I only use the petrol station it's quite adequate.
Staff member had put down the wrong pump and thus caused me to pay for someone else’s fuel. I fixed this with the person who’s fuel I paid for but the staff member was adamant that I was at fault when they had put down the wrong pump number.

Cheap fuel, can never tell the difference with fuel as I seem to get similar MPG from all price ranges of diesel from all suppliers.

Hoid prices, not included on the app. Hold selection inshore, prices as you would expect. Pleasant staff.

I went to pay at pump and it charged me £170 for £50 worth of fuel so contacted them and they have only put £70 back in and it’s been going on for 2 weeks
Be carefull at pomp 3 it say "fuel save" but the price is for V Power ,no sign to advise what you put in your fuel tank .
Staff are incompetent and clumsy. Went to send a parcel and wanted the label printed. The guy serving dropped my parcel then he stuck the label on wrong.
The cheapest diesel in Manchester is at Asda for sure . Any asda with a service station will be cheapest that I know of . Tap in Google cheapest diesel near me to check it out. Just saved £8 on a full tank compared to tesco and £15 to the local esso! Big difference
Easy, you have the choice to pay at pump or kiosk. Decent priced fuel. Normally open when the store isn't. No complaints here!

There is a young lad who works here and this is excluding him, as he has always provided and excellent service and has been very helpful. Also a young lady who ive never delt with in regards to parcels.
As for the rest however, useless! They have a yodel drop of point at this garage that need removing as they cannot commit to the service. The machine is always 'broken', or theres no labels, or theres no driver to collect? I wouldnt even mind but i have veen several, several times to only recieve the same outcome and same excuses. Apart from the young lad, who always does it for me. Unfortunately he never seems to be there when i need to do my parcels. AVOID the parcel drop off as it doesnt really seem to exist anyway.

im a regular regular customer of shell and a taxi driver but last night 13/11/22 at around 23:50 .. i had very bad experience and its all because of a very rude staff on night pay window.. he must have some attitude problems.

The man behind the counter was an absolute crook. I tried to buy two items that cost £2 in total according but he tried to charge me over £3. What?? Just because it's at night doesn't really mean there's an excuse for raising prices. It's just pure fraudelence and misleading information. I'm sure he wouldn't have tried to do that if the police were buying from him. Just a pure joke. 😐

I tapped my card for some reason the card machine froze he then started accusing me of using Dodgy card in front other customers in the shop took my card won't give it to me, I asked try again on the other machine or restart your machine but he wasn't having any of it he was adamant I pay cash I didn't have enough I was in there 20 minutes before I managed to persuade him to try again finally a another customer spoke in my support then he tried and it went through as normal.

It's a bit isolated and you feel the need to watch what goes on around you but the fuel is as cheap as you will find - so long as the new owners of ASDA don't change their policy.
Staff are friendly.....many times lots of pumps out of order. Crazy entrance as when busy people can't exit from the supermarket car park as the garage queue blocks the whole road. They should create an entrance which would run alongside the main road and through the present hedge area and free up the exit road.
Very slow staff, took 6 minute to autherise fuel, had to go inside to tell them to turn the pump on! Is that not there job? Need new staff not 3 chin wagers, that make you feel like your a hassle for keeping them in a job.
The whole experience was great but just a not on the parking. The spaces are marked out for the size of an average car. It was stressful to park. Top marks to the first supermarket to mark out spaces that allow customers to open the car door.

Grumpy ignorant attendant very rude to my daughter, really upset her, people need to learn some manners or not deal with the public, you have lost alot of money my family won't use you again, it was the male Asian attendant, the female staff are acceptable but not great,but working with him what can you expect, very rude man.
Recently got a bit greedy. I would travel miles to fuel up here do my local shopping and still go home happy by saving about a tenner on fuel. But it appears they have jumped on the bandwagon of 'get what you can' from the customers. Last time I went here, I drove past Morrison's which was empty, to get in a queue trying to get on the forecourt of this place. The shop was rammed full too. If one person in five bought something in store imagine what they could be losing out on.
Easy to use and it's cheaper than other places for diesel. We also put the car through the car wash. Sparkling clean. Would go again for the savings and cleanliness
I've used this garage for over 20 years, ever since I started driving and always thought it was pretty decent. Today I went in on my motorbike, the same as I've done for several years and this time they wouldn't turn the pump on unless I removed my helmet! I've never been asked to remove it before and when I questioned them they said it was store policy. I questioned whether a Muslim woman would have to remove her burka and they said it'd not about a burka, just about my motorcycle helmet! I won't ever come here again. Thankfully Sainsbury's up the road does premium petrol and I'll make that my regular fuel station for both cars and bikes from now on!
Easy to park, easy accessable store, staff not great, convenient at the time, but known for being expensive, also stupid tesco club card prices, prices should be the same whether you have a card or not, very confusing and unfare
Worst garage shop I’ve ever been to. Too tight to have the fridges on so the milk goes off way before the date on the bottle. Boils my blood when all you want is a cup of tea.
Do not drop your return parcels here. They’ll get stolen by the manager Mohammed. I called Yodel, the collectors and they assured me that parcel was never collected and in top of that they won’t show cctv of the parcel being collected even though this would’ve solved everything. I repeat DO NOT DROP ANY PARCELS HERE - THEY STEAL.

This has to be the cheapest fuel station I have found, not ripping you off at the pumps. About 10p to 12p a litre cheaper than petrol stations near home. The gentleman was so friendly. Very clean and well stocked shop. Will definitely go back
Fuel is cheaper, however some of the employees behind the counter are quite dodgy. To be more precise - I took fuel there on 22/12/2021, around 6;30 pm. Then decided to buy a 5 l of AdBlue. Behind the counter was an Asian guy, around 6 ft, quite overweight, with moustache. When I approached he started praising my car - what a beautiful car, etc. I paid with a card and left. Upon exiting the shop I realised he did not give me a receipt and went back in. He only gave me a receipt for the fuel, and not for the AdBlue. I noticed that he charged me £14 for the 5l, while in the past I have bought 15l for the same price. Back home I checked the receipt from the 15l container and it was indeed £14. Unless the price of the AdBlue tripled in the meantime, that was a typical theft from the client. Although not a huge loss, this definitely left a bad taste in me as a customer.
If anybody from the management monitors these comments, please take a notice of my feedback. If not for me, at least for future references.

This is the best garage around. Found it by chance, was I glad I did..! It was the cheapest by at least 6 pence over the big supermarkets. Will keep supporting this garage for that reason. Highly recommend.
Plenty of lanes for self-service payment which made the whole experience quicker. Fuel prices were good compared to current standards. Other services such as air tyre pump and a car wash are also available (which I personally haven't used).
It's a petrol station. What's with all the reviews criticising other products? This PETROL STATION is reputed to sell the cheapest petrol and diesel in the country. I've not found cheaper around the country and I drive all over the country.
Tonight was the worst experience that I have had at this place. The staffs judged people because of their clothes and a rude one took my money even before I full my car's tank. Even one star is too much for them.
Tried to get this garage to send the police cctv of my bank card being used fraudgelently and they put the phone down on me as they want nothing to do with it. Disgusting
Local shell place and brilliant service and manager is brilliant too.
Usually has some of the best fuel prices in Malvern, and there are lots of pumps so the waiting times are often quite short. Only issue is that the entry and exit roads are quite narrow and can be a little awkward to navigate

Waited in the queue for 10 minutes whilst cashier chats to another colleague whos leavong about her holiday, i counted 8 people in the queue, no bell ring. Poor service, I dont have time for it.
I went to fill up at this station over the weekend and a cashier called Sohail was very friendly and helped me open my fuel tank which I was struggling with. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. Great help
Visited the station this evening and not only did the staff not have face coverings on (even though it's now law) but he had 2 friends there just for a chat that also did not have face coverings. They carried on conversation whilst serving me and made no effort to distance themselves from me or eachother. I have to have contact with vulnerable people at this time and the irresponsible actions of people like this are unacceptable. Prices are shocking to, even for a late night garage.
Just been here for petrol on the way to work, don’t ,t open till dead on 6am which is fine, but staff (two women) look at you like your ruining their day by being there, very rude. If you don’t ,t want to be in a job involving customer service, then don,t work there, plenty of people willing to step in your shoes. A Smile goes a long way and guess what it is free costs nothing yeeeah.
Had my Nectar card cloned here and all my money spent in Brixton. Expensive fuel prices considering there is a Sainsbury's petrol station just up the road. Will never use this place again.
It's great that you can pay at the pump, especially with the virus. Fuel is a great price for the quality - far better than BP, Asda and Sainsbury's fuel. Plus it has Tescos there for when you need a quick shop. Several parking spaces as well.
I went for a hand car wash yesterday. I was a little shocked that the attendant proceeded to wash the inside of my car door frame, as this is not part of a typical £5 service, and not pro social distancing. After initially presuming he was just keen and was hoping for a good tip, his small talk progressed. He asked if I was married, had a boyfriend... looked me up and down slowly, and gestured at me in a thoroughly creepy way... how I could possibly be single, when I look like this? Then checked if I lived alone 🤦I think he was under the misguided impression that I would take this as a compliment?! Apparently having a lodger is a big turn off thankfully, as he changed tone and body language immediately 🤔 What was the next question gonna be if I lived alone?!!! Not sure what I'm more annoyed about - the fact that his behaviour made me feel sick to the stomach, and had me contemplating what heavy or sharp objects I have in the car... made me feel bad for wearing shorts on a hot day... Or that my ingrained response was to politely thank him so that he didn't up his creepy to angry 😡Thanks for ruining my day.

Always have everything I need and don't usually have to wait long for fuel. Like the pump that you can control the dispensed amount on, great upgrade.

Really good fuel quality bring my BM here as it seems to run so well on the fuel, slightly more expensive but worth the money especially the supreme unleaded out of the peal holiday seasons. Well stocked for what it is. Staff are friendly but a bit slow.

Usually quite quick to fill up here but of late has been extra busy and long queues can form - sometimes blocking the exit for normal shoppers. Prices are typically the lowest in the local area and occasionally there are special offers. To save time queuing to pay use the pay at pump.

Late night booze, at typically inflated prices. Can't help but feel for the guy who works there as English clearly isn't his first language and he often gets a tirade of abuse off the late night drunk and lairy customers. As for the day time, it's just a regular old fuelling station.
