Mercantile Dining & Provisions at Denver’s Historic Union Station is a bustling spot! The atmosphere is electric and befitting of a restaurant in such an iconic location. But let’s talk about the food—those shishito peppers were a revelation! They were easily the best I’ve ever had.

First impression: when we arrived on time for our reservation, they said they could not seat us because the previous table was still eating their desserts. I never had this happen at any of the other fine dining establishments I’ve been to. We were delayed by about 10-15 mins. We decided to skip the tasting menu after reading through reviews. Service was about 4.5/5.
I ordered the hot tea. It was pretty good. Warns you up. We ordered 3 appetizers, 2 entrees, and one dessert.
-Fried maitake slider 5/5 - after the first bite I was impressed and quickly devoured it. All of the flavor and ingredients came together nicely.
-Veal sweetbread scallopini 3/5 - so the meat was tender to cut and it was good. The problem was it was overly salted. It kind of reminds me of the Jewel Osco brand sausage (overabundance of salt that you need to drink water after each bite).
-Sweet potato agnolotti 5/5 - highly recommended. No complaints.
-Slow cooked duck presse 1/5 - I love duck but this was the only one I could not finish. This was a total miss. Taste wise, is similar to a pate and could be eaten with crackers or bread. By itself, it’s like putting a spoonful of salt in your mouth. This dish should definitely have a piece of bread to go along with it.
-Sauteed Barramundi 4.5/5 - sea bass was very flaky. The sauce pairs well with the fish and smoked trout roe.
-Lemon meringue pie 5/5 - I love the dessert. Wasn’t too tart.
Overall, it’s about a 3.5/5 for me. They need to cut down on the salt and improve on getting guests seated at their correct reservation times.

Went here to celebrate a birthday, we got the five courses and personally were unimpressed. For the price point I was hoping we would get some say in what we were served but they just kept bringing us food we did not really like. Just a personal option, I’m sure some people may have enjoyed it but nothing left us full or satisfied unfortunately. We were hoping at least the final course would be something filling and delicious but they brought out a piece of rabbit and I don’t eat rabbit so that left me really disappointed. They were bringing out plates of delicious looking steak next to us so I’d say that’s probably the way to go for half the price!
This restaurant is an absolute gem. The contemporary yet warm design creates the perfect ambiance. The seasonal menu is a culinary delight, offering wood-grilled meats, fresh seafood, wood-fired copper oven pizzas, and an extensive selection of wines, spirits, local craft beers, and artisanal cocktails. The service was outstanding; the chef even greeted us personally and sent us a delightful tasting. We had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be returning in December 2023. Highly recommended
This is my favorite fine dining restaurant in Manhattan. The food is amazing, as is the wine and service. They make you feel like family.

Pump House is where food, service, and location come together ❤️ With an awesome patio lined with tall trees and the creek nearby, their 'backyard' feels like home. Definitely worth the trip and don't forget your camera! Great time, glad we got there before the morning rush.
What happened to the old Benchmark? I recommended this place for dinner with out of town family and was embarrassed when all aspects of this once great neighborhood gem were gone. We went on a rainy Saturday night, and the restaurant was not very full. The house made liquors like “vodka”, “bourbon”, and “tequila” were nothing like the real thing, and in each of these drinks the levels of alcohol were wildly different. The mojito was undrinkable. It just tasted like mint and “alcohol”. We laughed it off as an experiment, got a bottle of wine, and left our cocktails unfinished. They had run out of branzino so were substituting cod, but kept the branzino price which always gets an eyebrow raise from me. The vegetarian entree, which has been quite good in the past, was not. The veggies were bland and under seasoned, the sauce didn’t pair well with it, and there were uncooked seeds left in the squash. The blacken pork tenderloin was good, but I used to rave about the food at Benchmark, and it’s just not there anymore. The services was also surprisingly off. Once we ordered drinks, we waited a very long time to get our cocktails, then another long wait for the bottle of wine, and our water glasses went unfilled for long stretches. The dining room was never full even when a few more tables were sat. It took 2.5 hours for six of us to dine there, and we all only had 1 entree course. No starters or dessert. We were so underwhelmed by the experience we went somewhere else for dessert. On our way out we passed our server and another employee who were talking to each other right next to the exit and didn’t acknowledge us with a bye or goodnight or anything. I loved this place but now I’m taking it off my list.
This place is fantastic! It is so charming and beautiful! My husband and I loved it so much we went for brunch 2 days in row! Everything we ordered was delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and kind! We ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict, and it did not disappoint!
Very beautiful space with enchanting gas lanterns. Had a date night here. It wasn't crowded at all, which gave us a nice quiet atmosphere for talking. The service was good. The food was fair. We both agreed that we don't feel the need to return, but that we had a good evening. Also, depending on what you pick, it could be rather pricey. I would normally pick a chicken dish, but it seemed very overpriced, so my French dip sandwich is featured here.
A really great high end restaurant. Oh and the deviled eggs - please try the deviled eggs. Super tasty. All around a great classy meal.
I originally first came here during COVID and had to take out breakfast. Didn’t matter because the breakfast burrito plate they had was so damn good that when we revisited this week, we had to come here again.
This time we had the eggs Benedict and the chorizo omelette. Both we’re excellent, and my fiancé told me the iced vanilla latte was real tasty and not too sweet. However between you and me…I wish I would have gotten the burrito again. Maybe I’ll go tomorrow…

The ambiance was a 5. I loved the interior and decor, and was perfect for a night out, but I really did not like my main. The calamari and deviled eggs were excellent starters with nice spice and texture, however the crab/uni fettuccine was the opposite of what I was expecting.
The biggest let down was that the server did not describe the dishes well. When asked about items on the menu, she seemed to recommend items solely based on personal preference, but without any elaboration of ingredients or why she recommended it. When I was looking for a heartier pasta and going between the bolognese and uni fettuccine, she really pushed the fettuccine. I immediately thought it would be creamy, however it was tomato based and cancelled out any flavor of crab or uni. I also personally think that uni doesn’t necessarily go well with the acidic tomatoes, and if I knew it was going to be that, which was not mentioned on the menu, I definitely wouldn’t have considered it. All I tasted was tomato. Our server knew I was not satisfied, but did not mind. The other mains my friends ordered were good.

Had such a great time here. My server Davey (I think that was his name) was soooooo nice. He didn't care that we asked questions about almost every dish. We bonded over our hatred of new wave music. He overheard me talking trash about Stereolab and joined right in. Definitely going back just for him. Oh and the food was pretty great too
One of the world top bar (rank 49 - 2023), we make a reservation though Resy for dinner. The dishes size is large for 2 girls, we had 4 drinks and 1 appetizer, 1 entree.
Overall, the food is good, it definitely better than a lots of restaurants. Highly recommend the bone marrow pastry shell. It was very impressive. Also have the burger with truffle fries, we choice medium rare for beef but I believe it was medium. However, it still taste good.
The only downside for me is the noise level really high, nice to hang out with small group friends.

Food was really REALLY good!!!!! But unfortunately that was the only thing good! Way too expensive!!! meals apparently don't come with fries! Save your money go somewhere else! When me and my family went our chair was busted with DUCK TAPE over it it was very itchy and uncomfortable! The service was lacking communication, granted they were busy, but they still could have handled this a lot better then they did. Overall I wish the service was as good as the food here, these cooks need a damn good raise!
My friend brought me here for Sunday brunch. We had to wait for one hour before we were seated. We couldn't ask for a more perfect day. The food was great, and the service was slow but the staff was very nice. Great ambiance.

Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. Alan is an inviting host whom I remember well. Love the cauliflower appetizer. The blue cheese complimented the steak well. I also enjoyed the roasted eggplant in the ratatouille!
Went for breakfast and we had a 30 min wait which was fine. The overall service was great, good drink suggestions from waiter. The food came out quickly and was amazing. Here is the BUT…. I shared a plate with my partner and we were charged an extra $3 for a plate! The waiter did nothing just brought us a plate and $3! He didn’t tell us and would have just ordered something else for my $3 except for an empty plate. Moral of the breakfast-ask about charges for splitting dishes.
Absolutely amazing experience and food. Staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We did the kitchen’s choice tasting and it was some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. Can’t recommend this place enough!
Best kept secret in nyc! Highly recommend this cute little restaurant! We’ve been here 3x and enjoyed every single experience. Impeccable service, romantic ambiance, delicious food and reasonably priced. We’ve been to over 45 Michelin star restaurants worldwide and still keep coming back to Wicked Jane!
Without hesitation one of the most satisfying experiences I’ve ever had- coming from a world traveler’s palate! The first experience I had here was excellent, but it was the times following that sold me to becoming a regular. The consistently delightful food, the indulgent new specials, the variety of the menu- the fact that somehow some of the vegetarian dishes seem to even outshine classics- I cannot recommend slate enough. I look forward to many more meals at this establishment and I root for their success, thank you slate for providing the community such delicious food and welcoming hospitality.

Just had a truly wonderful meal here, catching up with an old friend. Everything about the evening was brilliant. The peach burrata and the eggplant starters were full of flavor and the eggplant perfectly cooked. I loved the branzino and the crab fettuccini as well. The staff were extremely attentive and kind and we waited just the right amount for each course. I recommend this place highly to anyone who fancies an intimate evening with delicious food and drink.
Food was delightful, drinks were great as well. Enjoyed sitting on back garden patio area. Even the bathroom was decorated so cute and smelt amazing and clean. The entire restaurant was so cute.

Near from the terrace where it's possibile to admire Hollywood sign. Placed on the first floor of the shopping center along the walk of fame. The restaurant is very very busy, because of its fast and nice service.

Brunch in the garden was perfect particularly with the Prosecco. Duck salad and cheesecake were done so well, I’d go back just for those 2 dishes.
This is a steak and burger place! Really interesting options for steak and they have a really good burger. The Brussels sprouts are amazing also! It’s in a great location and they even have trivia sometimes.
They have speakers placed in interesting locations, pointed directly at 1 or 2 tables and don’t always play the softest music so sometimes you will have piercing music playing at you depending on which table you choose.

I highly highly recommend the lemonade. I think it’s the best I’ve ever had!!
They used to have the best brownies, - a fudgey, rich brownie with the thinnest crust layer on top, & sea salt visible as garnish/taste to perfection. This time, it was very different and seemed as though maybe they messed them up as the texture was also not congruent throughout the one I was served. Additionally the people serving me seemed rather impatient and the restaurant felt understaffed and rushed. I tried to make light friendly conversation with the woman who served me and she seemed irritated.
I wasn’t asked if I wanted the brownie heated and watched the guy behind the counter grab it with his bare fingers and toss it into the oven (it is a very sticky brownie now-a-days so I found that to be a little gross).
I ended up going back up to get a different pastry which was incredible!! Pain au raisin. Highly recommend.

Great food, great drinks, great service and great atmosphere. We had the heirloom salad, duck, beef loin and scallops. All meals were great!
Disappointing does not begin to describe Slate! Firstly, how could a menu with 7 cocktails not have 3 available??!! What premium bar does not have the ingredients for cocktails?! Secondly, it's the Magical Dining menu, but 1 of 3 appetizer options (TUNA Tartare) is out. What if a person does not want Huhpuppies (carbs) or the lame Cesar salad. Main: the Creekstone Baby Back Ribs were good (moist and tender), the summer slaw was tasteless, and the fries were lame. Dessert: Espresso creme Brulee was decent.
On another note, this restaurant is having some serious issues, when your staff is running to the next door grocery store for the salad or side to serve with the protein, I think you have a problem.

We have been regulars for about 3 years now and Hudson Clearwater is our favorite brunch spot, hands down. It has all the qualities one looks for in a dining experience. Great service, great food & drinks, in a great atmosphere. We have loved the experience from day one! Our consistent satisfaction with everything has made it our favorite.

This place is so good! I came here a few years ago and I just returned last week and I was reminded of this places amazing food! Their milkshakes are delicious and burgers are good too! The staff are really nice and offered my family a free picture
Really good. The service was fast, Very nice waitresses, and the food is really good. The only problem was that the table I was sitting in was a little dirty.
Excellent food. Excellent service. The lobster fritters and risotto gnocchi were a fantastic starter. I had the pork chops and loved them. Also, the chocolate croissant bread pudding is to die for. Will definitely be back.

This bar is absolutely stunning! Love the atmosphere, the service, the design of the place omg… and the cocktails are unbelievable! High quality, fine taste. It is an old speakeasy with the symbol of a key that opens a door as a logo.. so beautiful also the menu the graphic.. the lights! Perfect. A must see in NYC. I tried the cocktail called Amelia, my friends tried Gaia and another friend tried Powerhouse (if I remember well the name).. all very special
Very high-end romantic vibe. Fruition is my favorite upscale fine dining with many many course meals. Majority if their menu always changes, so your fine dining experience will never be the same! This is a true fine dining place for western omakase experience.

Amazing! From the food to service, everything was five star. We had buttermilk fried mushroom such a fun take on Nashville hot chicken. The rocky melon tasted like summer and the strip was perfection. Ended the night with chocolate pot de creme that brought a tear to my eye it was SO good. Beautiful, cozy restaurant with perfect food.

🎊 We were a party of two and got there around 7 PM on a Thursday. It was PACKED! We were lucky enough to get two seats crammed to the right of the bar, but many people were standing around hoping for a spot.

It was definitely a hidden gem for me. I love type of vibes and ambiance in Leroy. I would suggest to go the for a date, family dinner or just hanging out at the bar type of evening. The Staff and manager Allene were very friendly, helpful and kind. You can tell that people who works at Leroy House really care about their place. 💌✨
Slate is a classy, intimate restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere, complete with gas lanterns. I’ve been there 10+ times. They have fantastic cocktails and a small rotating menu of good food and wood fired pizza. Their food tends to be elevated and usually very flavorful. They’re on the verge of 5-star in my book but you shouldn’t be disappointed here and I will definitely return. I would recommend reservations.

Overall a great hangout spot! Got there at like 6:15 and it was nice and jazzy, but by 7, it was standing room only. The bartenderes are absolutely fantastic though, so kind and funny! I had the Amelia which was a bit like a blackberry type of drink and it was delicious. I would recommend going early because although I love this place, getting a seat at the bar after like 6:45 is going to be impossible on a weeknight.
Delicious American-style cuisine! We loved it so much! Especially, Route 66 burger was super tasty! Also, they gave us a free postcard with our picture. Good service! We will be back for sure!

First time trying Johnny Rockets & was pleasantly surprised. One of the best tater tots ive had and Strawberry milkshake was delicious. Service was great even though it was quite busy and portion size was large. Overall great food and experience at this location!
Service, atmosphere and the price are very much like a Michelin star restaurant, but it’s not. And the food looks great, but taste is more plane comparing to others real Michelin restaurants.
Fantastic spot with great cocktails and amazing service! The cocktails were delicious - we got the espresso martini, the ginger smash, the Mata Hari, and the yankee notions - all of them were fantastic! Olivia was our server and she was absolutely amazing - very knowledgeable about all the drinks, had amazing recommendations, and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing alright! Great genuine hospitality with awesome food with value. The most unique experience was that every staff was so genuine, elevating the experience. Hospitality in NYC can be mechanical (understandably) but this place was exactly the opposite. The somm Alvaro was the highlight of the experience. After noticing that I am studying for WSET (wine certification), he was kind enough to go above and beyond to share various different wines outside of the course and tailored the explanation in the context of the wine exam. There are many nice food in nyc, but the level of care you find at Wicked Jane is rare. The restaurant is a hidden gem with real substance/hospitality amidst the many restaurants in the city that relies on gimmick and hype.
While Denver has certainly changed over the years, this spot has been an unwavering constant, along with my mid morning visits when in town!

100% yes. We went for brunch and got the cheeseburger and fried chicken sandwich. Both were so delicious, not a single thing I would change. The chicken was crispy and paired very well with the pickles. The burger was cooked perfectly to order, juicy, and came with dangerously addictive fries.
The ambiance was beautiful and quaint. It felt like a little hidden gem. Decor and vibe seemed natural and not a forced aesthetic.
The staff were all very polite and helpful.

We were looking for a place to eat nearby and let me just say that we are so glad we chose this place. Not only did all of the staff attend to us in a timely manner but they even sat us indoors right before it started pouring. The staff, atmosphere, and of course food is definitely 5/5. We can’t wait to come back again!
This was a great experience with excellent food and drinks. The service was a little slow, but we had a party of over 30, so that was to be expected. All staff were very friendly. I would highly suggest this for an upscale intimate gathering.
Cutest little brunch spot in Sedona Arizona! It’s nestled in a little garden looking area with lots of trees and a creek behind it, so the ambiance is so beautiful and serene! The service was also amazing - our waiter was super sweet, attentive and they brought our food out super fast. The cherry on top was the food though- everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! One of the best and freshest homemade lemonades I’ve ever tried so make sure you try it ! Loved the dog friendly patio as well ! Overall it was 5 stars start to finish so we’ll be back any time we visit Sedona! ❤️
We absolutely love this place. We sometimes park near the bottom of this road to ride bikes or jog, and you can see the yellow umbrellas from the boardwalk. It has been on our radar for some time. Early Saturday morning, we finally made it there. The view is stunning from any of the tables. There was a 20 min wait to be right at the edge, but we took a table by the fountain and still had an amazing ocean view. The fountain is a work of modern art with water finding its way out of the twisted metal sculpture in a peaceful, yet industrial, way. My wife got the large bloody mary which came with 4 big pieces of bacon and was well-crafted and delicious. I had the blueberry whiskey and it was a little sweet for me, but I usually opt for whiskey and soda water, so I'm sure it's really good to most people, just not me. She got the Smoked Salmon Benedict, which was beautifully presented and tasty as well. I had the Country Breakfast. It was hearty, and even though the ingredients were simple, you could taste the quality. It's worth mentioning that the potatoes were fried and crisped to perfection, and smashed whole potatoes. Very different and delicious take on the home fry staple of American food. Even the iced tea here seemed somehow elevated. This place definitely lived up to the hype. The museum it is connected to is well kept and worth a walk through as well.
When you have a speakeasy designed for bartenders getting off late shifts, prohibition style cocktails measured by sight, and flawless staff, you’re set for nothing short of a spectacular experience. Employees Only did not disappoint.

Really great service! The food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. I recommend making a reservation in the weekend bc it can get crowded! But all the staff was so nice. Totally recommend
Wow. Walked in here hungry after a long light rail experience hungry and tired. Sat at the bar & Juliette took care of me, she was so sweet!!!The staff was so welcoming and accommodating to my food allergy. The chef personally came out and told me what he could make. I love this place!!!!
The food was full of lovely little surprises. The potatoes crisp in the salad lurking underneath the surface like Loch Ness. The creamy nodules in the lobster bisque lurking underneath the surface like jaws. The lobster bisque was thin more like lobster water than lobster bisque. The steak was delicious but a bit over cooked. I’d recommend getting it rare if you want it medium rare. The side of broccoli was to die for. The dessert was crème brûlée, it would’ve been five stars but they put way too much sugar on top and breaking through that was like drilling through the astroid in Armageddon. It was hard like rock. Our server was perfect. The host however was very snarky in a charming way. if this review confuses you… you’re right. On the whole, we had a great time, despite the room for growth. I cannot excuse however the toilet paper which was single ply

Great food. Great drinks. Definitely worth a night out. They have nice seats indoors and outdoors.
We had a reunion with our 2nd cousin on the patio. The views, the food, the grapefruit fizz, and the service were all fantastic!! We'll definitely come back next time we're in Long Beach.
Absolutely incredible brunch. The hostess was super friendly and sat us quickly even without reservations. The drinks were tasty and there was a good beer selection. My friend enjoyed the chicken and waffles. The dish looked incredible….but we weren’t in a sharing mood. Unfortunately. I had the smoked Turkey sandwich and it was perfect. The meat was tender and Smokey. Ot had a great blend of flavors. Would definitely come back just for the sandwich. It was perfect. The fries were crispy and delicious as well. 10/10
An upscale dining treat adjacent to Union Station is a farm to table experience to be enjoyed over and over again. The Korean Friend Chicken Sandwich and the Miso Salmon Bowl were overflowing with flavor and cooked expertly. From the vibes to the food you will not be disappointed!

Always a delight to eat at Claire's. I always enjoy the oceanside views and the always consistent and wonderful food. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The weather was chiller than expected, but that didn't stop is enjoying the sun .

There was no cohesion of flavors here as the croutons were fried in a very intrusive form of fish oil. Steak was decent. Slightly over cooked but enjoyable. Overall I’ve had better meals for a lot less. This is just not what anyone would expect for a $200 meal. Look elsewhere.

A lovely West Village restaurant with excellent food and drinks. More of a Mediterranean focused menu but a wide range of excellent small plates, mains, salads and deserts. Very reasonable happy hour before six with good choice of drinks and nibbles. Their roast chicken is sublime. A West Village gem. Friendly and comfortable back room and a lively bar.
Wow. This is my new favorite restaurant in Denver. Our waiter, Shaun, was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable. The food was so flavorful and everything we ate was delicious. The lamb shank and scallops were incredible. If you’re looking for a spot to eat in Denver, this is it!!

We had a mostly fish based tasting menu, loved the use of some interesting ingredient combos (eg jicama and fluke). It was a surprisingly quiet night so I feel like we had some excellent service.
Took my fiance here for his birthday. Absolutely fantastic!!! Service phenomenal!! Food phenomenal!! Mushroom popovers were amazing! I had the lamb it was the best lamb I have ever eaten. The dessert was a peanut butter and cherry sponge cake thing it sounds/tastes better than I am describing. Will come back!!

Lovely view and nice atmosphere for brunch with a loved one. The service was wonderful and the food was fine, a bit pricey but it’s worth it for the view. They have alcoholic beverages as well as coffee and tea. Breakfast and lunch served all day and the menu is pretty small.
Stopped by for a drink on the Thanksgiving night! What a gem! Cozy vibe with jazz playing in the background. At the same time it’s hip and trendy.

We went to The Leroy House for the first time tonight. It was great. They have decorated inside to feel warm and homey with old rugs and wood floors. The walls have cool photos and paintings. We ordered the Miso Cod and the Hamburger. The hamburger was amazing. Look at how tall it is in the picture. The server said that there are three cuts of beef in the burger. It comes with fries. They have a happy hour before 6 with $4 draft beers. Our service was flawless and professional. We will definitely come back. We had a great time.

We decided to come back for dinner…and noticed there was hardly anyone in the restaurant…we were confused, as there were dozens of people filling the seats in the establishments next door…but still, we took a chance, and are so incredibly glad we did.

Food was 10/10. Best calamari I can remember. The crab parts was to die for and so generous with the crab. Service was delightful. Can’t wait to return.
This is a nice place and they have great view. The parking is about 1 one block away near 9th. The parking lot can get full and the wait can be long so come early. They don't have reservations for small parties. The French toast was delicious but I wish I also ordered potatoes.
Our meal at Wicked Jane was excellent! The service was top notch. The setting was modern and lively but not too loud or hectic. The dishes were creative, beautifully plated, and tasted great with some really interesting uses of seafood. The somm was knowledgeable and made great recommendations even though we didn't do the full pairing.
Maybe my only critique would be that the dining room was a little bare and could have more of a theme or be more eye-catching (the Michelin people seem to love stuff like that) but outside of that single element, the night was essentially flawless. Went to celebrate Valentines Day. We had a prefixed menus but the selection was pretty good. Great tasting appetizers both of us had grouper for the main course which was pretty tasty. Even though it was a very busy night the atmosphere was nice and cozy . James was wonderful...the whole staff is super friendly.
Even in the city with so many places that offer great breakfast, Joseph Leonard stood out. Excellent care all the way through, even in their presentation. We tried coffee, hash browns, omelette and french toast and all were great! (The toast best of all). Plus, the place and staff are lovely.

We got there early and the staff was able to make an early accommodating for us while we were waiting for the rest of the party to arrive. Definitely he order their pancakes. It's very decadent. There omelette was very good and came with wheat toast and you can add a side order of the marinated salmon. Overall, this is a very comfortable place for a family gathering
