, lettuce, tomato and cream cheese. It goes especially well with Tabasco so be sure to ask for that on the side! Cocoa Cappuccino was also quite good - on the sweeter end if that’s what you prefer. Staff were pretty friendly, vibes were good and the area was pretty clean! I love that they give you a piece of chocolate complimentary with every drink order. Only complaint would be that the items are pretty pricey for what they are, so be mindful of that. They also have gluten-free bread if you have a gluten intolerance or are celiac which was really appreciated!

I've been coming here weekdays for my morning coffee for the last 2 years. Staff have been friendly and service has been quick enough for my standards.

I went to get a Mamie Choc de Noël like last year. Major disappointment. I understand shrinkflation but this was ridiculous. See last year and yesterday’s photos.
The cleanliness is not great. And because it’s close to a skytrain station they often get some sketchy people coming in. And I don’t know why this is but for some reason when I go to this location and place an order in person they always get the order right. But when me and my mom place a mobile order. They always get the drinks right but they almost always get the food wrong. So I would recommend not placing a mobile order. And instead going in and placing an order in person.
HORRIBLE experience at this location. Used my rewards point for a coffee but cashier kept insisting that my coupon was for a cappuccino until she finally double checked and realized she was wrong. Ordered a vanilla cone in a cup and she used a partially filled melting ice cream cone that was sitting on the ice cream machine. When she handed me the ice cream cone in a cup, I told her I did not want it. Requested to speak to a manager so another cashier went to get the manager and they both came out laughing - everything is about perception and if an irate customer is requesting to speak to a manager, it is not very professional to laugh and giggle in front of the customer like that.

Chill vibe and quick service. Shisha is well priced and they have plenty of seats to sit at.
I've been to the St. Henri location. This one is pretty similar, although the seating is much better. More seating available in the upstairs room, there's even a piano I played around with a bit. Couldn't remember the first location's selection well enough to compare. But independently it's great, splendid selection of sweet and savoury items. Service was fine as well.
I don't know why Time Hortons is getting worse and worse every day. I am a fan of Tim's Iced Coffee. I ordered at least 15 in the past month, and at least 30% of the times the order came with wrong ingredients, which is very sad. And today, I ordered an Iced coffee and a sandwich. Thank god that the iced coffee was good. But, I was waiting for the sandwich for 20 minutes and when I asked, they said we had put it here, maybe someone else toke it. And then they refunded me.
Please improve your accuracy and find a solution to better track the orders. Give the receipt to all customers without asking. Customers need to have a proof for their orders in case they want to track something. Ask customers' names and call their name when the order is ready. Not everyone is familiar with Tim's app. I have seen in developed countries their use some numbering tool to call people. Maybe Tim can also add that option. Finally, other coffee centers are much more accurate.

The worst service i ever got. I am regular customer. I ordered bagel from them and the sri-lankan lady used the same gloves which she touched the beef to make my order she was not supposed touch the beef and when i told the manager he started fighting with me in a very bad tone. Totally not professional. He started telling she can do it. He himself doesn’t see that even if u want to adjust meat on sandwich u should use tongs but she used hands. Very very bad.

Loved it! Second time back and it was better than the first! Huge pancakes, fantastic eggs and toast, great fresh fruits and amazing quick service. We sat down and were eating in less than 10 minutes! Will come back for a 3rd, 4th, 5th time soon!
I’m a regular customer & I’m love Tim’s. Yesterday around 4pm I was infront of the queue then the cashier guy went to the other window counter & not bother to call me & start the guy next me. I stand there for a while hope somebody will come in counter that they started serving. I’m hanging there for while get annoyed & decided to go to Starbucks instead. Now I found out the that Starbucks is better not only the taste of their coffee but also their customer service!

Recently, we were in Hamilton for the Grey Cup, which was excellent. We also found this gem of a living museum for aircraft and history buffs alike. Actually, there is something for everyone here because the food was good, as was the flight simulator my daughter and I tried. The staff was very helpful and informative. We learned about interesting connections between planes, pilots, actual events and movies such as Scruffy Weir (pilot, great escape) and his plane with registration POW. Among other interesting facts, we learned planning and operational details about the dam busters, and connections to the movie. We seen and learned so much more.
The filthiest Tim’s I have ever been to. Floors were sticky as well as the tables. One staff was wearing gloves doing everything with it(receiving cash, wiping front, making sandwiches,serving- never changed and washed his hands). 🤮🤮

When I tell the staff to redeem my offer (free coffee for ‘scan and pay’, a sir with a pair glasses turned on my points to redeem and scan. My points were gone and the offer was ‘used’. When I returned and told him, a female staff told that they could do nothing for me and they were not familiar with the app so I shouldn’t let them to give instruction??? Now I lost my 500 points and I had to wait at least half-an-hour more to get my true-real-coffee! Dislike this app and the staff! Not recommend!
Staff very slow. I come here everyday and today my soup took 20mins. My bagel with butter 15 mins yesterday. It was not even full. The staff are not in a hurry. There is one lady who acts like a sloth. Really the worst tim horton in burnaby.

I like this location. The staff are very friendly, and didn't give me an issue when I asked for fresh nuggets, unlike other locations. It's small but cozy. Will definitely come back to this location

My scout group spent the night during the museum’s Night-Op event and had a blast. Well restored and maintained war planes; knowledgeable and passionate volunteers and staff made the visit fun and educational. Plenty of free parking.
The owner and the management needs to hire more employees like asap it’s a joke coming to this timmies and waiting 20 mins to get a coffee. And they prioritize mobile orders more than people who walk-in. Same with the Tim Hortons in the Esso gas station near by. Tim’s used to be way better experience than this it’s so unfortunate. I’d rather pay the extra and go to Starbucks at this point what a joke this has become. There’s like 2 employees working and they are just completing mobile orders while there’s a line up coz I guess that’s what they get timed on. The owner ship needs to step it up and hire more employees and stop being so cheap because I know I’m not the only person who feels this way about this. My whole lunch break is waiting on a line up.
Excellent! We were met at the entrance by Mr. Tony Houghton, a volunteer at the Museum who guided us around the Museum for a couple of hours. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The boys, aged 4 and 8, enjoyed his attention to take them on a private tour of numerous planes where they could sit in the cockpits; and, he provided them with interesting and fun facts about the planes. We also enjoyed our lunch at the Museum’s Runway Cafe. The Museum is well-kept, the volunteer staff is courteous and the historic planes a must-see! We recommend this as a great place to bring kids of all ages, especially on a rainy day.

Not the best coffee. The cappuccino i ordered was lukewarm and tasted very bland. I mean i get it that it’s a tims but the lukewarm drink was not it. Food’s not as great as the other locations.
In terms of atmosphere, not the best for studying if you need a charger. There are seating spots though.

I had a wonderful time with the vancouver aquarium today. The staff was amazing and really knowledgeable. We had some great conversations about the animals and even saw a stellar sea lion training!

Stopped by for some pastries and coffee. Nice blueberry peach crumble and lemon meringue pie was super sour. (In a good way) Service was good and no complaints—though tables were a bit dirty.
It's worthwhile to visit this place. You can spend 2-3 hours here depending on how interested you are in aircraft and Canadian aeronautics history. Kids can also have some fun as they get to sit in the cockpit of real fighter planes and if you are 12 and above they have a flight simulator as well.
Service was BAD! I was there over the weekend. Ordered the egg salad croissant and the strawberry sorbet smoothie. The croissant was great but the smoothie tasted like syrup blended with ice. I had a few sips and took it back to the counter asked if I could switch to something else as it was way too sweet. The girl took my new order and I walked to the side to wait. Then she asked me “ you want it for free ?” I was like “ well it was too sweet i couldn’t drink it that’s why I asked if I can switch to something else.” Then she asked to manager to help me. The manager said there is nothing they can do as I already drank it. But I wouldn’t know if it sweet like that if I didn’t take a sip. For a $8 drinks I expected it to be a little better than just syrup blended with ice.

This location is very disorganized. You pay for the food and need to stand in the corner to wait for the food. This location have very large line up of people. When the food is finished. people who ordered the same item can't distinguish who the food belongs to. The employees here is no help. Everyone exept the manager is mute. Wouldn't even say hello back. Talk about disrespect.

The planes are beautifully restored. The exhibits are excellent, so much history, and so many great personal stories. A good experience for any age. Every single person that works there, interacted with nothing with positivity and love and care about the place and also educated.

Miss Violetta...oh Miss Violetta, she is sooo Adorable🫠, our humbled waitress who donated her very own collection of Bone China tea cups from the UK to Creme Dela Creme. Tobe served with such kindness made my breaky so much more special. I visited this establishment about 15 yrs ago and they are still here serving the most hearthy breakfast you'll have in your life. Try it 😋.
Really nice café at the aquarium where you can get a beer or a glass of wine or some Baileys in the coffee… We were feeling a little hung over, so that was the direction we went.

Amazing museum, a must visit! And they are extremely sweet and helpful. They give u ana amazing tour and tell h stories of how the planes went through the war and were rebuilt. The cafe too is really nice good portions very wel priced. Lastly you also get to sit in 3 of the planes. It’s a very cool experience! And they have a flight simulator too. Must go with kids.

A chill and relaxing place. Has a nice vibe and great service. Great people that will give you the best options on hookah’s and of-course you must try their desi chai as it’s a must have with whatever you are getting.
Our new favorite place for breakfast. We had the 3 egg omelette with different toppings and the hash browns were too good! Crispy and well done. Very nice vibe as well. Will definitely come back.
The aquarium in Vancouver is awesome. Beautiful displays. The responses of the little kids are heartwarming. The Cafe had good food in generous portions and was a bit pricey, as expected. This is a great place to spend time with family.
I like it but I have not been here for long time today I passed by I think it’s closed permanently because I saw the store was in renovation and full of dust. Sadly
My son and I visited in June 2023 and absolutely loved it! Great staff and a beautiful collection of aircraft inside and outside. Well stocked gift shop. Going again soon! I'm a ham but nobody was in the radio room, maybe next time!

I really love it but you can’t enjoy on a busy day with those many kids screaming and adults they would never move to let others see something. It’s not worth the price and experience. The animals are beautiful!!!
We went with my siblings here on Friday July 21st and had amazing service and food. Nadaan is a great manager and hospitable. Must check this place out!!
A truly outstanding area, so unique and rich with history. There is something special about this museum, the volunteers who work here are full with enthusiasm about the planes.
This is a fantastic learning experience for all tourists or enthusiasts in the local area. I definitely recommend this place.

Only good thing is staff is friendly. Ordered salad. Not fresh and dressing is so salty. Portion is of side size but for the full price. For breakfast sausages for $7.50. Sausage quality is really low.

Cozy little spot to grab some breakfast. Prices are fair for what you get, and staff is friendly. Place seems pretty popular, as it was pretty full when I arrived. All in all, if you’re looking for some eats in the area I would definitely check it out.

Also my mother ordered the creme sandwich which was 13.95; on the menu it states the sandwich is alone and to add side hash is 5.50 and add side salad is 10.50!!!!! I had to read that 10 times!

Two drinks took 20 minutes to make and had to ask about the mobile order to get my order noticed and made. Iced cap did not taste like an iced cap. Worst experience of a Tim’s.

Total hidden gem of a breakfast place with the usual menu items. However their hash browns were amazing, if you prefer this style of hash browns to the regular home fries this is the place for you. Very busy during brunch hours on a Saturday. However waitress was very cheerful and experienced, acknowledged us even while we were waiting outside. Great low key place for a hearty breakfast after a night out.

Great croissants and baguettes. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Just like they should be. The cakes also look great although I haven't tried them.
Terribly trained staff. We asked for a croissant Turkey BLT sandwich and then the staff asked if it is half of one or whole, so we of course answered whole. Asked for a Greek chickpea salad on the side. Ended up with an untasty $27 meal that was all wrong. Untoasted bread that was not a croissant, and soggy. The salad was wrong - not a single chickpea in sight. We asked why and they insisted it was right. We didn’t argue in the end but it was not a well made meal. Also ordered the hummus bowl and it was a complete ripoff with a tiny size holder (a single tablespoon) of hummus….. the rest was rice with sour beets, and the total cost was $52 for a meal that would taste better from a supermarket. Table was also dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. Train your staff better.

In the heart of Markham downtown. Good walking score and great location! Loved the big windows with plenty of sunlight yet shelters you from the hot Sun. Comfortable cafe that gives you the sense of peace and quiet you need. Right place to enjoy your coffee without loud music or any interruptions.

The new renovations are fantastic. The V.I.P lounge is dope. I had Aeon shisha in the V.I.P area they also let you select your own music. Shisha quality was amazing.
Each and every one of us were happy with their choices. High quality dishes and low in calories as well. The ingredients were also fresh.
We ordered Mediterranean-spiced chicken salad, roasted chicken & hummus salad, grilled chicken and avocado sandwich, and lentil parsley soup. We loved all of them. We also had spinach borek (Spanakopita). That one is also recommended if you are not that hungry.

Don’t ever go to this place, it has terrible and very slow service. I was there recently and they had served me hot tea and gave us glasses that were dirty and had a crack. My friend poured the tea and as soon as she did, the glass beside me cracked in half and spilled all over my legs. Now I have a second degree burn and nobody cared to Offer to help, not the owner or the staff. The owner didn’t even apologize or care that I was in a lot of pain. I ran to the washroom to pour cold water on myself because I couldn’t even feel my leg. I have a picture below to prove it. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Hands down the best croissant I've had. As a huge croissant connoisseur, gotta say this place exceeded all my expectations. The croissants are so crispy on the outside with the layers adding to the crunch and it soft inside with the almond and chocolate filling made to perfection - not too sweet or too gooey. Wish they opened locations in Toronto.
Their VIP lounge is amazing with very unique flavors. Great ambiance and great customer service from the team. Def will come back more often.
Great place with nice ambiance, their food is of great quality and large portions. Love their Shan mix Shisha. Sheenam was our server and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent service.
Authentic shisha, calm and cozy ambiance, and exceptional service. They have live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
Uncanadian location- screws up your order, takes 15m for a breakfast sandwich with no lineup or reason or apologies. This location on Multiple occasions has poor customer service, needs training and management to come in.

Awesome lounge with great vibe and friendly staff. The food was good and Shisha as well. The place was not very busy when we went there and service was very fast as compared to some other places in the city. Ordered the Habibi Mix and it was very good. Competitive prices both for food and the shisha.
One of the best bakery in Montreal for taste and price! Their portions are generous and the price is just right. I stop here often when I need a fix of a good bread some desserts or pastries to bring to the office or share with my family and friends. Always served with a smile and the smell when you walk in warms your heart. You will be a happy camper walking in here and grab yourself any of their sweet or salty masterpieces
J’ai lu les autres commentaires et je ne les comprend pas... l’accueil était correct, c’est vrai, mais la qualité n’est PAS DU TOUT au rdv!! Acheté une part de flanc + un cake au bleuet + un mille-feuilles. Les 3 étaient très décevants!! D’apparence c’est beau, mais ça n’a aucun goût...
N’essayez pas de poser des questions, ils ne connaissent de toute évidence pas les produits qu’ils vendent. J’avais demandé recommandation à la vendeuse, elle m’avait assuré que le mille-feuilles était vraiment bon.

This place is really special, the food is very good, the dessert wawwwwww, the museum is nice as well the presentation is very good. Dancing around the fire, seeing how the maple syrup was done. You should go and enjoy

Feels like Home. Ali always gives everyone a nice welcome. Good, fresh and reasonable price food (Chicken Wings, Fries, Samosas, Mozzarella Sticks ect.) Good Chichas flavors, Good music. Different night themes. No alcohol but good non-alcoholic flavored beer: Barbican (Mango, Strawberry, Apple, Pomegranate, ect). Milkshakes, dessert card and tea. It's not a big place but normal size. Cozy, Friendly and drama free. You can also ask for a pack of cards (if they have any left) and play a card games with your people. Really nice and fun concept. Definitely encourage everyone to go at least once and see for yourself 😃👍

The espresso with steamed cream on the side is just right.
The iced aroma is very tasy.
The Greek Yogurt Cherry Danish, warmed up in the toaster oven, is just delicious, it is a must try for danish lovers.
The lentil soup is good, not as thick as what I am used to. I haven't tried all the soups, so far they are good.
The sandwiches are tasty, the ingredients are fresh, but the prices are simply too high. Who wants to pay $10 for a salad?
The menus on the TV screens mounted above the cash register have a noticeable and annoying problem. They scroll too often, and that makes it such that a customer must wait for the next iteration to refocus their mind on what they want to order. It is understandable that they possess a menu with a large variety of items, but for practical purposes, scroll the menu at a slower rate. The problem compounds to a worse state where an elderly person, immigrant, or those who have a hard time with English, will struggle too much to order a simple item. Slow it down!
This caused me an issue where I had to stand there for a long period of time to take photos for this stores photo gallery.
The location has construction, and will remain that way for a year or two, due to the building of high rises, restaurants, and other amenities to be provided.
