The restaurant is a bit "quirky" inside, but the service and food are both excellent. I had Sea Bass in both raw and cooked forms, and my wife the rabbit....all were very tasty, and we could easily have selected many of the other options on the menu as they all looked appealing when passing in the direction of the other diners. Check this out if staying in Alba

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! We ordered the cheese board, and to be honest, my blind grandma would make better looking one than this one! Also the cheese was old and it was only one type of cheese, no selection. And the bread was rock hard I could kill someone with this bread. Now to the lasagna, there was almost no meat and plating was terrible. When we went pay, they charged us with €5 extra for the service like for what service there was almost none. I’m sorry but I don’t want anybody to lose their money on this restaurant. If any chef put this in front of me in my hometown I would go to the kitchen and tell him if he is kidding me, because it was that horrible experience. I would not wonder if the lasagne were from nearby Lidl.

Lovely cosy property at a 15 minute walking distance from the Vatican City. Cipro metro station is just 2 minutes away.plenty of options for restaurants, Cafe an groceries. Rooms were very clean, well organized and had a romantic cosy vibe.
The kitchen was of added benefit.
The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Bellissima sorpresa, appartamento estremamente curato e Pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, in pieno centro storico a Prato. Accoglienza cordiale, acqua caffè e tutte le amenities che possano servire. Consigliatissimo!
This property should not be allowed to continue their service. It is an absolute scam. If you cannot check in by 6pm they cancel your entire reservation, even though they know you could check in the next day. Apparently the idea that we could check in the day after to a room we had PAID for, we were available to check into, is ‘making up the rules’ and unreasonable. Thankfully we had only booked for 2 nights, had this been a week or 2 we would have lost so much money. AVOID at all costs.
It was just an average restaurant for us nothing that would stand out except that we were served the meals really quickly which is always appreciated. The steak I had was very salty but it was probably as it should have been just not to my taste. Bread was not very fresh
We were wandering around Alba looking for a good lunch featuring truffles. This place looked great and we were warmly and friendly welcomed. Given the table of our choice. But we are light eaters and always share a dish or two and when we were told that each person was required to order a minimum of two items ( and it’s a pretty expensive place ) we regretfully departed. So we never got to taste anything but I bet it’s really good. We went to Vincafè instead and it was fantastic.
We were in town for the White Truffle festival and stayed in the hotel above this restaurant. It’s located on a quiet side street so dining outdoors was perfect.
The food was beyond our expectations and we decided to dine there a second time - simply for the truffle egg dish.
We did the truffle tasting menu on our first visit and ordered separately on our next visit.
The egg, toma cheese, and truffle dish was indescribably delicious.
The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.
In a town full of delicious restaurants- do not skip this place.
We also stayed in one of the rooms they have. The booking was very easy and the room was perfect. It was beautifully decorated with art, a gorgeous bathroom and balcony. It also had air conditioning and roll down shutters for blocking light and sounds. We love the room and would definitely stay here again.

DON'T BOOK ANYTHING THERE! They refused to refund us even though we had cancelled our visit. They don't know anything about customer services.

The worst lasagna I've ever eaten... Forced myself to finish this microwaved cheese mush with stale bread because I was hungry. Avoid food.
Great place to stay when visiting Florence. The room is big and clean. The train station is nearby, and it takes around 30 minutes (10 min walk + 20 min train) to reach Santa Maria Novella.
It was late when we arrived, but the owner (Salvatore) had prepared a dinner for us. Every morning, he treated us with a coffee and delicious homemade cake. It's a great place with a great host!

Fab food and great service! We rocked up here for lunch and was very happy with everything. We had a 5 course meal with nice wines.
Loft Florentia is a very good option to visit not only Prato, a beautiful place that deserves it, but Florence and any other place in Tuscany. The best thing about this accommodation is the exquisite treatment of Salvatore, the manager and owner of it, who kindly takes care of clients beyond all expectations in a commercial establishment. The room has all the facilities for a comfortable stay, and an excellent quality-price relationship. It is located in a very quiet place with plenty of free parking in the area for those who arrive by car, and only at 5 to 10 minutes walking to Prato Central train station. The old town of Prato is 15 to 20 minutes away in a pleasant walk near the river while you enjoy watching ducks, seagulls, gray herons and other species. Many trains throughout the day allow you to go to Florence in only 25 minutes. In the same street there is one of the best restaurants in Prato.

Amazing place - very cosy, and elegant. Perfect for a romantic dinner with Your second half :) food delicious, everything from starters to the main courses was just perfect. Great selection of wines, helpful staff that help You to choose proper bottle for the dish and tell You a little bit about Your choice. Obligatory place to visit when in Alba.
Situato in zona strategica, questa piccola gemma rappresenta tutto ciò che si necessita dopo una lunga giornata lavorativa. Facilità estrema nel parcheggio e nel check-in agevolato dal dolcissimo e preparatissimo staff. In camera ho apprezzato qualsiasi coccola a me dedicata, dall'acqua fresca trovata in frigo, ai cioccolatini accanto a tè, tisane e caffè, correlati da una pulizia impeccabile e da ogni comfort
We came here for lunch and had the white truffle tasting menu which was 5 courses for €145. Every dish was delicious and the white truffle complimented the dishes perfectly. My favourites were the uovo poche and the tajarin al burro. The service was friendly and mostly attentive. The restaurant is not big so I'd recommend making a booking especially during the Alba festival time.

La estadía en Castle Rooms fue increíble, el alojamiento es cómodo, limpio y tiene detalles de calidad. Esta a unas 10 cuadras de la estación (10min a pie).

After a VERY long pilgrimage we just needed to sit eat! This restaurant is located at the top of entrance to the pilgrimage. Menu was limited but we had no choice because it was late and we were starved. Waitress was very busy but friendly and English was great. We both took the homemade Fettuccine with Mushrooms and wow! No frills here in terms of ambiance but good food and wine.

Die Inhaber sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unserer Koffer wurden sogar ins Apartment gebracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wirklich schön und modern eingerichtet.

My husband and I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this absolutely fantastic restaurant. Easily in the top tier of all meals we had on our three week trip touring Piedmont. Definitely recommend!
Esperienza magnifica grazie alla gentilezza di un host davvero speciale. Accoglienza che mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta, consigli sui luoghi da visitare, ottimi ristoranti dove gustare pietanze meravigliose.Casa con tutte le comodità del caso e situata a due passi dalla stazione di Prato comodissima da raggiungere a piedi .Consiglio a tutti di essere “coccolati” da Salvatore, persona genuina e stra disponibile.
Appartamento con tutti i comfort, curato nei minimi dettagli. Posizione davvero comoda, a pochi passi dalla stazione. Host meraviglioso! Disponibile, gentile, attento a ogni nostra esigenza, ci ha fatto sentire come fossimo a casa. Consigliatissimo non solo per chi é interessato a Prato ma anche per chi vuole visitare Firenze, raggiungibile in pochi minuti di treno.

The location of the appartement is good as you are in walking distance of all sights and restaurants. Furthermore the appartement is clean and the host reacted fast when we had an issue with the shower. Also the cleaning lady is very friendly.
Unfortunately the bed in the appartement was the most uncomfortable one we ever slept in (and we have slept in hundreds of hostels on our round the world trip). The bed made noises with every turn and it was hanging towards the middle. In combination with walls that are not much thicker than paper you have to be a very „easy sleeper“ if you want to find propper rest. If the bed and matress are replaced you will find a decent, cheap, well-located appartement though.

Appartamento molti bello La Randa che si ubica a Piazza San Marco. Dotato di ogni comfort e con uno staff eccezionale che segue ogni singola richiesta dell'ospite. Prezzi favolosi. Ritornerò!!
Poor comunication with the hosts! And I stayed here via Booking, and the host cacelled my reservation in the app even if I completed the stay there.

Bettwäsche war nicht gewaschen und voller Haare vom Vorgänger. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Besitzer unfreundlich. Internet schlecht. Auf ausstehendes Rückgeld für Barzahlung der Touristen-Abgabe warte ich noch heute. Auf meine negative Bewertung im Buchungsportal und auch hier verbreitet der Besitzer Lügen (wir hätten nachts gelärmt, so dass man fast Polizei gebraucht hätte oder wir hätten eine Nacht storniert und dann wieder gebucht...). Unverschämtes Verhalten.

Personale cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo dormito in un loro appartamento (il Ca' Bareteri). Appartamento pulito, caldo e molto silenzioso. Biancheria pulita. Unico problema un paio di volte con il salvavita dell'elettricità. Ma per il resto tutto Ok
Ho avuto l'estremo piacere di soggiornare presso la struttura per una notte. Ho ricevuto un'accoglienza squisita, un trattamento signorile e una camera a dir poco perfetta. Non ultimo, data la mia estrema allergia alla polvere, posso garantire una pulizia impeccabile. Un caloroso grazie a Salvatore, di cui conservo un caro ricordo.
Very expensive but good home cooking. It is pricey for the amount of food we received, and the presentation is 1/10, but the food is really good, especially dessert, which was amazing. The ambience is plain and not exactly inviting but the location is perfect for a hot meal after a hike.
I probably won't return based on the price. If money is no object for you, then definitely go try. The capriolo with polenta was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked, and I could have eaten a lot more of it.

Ho avuto modo di soggiornare in questa struttura con il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo appartamento molto pulito luminoso e curato nei minimi dettagli. La stazione è molto vicina e ci ha permesso di raggiungere Firenze in poco tempo. Staff cordiale e disponibile

Boutique hotel with two suites on the top floor of a building in a busy central street. No room service, but has snacks, drinks, and better service than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Ideal location, most sights and shops were a 5-15 minute walk away.

I’m NOT recommend , we came to the “hotel” with no name and no reception, so we can’t find it , and after at 21.30 the owner said that it’s “too late” for check in so we stayed outside and he ignored us !!

Charged with full amount after i called the Staff to cancel my reservation without fees after they say my Credit Card it's not valid and after one month they book the money (it is how you guys make the money?), i would recommend everyone NOT TO STAY THERE! Italian style, well done
Penne with meat sauce. There were penne, not many and some meat but no sauce (and no taste). Parmesan and a lot of Salt made it edible. Lost 7,5€ and I am more hungry than before. Never go there, it survives in tourists who dont know better.

Excellent location, walking distance (10 mins) to the Vatican Museum close to the metro, has 24 shop few feet away. The place is very clean, comfortable and modern. The owner and manager was also incredibly friendly.
السكن يعتبر متوسط ولكن لا انصح ابدا بزيارة البندقية فهي سيئة للغاية من جميع النواحي التنقلات جدا صعبه البندقية بشكل عام لا توجد فيها اي نظافة والروائح جدا كريهه وكانت هي اسوأ رحلة وأسوأ مدينة زرتها بحياتي ولو رجع الزمن بي مستحيل اجيها ثانيه التعامل اللي هو من اهم الاشياء ايضا جدا سئ وفي كل مكان يعاملون الشخص العربي معاملة سيئة ويستحقرونه حتى وانت جاي تشتري منهم نفسيتهم مرة 👎🏻

Residenza Tiziana is perfectly situated off of a small courtyard. The location is perfect for seeing the sights, finding food, and wandering the streets of Venice. The apartment is tucked away on the 5th floor and has a wonderful view of the city including the San Marco domes and the Doge's Palace. The kitchen is well stocked and the Wi-Fi is fast. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

Price is reasonable but biggest downside is big late arrival fee and costs for towels, WiFi etc which aren't included in price of room.
