My family doctor is kind and caring and has been our doctor for many years. However trying to book an appointment on the upgraded online portal is not working. Also, I cannot make an appointment by calling the number, I keep getting the message 'the person you are calling is not available, try later.' Not sure what's happening, but I was able to book online appointments with no trouble before.

Dr Abdullah Hussaini is an absolutely brilliant doctor. He’s friendly, patient and competent. Would recommend him to anyone looking for quality patient care. 5 stars are for him. The appointment booking service is horrible though. It always takes at-least 15 minutes for someone to pick your call. So thats a 1 star service. They also never call you back when you ask them to for a question regarding a medication or reports or some paperwork or an important question we have for our doctors.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Accucare that I feel compelled to share. The clinic’s unprofessionalism is staggering, and it’s clear that their primary focus is making money rather than providing quality care. They consistently overbook appointments, resulting in hours of waiting, which is a blatant disrespect for patients' time.
Kristina is a major concern. Her approach is shockingly dismissive and opportunistic. She claims that extra charges for equipment are justified because they include “consultancy,” yet she clearly lacks any real knowledge about the equipment or individual patient needs.
Overall, my experience was terrible. The long waits, poor customer service, and overpriced equipment make it clear that this clinic is more interested in making money than taking care of patients. I highly recommend staying away and finding a better place.

When I last met my doctor, I was told that I will have a follow up in one year. I also made an appointment with one year later date.
Fast forward one month I received a call from the clinic saying I need to bring my machine to download the data. I was surprised because my doctor specifically said I will have appointment in one year. I asked to reconfirm and I was told about the same thing- they need to download the data from the machine. So I will need to bring the CPAP machine and my health card.
I managed to move my work shift and agreed to meet them today.
Today I met the person in their clinic The lady looked at my machine and outright started to point out that my machine needs to replace filter mask etc etc. and started asking about my insurance. I refused to get any replacement parts from them as the prices were expensive. The lady tried all the tricks "Oh I am going to have to put this in your file and if you get any repository issues, it needs to be documented that you refused." The whole conversation didn't sit right with me. I went there to have my data downloaded not to go through your lousy sales pitch. That too I am not sure why my data is needed manually in the first place.
When I refused then came her agitated face "You have to pay us 75$ as a service charge since you are not getting any replacement for us." I asked why and the lady kept repeating we are not working for free. We waive this fee if you get replacement parts from us." I didn't ask for this appointment in the first place, your reception didn't mention about any service fees. I came to have my CPAP data downloaded, not to get ambushed by your incompetent sales person. If I needed to replace any parts I should have the option to price check with other sources.
Beware of this shady business. Stop keeping shady salespeople in the name of "technician", who has no idea about CPAP and only there to push unnecessary stuffs.

This review is about the Acue Breath clinic within this clinic. I’ve purchased a CPup machine there during the pandemic. Within 6 months there was a recall on the machine (Philips) and I was told to come to the clinic and get a loaner until the part can be replaced. I was asked to give them my machine but because it’s pandemic it might take a year to replace the part. I did not want to give my machine as they were very vague about it. And was told I would then have to pay $150 deposit on the loaner machine that will be returned to me when I return it. No one else was charged this deposit. I would call every few months for update on the replacement machine. Could not get a hold of anyone. One time a girl answered and told me they only get one machine replaced a YEAR. I couldn’t get a print out from them when I had Dr appointment. I had to go to a different random store who were happy to give me a printout. FAST FORWARD 4 YEARS. I finally was able to book an appointment with Kristina the owner that gave me a sob story that she had a partner that they did not get alone and had to split the business. The partner took my $150 deposit money and she can not give them back to me. She took the part of my machine and said that within a week she will have replacement part. Again I didn’t hear back from them and after 3 months I called again and was told the owner is on vacation and I was booked for an appointment after her vacation in a month. The day of my appointment on my way to my appointment I called to verify she is back. And was told they have no record of my appointment. I took time off because it was in the middle of the day.

I visited this clinic once it was okay no complaints. This time when I called them to make an appointment, they didn’t even say single world and I didn’t know if they can hear me. after 15 seconds of silence they told “Hello” in a rude way they told me I can do walk- in or book online so I decided to go for walk-in since i was close by. After I got there, there is a sign said “ due to a high demand, today is a appointment only” so why don’t you tell me that you are available to take only appointment patients over the phone? Then I didn’t have to go back and forth for no reason

Been coming to this clinic ever since I was prescribed a CPAP machine by the sleep doctor. Keep in mind this was back in 2019 so this is basically 5 years of going here for follow up appointments. At NO time was I ever charged or mentioned that these appointments are NOT covered by OHIP and that they were waiving fees for me. You figure if you're good-willing this, they'd be mentioning it.
In January, 2024, I went in for a follow up visit, gave them my SD card and the owner of the clinic (you can look her up on LinkedIn) sat down with me. She mentioned that they couldn't download the report today and I would need to come back for my SD card. Fine. She then went on to say that I have never purchased any replacement parts from them - this is accurate, I've always bought it online. I told them that and that clearly set off something because I was basically lectured on how they don't work for free and that I should be buying from them as they are an authorized rep and sell only authentic parts. This went on for a WHILE even though I had bought her story and was willing to buy from them. After the lecture, she proceeded to bill me for the parts she recommended which came in at nearly TRIPLE the cost you can find online. Keep in mind, the price of the items was never brought up until point of payment. That said, I moved on.
I was told to pick up my SD card that weekend so I came in as told and the same lady said she couldn't find my card but they didn't lose it. I also asked them to show me how to separate the pillow from the strap as the unit sold to me was VERY stiff and refused to separate. A couple of half hearted attempts later, I was told by her you cannot separate it. This is utter nonsense. I went home and then proceeded to soak it in warm water and then successfully split them apart. I have worn the same model for years so I know (and a quick cursory YouTube search) you can split it apart. This shows you how little they know the product they rep.
Back to the SD card, she told me to come back next week during the week. Keep in mind they close before I can get to them on normal working hours so I have to LEAVE early to get to them. I came back, the clinic was locked and no one could get in. Was told to come back another time. This was a huge waste of my time. I slapped in my own SD card and the ResMed CPAP formatted it and it said it was good to use.
Fast forward to August and I'm back to pick up my original SD card and told them I've been using my own card. The receptionist looks suspicious and doesn't seem to recognize I had a SD card adapter to use a MicroSD. Not an issue, told her the CPAP took it and didn't complain. I then go see the tech and they said they tried my SD card and couldn't download the report from it and said they used my old SD card to download the report. This is confusing because unless the CPAP is storing the data locally within itself AND within the card, I don't see how they could have gotten my data from the past 4 months. This was suspect at best. Misleading at worst.
After a few quick questions of whether I was doing fine and the humidity levels and such, I was asked if I would be up to replace the gear again. I said I just replaced it on the last visit and would not be up for it right now. Ok, I then was sent back to the front and was told to see the owner again.
Same thing along the lines of oh we offer great service, we don't work for free, the ADP (Assistive Devices Program) keeps track of us since Covid because respiratory issues are now a huge issue and we have to keep track of our patients whether they respond back to us, replace their gear, etc. I said, if I am being told I must replace my gear, I will but it wouldn't be from them. The conversation immediately switched to why I'm taking advantage of them. Wait, what??? I owe $150 for the visit because OHIP doesn't it. I paid and left.

Came in complaining about high fever, chest pain, muscle weakness shortness of breath and nausea, the doctor just told me "oh its a virus just take Advil and Tylenol every 4 hours alternating" while not having performed any oral examination nor was a statoscope used, the time I spent with the doctor was around 60 seconds maximum.
Next day I felt much worse and my fever rose from 38.8 to 39.6 so I had to go to the Saint Michaels ER, after the blood work and xrays were done I got diagnosed with pneumonia.
While the doctor at this clinic was completely negligent, good thing I was advised to get a second opinion by my family members otherwise the condition could have gotten alot worse.
Next day I felt much worse and my fever rose from 38.8 to 39.6 so I had to go to the Saint Michaels ER, after the blood work and xrays were done I got diagnosed with pneumonia.
While the doctor at this clinic was completely negligent, good thing I was advised to get a second opinion by my family members otherwise the condition could have gotten alot worse.

It was a yes for me, got there before 8- only took me 35 minutes which for a walk in clinic was great, staff is nice, doctors are great. Will be back.

Don’t ask for non-narcotics. Don’t ask for help with an ear infection. They need CT scans from 2020 and MRI’s from 2023 🙄 but still won’t give a prescription for antibiotics. How did Dr Wong get a licence to practice???

I have a family doctor at this clinic that I havent been able to see in months. Ive made 2 phone appointments, in which the doctor ended up missing the time window and calling me an hour after the appointment time. (They don't give you specific appointment times, just two to three hour long blocks the doctor might call within.) I tried to make an in person appointment and was told my doctor wouldnt be in the office for the next 17 days for some reason, this is after he just came back from a 2 week vacation. This clinics been a mess since they moved. The new location is in the middle nowhere nd hard to reach by transit. Because of the high turn over the receptionists often seem unsure of who the doctors are or what they are doing, thats if you can ever actually get one on the phone. I will say he's a decent doctor when you can actually get to see or talk to him. But that only seems to be possible once or twice a year.

The booking was so easy online. The staff was very helpful. Doctor was experienced. There was no waiting. Everything was in the same building and the X-ray staff was very good. Overall its good place and recommended place for Immigration medical exam.

My son might have a broken wrist. The doctor said that I can call the clinic after the xray result to see if he needs to go to the hospital. The clinic wouldn't confirm if he needs to go to the hospital and said I need to come in to talk to the doctor. What a joke. The last time my son broke his wrist we went to a different walk in clinic and they called me immediately to tell me to take him to the hospital. I will never go to this clinic again. They are toying with my son's xray result just to make more money. Places like this should be shut down.

Great experience at this walk in clinic. Arrived 15 mins before it opened and was seen within 10 mins. Doctor was thorough and ordered 2 tests and set me up for x-rays.

There is this one receptionist I will get her name but she is RACIST. They don't care about blacks or browns at this clinic. IM NEVER going back. Dr Datta I will be filing a complaint against you ! RACISM is REAL.I'm going to try and make a long story short . This has been my family doctor for 5 years since they moved to this new location the receptionist got ruder! I e beeen struggling with health issues and domestic recently. I now reside in Durham in a women's shelter for DV which is far from clinic I have to arrange a ride every time but if they cancel on me I miss my appointment which is a $40 fee for each appointment missed . I had an appointment for 4pm but I had it written down as 10:30. I arrived at the clinic at 10:15 come to find out my appointment was at 4pm but that was my fault because I wrote it down wrong. That's not the problem the way I was handled by that RACIST receptionist was horrible she made it her business to shout and let everyone in the clinic know that I owed the money for missed appointments. I left because they said doctor said she couldn't see me because she had a lot of patients waiting . Ok fine I was going to sit around for hours and wait till 4pm because I am very sick and I'm need of seeing a doctor and I came from far on public transportation. Fast forward I got a call from the clinic 2 hours later saying the doctor cancelled my 4pm appointment and the doctor said she would not see me unless all the fees are paid. My heart dropped this added fuel to my fire that was already lit. How does she expect me to pay knowing my situation then cancelled my appointment? This is so not fair!!

Had a really great experience here after hurting my knee. Went earlyish in the morning and had to wait under an hour. The Dr. So was really nice and knowledgeable. Got my requisition for imaging and the doctor followed up over the phone once the results came in.

Dr. G Popovic's was my choice after my original doctor (Dr. Eisener)retired, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I waited over a month for an appointment, only to be greeted with a dismissive attitude during what was supposed to be a meet and greet. While discussing routine health concerns and mentioning a swollen eye, Dr. Popovic curtly informed me that bringing a list of issues would not make us a good match. This response struck me as highly unprofessional and left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a patient. Regrettably, I will not be returning to Dr. Popovic's.

I really didn't want to leave a review, but I'm fed up. Every time you need to book, they'll give you a date months away. They said I can call the same day for a phone appointment, only for their lines to be so busy it can't accept calls.
I like my family doctor, but it's almost insane how impossible it is to get an appointment with her. I don't even think it's worth it to have one because most of the time, I have to go to a walk in to get support.
Not to mention Malvern Medical moved out of MALVERN??? The decision makes NO sense.

I recently went for my immigration medical exam and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly nice and professional. The entire process, including blood work, X-ray, examinations, and paperwork, was completed within 30 minutes. I was impressed with the efficiency and organization. Highly recommended for anyone needing an immigration medical exam!

Its very Easy to get online booking , they have lots of availability of appointments to choose from. And everything is located in one building you dont have to worry to transfer to another place.. and the most especial experienced i have here is their Great Doctor who got my blood sample in one try.. She's a Sharp shooter! And very fast , She's really amazing , friendly & very accommodating!! Keep up the Good work Doc.🫰🙏 And Also all the staff there have a Good service! Kuddos to all of you guys!

Visiting the panel physician for my parents' medical exam was a breeze! The experience was top-notch, with plenty of available appointment options, no waiting time, and ample parking space. Everything we needed was conveniently located in the same building. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The doctor was fantastic, providing thorough and professional care. Overall, a five-star experience that I highly recommend!

Been a patient at this clinic for years. See my GP here for scheduled appointments but have also seen several other doctors when I’ve needed to come in more last minute as a walk-in. The front desk staff and all the doctors are friendly, welcoming and professional. They also listen and show great patience, when I’ve been to other clinics I’ve felt rushed through my visits by the doctors, but not here. Highly recommend this clinic for both walk-in and general care.

I've had several disappointing interactions with the administrative staff at South Kitchener Family Medicine and with my family doctor, Dr. Blackmore. My appointments have been canceled last minute without my consent, and despite requesting a callback to resolve these issues, I never received a response. Additionally, prescriptions have repeatedly been sent to the wrong pharmacy, even after I've specified a different one. Dr. Blackmore’s approach feels rushed and primarily focused on prescribing medications, which has made me feel like a source of profit rather than a patient needing care. The receptionists scolded me for being three minutes late, yet I ended up waiting over twenty minutes to see the doctor. The front desk staff consistently appears unhelpful and disorganized, making it difficult to address and resolve any concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism and organization has been frustrating and has significantly impacted my experience with the clinic.

My family's current family physician is Dr. S. Thillivaisan. She is such an amazing, considerate, very helpful & compassionate doctor. She gives detailed explanation of our medical condition which includes results from blood work, xray, ultrasound. She gives professional advice on whether we need a specialist & gives referral based on our specific health issues. I could have given 5 star to Malvern Medical Centre's service, but I could not. I just wish that the reception ladies could learn how to smile to the patients & be more pleasant. Every patient who goes there have their own physical, emotional & mental issues. I believe a simple friendly smile or just say "hi", "hello" to the patient will make a positive impact to each other. And also, to the secretary Wendy, please try to double check the correct contact information for each pharmacy especially the address & fax number so you could avoid unnecessary inconvenience between different pharmacies & to you as well. There are several pharmacies within Scarborough & Malvern, but each have a distinct address & fax number.

I looked up this place because their website said it would be a 20 minute wait for walk-ins. When I arrived, I was told that Dr. De Silva had left for the day "because they didn't have any appointments". Seems like this defeats the purpose of a walk-in clinic.

As I was filling out the clipboard, another receptionist interrupted them & I was promptly told that the doctor has went home and there was nothing they could do but book me in for next week

The staff is friendly... and that's the end of the +. My wife and I were marinated there for 2.5 hours. The room is not equipped for a long wait. There are not enough chairs for everyone. There is no place to leave outerwear. This is not sunny Spain for you. People don't come in T-shirts! Why do you need to register online every 10 minutes, if the procedure cannot take less than 20 minutes. There is no toilet in the room, but the one on the floor... to put it mildly, is not brilliant. After the visit, I wanted to not only wash my hands. The price is not high, the same as in 20 neighboring Panels. I can't compare it with other institutions in Canada, I haven't been here long. I can estimate somewhere in the middle between Greece and Montenegro and definitely worse than in Albania or any European country. Even in France you don't feel so bad. PEOPLE IS THIS A PRIVATE CLINIC?!

The walk in clinic took about 45-1 hour which is pretty standard (or relatively short) but the service was amazing. The female doctor I had (Dr. Kumar) was really lovely!
The front admin staff were also nice. The only thing I thought was strange was I tried calling 4 times and no one answered the phone.

The staff were very nice and courteous. The Doctor is petite but with a large heart. She tends to go extra mile to make you comfortable while doing her job. The ladies at the reception were very friendly, polite and nice. But kindly make your prices total on your website. Most clients didn’t know about X-ray payment until they got there.

My mother just attended this location and asked to see a doctor as she has a cold a potentially has an ear infection. She was told she cannot see a doctor because of her symptoms and to go home as they will cal her tomorrow and do a virtual appointment. Why?? How ridiculous is this? I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who NEEDS to see a doctor.

The place is run by a bunch of unprofessionals. Went in to book an appointment as I had a referral was asked to wait while the receptionist was busy gossiping with the other staff. People coming after me were attended first while I was still waiting for my turn and then I was told in the most rudest manner that they have no appointments on weekends. Never coming back to this place again and I shall also never recommend this place to my friends and family. I just wish I could give y’all 0 stars or minus ratings. KMC doesn’t deserve to exist as a medical centre!!!! The redhead receptionist failed at customer service the only advice I can give is if you don’t like talking to people than please quit your job. This place is a mess!!!!

I called the medical to know about the appointment but the receptionist was so unprofessional, she denied that the doctor is not seeing patients without the Ontario health card what if we are students here. The students don’t get the health card but they have their college health card and the receptionist straight on denied. That’s so rude and unfair.

Dr. Farkhanda Rashid is highly unprofessional and incompetent. The quality of her care was not reflective of a supposed professional healthcare provider. She continuously crossed the line of a professional doctor-patient interaction and was at no point able to establish or maintain proper care as a physician. I had to switch my family doctor within the same clinic to her temporarily because I was told she was good. My concerns were never heard neither addressed and always brushed off with “this is no big deal”. She never knew what she was diagnosing me with, she always contradicted herself in regards to providing my next steps with my health care. She was being disrespectful and called me in to scream at me like a child for simply seeing my original family doctor. When told my concerns were never addressed, she refused to further treat me because her “feelings” were hurt that i went for a second opinion. It’s common knowledge that when you have serious health conditions you consult multiple healthcare providers to ensure a proper diagnosis. All the staff there are highly unprofessional and don’t know how to provide patient care, i was incredibly disappointed.

I don’t understand where the good reviews are coming from. The staff overbooks and don’t respect the order of the actual booking. I had an appointment for 5, and ended up being called for the examination at around 7:30. The staff was calling people who arrived late first, and did not respect my original appointment time. The staff is also rude and unprofessional through the phone when trying to book and when asking about personal inquiries. Overall I wouldn’t suggest coming to this location as you might be misguided by their ratings.

Moreover, I called the day before my appointment to confirm it, and the receptionist confirmed it and didn't say that they will be closed on Sunday. My communication was done with Harpreet and Kulwinder. Both receptionists were unprofessional. I noticed that they jump into conclusion before listening to me or understanding what I want to say or ask. Also, their English is weak and hard to understand . Please DO NOT go to this clinic.Check the reviews and you will find many bad experience by other patients.

Dr Nelson is a very caring and kind person. He listens to his patients and actually HEARS them. I had a great visit with him . He actually took the time to understand and make a diagnosis that I would not have had. He immediately acted on this and now , through his knowledge and concern, I am aware of the medical problem I now face. Even though he was a stand in for my regular doctor , it seems like I have known him forever. I had great faith in him. Thank you Dr Nelson for your kindness, care and concern and your immediate action.You are indeed what everyone would want in a doctor.

Our family doctor is here. We can't change to another family doctor since there are no family doctors available in our area. So we're stuck at this bad service clinic. And the Malvern Medical Centre moved to more than half an hour away from it's original location. Before, it was about a 10 min drive to the clinic. The clinic is located on the 5th floor of the building. The washrooms are right across the elevators. You can check in for your appointment with the receptionist or you can check in with the self service touch screen screen.
The problem with this clinic is that booking a phone call appointment is a hit or miss. You book online if you want a phone call appointment. What I mean by a hit or miss is that sometimes the doctor will not call you for the whole entire day and skip your appointment time. And then they will say that "I did call you and left a message", which is a lie- there was no message on the answering machine. So, you have to phone into the clinic and book an in-person appointment. When you phone into the clinic, you spend more than an hour waiting to book an appointment. The waiting room isn't that big like the previous location.
The service from the doctors at this clinic isn't that good. Some doctors would not help you get the services that you need, or medicines that you need to be on. Other times, they don't listen to your concerns and worries when there's a problem with your health. So their "help" is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's decent, other times it real bad. There's a lot of delay in seeing you at your scheduled appointment time. When booking appointments, sometimes you get a early appointment in the week, other times you get it 2-3 weeks later. Worst experience ever. Had a scheduled appointment and waited over an hour and a half before deciding to walk out without being seen. Receptionist is an absolute moron and has no clue as to what she’s doing when booking appointments. Do yourself a favour and book and appointment literally anywhere else. Atrocious.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a clinic. Just came for a tb shot on wensday and made an appointment for 11:30, I wasn't seen until 12:30 and the clinic was not busy. Waiting that long for a 5 minute thing was pretty frustrating seeing I came from vaughan which there was heavy traffic to get back for something that shouldn't have taken so long. And I had another appointment on the Friday just for the doctor to see the results which literally takes 2 seconds to see my arm (TB result). The appointment was made for 10am and I wasn't seen by the doctor until 10:35 even though the clinic is literally dead and there isn't anyone here. The receptionists are nice however but overall, both of my trips took a very long unnecessary amount of time and I definitely do not recommend this at all.

Arrived at 9am to an empty room and was told the doctor accepting walk ins won’t arrive until 10am, and made an appointment for 12:10pm. No problem, I left to come back later. Arrived at 12pm to a full waiting room, but it was moving. I checked in and was not told until 12:35pm that the doctors were in a meeting that was already happening, but was said to be at 1pm to another patient. No help, no support/solution offered, no communication..none of it! Worst experience, don’t go. Many other better places in the area close-by. Don’t do it. Trust in care else where. Unless they post that they’re under new management!

I'm happy I took a chance despite the bad reviews on google. Diverse staff first and foremost! The receptionists were professional and I had a very good experience with both Dr. Banerjee and her resident (student) doctor.
The lobby area and patient room was very clean. No complaints about my visit except the wait time for when my appointment was booked, which was approximately 3 weeks. I wish I was able to see her sooner.

Kulwinder, the receptionist gave clear instructions very politely. Her emails were very timely and detailed.
On that day, I found the place neat and clean.The nursing staff Loveleen and Aman were very understanding and cared well. Anesthetist Dr. Lynn and Dr. Syed Atyab were very reassuring and explained the things in detail. The procedure was pain free. I was released within the approx. time frame as told by Kulwinder. Thanks to the entire team.

My husband lost two days of work because of this clinic. The first day, the doctor was not in there he went for his appointment and no one else would see him. No phone call to alert him to this. They made him an appointment for the next day. When he went for his appointment, the office was closed!!! Again, no phone call. Unbelievable!!! If I didn't have to pick one star, I would pick no stars.

Worst experience of disorganised medical office. I was supposed to have colonoscopy on 24th Sep 2023 at Brampton but asked me to go to their Mississauga branch by 8.15am. I was there at 8am and then at 9am they took me in asked me to be prepared by removing clothes and lie down on bed and wear that gown for the procedure. But they didn't start the procedure as they didn't have blood sugar test strips and made me lying there until 10.30am without any info on when they would get strips and start the procedure until I asked them about it. I am diabetic lying there with all the necessary preparation for colonoscopy and there was no concern of my status lying there (I had food about 40 hours earlier). I advise all to boycott this insensitive organisation towards their patients.
Also I was depending on a friend to take me back home who had to go to work at 12pm and this is a mandatory requirement of medical office that I am accompanied by an adult to drive me back home. I have obliged their request to me to wait and that they would get sugar test strips in 20 mins and kept lying there but when things were not moving after 1.30 hours I had to cancel that appointment as my friend had to go to his work. When I asked them to give me the papers I signed for the procedure, the doctor and nurses were discussing to dodge my request. I could get one paper which I signed and there must be two other papers which I signed at the beginning but I didn't get them
back.

Dr. BANERjee has been my doctor since I was a teenager. She is incredible and rare! She actually listens and shows concern. She is extremely caring of her patients. She has guided me during all 3 of my pregnancies (unfortunately I always deliver as soon as She is off of her her shift LOL)... wait times happen. Unfortunately free healthcare doesn't come with all the bells and whistles. Wait times do happen. Back log doesn't happen. And unfortunately we are over populated with not enough doctors to service everyone. So sometimes our care won't be up to our expectations. I however always have an incredible time and I truly love Dr. BANERJEE and her husband Dr goel. Recpetion has always been kind to me and my children.

My husband and I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Dynamic Castlemore Centre during our supposed gastric consultation appointment. We are left with no choice but to give this clinic a ZERO star rating, and here's why:

Trusting their professionalism, we arrived on time only to be greeted by a receptionist who casually informed us that the doctor was performing an endoscopy and that we would have to wait for approximately 30 minutes. Fine, we thought, medical emergencies happen, and we were understanding.
However, our patience was put to the test when another receptionist, after some time, came over to tell us that there were not one, but TWO procedures the doctor had to attend to, extending our wait to a staggering 1 hour and 15 minutes! And to top it off, they also revealed that there was another patient already waiting for their consultation before us. It was at this point that we questioned the very purpose of making an appointment for 2 PM, only to be treated with indifference as the receptionist shrugged her shoulders.
We were furious and left the clinic, hoping to salvage some of our precious time. After completing some chores, we decided to give the clinic another chance and returned at the given time. Shockingly, the patient who was supposed to go before us was STILL waiting as well, adding to the frustration and sense of utter disrespect.
In total, we endured a mind-boggling two hours of waiting without any clear indication of when we would finally get the chance to see the doctor. Our entire day was wasted, and any semblance of professionalism or respect for our time was entirely absent from Dynamic Castlemore Centre.
We expected a basic level of organization and efficiency from a medical establishment, especially when they set appointments. Sadly, this clinic demonstrated a complete lack of regard for its patients' time and well-being. Such disregard for patients is simply unacceptable and speaks volumes about the clinic's priorities.
We strongly advise against seeking medical care at Dynamic Castlemore Centre, as they have shown a blatant disregard for their patients' time and seem utterly incapable of managing their appointments in a respectful manner. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and look elsewhere for competent medical care.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Hassan at 2 pm. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that the doctor was in surgery and there would be a half-hour delay. Later, I inquired again, and the receptionist still had no information about how long the wait would be due to the ongoing surgery. I explained that I had a meeting to attend and had traveled quite a distance for the appointment. The receptionist assured me that she would call me back once the doctor was available and suggested I wait nearby. However, despite waiting for two hours, I received no call. When I returned to the office, I noticed four more people waiting for their appointments, and the staff still seemed unaware of the situation. This lack of professionalism and communication ruined my day and left
me thoroughly disappointed with the experience.

The clinic is clean. However, the staff is not professional or carring. The receptionists are loud over the phone, while the patients wait to see the doctor. Also, while the staff was conducting my allergy test, receives a phone call on her cell. No consideration for my time, that staff leaves the testing room to chat with her caller. Iam left unattended for 10 minutes. When she returns,no apologies.

This probably has to be the worst medical center in all of Brampton. I’m actually sitting in the office currently and writing this review because I’m beyond frustrated. I came on time for my grandmother’s appointment and we have been waiting for 46 minutes and still counting. Numerous other patients have come in after us and were seated in rooms ahead of us and obviously taken in before us. All those patients had their appointment times AFTER us with the same doctor as well. It’s almost like they forgot about us. This is simply outrageous. When I asked one of the student volunteers about my appointment, she never even let me finish the question and immediately cut me off. I’m still waiting for my turn and it’s going to be a whole hour! We were told that we are next in line yet the doctor JUST took another patient that came after us. I can’t believe this. I’ll edit this review later to add in the total amount of time I ended up waiting for (that’s if they ever take us in).

Worse experience ever. She completely wrote off a mental health issue. Told me to call Telehealth or go to emergency after I relayed that we have already sought phone counselling and virtual assistance but neither was effective. This is how we treat mental illness these days?

My personal experience was the staff was all amazing. From reception to all nurses. They lost a star because I had no where to put my personal belongings. (Cloths,phone,etc.) However I fell extremely comfortable which was most important to me.

The worst service. Receptionist is rude and not helpful at all. Waiting time is forever ,you can be on hold on the phone for 20 plus minutes and then they'll hang up on you. My Family Doctor stopped working with them and these people even didn't bothered to call me to let me know my options. They have left me without a family doctor now and even can't book my emergency appointment with other doctor available.
Receptionist is rude and suggest you if you're not happy then find a new family doctor. I think she's the one that needs to find a new job. They should be ashamed on how they treat people.

I normally NEVER write reviews but this place is absolutely ridiculous. I had gone to see Dr Bell for almost 15 years, she just retired last year. My experience with Dr Bell was absolutely amazing, no complaints EVER!! I’ve called multiples times for my own health, and my daughters health issues, and absolutely no one answers their phones. I’ve waited more than 20 minutes on hold just to speak to a receptionist multiple times just for them to say no one is available and their inbox is full meaning you can’t even leave a voicemail… Pathetic… I will be changing doctors offices immediately, I definitely do not recommend this new office to anyone. Thank you Dr. Bell sincerely for all your hard work, you will be missed.

Much needed facility in west waterloo/north west kitchener areas given the rapid growth in houses/population in last 10 years.
This facility is new, clean well maintained and very convenient.
Numerous doctors offices including many specialists. Many diagnostic centers including LifeLabs , Cardio Pulmonary testing, Liver Function / scan etc.
Plus pharmacies and ancillary shops like foot care etc on ground floor including a nice large healthy food restaurant.
Plenty of parking, easy access from Ira Needles Blvd. Located within the large and convenient Boardwalk mall.

My father had done colonoscopy here but prior to the procedure he cancelled his appointment twice because he was really very scared. But colonoscopy was recommended as per his current health status. Then office called again and explained my father about the procedure. The way they explained him then he was finally ready for the procedure. I'm thankful to all the staff members (receptionists, nurses and doctors) for taking care of my father and I highly recommend this clinic for procedures.

Honestly the worst reception I’ve dealt with. My mum had to urgently add on a colonoscopy so we asked to move her gastroscopy appt a week out so we could do both tests together. They have both referrals from her FD. They are refusing to reschedule her appt to accommodate even though I explained my mom is nervous about anesthesia and would prefer to do it all at once. Instead they said we’ll cancel it. But we can’t reschedule it? Said rescheduling is too last minute but it’s not last minute to cancel? Rude attitude and refusal to listen, talking over you, unwilling to help. Unreal. Never visiting this clinic. Sad because the doctor might be great but making it past the mean girl reception is tough. I’m not a difficult person but their approach to patient care left me with no other option than to cancel.

this is the worst clinic ever, neither do they call their patients or see the patients at the clinic. if you have an appointment, they will not call you the same day. you will need to keep emailing them to remind you that you have a appointment and that you’re dying and that you want to speak to a doctor and then they will call you after so many hours…. Sometimes they will forget your prescription, The pharmacy will deduct your insurance without your consent. Literally the worst clinic ever. The receptionist is the most rudest person I’ve come across, They need to teach her customer service skills!!!

Lots of free parking spaces for business and restaurants around the building. There is an HSBC Bank, multiple Chinese food restaurants, shops and many medical offices in the main building. There is also a pharmacy on the 1st floor.

In regards to the building itself - it is beautiful and clean with lots of parking. The pharmacy on the ground floor is very convenient for getting prescriptions refilled.
I have Dr. Ly and she is a phenomenal doctor! She is very kind, patient and does not make me feel rushed even though I know that she is VERY busy. Though the reception area is busy, they are efficient and kind as well as accommodating.

Doctors are nice and friendly but the front desk staffs are rude and don’t know how to talk and behave. They act like they are providing social service to us. Let’s not even talk about long waiting times, I am writing this review as I am waiting for more than 2 hours on Wednesday to get my turn, how crazy is that ? If you can’t provide fast service add more doctor or stop taking in more new patients to make more money. It’s not like you are not taking money from us, government is paying money each time our card is swiped.

This building has an amazing dentist office for children that I highly recommend if ur looking for perfection and patience..... the take all patients... even with the healthy smiles program.....I am happy to have been referred to this office with my daughter and had the pleasure of seeing the time and care that was put into her first visit there... the office was easy to locate and the staff are nice .... very clean and open environment created for children to feel at home ... after visiting this office I’ll never go back to my prior dentist office....

Doctor's are good. But the problem is that if you book an appointment you still have to wait atleast 2 hours to see the doctor, which defeats the entire purpose of booking an appointment. And this is not based on one single experience, but has happened almost everytime we visit the clinic.
Today I had an appointment at 10:00 am and the clinic opened at 10.15 am (wow) and i was made to wait till 11:00 am. I had to make several changes to my schedule to be here on time. You get docked 20 dollars for not showing up for an appointment. Guess it should not be one sided. If either party comes late should pay up equally.
