F45 Stratford is the best thing that has ever happen to me in my fitness journey. The trainers are fantastic guys and makes the session more fun. I've seen improvement in my fitness level, enjoy the session and friendly guys to train with. Highly recommended.

Myself & my sister have signed up to a 10 class offer and would definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t been before. We have done a mixture of classes in the lead up to Hyrox and have been really pleased with all the trainers. Specifically Marcus & Els today on our double back to back class. They were both really motivating and encouraging throughout!

Spam company. They told me i dont need to go LIBF examination to get Cemap certification. They also told me over the phone, Only KNOWLEDGE ACADEMY CEMAP certification is enough. After research and call around i found you must need to go through examination process at LIBF. I changed my mind and saved my money and enrolled with SIMPLY ACADEMY (Genuine). Please BEWARE and don’t loose your money to this SPAM COMPANY.

Avoid this company at all costs. They’re mis-selling courses, telling potential candidates that the courses are comprehensive and include all the material necessary to successfully pass the exam, the content of their online courses is the absolute bare minimum and not enough to successfully pass any exam without substantial home study and purchasing additional materials.
You’re better off just purchasing the literature yourself and self studying.
They use persuasive sales tactics to get you to proceed with the purchase but fail to mention that their courses are non-refundable.
The customer service and after sales team is an absolute joke and they’re not interested in anything except taking your money. Once you’ve make payment they wipe their hands of you.
They will cut the call when you try to ring them and when they do finally answer the team just fob you off.
Half of them can hardly speak English which makes communicating with them even harder.
£9 million after tax paid in dividends to the two directors last year which is taken from ripping off hard working people like myself.
Shame on you !
All the evidence I have is now being passed to the ombudsman and Barclaycard is disputing the purchase based on misrepresentation of products and services.

Was sold 3 virtual courses to complete at home and sent an invoice with a 30 day deadline on it. I was chased at least twice a week for the payment, this should have been my first red flag.
Each course was sold to me as '8hours of on demand video' but when I got to them, one was as little as 58 minutes and the longest was an hour and a half! One course was extremely glitchy and I had to constantly reload the page. Another course had terrible audio, cutting out with interference. This one also had spelling or grammatical errors on screen.
Abysmal quality considering the price.
Did I learn much? Well, I saw out each of the courses, thinking surely there must be something of value here, but two of the courses, even though one had 'Masterclass' in the title, was more like 'xyz for dummies'.
Perhaps if there was 8 hours of content to get through, we would have got to the nitty gritty of what I thought I was going to learn.
When I gave them this exact feedback, I have been met with excuses.
'But there's 3 x 5 minute exercises and allowance for note taking' - note taking does not take up to 7 hours and doesn't excuse the fact your website states '8 hours of on demand VIDEO'.
'You can't have a partial refund because you signed the t&c's that state this is non-refundable' - well I would love to know what trading standards think of a company selling a product as something it isn't with absolutely no preview or sample of the terrible quality and refusing a refund when it didn't meet the expectations it was sold at.
Honestly - avoid at all costs.

I took the 5 day trial for the classes at Stratford and honestly, they are fantastic!! The environment is so energetic and upbeat, the playlists are banging and all of the coaches are our cheerleaders- so motivating and kind! I absolutely loved the classes, I’ve made a few friends and been a sweaty happy mess after each class❤️ highly recommend and I’ll be back for more!🫶🏼

After several conversations with a sales agent I bought a course to learn about a system configuration for which I didn't have access to the system. I had highlighted this during the sales process and was told, that I would receive the needed training materials and a system access for testing. I only got access to an online platform fully theoretical and no access to the system, nor materials to take away. Once the online access is clsoed, you remain with nothing in your hands. Paid more than 3000 for this, and once I started and saw that the course was useless, was not offered any of the promised materials or testing bench. Will never use again this academy.

A friend recommended the Knowledge Academy to me as she had completed her qualification with them some years ago and had a great experience.
Unfortunately this was not the same for me, I am extremely disappointed to say the least.
I originally opted for self study option of the Prince2 but once I recieved the course material thought it would be best to go for the tutor led option. What a waste of time. The tutor simply went through the presentation that was avaliable via the course materials. I paid for both foundation and practitioner, the practitioner course was literally a day going through a mock paper.
I have had very little support from the knowledge academy and it seems that they are very uninterested in my experience and putting it right.
Research other providers before spending your hard earned cash on this company

It's a great venue for obstacle training, bonus is the RD's both run so it's always updated, they'll hold training session for you and your friends if you ask, and if your lucky a quick dip in the quarry.

One star is for my classroom teacher only, Laura Stanley, she's amazing.
This company is shambolic, unprofessional and highly disorganised.
When I first signed up with the Knowledge Academy I signed up for the e-learning package and spent months using the video and e-book provided by them to learn and study. I changed to learn via the virtual learning course with Laura Stanley and I noticed what I had previously learnt wasn't the same, and then it was confirmed that I had been issued outdated materials. The response I received was useless. Which speaks to the overall company.

This is a fantastic programme for overall fitness and body transformation.

Most importantly, the team running this specific f45 are true professionals that care. I started training with them in 2023 and got injured(not related to f45), but the care and interest they take to help you ease back to training is just above and beyond!

Highly recommend this place, you can start at any fitness level and very friendly environment.

Informative and fun, we learned a lot in a short time. Bruce was a sympathetic and patient teacher and we look forward to putting out new skills into practise. Cheers!

I absolutely loved training at F45 Stratord, all the team are so lovely and supportive and they really push you do your best. I’ve loved trying out all the different formats, they’re all pretty intense but I feel amazing after! I’d never be able to replicate this in the gym!

I don't know what happened to this company but it seems that they have thrown everything out of the window that would make them a professional and pleasant company to deal with.

They are incredibly slow, uncommunicative and will keep you forever waiting for getting courses activiated or exams booked. They are always out of office, absent or whatever they are.

Find another place to get your certification because definetely for the price you don't have to do it either.

I went to F45 as someone who has not worked out for years - I was really scared for my first class, but everyone was so welcoming, and I absolutely loved it. I don’t think I’ve ever sweated or worked so hard in a class but it was amazing - and I’m now hooked! Every single member of the team I’ve met has been supportive, encouraging but also pushes you. Definitely try it - it’s the best!

A thorough session on maintaining and caring for your bicycle with lots of good advice. All tools are provided for. Lots of good advice and knowledge on how things work. A very good and experienced tutor.

did a course with them. after the course completion, getting their help to book the exam was a nightmare. customer service is great only until you pay. after that they dont pick up the call or answer the online queries

Their exam booking team is one worst team I’ve ever seen. They don’t have any coordination and Im now 1 hr before the exam and still waiting for the zoon link.

The sales person Arjun was on top while booking me in. Later when I approach him he doesn’t reply to my emails.

Their customer service are all over the place emailing without names n context.

This nightmare is just for booking foundation. I dread going through one round of this while booking practitioner.

The exam booking team lead Manisha pal gave me a non existing mobile number. She sits in UAE and gave me UK number. When I questioned she said that’s the right number and when I try to call her the number is unrecognised.

They are big SCAM

We held our wedding at the Hub and it was the perfect venue. The main hall is absolutely stunning, with plenty of places to fix decorations etc - and we were even able to go in for a few hours the day before to set up. We also used a side room as a green room for the band. And our BBQ caterers set up in the courtyard and made use of the large kitchen. The team went above and beyond to help our day go smoothly. It’s incredibly reasonably priced and in a perfect location in the Village. We would definitely recommend it to others!

I am utterly disappointed in the lack of compassion and lack of customer care I have received by the owner Emma- and completely shocked. I am a long-standing customer who made an honest mistake - and instead of trying to rectify it, I was told I should go and find a salon that suits my policy needs better.

Emma had booked me in for a further visit at our previous appointment but I hadn't written this down. I was scrawling through my emails to find a booking confirmation and there was nothing, so I booked in an appointment. It turns out, I'd booked an appointment for the day before the new one I requested - but I only realised this when a 'confirm appointment' email came through asking me to pay half. I immediately texted Emma to let her know I'd booked for the Friday so could she please cancel Thursday's. It turns out the email was sent exactly 24 hours before the booked appointment, which means I'd passed the point I could cancel without fee. I got a very blunt text telling me I'd not paid the deposit and that you usually would for a cancellation, so I replied explaining what had happened - that I'd not had any confirmation of the booking and that I hoped as I'd booked in for the following day that would be okay, as she wouldn't be missing out on the £40, and I also asked that in future could I please get reminders more than 24 hours in advance (this is common practice).

I assumed she'd understand it was an honest mistake on my part. The response I got back was a link to her policy. I then replied asking what she wanted me to do in this instance, genuinely thinking she was giving me a slap on the wrist and a reminder of what the policy is for if this was ever to happen again. Instead, I got completely ignored, and then both of the appointments were cancelled. I wrote to her asking why this had happened, and the response was suggesting I find a salon that has policies that suit me better.

I believe you need to learn to treat customers as real people - not everyone is trying to pull a fast one on you. You didn't even answer the phone to me and I could have explained the situation and why I needed to change Thursday to Friday. You lost someone who could have been a customer for a very long time. I am a three minute walk away!

You need send booking confirmation emails, and you should put your policy within confirmation emails. I am writing this to warn others that this company is extremely cut-throat and I feel I have had a lucky escape.

Such a lovely down to earth training facility for those who want to learn techniques to conquer obstacle races such as Spartan and Tough mudder. These guys are really helpful and can teach basic techniques for 1st timers right through to the more technical obstacles for people wanting to race competitively. It's open to all ages and abilities, even if you don't like running, but like the idea of going over obstacles, give it a go.

I completed a professional pilot ground course here recently. Very high quality training conducted by experienced and friendly instructors. Excellent classroom facility.

I started using this facility during 2023 and from the first visit, the team here were always very welcoming and, ready to help and advise as I went round. Containing a wide array of obstacles and tricky terrain, this is a great location for training all your OCR needs. I have since gone on to using the coaches here and improved drastically with my abilities, so if you are looking to improve at OCRs, I would highly recommend!

Great obstacles that reflect the most popular races specifically spartan. The course has a varied terrain to train on too when doing a race replica but what really makes this place special are the coaches. Such awesome people who really care about helping participants better themselves and progress. Their knowledge and skill is second to none and they are keen to pass that onto those training. I can’t wait for 2024. Will defo be back!

Tres and Griff are very friendly and knowledgeable guys. I reached out to them to help me learn obstacle techniques to help me improve my speed and efficiency on obstacles and i was not disappointed and neither would you if you attended.

I have been having my nails done with Emma for over 11 years. I regularly receive compliments about them. They last really well too. Recently I've also been having my lashes done. Emma listened to exactly what I wanted and the end result was perfect. What should have been a one of treat for a holiday became something I couldn't stop as I was so pleased with how they looked. Highly recommend!

Emma has been doing my lashes for around 8 years and I wouldn't be without her. She is so professional but so friendly and immediately puts you at ease. She is very honest about what look would suit you as an individual rather than one look suits all. Can't rate her highly enough.

Once you try F45 you don't want to back to your normal Gym, I was immediately in love with the sessions. The atmosphere and the people is something you can't beat, having someone at the time you're doing the exercise, correcting your posture and motivating you to work harder makes such a difference. Chelsea F45 has such a nice group of personal trainers, all of them are professional and friendly.
I live outside London but every time I go back to London F45 is in my must do list.
I'm hoping F45 will expand outside London soon.

Good varied workouts with really helpful instructors, who are always keen to tailor the exercises to suit the client. Maximum class size of 4 which is great. 30 minute classes can fit into even the busiest of days.

My son, who is an adult with autism and a learning disability, has recently completed the level 1-3 cycling course. This has been achieved over a couple of years through a combination of group training and one-to-ones with Bruce. Throughout, Bruce has been patient, encouraging and determined and it's an absolute joy to see how my son's competence and confidence have blossomed as a result. He can now get on his bike and go anywhere and tells me that he loves the freedom this gives him. So pleased for him, and I highly recommend Bike for Life!

I have been going consistently for around 2.5 months and I can confidently say its been one of the best decisions I've made in years. F45 (this studio in particular) has reignited my love for fitness. The coaches, the circuit training, and the proximity make this such an incredible experience. 5 stars

I have been coming to F45 for over a year now and it has surpassed every expectation and been the best gym experience I have ever had. The coaches/managers are extremely kind and understanding of your own goals, they ensure you push yourself regularly and above all they make you feel your best self in every session without fail. Excellent high intensity short duration (3 x 8 mins) strength & conditioning and cardio. Vibrating plates have a multiplier effect on exercise benefits. Great to do before or after work.

I love this studio and everything it has to offer. The team is incredibly supportive, and working out as a group has helped me stay committed! I would recommend it to anyone of any fitness - it is a no-judgment workout zone focused on team effort and encouraging self-improvement!

Absolutely excellent service. We ran 4 days of Dr Bike sessions for students and staff and they were brilliant. The feedback we've received has been incredibly positive and we will definitely be hosting more sessions.

I have been a member of many flying clubs over my 30+ years flying and can honestly say Take Flight Aviation at Enstone is one of the most friendly and accommodating clubs. The instructors are very professional and personable ensuring your flying is even more enjoyable. So whether you are looking for somewhere to learn to fly or somewhere to revalidate an old licence give Sam and his team a call you, won’t regret it.

I can only highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to brush up on their bicycle mechanics knowledge. Bruce is a very knowledgeable teacher and the course guides you through every step there is to know. Whether you are a novice or an engineer, you will learn skills on this course, which you will never forget, with the bonus of potentially gaining a qualification. All in all, a very professionally set up, enjoyable experience suited to anyone.

I trained with Emma 3½yrs ago and I can honestly say it's been the best thing I have ever done!!!
I've seen so many girls in different Facebook groups complain massively about their training and how they weren't given any help etc .... well that doesn't happen at all with Emma ! 3½yrs on and through the most difficult covid times she has and is still giving me good valuable advice!
So basically if you want to be the best you have to train with the best and that's exactly what Emma is ! THE BEST !

It is a nice open a bright space.
My only problems were: -
Double front doors. Both needed to be opened to allow my rollator access.
The way the tables were arranged for our summit, didn't allow access from one end of the hall to the other when everyone was seated.
Other than that. We had a great time.

Well laid out studio, clean and welcoming. While introducing me to this new gym, the team explained how they developed responsible guidelines to ensure a Covid-safe gym at all times.

By far the best ground school I have experienced. All subjects were delivered in a friendly and professional manner with a good balance of fact and humour. Chris clearly is in his element as an instructor and has exceptional knowledge. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone from all experience levels.

I completed Bike for Life’s Level 1-3 cycling course with Bruce. Coming into this, I wasn’t a confident cyclist and hadn’t cycled much on roads before, let alone busy ones. By the end, I was cycling in three lane traffic, signalling, u-turning and turning into side roads with no problem. Bruce was a great instructor - patient, took time to explain everything properly and made me feel safe on the roads. I liked how the course had clear progression points and what you learnt in the first level was applicable to your cycling in level 3. Highly recommend.

Had my training here today and Emma is a great teacher with amazing amounts of knowledge. I felt really relaxed and at ease in the lovely atmosphere of the salon and can not be happier with all training and aftercare given . Thank you xx

Chris was my aviation trainer for my new employment and saying he was a pleasure was an understatement. He is so full of knowledge and skills but the delivery of his teaching is second to none. With a lot of modules to get through he was always engaging and made the class fun. We went through interesting case studies and the learning was interactive to keep us all involved. I absolutely LOVE going! The team are SO friendly and helpful! It was my first time in the Chelsea studio and they showed me the ropes before the class and after that it was easy to follow.

Each session is different so it always tough, good spacing, you every EVERYTHING you need in your pod but the instructors are on hand if you want something else.

Studio is clean! Equipment is great! The classes are tough!

Bruce is a star. Very friendly and positive and unflappable when things don't go to plan. I have just completed level 3 (three Saturdays) and apart from the professional attention to detail, methodical learning programme and well equipped workspace the other students I was attending with were a pleasure. I really did the course in order to progress to the level 4 pro tech qualification and thought I might know it all already but far from it, I took away several tips from each session and it improved my techniques when working on clients bikes almost immediately. Highly recommended. I'm looking forward to Level 4
