Good luck with booking an appointment. They called me and left a voicemail, I tried to turn their call by calling them multiple times a day for three days. No answer. Voicemail machine indicates to send an email. I have sent over 6 emails trying to book an appointment and they are beating around the bush. It has been over 5 business days of communication via email with each email response of mine is asking them to call me. I have not yet been called to this day. This is unacceptable. How can a clinic have patients and operate with efficiency if reception does not respond to book an appointment? I don’t know. This experience has been unpleasant to say the least.

was already worried coming here due to all of the existing reviews, and i can say they are pretty accurate. although the receptionist wasn’t *rude* to me per se, she was definitely unprofessional and rude toward other patients. you can just tell that there is no sense of politeness or professionalism, not sure how she got hired. the tone is curt and cold, not friendly at all and very off putting. waiting 40 minutes for an appointment which i arrived 5 minutes early to. there was a worker who came into my room and didn’t introduce herself but just started asking me questions (so i assumed she was the doctor) however she barely made eye contact with me and just left the room after mumbling something i couldn’t hear. later the actual doctor came in (Dr. Ejaz). she was friendly and seemed to know what she was talking about, but at the same time there was no sense of her wanting to build a connection with a patient and didn’t seem interested in explaining her solutions etc. seemed to be in a rush and i wasn’t given the sense that she actually cared.
I had an appointment today with Dr. Ighani. Wait time was maybe 5 min, Dr. Ighani was great from every point of view. My problem was well taken care of. Clinic is very clean and nice. The nurse was very professional, nice and with great skills. I was very happy
I don’t know how to contact them after seeing Dr Howard once. I had a referral before and want to do a follow up but not sure how because no one ever picks up the phone.
Don’t bother wasting your time going here. Today I had an appointment at 12:30 pm I came about ten minutes early to my appointment, I had to sit for almost 45 minutes just to get into a room and waited another 10 minutes just for the doctor to walk in, I just had an knee surgery and can’t bend my knee to sit properly and sitting and waiting was very painful. Anyways after the wait the Dr. Zina Yusuf finally came in to take a look at my issue and replied with “if it’s really bothering you, you would have to do chemical peeling, you can get more information about this downstairs” I told her that she should prescribe something or anything and I told her depending on the day the condition gets worse but she replied with “I can’t prescribe something I can’t see”, I came to this clinic witch was a 40 minute drive plus a 50 minute wait only for a doctor to reply with “go get a chemical peeling”, I am only 16 do she really think chemical peeling is good for my skin? The doctor had no experience as she didn’t even bother to take a look my skin properly to determine what is wrong, she just took a glance at it. Also I could get a chemical peeling without waiting 3 months just to see a dermatologist, then if I knew I had to get a chemical peel why wait for 3 months? If someone does do chemical peeling they usually won’t do it in the summer as it can damage my skin more. Dr.zina yusuf has no experience with any skincare related issues. If it was possible to give this clinic a zero stars, I would.
Wait times pathetic. Got an appointment after 3months and even after getting there I waited for an hour. All to be seen by a doctor for 5 mins to tell me what my condition is and why it occurred. No discussion about anything that could help. Just jotted out list of creams and done ! I guess that's how they treat patients with health card who they can't charge anything beyond mentioned. I wonder how they're even getting any good reviews. Perhaps the approach is different towards a segment of people
The Pakistani-an receptionist is the rudest and most disrespectful one i have seen it in any clinic. Her attitude is very unprofessional and does not know how to run a clinic properly, she should be fired.
I have waited for an hour to see the specialist after waiting one year to see her. I do not recommend the clinic because i do not want anybody to go through this disrespectful experience and waste your time with these kind of meanest people.

Amazing experience! I have been coming to Guelph Skin Clinic for the past year and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming whenever I come in. They are very knowledgable and are always able to answer any questions I have. I love coming here and would highly recommend coming for any skin concern.

Referred to Dr Kunynetz. Appointment at 9am and was seen at shortly after check-in. Receptionist and nurse made visit a smooth process. The doctor was very informative and made the treatment simple to understand. Would definitely recommend clinic.
Very professional. Don't have to wait to see Dr. Kunynetz answers all my questions. The staff Armie, Zaib, Karen also very professional and helpful. Great place for Dermacare treatments.
My son was referred to this clinic by his GP to treat eczema. The clinic was clean and organized. From the front desk up , to the nurses and doctors were all nice and accommodating. My son’s skin problem is getting better. I recommend this clinic for your skin concerns and problems. Great services . Thanks
My experience was great! The doctor and assistance were all kind, they were informative and kept things simple to learn the information during the appointment. Overall I had a good time here.
Dr. Kunynetz doesn’t care to answer your concerns and speaks with a tone as if he is superior in relation to you. After knowing my situation he still proceeded to prescribe me something I shouldn’t be taking while breastfeeding. Good thing I double checked with the pharmacist and my family doctor.

I showed up at my 1:15 appointment on time, and I filled out the form and was seen shortly after. The nurse asked me various questions about my condition and any previous treatments. I told her about the previous medications I took and then Dr. Kunynetz came in. He asked me various questions about my skin and treatments I’ve had in the past, examined my skin, and went into detail about what options he wants me to try and what conditions he wants to rule out. A lot of the reviews on here criticize how fast he goes through these appointments which is true, but in my opinion he was efficient and still left room for any questions I had. I was not very prepared for the appointment (I forgot the names of the many different medications I tried to use) and the doctor was a little mad about that but that’s honestly my mistake. Even though I forgot which medications I took, we were able to figure out which ones I took, he prescribed me another medication and the appointment ended. I didn’t appreciate the negative attitude to me forgetting about my medications, but from what I’ve seen so far, he doesn’t seem as bad as people say. I appreciate the coupon for the expensive product he asked me to try, and I appreciate his honesty so I thought I’d write my honest review.
I have consultation with Dr. Kunyetz & Army were a wonderful help in addressing my needs and concerns. Dr.described memy problem and root cause with solution .for.the same.10/10 would always recommend for professional and overall great experience. Made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process
Good luck reaching them by phone. Have been calling for a week trying to talk to someone. Reached “first caller in line” and then was was told “sorry for your wait call back again later” and called ended multiple times. Not impressed.
The receptionist at this clinic is terribly unprofessional and very rude. I will be speaking Dr. Richard Ghellar about how this clinic treats their patients. Dr. Singh is a lovely person but her receptionist requires further training in customer service.
Dr. Singh is amazing. She is sharp and brilliant with so much experience which is evident in her treatment and the way she answers questions. Not only that, the lovely lady at the reception is great at managing and makes the entire experience nothing less than a 10/10.
Dr. Singh is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and explains everything with extreme detail which I appreciate. I had bad cystic acne for a while and after coming here my skin is almost completely clear! I cannot thank her enough!
I was referred to Dr. Lomaga regarding a dark spot on my face which was always wet and did not heal for more than a year. I received detailed and helpful instructions from the clinic about the appointment. Although it took a long time to see Dr. Lomaga, he is amazing. After giving me a prescription, he told me the dark spot would be better in 3 months. The result exceeds my expectation since the dark spot is now gone. Thank you, Dr. Lomaga.
I've been a patient there since I was 16, fast forward 25 years later! My acne cleared with their skin therapy and I continued to use the same routine for many years. Doctors are great and very thorough.

I have been to other dermatology clinics, but DermEdge rates at the top. From the front desk to both doctors that we have interacted with, we received the best service. Dr. Lomaga is attentive, professional, thorough and listens to any concerns. My husband needed the services of Dr, Hontscharuk (surgeon) and we cannot praise her enough for the surgery on his facial areas due to sun damage. Booking is easy and quick. Great follow up appointments and calls. Highly recommend this clinic.
I don't write a lot of these but I have to because Dr. Singh is amazing. I've been struggling with a bad case of adult acne for the past couple of years before I decided to see Dr. Singh. This is the best experience I've had with a dermatologist, hands down. None of the usual rush and one-solution-for-all. She's caring and kind and listens to my concerns, and it's only been a month but my skin feels SO much better. I 100% recommend her.
Absolutely amazing. My daughter tried everything before going to see Dr. Singh. At first she was nervous, but Dr. Singh is so kind and understanding, my daughter loves her and now goes on her own to see the Dr. She was able to clear up my daughter’s acne and help her regain her confidence. Thank you so much I can not express how thankful I am that I found Dr. Singh
This facility may look state of the art, but the customer service, and booking experience are horrendous. The only way anyone answers a phone is if you select a department that generates money. If you leave a message no one will call you back. This place is just another cog in the wheel of our 3rd world health care system. Your health is not what they care about, they want funding from referrals and creating red tape for patients. To be clear this is not about cosmetic procedures, this is about a patient who has previously had skin cancer. Guess I will wait for a trip to the USA and pay for the basic health care that this country seems to avoid.
Great experience as always by Nurse Stephanie and the office staff. This is my 3rd visit. The $55 fee for the lesion check is well worth it.
My partner and I have called so many times and they never answer the phone. The moment I call from a different number they pick up right away, I question why they never answer their phone because patients are trying to get a hold of them and they hang up on me. I would not recommend these people at all. If I could give them a 0 I would!
DermEdge is a state of the art facility in terms of its technology and its entire staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. In terms of the doctors themselves, I've been very fortunate to deal with Dr. Lomaga and he is the absolute best; very patient listening to my concerns, very thorough doing his assessments and an overall pleasure to deal with on all topics. I'd never go anywhere else and anyone not 100% happy with him has this writer totally wondering about their agenda.
If I have an option to give zero or negative stars I may opt that.. please don't go there even if you are going to die.. please go some other place if you want to live. Such an incredible place. I didn't see such type irresponsible staffs and doctors somewhere else. Very irresponsible. I am not detailing what was happened on my one and half year baby because of their irresponsibility, but I am telling one thing, it was a pure case of medical negligence. So if this is your family clinic it's better to change the place
I had to see Dr Guiadi for dermatology check up. Everything went great. Only took a few minutes. He told Me that all was well. Dry ice treatment for My scalp.I saw some of the other scathing reviews and I had to say that I would recommend this clinic to anyone. First class!

This is by far the most unprofessional and horrible health clinic to go to. I wouldn’t recommend going here even if you were dying. The front desk staff are rude in person and over the phone. They are horrible at scheduling appointments. Ive gone twice and both times there was a scheduling error. Most recently, when I showed up for an appointment I was told it was cancelled. I asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail or email me and the receptionist said my voicemail wasn’t working and they dont send emails. When I rescheduled she asked for my email after having already told me they don’t send out emails to anyone. The doctors are no better. Only difference is they don’t waste my time having me come out here for non-existent appointments. This entire clinic should be shut down. Again, I would never recommend coming here even if it were the only clinic in the province accepting patients.
If I could select zero stars, I would. I called the clinic asking for a simple request and received attitude from the receptionist named Gina. Absolutely rude and didn't care when I pointed out her rude behaviour. I asked to speak with a manger and she refused to transfer me or give me the manager's name. When I saw the low reviews for this clinic I wasn't surprised. I wouldn't be surprised if this clinc shuts down. Horrible customer service.
For those who have acne, having Dr. Singh is like a god send! I have been with her for 5 years! All the high-end dermatology clinics ruined my face because they were so money driven. Dr. Singh truly listens to you and to top it off, she treats your condition like one where it is tailored to you! She always checks on your health with any medication you are on. She monitors it closely and this is actually how Acne should be treated. There is no “one-size” fits all. And sadly, all the Dermatology clinics I’ve been to are too quick to prescribe and also no follow up at all! They just leave you hanging! I had acne my whole life. It’s a chronic condition. Thank God for this Clinic and Dr. Singh, I have been cleared of acne for many years. Occasionally if I had a break out, I go see her and it’s so easy to book an appointment - no need to wait long, no long referral waits. And because it’s continuous care, she knows what works and what didn’t with you, and work on treatment options based on that. All Dermatology clinics should be like this - instead of having different ones treating you every time. I don’t see how anyone can treat their acne successfully, long-term, without continuous care by the “same” Dermatologist. We need more of these kind of clinics for acne - coupled with Dr. Singh’s type of compassionate” care, whom actually listens and truly cares about your well-being.
Receptionist (who says she is responsible for booking appointments) is rude and blamed me for missing my appointment. Appointment was set for 8am but the clinic shows they open at 9am, makes no sense. I called them around 820am because I overslept, nobody answered the phone and she blamed me saying they always answer the phone but didn’t on this day. They never followed up with me until my family doctor (who referred me there) got involved. It’s been TWO MONTHS since my initial appointment. Receptionist called ME to make a follow up appt but I was “making too many changes” that she was not willing to accommodate. She would suggest a time and I told her, it didn’t work for me and she got frustrated because my schedule wasn’t simple to fix their mistake. Im also 33 weeks pregnant so I tried explaining that to her and it meant absolutely nothing. She hung up the phone on me and was very rude. I’ll never be returning here and getting a new referral from my doctor. I’d rather drive to Toronto than the convenience of this clinic just because I live in Brampton.
It’s a beautiful, modern looking clinic, along with superior customer relations and care from the clinic professionals. I make the drive from Sarnia every few months and it’s always worth it. I recommend Guelph Skin Clinic to all my closest friends and can’t wait to return for my next appointment!

My experience with the Guelph Skin Clinic was fantastic. Daniella and was very informative and took the time to explain everything to me. She answered all my questions with ease and put absolutely no pressure on me to commit to anything. I thought about what I wanted and Danielle was so accommodating to me as I have alot of time restraints. I received 3 treatments of Morpheus and I could not be happier with the results. I would recommend Guelph Skin Clinic to everyone. Just book a consult and be prepared to be amazed with your results.
Knowledgeable physicians but with poor bedside manner. Within my one hour at the clinic, I observed miscommunication between staff (i.e., not knowing what patient is in what room) and a lack of information/verbal reassurance from physicians (e.g., injecting local anesthetic/making incisions without giving a “heads up” or asking if “you’re doing okay”). I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I am honestly disappointed as I never experienced this at the old location. Nothing went wrong but nothing was excellent. I will not be requesting any other referrals here.
Dr. Hu's assistant does not know how to deal with senior patients. Took 92 year old mom, waited 45 minutes (receptionist is very nice), 10 minutes in room, assistant comes in and informs us the procedure will be 30 min. Mom says she will need to use washroom. This is when we find out there are NO washrooms working in the building. I have to take her to the gas stations across the street!! While discussing with my mom what she wants to do, this "professional" walks out of room and YES, I HEARD YOU, says "I'm not dealing with this". Sorry, my mom's age "triggered" you.
They seem to have very little consideration regarding their clients time or convenience. I have spent a lot of time on the phone trying to make contact. After finally getting an appointment I am now trying to make a cancellation (I got good help elsewhere) but hours of trying gets me no more than a recording to call back. Do I just do a "no show?" Their business model does not seem very client centered judging from the very first contact step - the telephone.
I'm tired of people using the bike lane as free parking. Sure you can unload and pick up elderly and people with mobility issues. BUT people just idle there or park for free instead of the paid parking lot or parking at walmart or wiliams and walking 200m on the foot path or student parking lot. I'm just going to keep reporting it to the city (probably just to have it continuously ignored)
My overall experience was very positive. I had a little longer wait than expected but when I got in, I let the doctor know that I had another appointment immediately afterwards. Dr. Mak did his best to move things along as quickly as possible. He has a very professional and friendly demeanor...one that made me feel comfortable immediately. He explained what I should expect at each step along the way. I received my results on the day and time that was promised.
The facilities are clean and bright. Parking is available but was a bit of a challenge finding a space as there are other busy stores and businesses in the building.
Reception could have been more friendly and welcoming.

This walk-in clinic is VERY busy. It has been for years, because it’s easily accessible and within a large suburb. You will likely wait an hour or more to see a Doctor but that is to be expected. The ladies behind the counter are very nice, and do their best despite the stress of dealing with so many sick people. Patience is a virtue, and we can all do a little better to be kinder. Last I was there another patient was so rude to the staff behind the counter hurling racist insults at them and they tried their best to defuse the situation and keep her calm. I felt so bad for them.
All the Doctors I’ve seen here have been kind, compassionate and professional. They want to help you, so long as you are kind and communicate with them. I’ve also had my blood work done here and the lab technician has always made me feel comfortable and made me laugh so it wasn’t so intimidating having my blood drawn.

Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional receptionist. (Blonde female) I went in with my girlfriend as she needed to re-book an appointment because it got accidentally cancelled by the receptionist. She couldn’t get through on the phone for over 2 weeks trying so we drive from kitchener to book the appointment. My girlfriend came out of the office very upset while I was waiting in the parking lot. I went back in with her and were given horrible attitude immediately and we’re cut as she slammed the glass and locked it. Completely uncalled for as there was no disrespect given to her. She has been with this doctor for a very long time and says that he is a great doctor. Can’t say the same for his receptionist.

One of the worst reception “ladies” of all time.(blonde curly hair probably named karen ) Full of attitude. Talks back doesn’t let you book your appointments. Cancels your appointments on you without you knowing! . Will take everything out of context . Very sexiest. Doesn’t answer the phone. You play phone tag just so you can talk to YOUR doctor . Very very unprofessional establishment . The doctors are great the people at the desks are very disrespectful . Do not recommend this to anyone . I’ve had the same doctor in within family for 45+ years never had a problem with reception until now. Very unimpressed DO NOT RECOMMEND
Dr. Singh is a phenomenal physician! I have been a patient of hers for about a year and a half and find her to be very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Doctor appointments always made me feel a bit anxious however Dr. Singh made me feel at ease from the very first visit. She takes her time to explain everything clearly and provides the opportunity to ask questions which allowed me to make an informed decision on which treatment option I preferred. Treatment is working wonderfully and I am loving the results. I haven’t been this confident with my skin in a very long time! Thank you Dr. Singh!

I understand walk in clinics are busy and a wait time should be expected due to the unpredictable nature. However, I made an appointment online through their booking system, hoping it would lessen the wait. Long wait times of more than 6 weeks for Ian MacPhee for a simple family doctor visit and inability to use clinic's walk-in if assigned to a doctor. Faulty online booking system and difficult to reach receptionist on the phone. Unacceptable service standards plus paid parking. They will try to squeeze any penny from you. Nearby Edinburgh clinic wait times are much lower and doctors are more accessible.
Phenomenal facility and staff. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have my doctor, pharmacist, physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapist and dermatologist all under one roof. All the medical staff and receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.
