Plenty of choice inside the petrol station shop, petrol always reasonably priced

Staff totally unhelpful and rude. Tried to fill up twice recently at pay at pump but twice it didn't zero, staff weren't interested when I went in the kiosk. Once I could just about put up with but after the second time I won't be back.
Always expensive than a other station
I had electric car rental , i charged my car at the station, now after 3 month i received notice for parking , even the TRVLIA , the car rental didnot inform me.

All though iam choosing this place from many ages, i seen the staff is bit rude now a days, seems like they are giving it for free we are paying for every service then why this attitude for????… need to change the behaviour rather than changing outlets.

I used to spend a lot of money in here, carwash, subway, petrol but i bought a regular coffee and the guy serving said "no large"? I showed him the cup with regular on it and repeated regular but he said "no large", other customers present, not good, I havent been in since.
Was travelling and stopped at this pump, and asked if I could quickly pray in the corner, was told there is no space when there clearly was. It would have taken me two minutes. It was raining outside, not helpful at all.

Excellent no queues. Diesel pick up paid they have a few bits and bobs inside so if your on long journeys you can get some snacks.. other products too like car chargers etc

Went to fill up the car as we had a coupon for 5p off a litre of fuel. Plus the price was cheaper than other petrol stations around.

Paid better price for diesel today
Staff aren’t the friendliest and I’d check the dates on their fresh produce - a couple of their sandwiches were expiring that day with no reductions. 👎
My go-to station for the last couple of years, since Shell hiked up their diesel fuel prices. On my visits, the staff are always friendly & service with a smile.

My local station some good offers collect points and get a free £5 of petrol..buy 30 liters of fuel get a free coffee.
Ripped off - prices on the shelves are sometimes different to the prices at the till. Fraudulent behaviour from this shell - perhaps a mistake but the other reviews suggest otherwise.
The team who work here are great, always super cheerful (free coffee too when filling over 30 litres)

They have always been here for the local community - for fuelling your car, washing it, pumping your tyres, etc. Very valuable services & clean, big space.

Half the petrol pumps aren't working, car wash wasn't working. The vacuum which was operational didn't have good suction. By the time it was fixed I only had 1 minute of cleaning left. Staff initially didn't want to know but the manager was helpful although only leaving me a minute to clean the car wasn't good. I'd look elsewhere next time.
Unfriendly staff do not like collecting Evri (Hermes) parcels. From the door, they give you one excuse or the other and with a big frown on their faces. Also, If you have an Evri parcel to collect, they let you go yourself behind the counter to search for your parcel thus giving you access to other people’s parcels with their names/addresses (which should be confidential). Absolute joke of a collection point.
Girlfriend went to take money out of the cash machine took a £10 out but didn’t give it her machine timed out didn’t give her the money but took it out of her bank
this place is awful! the fridge doors are falling off! the parcel printer is always off! however i did get told it was out of order but i tried it myself anyway and it worked, so it seems they turn it off to not be charged the fees to have it in there, the petrol pumps have literal duct tape on them so it seems very unsafe! the guys just a blatant smackhead and needs slapping
On my lunch break i took a walk round to this petrol station for a snack to accompany my lunch , in the petrol station there was one van the owner of the van paid before me and as I was at the till started his van the man behind the counter scanned my items then asks me if I had any petrol I said no to which his reply is “are you sure” ! Firstly there was no other car in the petrol station other than the van which was now driving off! I didn’t like his tone of voice nor did I like the way he looked at me whilst saying it I work around the area and this was my first time in the petrol station shop !

use this few times for the local evri /hermes drop off point .
there's one member of staff work shy in there sees you bringing parcels in says its not working , went in today with one parcel he was filling fridge not a problem ,waited soon as he saw parcel said not working , said isn't it funny how when your on shift its always not working

Shocking customer service at times with the server not talking or sometimes with no acknowledgement of a customer stood in front of them. Very rude!!!!!
They are doing platinum carwash for £7. Very cheap and does a good job plus for every 3 car washes you have there you get a 4th free. Just to add to that, it was a young man who dealt with me and he was quite pleasant

Due the crisis in Ukraine, that had no diesel and unleaded was more expensive than usual. However, they had fuel and that's what I went for! Staff were friendly enough, so lots of stars for that.

It's a place to go only if your desperate, it's expensive and the milk goes off to quickly and some staff members are rude ,if your thinking of stopping by DON'T BOTHER
The person operating the till (older) is absolutely rude and has got no Manners and rude tone of voice, we are paying customers you know and for that person to learn basic customer service manners like greeting customers with Hi, please and thank you is not a hard task.
The chap who was on the over night shift on the 20th-21st was very helpful when my car had broken down in the forecourt, and was able to help me in getting it going so that I could get home
Was very low on fuel whilst in the middle of a "national fuel shortage" which saw many consumers panic buy so decided to stop here. Quite pricey and the fuel came out very slowly. The pumps seemed to have a fair bit of wear and tear and could have used a good bit of TLC. There was an informative guide about a new type of fuel coming out. The person working seemed very nervous and shouted something incomprehensible to a minibus that pulled up over the tanoy system but seemed nice and gave me a receipt when I went to pay.
Good shop just randomly shuts throughout the day, so you pull up get out, go to fill up and nobody is there and it's all locked up? Should at least be a sign?

This garage is spot on subway petrol groceries and a great hand car wash all in one the car wash staff are spot on aswell really friendly and do a top job.
I went into the spar shop yesterday to buy some food. I picked up one frozen curry chips one pot noodle and bread and mixed vegetables. When I got home I looked at my receipt. I was charged 10.80 instead of 6.68. He charged me for 3 pot noodles and 2 curry chips. Somebody is on the take and I'm not letting it go.im going back today with the receipt and want the 4.12 I was over charged back or I will get the police involved. And I have been told this is happening on a regular basis!!!

Went in on my motorbike and was made to take off my helmet and face mask ( bare in mind it was a cold morning) and made to pay for my fuel before I could fill up. Eventho my reg was visible and he could see my face clear as day. Will not go there again for fuel
Went on my bike to get fuel, petrol all over the floor around the pump. Told the Asian guy behind the counter as It was it all over my tyres and boots, he replied 'It's not my problem the customer makes a mess, I haven't got time to sort it'. To which I replied 'it will be your problem if someone has an accident'. Nice to see he was responsible for keeping the pumps and facilities clean and more importantly 'safe'. He was more bothered about standing behind the till doing nothing.
Subway is good and convenient for people living in the local community.
When you search subway open 24 hour it shows this point because of using by shell in main title world Subway - misdirection for search engine.

Very convenient petrol station located just on Ashton old road. It's a great value for money as the price is often under what you can find in other petrol stations. The opening hours are also very convenient and extensive so you can go before and after work. The staff is always nice and they offer a range of food to go, Costa coffee, and drinks. Would recommend!
Got a small blue milk from here today at 15:00 the milk was in date but when I made a tea I noticed it ad gone bad and the smell was sour. now I no this happens from time to time it was a plastic bottle they sumtimes get damaged not the shops fault I accept that but when I took the milk back to simply change for another the shop keeper wouldn’t allow me he was nasty and told me I was wrong and I should get out. Over a bottle off milk. I was so surprised at his reaction then angry because he was calling me a liar. Over a SMALL bottle of blue milk.

On my way to work, so it is convenient to fill some fuel early morning, no waiting time, helpful staff, with food to go available along with ATM.
Very unpleasant woman ( cashier) she said that they did not scan at night nectar card, she push me to pay and go. Far away from good customer service. ( date 26.06.2018 about midnight white woman about 45 years )

Shame on you asked to use toilet facilities was refused as said no customer toilet so I explained my husband has bladder cancer and needed to use and can produce evidence still refused saying no facilities for that. Left feeling hurt and upset husband embarrassed. Already a difficult time for our family which wasn't helped by a lack of empathy by a shell employee

Good service station and very friendly staff.
Quit a popular service station, so much so that the fuel delivery is quite regular guarantees that the fuel is fresh and having a higher level of octane (been in the automotive industry for 20 years so know my stuff). Prices are also reasonable may not be the cheapest prices in Bolton but sometimes it's not about the money.
Miss this one. Go asda. Very busy. No pay at machine. Cue was far to long and slow. Only on shop assistant. And it's more expensive than asda round the corner!
Best night staff going young lad, waiting in a big que to pay for my fuel but the customers were rude to him making him run everywhere in a big shop. He stayed cool when one lady was swearing at him and up setting him. This is why the nights shift guys are up set all the time due to bad costumers not respecting him!!!
