We often come for the freshly made pizza to order.
Great value and flavours.
Unfortunately this experience is let down almost every visit by extremely slow staff.
There seems to be a policy of only serving one customer at a time.
Including waiting for thr pizza to be fully cooked before they even acknowledge the next customer.
Often meaning a 20 minute wait just to order.
Having spoken to management I was told it is what it is.
They're short staffed and I'd just have to wait.

Myself and my grandson travelled up from Weston super Mare for the champions league game at the Etihad today. We popped into the Asda as it was close to where we parked in the velodrome. I had a very nice duck and hoisin sauce wrap, crisps and a tea. The lady who served us was extremely welcoming and explained how the cafe worked at different times of day. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and informative. She had a cap on and was serving at the till. She is certainly a credit to Asda!

I have just had a just eat delivery from the cafe here. All of my food has gone in the bin as it’s stone cold. I’ve just rang the store to ask for a manager to contact me about this.
I’ve been told that there’s no manager available at this moment of time.
The meal I ordered was a pizza meal deal for a family. This level of food served being cold is unacceptable and a waste of money. Everything that came was extremely cold like I said. I live less than half a mile away from the store and it shouldn’t be that cold in the time it takes from it to leave the cafe to a local delivery address.
I would like a member of the management team to contact me regarding this situation as I’m very unhappy.

Never accepts any parcels, been countless times to be turned away every single time. Staff are consistently unarsed. Shoutout to Shell, Eurogarages and ASDA Express for providing such a low quality of customer service at this garage. Stick this on your web form.
Generally I have had good experience, however there has been a few times where I have purchased meats that smelled off. Luckily I kept the receipt and was able to get a refund.

We have visited here to do our shopping late on a Friday a couple of times and we enjoy it. Quieter and easy. Friendly staff and easy to find what you need.

Every time I go into this garage and a gentleman called kashif is working he has some excuses not to take yodel parcels ,the manger (refused to give his name)said they can only take 2 .which is not true,as the young lady the day before took 5 (I had 4today )terrible customer service will not be going into this garage give my customer somewhere else apparently Asda have now taken over
The ladies at the Express Diner were absolutely brilliant today. Really kind and helpful, doing everything they could to ensure efficient service. I haven’t experienced customer service of that calibre in a long time
Worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Had to stand and wait for 10 minutes to start with as it was closed for half an hour whilst the staff had tea. Not quite sure why they can't stagger their tea times? All i can presume is they are scared of eating alone so they all need to eat together to avoid this. The prescriptions are rarely ready for collection on time or they simply can't find it. When you do wait for them there is always something owing resulting in another trip back. One particular member of staff, who I'll refrain from naming on here, is just plain rude. All in all I will be moving any further prescriptions to a proper pharmacy that actually knows it backside from its elbow
Customer service is awful evening staff seemed annoyed when I was asking to collect a parcel he then scanned my barcode and pretended to look for it but told me they don’t have it. I came again today for a different parcel that had been delivered and was told to come back Monday because after 30seconds of looking he couldn’t be bothered to get it. I hate getting my parcels delivered here, goodluck actually getting it!

Overall it's ok. Lack of plastic gloves and instead using a little square bag that barely fits round average size male hands are useless.
Rip off garage always charges high prices . Passed today and they had petrol at 156.9 whereas my local Asda was 145 . Scandalous .

In general, it's an OK place. It's surely not a top Texaco. The biggest issue I have it's the woober driver parking his car at the front of the Laundrette machine so only he has the room. I drive a small car and if I park there then there would be no way of getting out. Now and then I go there to make bigger laundry and that bothers me the most.

The price what they show on the bord is not what you pay it say £1.52 for Diesel but when you star to pubm it is 1.68 what a joke

Always use this brand very good fuels
A good place to go to gey fuel in an emergency but I wouldn't recommend as the fuel price and shopping prices are damm expensive. Try and avoid unless its urgent.
Looked to be 24 hour fuel stop but kiosk closed when we arrived on Sunday about 17:00 so pay at the pump only. Price was competitive and the system seemed to work though it wouldn't accept my card for contactless payment and insisted I insert it and use the PIN. Probably a good thing since it would stop stolen cards being used.
I did notice a disabled sign that gave a number and a website. I'm not sure if that was a national assistance or just for that location.

I am not surprised to see a lot of comments about staff agression ,rude behaviour and bullying as I went through most appealing experience in my life and it really had made me not to do any customs with asda eastlands in future .
I had went to collect order and after waiting for 20 minutes I was told by staff they don't know how long it will be as they are busy . Upon requesting time I was treated badly and went to customer service desk to escalate this to manager .
On service desk I met a lady who had said nothing can be done and refused to call manager despite pleading multiple times . Eventually she used swearing words and started shouting . I then asked her name and she had refused and further went on using her degraded remarks and shouted . The lady had grey coloured hairs and it was an experience of a life time . As I was speaking to her security guard called stuart came and dragged me from back and asked me to leave . I asked him why he was asking me to leave and he said I was being abusive . The reality was very contradictory as request to speak to manager had become like impossible task in the world and being bullied sweared upon and shouted at resulted in me being asked to leave .
I had told security staff that he should not use force when his own staff was swearing and it went to deaf ears .
The whole experience was heartbreaking as Asda once had its reputation but staff there act like mad children.
Soon the manager came and without speaking he asked me to leave too. I asked his name and was told I don't need his name . Manager was rude and aggressive .
This whole experience had made me evolve my perception about Asda brand and has made me feel sad,heartbroken and upset and this has caused a lot of pain and anxiety as how this world has become now a days .

You can buy groceries as well as petrol. They also take yodel parcels as returns as well. Service is good & friendly service.

This is my local garage and it is great. I love the fact its open 24hrs and the doors stay open all night. Some 24hr petrol stations are window pay only and its a bit awkward asking for an item in the store. But I like to buy items at 3am and get my fuel.
The staff are great here. Very polite. Everytime I go there I always get treated with the most respect unlike some places where they won't say a word to you.

Very disappointed today as coffe machine gave half cup and the guy says is like that. Also didn’t accept to give me the money back so I done the 2nd coffe and fill mine and left. I am a long term costumer filling about 100£ a week on fuel plus coffe and car wash. So after coming to this station for years today was my last. I can take my money somewhere else

Never use this place as COLLECTION POINT! Parcels has got STOLEN/GONE MISSING for a few times. INCOMPETENT manager refused to release CCTV footage despite the fact that Collect plus+ and Yodel made an official request. The staff only insisted they hold NO RESPONSIBILITY for missing parcels. AVOID at all cost!

After shop owner changed the quality is very bad.
A month ago no active fome. When reported to supervisor he said he know. Also reported the foam jet's cover only one side of the car.

Broke down in the forecourt at the bump. Car was totally dead to the world . . Called the RAC and advised the staff. Night of 16th April 2023 staff were so nice. Offered me a coffee whilst I waited. Told me not to worry about a thing . This is now midnight . RAC arrived . Car needed a low loader to be taken away . Staff helped push the car then offered the RAC driver a coffee. This night shift team are what you’d need when this happens and your s long way from home. The RAC gave me a lift to my hotel and he even commented on the staff and their genuine thoughtfulness and care for this situation. Perfect , lovely , never drive past this station’s.

Our car battery died here late one Monday evening and Suleman and the soon-to-be manager (sorry I forgot your name) saved the day! Suleman called the next guy on shift, who drove over early so he could jump start our car. They were lovely and saved us a fortune on a car starting service, thank you so much guys!
Despite its convenient location, this petrol station's prices are 7-10p/litre higher than nearby competitors i.e shell or BP. However, the kiosk staff are friendly and helpful.

Not a very big or well stocked Tesco but the fuel is reliably good value compared to some other stations in the area.

Complete waste of time trying to get fuel.
They either don’t have fuel or are shut. This time I got to the point where i was just about to pick up the nozzle when a staff member put an out of use sign in the one I was going to use.

Clicked on £80 maximum for fuel, I proceeded to put only £60 in. No receipt came out of the machine despite me requesting one. Later my account shows £80 out of my bank account. Can’t find anywhere to contact them. There is never anyone at the garage.Won’t ever use again. Keep away

I went to get food and was told they only sell cigarettes and fuel. It is a 24 hour station. Clearly couldnt be bothered to get up and get anything. Poor customer service.
The jet wash is absolutely brilliant if you have a motorbike!
You can give the bike a full clean for £2, £1 if it's just a quick blast...
Fuel seems reasonable and the staff are always friendly. Very nice to not have to worry if they'll be open or not as it's 24hr.

Stay away!! Taken £20 twice from my bank account even though the pump didn't dispense any petrol!! Still waiting for my money back 8 day's later!!! Subsequently found out that this has been happening for quite some time to many other customers!!
For some reason the pumps are able to place pending transactions on your card even when they don't have any petrol to give you? No warning that there isn't any either!
Easy access. The fuel was really expensive a few weeks ago, but I'm pleased to see the price has come down. Bty, they charge 50p for air! Can't understand why, as air was always free.
Returning from holiday we called in to this “24hr” BP garage around 0430hrs just to get some milk for coffee. There was no other customers, no cars, no one getting fuel etc. I asked the young lady on the counter (through glass), for the milk. She stopped briefly from playing on her mobile phone and said, “sorry I can’t get you anything from the shop floor because we are short staffed”! She then went back to her mobile phone.

Awful customer service standards. The door never works and they don't seem to have done anything about it. Inside there is a Wild Bean Cafe who, despite being a separate till and counter, expect customers who are just eating to queue up with the shop/fuel users. This means you queue an abnormal amount of time for fuel, block pumps from other users and general take longer than necessary for a quick stop to what should be a convenience shop.
If you're looking for a petrol station go somewhere else. It'll be cheaper and friendlier.

Always enjoyed coming to this little station. Friendly atmosphere, and fuel 8n the pumps. What more could you ask for.

Shop is well stocked. You get a free Costa coffee after purchasing 30 litres of fuel (in-app fuel payment excluded). Certainly didn't have any of the negative experiences others have been mentioning.

We drive an electric car so we don't have full experience of this garage except for having our car washed. Every time, the assistant appears not to put the payment through the till and doesn't give us a receipt. Instead he says he'll come and start it for us. This morning, despite asking for a ticket with a number to start the car wash machine, he refused and said he would come and start it. We waited for several minutes before having to drive round to the shop to remind him we were waiting.
Also, there is no emergency number to ring when in the car wash, despite there being a notice in the car wash which is supposed to display it.

Went to get petrol all pumps were closed. Waited a few hours then telephoned to check if they had a delivery first as I was low on fuel. Tried 4 times and one 1 occasion it was answered but hung straight up ! Why have a phone if you don't want to talk to customers to answer a question. Not good customer service in any way
Esso petrol station the night staff was really friendly and polite. The usual petrol station prices but had a few good deals and offers. Has an RBS cash machine. Has a jet wash, air and vacuum available to use. Not really my first choice of petrol station because the diesel prices always seen to be higher than anywhere else. Overall it's a decent petrol station with a good variety in shop but high prices.

I visited hoping to find a birthday card for a friend. With other card shops closed, only other options seemed not so attractive, but here I found variety of cards, friendly service and easy access.
A good place to grab your every day items but I'm not keen on the permanent resident sat outside the entrance I feel guilty not having any lose change for the poor guy !! Every time I visit !!!
It's alright, pretty basic petrol station, extremely small however, and can get busy especially during school opening and closing hours. They sell basic items like snacks and drinks, and almost all the time I've been there the counter staff have been really friendly.

This petrol station in chorlton is pretty handy plus tge bonus of letting you top up on those household essentials. So this is more than just a petrol stop. Also a handy cash machine is outside..

I would just like to say a real big thank you to everyone involved in the management of this exceptional BP petrol station. Even though I don’t like oil companies generally, I have to say this petrol station really challenges my biases. The staff were delightful and cheered me up for the whole day even though it was raining. Filling up from the pump was quick and easy, M&S is the best in healthy fast food provision, and the aesthetics of the building are second to none. I will definitely be coming here again on my way to Chipping Campden.

Find it convenient as I usually fill up here after shopping. Although pay at pump is available I pay at the kiosk as the pump will not accept the key-fob size More card.

Used to get free air for tyres if you spent £15 on fuel. This has now stopped. Also all fuel types have the same black hose on the pump, you need to look at the nozzle to be sure you are putting in the correct fuel.

Always. Polite and friendly no matter what time I go as I have problems sleeping so a walk down the road is nice in this weather and the attendant that works night 🌃 is always happy to help and nothing is too much. Trouble
It's a petrol station. Just like the others its desperate to be a convenience store and so forces you to queue behind a Twekesbury lard buying mega bars of Galaxy when all you really want is to pay quickly and go.
After travelling back from a long buisness conference I popped in to get petrol from this station as I love M&S however the customer service from the young manager was appalling I believe she is called Connie. She is incredibly rude and really needs a lot of extra training. I won't ever be going back.
EDIT: just to say it is now 2023 (over 5 years later) and I still haven't been back even though I drive past it regularly! I didn't realise it had been so long! Amazing how if customer service really is at rock bottom then many customers will stick to their word !

There are six pumps providing both petrol and diesel. The fuel prices are on the low side as well. Fuel is paid for at the nearby tesco express who are on the whole friendly and helpful

4 times I have bought the Starbucks latte coffee and the milk is off/sour!
Idiots behind the counter are happy to upsell you on chocolate/air-freshener/new bathroom and shower room but seem absolutely at the edge of their abilities when it comes to changing the milk in the machine. My guess, they turn it off to save electricity.

A thoroughly enjoyable petrol station. The windows have glass on them and you can definitely see through them. State of the art pumps too - will defo be recommending it to my brother in law Norman and his friend Darth Saul.
