I absolutely love this service. When you take the insurance company out of it and it's just the provider and the patient, quality of care and customer service goes way up! Forward is extremely responsive whenever I send them a message, they get back to me right away. Their facilities are modern and spacious, as opposed to walk in clinics and most traditional insurance based doctors offices. Doctors here have great bedside manner, and aren't in a rush so they take the time to explain everything thoroughly and concisely. I only wish they made house calls!

Stay far away. When you first go they send you to get blood work. I got this blood work 9 months ago and I am still getting billed for it.

This is the responsibility of Forward to pay.

Quest (where I got blood) has told me that Forward declined the bill and Forward claimed Quest messed up.

They keep saying they will deal with it but I have now received a notice of delinquent account that will affect my credit.

Stay far away or there is a chance you will fall into this to.

We took our 5yr old son here because he was having trouble breathing and was very pleased with the service here and everyone on staff. Very helpful, caring, detailed and made us feel comfortable. We will be coming here when needed.

The truth is that this has been the worst experience here since I have been waiting for more than 4 hours and they only asked me what was the reason for my visit and my information and that the first nurse who saw me made me wait for someone else since she did not she listened and relatively she did not listen to anyone since she made everyone she called go through with someone else since she did not listen to them

I found this place because I had to get new insurance. I didn’t have a primary Dr and needed my bp meds filled. They gave a full exam and I got my medicine. Awesome staff! Thanks !

Great experience dealing with this facility. I didn't have to wait long to start my therapy. I was seen by the doctor within 5-10 minutes of my appointment.

I've been a member of Forward for around two years. If you asked me about my impression in the beginning, I would have given them 5 stars. It was excellent. Baseline appointment was easy to book, my doctor had an incredible bedside manner, and I really enjoyed going there overall.

This year, I don't know what is going on with them, but they make it next to impossible to even get an appointment with any doctor. If you have an issue you would like to talk to a doctor about in person, the app makes you jump through a ton of crazy hurdles which appear to be designed to avoid setting an appointment (while still taking your money). When I report symptoms I have to go through a lengthy pre-screen with the chat first. It usually boils down to: wait it out if it's not urgent, otherwise go to an ER. But just seeing one of their doctors is practically never an option - and it's like you really have to prove that what you're experiencing is a valid concern, but not a life-threatening emergency, and then they might consider sending you a scheduling card for an appointment - which the next available one might be a month or two out! I had been struggling with this leg pain which turned out to be sciatica, but it took me almost a month to find out, and by that point I was already on the mend. Why am I paying $150 a month for absolutely nothing? To have a chat assistant brush me off and tell me I can't see a doctor, or should go to the ER? I feel like for what we pay, they should be prioritizing direct patient care, but from what I can tell from both my own experiences is that they are prioritizing getting new members in the door to make more money. It's a shame, because I really liked the doctors I've actually been able to see there, when that was even possible.

Lakeshore primary is very comfortable, professional and caring doctor’s office. I am very comfortable and happy they are my doctors! Dr. D’Angelo is a great doctor, very caring, a good listener, and very helpful with any issues I may have.

I’ve been going to LSPCA since I was a baby and do not see myself changing care providers! The staff is always welcoming, understanding, and helpful! I’ve never had a problem with making appointments or had any difficulty with any of the doctors, nurses, or providers I’ve ever seen at this office!

Forward is an exceptional service for a busy professional. They are there for me night and day and work with me to get through the intricacies of insurance and Flexible Spending Account rules. There facilities are top notch. I always feel welcome and I never have to wait mor ethan a few minutes.

Excellent primary care providers! The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. Doctors and PAs are very knowledgeable, they listen well, and provide great health tips and care. I impressed with orderly office procedures and the overall commitment to a high level of professional health care.

The girl who took my vitals and check me into the room. I think her name was Marie. She was wonderful. I saw Jenelle for the first time a few weeks ago. Now she is my go to when I need appointments.

Took my husband in today and we were in and out in 35 minutes! Phil (Dr. Suh) came in and was so friendly and approachable! He explained what was going on with my husband in a way that was understandable. He made us feel at ease, while providing care. This is my go to place for Urgent Care needs! I arrived at 8:10AM. My W/C appointment was at 8:30AM, I was not called until 9:45. Techs are very friendly. Seems like Doctors need to be more efficient and respect people's time. This is a very common result in Medical community since COVID glorified MDs and some staff positions.

I highly recommend Lakeshore Primary Care. The staff are kind and caring. They try their best to accommodate your every need. Melissa takes the time to truly listen to any concerns you have. I enjoy working with her. The facility is super clean and pleasantly decorated. I feel my concerns are heard and handled in a quick and professional manner.

Dr Sarah Cook is absolutely amazing. My daughter has had some extensive healthcare issues at a very early age and she has always been extremely attentive to all of her medical needs both physical and emotional. She goes above and beyond at every visit and always addresses all of our questions and concerns. The staff has also always been very kind and helpful whenever we’ve needed any assistance. My daughter has come such a long way over the years and so much of that is due to the fantastic care she has received at Lakeshore Primary Care. We can’t thank Dr. Cook enough for all that she’s done and continues to do!!!

My doctor scheduled me for a specialist. After waiting two months the doctors office said they accidentally scheduled me for the wrong specialist and would have my doctor reschedule a referral to the right specialist. After waiting a whole month to hear back from my doctor, I called to see what was going on and the receptionist said they have no idea what I’m talking about. Then they said there was no order for a referral to my specialist and said I will need to see a new doctor that replaced my old one with another month wait. This is the most unorganized healthcare facility and residency program anybody can go to for healthcare. I will not be coming back after being with them for three years.

Very pleased with my entire visit today. Friendly staff..Melissa is very professional and takes her time to listen to what you say and to do a thorough exam. You never feel rushed and that is becoming very rare in a time when you feel like you are on an assembly line at some Doctors office.

They're not even real doctors just young kids dressing up playing make believe.

This facility deserves a high 5 star rankings. I was treated very promptly as soon as arrived. Diagnostic quickly by the doctor and treatment was done by nurses asap. I am amazed how professional this location was. Great job! You are a very qualify medical facility in Lakewood.

I got sick and was able to schedule a visit for the next morning. The appointment began on time and the Doctor was very knowledgeable. The back office followed up with me a few days later to see how I was feeling. Overall a very positive experience.

My experience here was the front desk the lady is so rude. when I ask to get the FMLA form they told me $35:00 when I went back and giving them form they changed $40:00.
Dr. Cortez is an awesome Dr. She listens to her parents. She care about her parents and she help to the parents.
I went for my shoulder therapy,
and the therapist staff are real caring and real good.

The staff are courteous and friendly. The doctor is pleasant and professional he explained everything clearly. Overall the clinic is efficient and a positive experience, I was in and out in a very short time and I appreciate that greatly.

I'm still waiting to get an appointment after signing up 2 months ago. Had a morning of cancellation. They tried giving me a last minute appointment but i wouldn't make it in time. The next appointment they offered was a month away 😳 so far it isn't worth the hassle and extra cost. They operate just like a regular doctor's office with limited availability. Had i seen this review before signing up, i would have thought twice. Don't waste your money. Stick with your regular insurance.

We love Urgent Care Pros. With a four-year-old, we've (unfortunately) had to visit probably 7+ times in the last year, but every time, they get us in and out SO fast and everyone is so friendly, professional and respectful. This last visit, they gave our sick son a stuffed monkey and it really brightened his day. Grateful to have this option nearby when it's so hard to find a good doctor or to get an appointment. Thank you to the whole team there, you guys are the best.

The front desk lady named Audrey was very helpful and knowledgeable she made my visit a great experience she had me in to see the Dr fast when every other clinic had long waiting times. Honestly I will be coming back. I highly recommend this place. The nurse Marthita is not very apathetic but at least she got the job done. The Dr made me feel very comfortable and that’s what all Dr should make us feel.

I came here from out of town from Washington state and as seen right away! I went to the ER at 5am and was there until almost 8am and they didn’t even look at my issue, husband and I had to remind them and they still didn’t see me. So I left. I came to this urgent care and was Given the best service from everyone. I was in and out in about 20-35 mins. I even got my prescription in the same parking lot quick. I saw a
Review about being black and I’m telling you they didn’t act like that towards me. I don’t even get this type of service and respect back home. I was so impressed. Thank you guys for being amazing

Dr. Yochum is my primary care physician. When he left DuQuoin, I followed him to Carbondale. A very kind and caring doctor and never in a rush. I have seen various student doctors in the facility when I need a doctor right away. Most are good but some not so good. Knowledgeable but lacking in personality! However, the best I've had is Dr Zubin Wala. He's very knowledgeable, very caring and concerned in my well being. He takes his time to answer any questions I might have. SIU Family Medicine is very fortunate to have this doctor on their staff.

I am a very patient person and I understand that a lot of decisions are left up in other peoples hands, but the LACK of care and UNPROFESSIONALISM at this ED feels CRIMINAL. There is a patient has been in the ED from Friday 1pm until Sunday afternoon. That is THREE day teams and TWO night teams that have passed. The patient has not been moved from the ED or assigned a bed in the main hospital. I have been on hold trying to contact someone from PPOC, NYP patient movement team for half an hour and not one person has picked up the phone. This patient is approaching 90years old, elderly. Keeping an ELDERLY patient in the ED for 30+ hours is UNSAFE for patient safety.

I spoke with the hospital administrator who basically DISMISSED my concern and told me she would pass it on to the same unit that I have been trying to contact and is CLOSED until Monday morning.

IF the problem is you have no beds, TRANSFER patients who are waiting on beds to hospital that does have beds.

NEW YORK PRESBYTERIAN SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF AND THE WAY IT TREATS PATIENTS!

I tried very hard for months to get refills of my basic meds that I've taken for years to no avail. I'm done. If you are looking for experienced medical staff to address your concerns promptly and effectively this isn't it. You will mostly get an answering service taking messages. And the staff servicing your appt will likely be someone new to the field of medicine. I don't have time to attend 25 appts just to get the meds I've been taking for years let alone my current concerns so I will be going elsewhere.

Would never return. Doctor Morrissey needs to learn bedside manner and control his temper. He told me if I wanted to leave after waiting almost 4 hrs I should. I did. When asked for a Zane’s to relax me. The nurse did nothing. I give the hospital a 1. And had better results with Robert wood Johnson in nj. Do not go across the river to my. I have old many people not to use columbia

The chat communication on the app may have improved, but needs more time to be sure. One thing I'm looking for is they can handle more than one message at a time. After all, patients do get more than one concern at a time. I used to have to choose my battles with when using the chat, because if I sent two, one would get lost. So the next few times I have multiple messages, we'll see what happens.

Very nice hospital - university campus! New York Presbyterian hospital and Columbia University Irving Medical Center are located in the same area which spans multiple buildings. A bit away from the city center but close enough to commute easily by trains A, C and 1.

Dr. Kane spent a great deal of time with me for my annual physical and I had plenty of time to discuss all my questions with him. He was very informative and responsive. I always feel that I am getting excellent care and I really appreciate it.

This place has the worst service ever they have not assigned me to a doctor since the pandemic they practitioners and low grade doctors that only call to evaluate you .I have had more than 12 different doctors call me none aware of my condition they just prescribe meds.
I have had a doctor prescribe two anti psychotic meds without any assessment of my condition,one med ii have a bad reaction to
I inform her of it couple weeks later she is recommending I go back on the same meds

They also have physicians that the turn over as often as every 6 months to a yet. I have serious medical problems the last doctor recommended I see a specialist for he left the new doctor that took over from him didn’t even look at his case load

This goes out to the VC3 clinic. I can't believe after 6 years they're still doing this. When you call to make changes to your appointment, nobody ever picks up, it's as if staff is non existent. I've been calling every single day for 9 days straight to schedule an appointment and not a soul. When I did come here before, if you have an am appointment, might as well out of work for the entire day because you're not getting out until close to closing hours there. Its embarrassing that a hospital of this caliber has an abysmal clinic. If you have any orthopedic needs, please save the frustration and time and go somewhere else. Even staff here says it's a joke because when they try to call internally it's as no one working there

Terrible Terrible patient services. If u have an issue there is nobody to talk to. They are arrogant condescending and cruel with zero flexibility on any of their self made,self serving so called policies. probably the only time their attitude might change is when one of these so called decision makers will themselves be terminally ill and in constant pain,maybe then something will change. I have a feeling this will happen sooner rather than later because there is a G-D running this world and he sees all this needless suffering they are causing patients and their families

I recently switched my medical care to SIUC Family Medicine in Carbondale. I was a little wary because of some of the reviews here. It has been a totally positive experience for me so far. I have met with 3 of their providers with different specialties and was treated with respect and compassion each time. They listened, took time with me and exhibited a thorough knowledge of the whole person. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Seriously they're usually a decent company and I usually don't have any complaints from them besides my weight loss Dr needing to reschedule a lot. Today is December 27th right after Christmas weekend so they probably wanted to give their staff an actual working day off. It would have been nice to have a notice that wasn't posted to a door. There's no mention of it on their website, on the two phone numbers, and the first number I called didn't even mention or know that they were closed when I asked. Google also shows that they're open. Plus I've been taking the same meds for a year now, but they get really deny friendly if the pharmacy asks for refills and I'm in-between appointments

Dr. Scott segal is an amazing Phyciatrist he is one of a kind and always answers the phone and gets things done even when my insurance make life hard he gets to the bottom line very hands on and I live in Texas and we do tele-Psychiatry

Love my doctor - but the rest of the staff make almost every interaction difficult. They are often rude, uncommunicative, and like as not, a visit will be followed with a billing error. My recommendation would be a 5 staff if the question was about my doctor only, and a 1 star if asked about the staff only. The reason I put 2 stars instead of 3 is that even for a great doctor, you can only put up with so much.

I think the mental department (9th floor) is worst then a jail!! People over there have no rights... just visited someone there, it's hard to imagine that in the USA it's should be allowed. I think if it gets to court this department will close off. It's abusive and not allowed in USA

Most horrible psychiatry office I’ve ever been to. Receptionist come to work in slides and doctors talk about other patients to other doctors while everyone in the hallway can hear them. They cancel appointments without letting you know.

A woman by the name of Dr. Ram is a phenomenal person. However, to get through her you have to deal with the call center and receptionist whose skills aren’t up to par. It ruins the experience of your visiting Dr. Ram.

Waited about an hour for my first appointment, and it only got worse for the second: nearly 90 minutes just to be seen for a "pre-screening" before being sent back out to the waiting room. I'll find another practice.
