Are you kidding!!! Every time I go into the store, the bakery goods i buy are stale.....three time already. But I keep giving them a chance based on my experience with store locations. Today I bought bagels that were so hard I could not even cut it. Late time I bought a beautiful slice of cake......stale. Today I also bought some lox to go with my bagels......slimy fish!!! i am tired of giving them my money!
Went here for the first time yesterday. Kinda reminds of a Whole Foods and spouts combo. It was super cute and we found everything we were looking for, plus more! So happy to have found this store.
It's very nice here, excellent quality food. Just everything super expensive here.
The store itself is great. I just don’t like how I was treated in the store today. One of the workers (blond hair, young lady, probably in her 20s, always wear her hair in a ponytail, wears glasses) was rude at check out. My mother was in the store with me and she was trying to make conversation with the worker while I paid for the items. The young lady had something smart to say for every single thing. It made me feel uncomfortable. The crazy part is that I was in there yesterday and spent more than I did today and she was nice. We only went in there for snacks today and she looks in the cart and say, “is that all you’re getting?” “Will you be coming back in tomorrow to shop for more”. The tone and delivery gave very much rude. Why do it matter how much I spend? You should treat every customer the same. Maybe she was just having a bad day but why take it out on others. I watched her interaction with other customers but she didn’t give them the same attitude she gave me. I wish I had gotten her name but I was over it.
A solid grocery store with a range of healthy options. I especially like the prepared meal kits you can buy which serve 4 and are super easy to complete. Overall one of my go-to places for quality food, reasonably priced for what it is which is not a low end big chain grocery store.
Miles were not numbered so it was hard to find things but the staff was helpful. The bathroom was a tad bit trifling and they can do better but I believe in them.
I usually rave about my noteworthy customer service experience at Fresh Market. Today was different because I brought in my therapy dog. All I really wanted was some water for my puppy. It was humiliating when the manager asked me to leave with my dog. Fresh Market is a great place and friendly, but don’t bring Fido!
Slimey and moldy thyme. Purchased yesterday. AGAIN bamboozled by un-Fresh Market’s produce aisle.
This place is so delightful! It's much more than a grocery store, it's an experience! Sooo many options to choose from. Lots of cheeses, deli items, baked goods, salads and packaged dinner ideas! The meat department has seafood and any other meat you could desire!
This place is amazing! I went in for orange juice. Ended up wandering around for an hour just exploring all the cool, delicious options in every section.
After reading reviews I now understand it was not just me being ignored. I have been to the deli and have had employees look me dead in the face, don't say nothing and continue what there doing. got the seafood salad which really just imitation crab, it barely had celery or onion and it was dry like no dressing on it. for 10.99 I'm pretty sure you can do better then that. Chickens are always overcooked with no flavor at all. Originally the house made guacamole was reasonably priced its overpriced so I don't buy it anymore. the Tuesday meat deal was good till I got one that was good then the other one was bad as if someone laid it somewhere and then put it back in the cooler. its not that great a deal to go through that. When you have these many problems you will see you will lose business. I will no longer waste a trip for such service. I don't mind paying for a good product, not here.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience.My husband ordered a cake from them, and while the taste was good, we were shocked to find a hair in it! I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is a serious issue, especially when it comes to food.
On more than one occasion, my mom and I (either together or separately) have come to this fresh market and experienced some of the worst customer service from those who work in the deli section. You can, literally, walk up and make eye contact with those there and they won't even come to ask how you can be helped. You wait, because maybe they are finishing up a task, but then realize they aren't going to help. So we walk off and not even a few moments later (or even the others waiting) are helped! Seriously!!! This time we asked for a manager to express how bad the customer service in the deli was! Will anything change? Yes! We won't be going back there again, even if it's 5min from our 🏡. I'll happily drive 20-25 to the one down San Jose because I KNOW I'll receive great customer service there!
One of my favorite grocery stores! Lots of fresh organic options. I love that they stock locally source products. They are one of the only stores that have my favorite honey!
I'm a frequent shopper of this Fresh Market and had a small hiccup that got rectified immediately. The store manager Greg went above and beyond to show what true customer service is about. I was blown away. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to fix an issue that likely wasn't your stores fault. Not only that but when I walked in he was on a ladder cleaning the top of the deli cases and taking care of odd and end jobs. A true hands on manager with a genuine willingness to make his customers happy! There should be more people like you in this business.
Very clean and a very nice selection of almost everything you would need. However, the prices on 99% of the items were out of this world high! I was sticker shocked at the prices. I am from out of town so this could have had something to do with it, but holy cow!
Great store and staff are very friendly and helpful. Been going there now for about a year, don't live in the area so it's definitely worth the drive. However, I was in there today and noticed my toddler staring at the ceiling so I looked up and I couldn't believe the amount of dust covering the ceiling. It's so thick it almost looks like shag carpeting .The rest of the store is exceptionally clean so I guess I was a little more shocked than normal. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm sure most people don't realize how dirty the top shelves are in your everyday grocery store but, I was just like wow! It is so bad I considered putting my exposed veggies and produce back, but I take pride in not being a Karen, and I already wash my produce before eating anyway. But just wondering has anyone else looked up and noticed it.
Awful experience with this store and the manager Tanya, who has no clue what items are stocked in her own store and is too lazy to use her legs to walk through her own store or even ask a more competent employee to check. We checked the website and this store was listed as carrying chicken livers, organic and free-range, the only kind we can feed to our cat who's on a special medical diet for her health. Tanya was very short on the phone with us and insisted that her store doesn't carry any chicken livers of any kind, though the website says it does, manager Tanya says no livers at all. We called twice and both times Tanya was annoyed with us. We felt something was not right with the situation and drove down to her store and found Chicken Livers sitting in the frozen section, couldn't miss them. What kind of manager is Tanya? Lazy and rude or just too busy to get her facts straight for her own store.
And to make matters worse, not only did Tanya lie to us about not having any Livers, the website had lied to us too. These were not free-range organic chicken livers, these are still CAFO chicken, Confined Animal Feeding Operations, some of the worst treatment of animals and full of chemicals and disease. Great selection of pre-made foods. Everything looks and sounds amazing. You will pay for the experience, as most everything is overpriced and expensive. Wegmans is a great shopping experience and offers easy to cook premium prepared food for the inexperienced cooks and a wide selection for experienced chefs. The prices are on par with Whole Foods - $$$.
It was very crowded on Saturday morning. It's best to go early in the evening or late evening during the week.

I am in love in this store. All the products are great quality. The cheese- so many different flavors. The bakery- fresh warm bred and delicious muffins… Everything is so good!
I placed an order on door dash which included flowers, I called the floral dept and Leigh made sure to help pick out pretty ones and even took the time to write a note to go with the birthday flowers. Amazing customer service!

I stop by this store all the time and generally do not have any significant complaints, but something happened recently that really rubbed me the wrong way. I bought a bag of Safe & Fair Key Lime Granola that was on clearance for $4. I got home and then realized the product expired back in November of 2023. The product was clearanced out to move it because it is expired. Are grocery stores legally allowed to sell expired products? The product is probably safe since it's a dry good but I can't help but feel like I was intentionally deceived.
If you can’t find it here, there is no hope for you. This is a huge place. They have a bakery, cheese section, tons of fresh produce and a huge frozen section, huge meat and seafood section, alcohol shop, florist, pharmacy - and several places to pick up a cup of joe or grab a bite to eat. They offer grocery pick up and delivery, meals to go (sushi, pizza, subs, soups and salads from a huge bar, and pastries galore).
Great, large store. Has a huge variety of quality items. Wegmans store brand is also great quality. It's a very busy store and parking area, but have never had to wait for parking. This store tends to be a little overpriced compared to other stores, but there are a few things I only buy at Wegmans that I can't find comparably elsewhere. The inside of the store is sometimes very busy, but they do a pretty good job of keeping things in stock and having enough registers open. They are friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean, and stocked with a variety of foods in this store. The deli and the fresh seafood is my favorite spot in this store. The bakery has so many great options to choose from.

The fruits and vegetables are well maintained for the customers to pick from. And the decor is nice. I enjoy how the stores staff change the decorations for the holidays.

Tonight my friend went to Fresh Market to purchase some gluten free crackers for me. Unfortunately, both the brands he got were awful. Him and I went back to exchange them for something else. We got crackers and tortilla chips. When I got home we opened the bag and once I had my first bite of the chips, I noticed they were extremely stale. I looked at the bag and noticed they are expired!! By over a month!! We looked at each other in disgust. I would understand if these chips were a few days old or even a week but over a month?? That is unacceptable. Especially with how expensive this store can be. The associates at this establishment really need to go through the whole store at this point to make sure this doesn’t apply to anything else. Please do better “Fresh” Market!
I love shopping at Wegmans! Their produce is always nice and fresh-looking. I love trying their buffet on the weekends. Great food but I love their Turkey chilli! And they have great coffee! It's a great store to shop and eat in!
This is the second Wegmans I visited after the one in NY. It's well laid out and easy to navigate despite its size. Unlike many stores, most checkout counters were manned so paying for our purchase was quick and easy. The fresh produce they had was of superior quality. I intend to return often.
The bakery section of Wegmans Chestnut Hill is my little haven. Last time, the aroma of freshly baked sourdough was heavenly. A chat with the baker about the ingredients transported me into a world of hearty breads. It’s the homely essence amidst a vast grocery expanse.
Great selection, especially in produce. Lots of excellent private label items, much like Trader Joe’s. Quite a few are healthy. Far better than Stop & Shop and Star Market. The prices seem reasonable but I always end up spending at least $100 and I live by myself.
Great selection of products, produce is always fresh, meat/fish is excellent, prepared foods are great too. Workers are always friendly. Only downside is that the store can get very crowded.
There is cooler with pre wrapped chicken and on sale meats to "pick up and go" without having to wait in line to order meat selection. Easy access in and out for those who may require assistance or use a small walker/wheelchair.
Hadn't been here in years and stopped for the first time today & boy have they gone downhill! Firstly, I know that grocery prices have inflated greatly in the past couple years but the prices here are ASTRONOMICAL! $10 for a tiny salad? $8 for four muffins? I could just go to a restaurant for prices like these. A four pack of steaks was $85! Not fancy ones either! Produce was awful! I had to pluck several rotten grapes out of a bag I purchased. Customer service wasn't great either. Mei Lin at the self checkout was rather short & rude with me despite me telling her I am not familiar with the store or their systems. I will NOT be back. Whole Foods is a better option in my opinion & probably cheaper.
I think they can be very pricey on many things, so it's good to be selective. That means looking for sales. Very good for some gourmet items. Also the employees are nice and professional. Their mission of good customer service is a plus for me.
My wife and I have been frequenting this establishment for the past 6 months and we must confess it is quite a pleasant place to shop. They at one point had a exquisite display of exotic fruit which I did not dare to try.
A superb high end, gourmet grocery store! My family sent me to pick up some Priscilla chicken pot pies because apparently they are just delicious. When I went, there were only six left so I bought them. The freshest of meats, vegetables just a beautiful grocery store. If I lived here, I would be shopping here exclusively.
Wegmans is a great grocery store. It's a bit pricier than other local options but they have great selection, and also a great selection of store brand items, which the quality is very good. This Wegmans is smaller than other area Wegmans but the selection remains good, and the quality of the food is also great. Parking is a bit congested, but spots turn over relatively quickly. Also helpful there is a garage there.
FRESH MARKET is my new favorite store! I'm new to the area, never having been fortunate to have a Fresh Market near me previously. I am hard-pressed to choose which store department is my favorite, as there are so many awesome choices throughout the store. I'm finding foods I never even knew existed, and having many food allergies, it's fantastic having so many products available.
Clean store with fair variety of product. We love the bistro meals available at the prepared food counter — you get a protein and two sides for $8-10 (depending on your protein choice). Thursday nights are $5 sushi nights — when most standard rolls are on special. The trouble with this location is they don’t pre-make much variety — and when you arrive, it sometimes feels like an inconvenience to ask for other rolls to be created. The location at Strawberry Hill offers much greater and more consistent variety on these special nights. The team is always nice and the products are fresh…which is mostly what you want out of a grocery store.
PHENOMENAL!! Words & pictures cannot properly describe this experience… you really need to go here and see for yourself. It’s the largest Wegmans I’ve ever seen. Inside, the most impressive part to me were all the specialty “shops”… each one as if it was a store unto itself. Breads, pastries, deli, seafood, ready-to-eat. UNBELIEVABLE. Nice relaxing lounge area upstairs overlooking the store where you can eat, setup a laptop, drink coffee. As with all Wegmans their prices are higher than traditional grocery stores, but this is not a traditional grocery store and the quality for what you pay is well worth it IMO.

This is a great store. There's a wide selection of quality fruits and vegetables at prices that largely didn't change since pre pandemic. The bakery is popular and their house brand of a wide range of products is good at relatively low prices. Large packages of paper goods are better buys than even the "wholesale" clubs.
I love shopping at The Fresh Market! They have a great selection of fresh produce and meats, and their bakery is amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My most recent experience was 6/11/2023, I work right beside The Fresh Market so I decided to pop in for hot wings from the hot bar & got food poisoning 15 min after eating. I had to leave work early and was sick for the following 48 hours. I was and still very disappointed.

Second visit here in a month and we like their produce meats and fresh ground coffee selections!!! Stephanie our cashier was fast and friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Update: try the meal deals and deserts!!! The Chicken Salad was so fresh and they give free croissants with!!! Corrie in the deli suggests the deals for you!!!
I shop at The Fresh Market on East Blvd occasionally and I enjoy this store. The store has a European-style farmer’s market vibe, with fresh produce, flowers, bakery, deli, and seafood departments. The products are high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also offer online ordering and curbside pickup services, which are convenient and easy to use. I like their weekly features and little big meals, which offer great value and variety. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the store is on the pricey side compared to other grocery stores, and some of the items are not always available or in stock. The store can also get very busy and crowded during peak hours, and the parking lot is small and tight. Overall, I think The Fresh Market is a nice grocery store, but it could improve on some aspects to make it more affordable and accessible.
Wow. It is a big store. A bit on the pricey side. However, the variety is incredible. Great sushi, sandwiches, cooked meats, seafood, specialty meats and cheeses. Very large produce section with some organic (could be better). Pharmacy section is great. Plenty to choose from in pastas, chips, beverages, soy sauces, kitchen utensils, frozen assortment, dairy, specialty cheeses. Loved the bakery! A lot of fun too with samples available and a toy train which runs on a track above the dairy section in the back of the store (a highlight for me). I would love if they had a place to have a snack or lunch- whether initially upon arrival or to take a break. There is so much to take in that you will need to make sure to be fueled up. You can grab items like prepared sandwiches to eat but you will have to walk while eating. I didn't see any tables/seating like Central Market/Heb, Fresh Market or Whole Foods does.

The biggest change, and I hope this is not just bc of the days I randomly picked, they seem to have hired new employees who are more fitting to a high end store like the Fresh Market.
Now if the employees would feel happy to work here bc leadership loves them, as they should, that would be marvelous!! That feeling would get transported to the customers who in turn would feel welcomed and might even shop more!
The employees deserve all the praise they can get. Afterall, they are the face of this store and I am beyond thankful to them for working. Onward!

If I need to grab a quick healthy lunch or have a sweet craving, this is the place to go! They have an amazing bakery that makes the most delicious cookies and pastries. Their croissants are better than than most I’ve ever had. Shout out to Carrie all of the cashiers, who are awesome and do an amazing job!
Best grocery store I have visited other than Healthy Living in Vermont. It is very clean and has a very large variety of foods. The lighting is outstanding! Nice soft lighting rather than horrible fluorescent lighting which is bad for you. They do need to clean the bathrooms better as they do not match the cleanliness of the store.
Nice selection and really nice staff. Above all, TACOS. They got a guy here making tacos with pure passion. Will definitely be back.
It’s always a very clean and well stocked location. It’s easy to find fresh and organic foods here. It’s on the higher priced side for grocery, however the food quality is superb.
One of the best Bodega to Visit in NY. The owner is very kind and helpful. The ingredients they use are fresh and organic. A perfect stop for mid-day cravings and quick shopping.
Absolutely love this store. Great variety of food with lots of organic and vegan options. Fresh fruits and veggies. Great bakery with amazing bread (love the baguettes and Italian pane) and they even slice loaves of bread for you which I think is cool! Impressive cheese selection! Prices aren't too bad, I've found multiple items cheaper here compared to other grocery stores like giant.. they carry their own brand which I enjoy but they also carry the "basic" brands as well.. it's pretty big but easy to navigate.
For the first experience being in the Fresh market, I liked it very much. High quality products, a very well organized store and kind staffs. It is highly recommended.
The selection is good...bit pricey . There's some dips in the floors. There's a back section that is strewn abt with boxes. Also the staff there is very patronizing and too jokey. Every time I leave there I feel like they are either laughing or making fun of each customer. I'm going to stick with 7-11.

I love shopping here. All of the employees I have encountered are friendly and helpful. Hope went above and beyond helping me put together fantastic selections for a charcuterie board. It turned out incredible and my guests were really impressed. Hope made me look like a pro in charcuterie boards which in fact it was my first time making one. Thanks Hope!!!
Fresh Market is a really nice grocery store. They have prepackaged meals made by the store that you can cook in the microwave or oven. There is also sushi, pizza, and sandwiches. The bakery has great options for bread as well as sweets. The peach torte was fantastic. They do give a military discount, so if you got some extra grocery money, I suggest giving it a try.

Never a bad experience at Wegmans. Staff are friendly and the store is always clean. My wife and I appreciate all the food options and seating area if we were hungry before shopping. Store brand items taste great and are always our go-to to save some money and not concede on quality or taste.
NYC native, here …. This is the bodega of all bodegas. You name it, they got it and if they don’t have it, they will get it for you. The staff is beyond friendly, which is such a breath of fresh air for NYC bodegas. Make this your go to, I have.

Prices aren't as high as I expected, and they have really great deals on their member specials and sale items. Excellent selection of fresh produce and meats, and we watched their fresh sushi being made—I wish I'd taken a picture of that, bc it's Instagram-worthy. I can't explain how much fresher and better it looks than the vast majority of the sushi I've ever eaten (check my reviews, I eat sushi every chance I get lol). And speaking of sushi, they have sushi-grade tuna which is so hard to find! Super friendly and helpful employees too. I'll definitely be back!
P.S. I almost forgot! They have a ridiculous selection of mushrooms (fresh as well as dried), including lion's mane, oyster, King trumpet, maitake, etc.! I picked up a 'chef's blend' and sauteed them to have with our supper. They were DELICIOUS.

P.S. I almost forgot! They have a ridiculous selection of mushrooms (fresh as well as dried), including lion's mane, oyster, King trumpet, maitake, etc.! I picked up a 'chef's blend' and sauteed them to have with our supper. They were DELICIOUS.

My first visit I loved it, although I saw a couple of items I could find daily at another store for 1/3 of the price. For the most part it was very clean and I loved their Prepared food display like the salads and plates you can order.
The Fresh Market is always immaculate. The variety of products extensive. The meats and produce departments are always fresh and well stocked. You can always find what you need and more. The staff is always helpful. I love the fact that you can navigate the store easily. What more could a shopper ask for?
A lot of organic products at this store. It is a clean location and staff is always very attentive to the customer. Some of the products are overprice comparable to other markets around where you will find exactly same product a lot cheaper. Definitely I love their rotisserie chicken, gourmet Coleslaw salad, and seafood. I found out they do specials for the rotisserie chicken and some other products on Thursdays. And this specials are a big saving for your pocket.
Amazing grocery store compared to Foodlion and Bi-Lo. Produce section and Meat Department were organized and stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Kevin the Manager takes good care of this store and his employees because it shows!
Just discovered this store and I’m loving it. Similar to Whole Foods with more specialty items. Produce is always fresh and lovely. Bagged salads are very good. Bakery items are always fresh and flavorful. Never crowded, very chill and easy.

The Fresh Market exactly with their name. Very fresh, clean and beautiful. They have over 1,100 organic items, over 1,500 certified gluten- free foods, over 1,200 certified non- GMO foods... deluxe market in the midtown
Clean establishment, high quality food and fabulous service. As I was being checked out I ran into a problem and to my rescue, a young man named Jarett Scott...yes I asked for his name, I believe we should acknowledge those who put their heart into their work and that he did! This young man knows his job, he explained to me the source of the problem and corrected it. I was so impressed...I'm thinking it's time for a raise. I love this store even more now! I suggest if you have a problem, stop by Jarett's isle, trust me...he knows this place...well! Thank you Jarett!
I work across the street once a week and I never have to wonder where I am going to eat for lunch. The fresh market has a wide variety of options for on the go eating, including hot sandwhiches, fresh sushi (my personal go to), wings, salads, soups and more. Additionally they have fast check outs, special offers, and hot coffee. They also have friendly service and great deals at times. Love coming here.
Really nice store in Chestnut Hill. Wide variety of fresh produce and products. Their biggest competition is Whole Foods and prices are comparable in many things. However, since there isn't a Whole Foods in Chestnut Hill, this is an excellent alternative. We purchased the sashimi grade tuna for $4.99 per on special and it was excellent. Also tried a bottle of "karine & jeff" mushroom soup that I haven't seen anyplace else that was also quite good (see photos for label info). If you're in the area our want to try somethings you won't find at Whole Foods, then give the place a try. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I've had to alter my recommendation. After being harassed by management approved kids aggressively selling energy services, I haven't returned to this store in over 6 months. They lost a good customer. Some of my photos even have over 200,000 views, too!
