Best time to take photos is before 07:30 AM. The crowds haven’t swarmed yet and the light is perfect. The cafes surrounding it will be overpriced and so will the souvenirs.
Nevertheless, it’s a cant miss view from up top and below the bridge. And you will need to cross it a few times when you explore across major Venetian islands.

This is a super fancy and nice bridge. This is one of the 3 real large bridges that go over the main rivers. It's a difficult place to navigate, but try to use the 3 big bridges to be used as land marks. I don't recall the other 2 bridges names that separate islands but basically just recognize them and that's enough.

Beautiful and one of the main bridges to cross between San Marco and San Polo. Come before 8am if you want to take photos with no one there! Otherwise it gets very crowded. There’s also a lot of shops if you want to do some shopping but definitely tourist trap
Very nice place ! I really enjoyed here. You should visit around 6:00 since that is less crowded in that period.

If you want to enjoy and have a great time at this place, you should go there early( before 9 am). This is a great place, where you can enjoy and delight the landscape. After 9 am, everybody should be prepare to deal with a crowded bridge.
Iconic landmark in Venice, usually pretty crowded which is given considering how beautiful bridge is or how stunning views of Grand Canal you can get! Bridge itself is packed with loads of souvenir shops and other goodies. You can grab plenty of sweet or savoury snacks on both sides of Canal as well as plenty of drinks.
Beautiful bridge with small shops on it. Fantastic construction, looks like something modern but it has almost 2 hundred years. Many restaurants are around,pizza and ice creams are great, it is just a very cozy place.

This bridge is quite Interesting as it has a glass floor .. not very clear when walking on .. can be easy to misplace your feet and trip so take care .. looks amazing when going underneath by boat as you can see all the people walking across the glass steps

A nice bridge to look at from the outside, but if you were walking through it from the inside it may not have been a pleasant story. It seems this may have been the final views a prisoner may have been able to see

Amazing piece of architecture and history. Visit this place if you are in Venice. Quite well preserved and perfect place for snaps. It's almost always bustling, Sunrise and Sunset views should be damn beautiful from this place. There are a lot of restuarents around this bridge and easily accessible by metro.
Only got to experience Venice at night, I recommend going at the start of summer or start of autumn if you are not ready for the intense humidity and heat. Other than that the city was beautiful and buzzing all night. Will definitely be coming back to explore during the day!!

A famous landmark in Florence. A must visit! Many souvenir shops as well as trinkets, venetian masks and lots of jewellery, watch and accessories shops. There’s even a Rolex and a Patek Philippe there. By jewellery, I mean a lot of gold items there, and some jewels.

There are a lot of jewelry and watch shops on the bridge. Believe it used to be a bazaar in the old times. To me, this place isn’t worth a visit on its own unless you’re heading to the museum/gallery nearby; nothing really stands out here.
There are also a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby to enjoy the river view, although the river isn’t impressive as I’ve imagined.

Perfect spot overlooking the Ponte Vechio
A must see if you are in venice, though you cannot miss it! It's in the heart of the city. Very easy walk to get to regardless of where you are staying. The morning was the best time as the tourists were very minimal and we also were there in March and it was just lovely.

Very iconic place in Venice. This place is packed with tourists and vendors. If you don't want a crowded time,cone here as early as 7 am,you'll see sone people as well taking advantage to get a beautiful shot. I've seen couples in wedding attire,and some are taking fashion shots as well.
A place which is rich in history. This was the bridge where prisoners used to walk before being shown into their cells. There are 2 sides to bridge and a peek through the window gives an amazing view. This bridge can be accessed through the doge's palace.

I’m always in love for sunsets and this place has a incredible beautiful one. Is super crowded but worth to go. I really recommend to go before the little stores close, I arrived there and they were already closed so I could not experience there.

The architecture of the bridge. It's beautiful from the outside, but while walking through it on the tour. You could really appreciate why they call it the bridge of sighs.
The view here is truly lovely, adorned with numerous boats and charming scenery. It feels a bit too busy for me, however that is Venice... I'd also recommend going in some small streets next to the bridge because not all but many small streets are so nice and there is just no one.. I mean like maybe 1 person in the whole block

Another impressive architectural wonder in the Italian city that gave birth to the Renaissance era. Amazing that it was spared from destruction in World War II. Reminds me of the Pulteney Bridge in Bath, England. A beautiful afternoon along the River Arno
Busy but manageable. There are a few secret alleys you can get great vantage points for photos. Good to see it in both afternoon and morning sun and arguably even better by night. Avoid the restaurants directly near it as tourist traps.
A very nice bridge. Always besieged. During this year's visit to Venice, a policeman chased us off the bridge overlooking the Bridge of Sighs, probably for security reasons. It is an interesting perspective when you can walk across the bridge when visiting the Doge's Palace. For convicts, unfortunately this walk was the last one.
Great attraction in Venice. Must seen point. Excellent pictures with the bridge and from the bridge. Of course, a lot of people, but everybody is waiting for his turn to take a picture. Also it looks wonderful from boats and gondolas. You can't miss it.

Great place to stop and enjoy the river by night. Their are some places to get some gelato and food nearby. Bring your camera as it’s very beautiful.
Definitely a must-do in Venice. It is less busy before 10:00 am and after dark. Otherwise, very crowded. Taking a gondola ride underneath the bridge is also a good option. On the bridge itself are fancy stores, but it is used almost exclusively for crossing the grand canal and taking great pictures.
You can walk across the Bridge of sighs when you buy a ticket to visit the Doge's palace. June '23 entrance fee was 30 € but also gave you free entry to a couple of other places we didn't have time to see. Amazing place.
The say it is named Bridge of Sighs due to the fact that this is the bridge that connects from the palace to the prison cells. Once the condemned prisoners was sentenced and will be brought to their cell, they will pass through this bridge, pause in the middle and looked through the windows from the bridge. The only thing the prisoner could do is to sigh, knowing that this will be almost the last time they will see the beauty of the city of Venice and onced caged, they are doomed.

The main bridge used to get to the taxis and bus stop - so why is it steps? Plus slippery when wet so not at all pedestrian friendly. $5 million Euros could have been better spent, it's like they hate tourists.
Venice is so beautiful and amazing. The old architecture, workmanship etc…. Imagine those ppl working building this place. It just blowed our minds. Make time to go overseas! Opens your eyes and you see how good we have it here

Apparently there is a seagull couple coming here everyday, happy to take pictures with tourists. Definitely come here and say hi. They're super friendly. Just don't get too close.

The most beautifull bridge in Venice even if not so popular, and one of only four on the Canale Grande (Ponte di Constitutione, Rialto and Academia)
Just Amazing. Awesome view can be seen from here. There are lot of tourists so be careful that while taking photos, you do not drop your phone in the water. All main venice water traffic can be seen here. It is a must visit place if you are going to Venice as it’s one of the only places where you can get across.

It’s a great place to take a photo from Ponte vecchio and it’s on Arno river and connect two parts, from there to Piazzale Michelangelo it takes 15 min by walking, it’s nice and in different seasons has different look, it’s beautiful

This bridge offers you a postcard perfect view of the river Tiber with the dome of Saint Peter’s Basilica in the background. Perfect time of the day to come here is either sunrise or sunset.
Had great fun exploring the bridge and the canal itself. A lot of birds and bypassers, so, viewing it from a different angle made more sense to me.
Amazing parts of Florence! Florence is beautiful by definition but the river and multiple bridges make the experience in Florence is better. This is the heart of Tuscany and many tourists flock here. Sometimes it’s extremely busy and it’s no way to find parking if you drive here or you have to park far away. The river is an plays its amazing part too so it divides the city. Sometimes it’s so busy it’s even hard to walk. You definitely have to visit this part of Florence.
Gorgeous views! It can get pretty busy around the shops during the day but that shouldn’t phase you, more than worth it for the picturesque lakeside scenery
A small bridge or point from where you get good view of the majestic grand Canal, lagoons in front, narrow canal in the back and Saint Mark Square, Dodge palace on the other side. Lot of people throng this place to take pics from all side.
Very lovely bridge. Nice location for photos as it overlooks the Grand Canal, this also means that it is super busy. Some of the shops on the bridge have amazing displays. The cafes nearby are pricey, worth walking a bit further away from the canal for cheaper prices.

This is a great bridge in the sense that it offers great views all around, and good access to Piazzale Michelangelo plus the eastern side of Florence. In the morning this will get busy with work traffic. Expect lots of joggers and bike riders as well. It offers a great perspective for shooting Ponte Vecchio
It is a bridge, but a very nice bridge. It is very close to my hotel and I walk to Vatican City crossing the bridge. A good place to take many pictures and have a slow walk along the river after dinner.

The beautiful Ponte dei Tre Archi is located in the middle of the Cannaregio Canal near the church of San Giobbe, its characteristic three arches, two smaller and a larger central one were built to bridge the wide canal. There was a wooden bridge in the same place, today's bridge was built of brick and stone in 1503. Today it is the only such bridge in Venice, at the time of its construction, there were other bridges with three arches, such as the Ponte di San Lorenzo in Castello, which can be seen in Gentile Bellini's painting "Il miracolo della Croce a San Lorenzo" which is today finds exhibited in the gallery of the Academy. The original bridge was without a protective fence, like most other Venetian bridges, so it looked much more elegant. The bridge was thoroughly renovated by the architect Andrea Tirali in 1688 and gave it its present appearance.
