Horrible customer service! Employees standing around chatting with each other and on their phones. Don’t look like you need help, that’s not why they’re here, smh. right off of Times Square you have a little magical experience. This is a great place for gifts for all ages ! If you’re a kid at heart then go for it. They have two floors and a great variety
The store is great!!! So many items to choose and not so pricey, compared to resellers selling Disney items. Totally recommend. They have things from 10 dollars to 300. I would like them to have more "adult" things available, such as key chains, scarfs, magnets, mugs, etc.
The Disney store in NYC is no ordinary trip especially with lanterns decoration in the esculators. The items are really cute!! I found a lot if sale items today!! I was really excited to find 25% discount on some t shirts and christmas items. I really encourage all to take scroll around. Be your inner child and juat explore.
The manager there on December 28 2023 morning shift is completely rude. Should not be working in customer service what so ever. Me being a manager position I know what it’s like to deal with customers and she clearly does not and needs better professionalism skills and customer service. Her name is iris . This place is every kids (& adults) paradise. Off course everything is overly prized and I personally felt not worth the price tags, but that should not stop you from taking a ride to fantasy world of your favourite characters. Luckily I visited on Thanks Giving weekend and there some discounts running.

I shop here often and most recently went and was DENIED access to the bathroom with my 7 year old. I'm not even sure if that's legal to have a retail store of that size with NO PUBLIC BATHROOM. Just shopper beware! That was my last time at that store.
Holidays coming up shoppers be aware especially men that accompany wife and kids. As you know shopping with family takes forever sometimes if in between that time you have to use the bathroom while shopping at Burlington, they have a new policy The bathrooms are for employees only . Not open to the public. Even if you're a patron keeping them in business. Men just be aware holidays are coming and we all know those long winter days.

Me and my wife visited the store while we were in New York City and we definitely enjoyed out visit. There are two floors in this store, with an escalator you can take to the second floor. There are a lot of different products spread throughout the two floors. It's a cool store to walk through and look at the different Disney props in the store. Everything in the store looked organized and the place seemed clean as well. Definitely worth visiting if you are a fan of Disney at all.
The store is clean and organized, though some areas are a bit tight to get into and with the flow of constant foot-traffic, it was a bit difficult to move around. In general, the store is worth a visit to see all the product they carry, but nothing really sets this store out from other Disney stores that are far-less congested. I get that this store is directly in TIme's Square and the only thing I am giving it 4 stars for is the expectation that with the amount of people that go in and out, I'd like to see the layout of the store be a bit more open to accomdate the flow of shoppers. It would be very difficult to get strollers in and out of here, especially when the store targets the younger crowd.
Very cool store! Two stories. Escalator to top floor a must. Highly themed and organized areas. So many options! A Disney lovers dream. Store is very clean and has things that you can only find in store and not online.

I get there's alot of theft this days. But nobody takes merchandise to the restroom them walk out.. they just walk out... I had to use the restroom, I ask a worker if I could use the restroom? She laughed at me as she is walking into the restroom....

The Polo / Ralph Lauren brand speaks for itself. However if you love fashion and exceptional service that exceeds expectation, go to the Forum Shops and introduce yourself to Yuchi Jiang. She is Amazing.
In less than a year she has memorized my size, favorite line (purple label), color pallet, taste, my kids style preferences, girl friends likes and dislikes, nephews purchases, birthdays and other special events.
I am also in the know on sales, new arrivals, on line returns that fit my profile and anything else cool going on in store or online.

Only 2 cashiers here wow and this was after 7pm. The longest line and the no AC so it was extremely hot.

Since the moment I walked in to the store I was greeted and welcomed into the store. I received phenomenal service by the cashier and also got rewarded with points for my purchase.

I love the Lilly Pulitzer brand. Have so many dresses. HOWEVER, their customer service is HORRIBLE. While there is a number posted, you can't get through. You get cut off with a message encouraging you to write an email, no one answers for days. They have a chat bot, forget about getting anywhere with that. I wanted to "exchange" a dress I bought . . . but I guess there is no way to do that. I have to RETURN and then rebuy. I would think if I am spending over $200 on one item, I could get a live person to talk with. So so disappointed.

We usually get our everyday clothes from Old Navy, the carry good deals and quality is Ok, sometimes they lack variety but it’s understandable since their designs are trendy.
This place has large SALE signs, but they make it difficult for you to find out the price of the shoe that doesn't have a sale tag on it. In the kids section, I saw 1 shoe that had a sale tag. However, that isn't even thenmain issue. There was a Latina employee today who was the worse I have ever encountered in a retail shop. When I needed to ask for a shoe size, she ran straight to the back, and I know she saw me hilding up the shoe trying to get her attention. When I finally got her attention because she kept dodging me, she wasn't friendly at all. When she came back after several minutes and helped another customer first even though I had been waiting patiently for her help, she said there was no shoe for the size I was looking for. When I asked her if I can get the same shoes size that was on display, she gave me an attitude. When she came with the shoe, she walked pass me and wouldn't give me the shoe box. I asked asked her for the box. She said in a rude manner that she couldn't give me the box. I tried to look at the box since the display shoe had no price, she pulled the box away and said she could not give me the box. I was flabbergasted at her behavior. I told her I just wanted to see the price. Then, she said she would look it up. At that point, I asked my son to try both shoes and tell me if it was way too big or just a little bit because I was going to buy them and hang onto it when his feet grew a bit. However, the lady never came to tell me the price. I put the shoes on the counter and left. The only one who was nice was an African American employee who asked if we were being helped. He was at the register taking care of costumers and even ran to the back to get shoes when asked for a size. The lady was so lazy and rude. I have never been in a store where they won't let me see the box of the shoe or tell me the price. Maybe she wanted it for herself. I don't know, but I used to work in retail and never treated a customer that way. I would never set foot in that store or any Finish Line stores ever again.
This is one of the best stores I have visited. They were very helpfual and very polite. If I did not see what I wanted on the floor, they went to the back to look fir it or they went online to see if it was available. They also sent all if my items back to Florida for me, free of charge and I really appreciated that, because my suitcase was already over the weight limit. Lol! Thanks again and I will be back!
I definitely will not be returning to this place of business. As a single parent with two kids being black I was discriminated by an associate working there. She made my experience come to a complete halt because she was following me, and pretending to recover some shirts which I seen her do about five times. It doesn’t take that much recovery at that point I realize she was watching me and basically following me around. As soon as I picked up some items that I saw in the middle of the floor which was on sale for two and three dollars she kept looking at me and trying to see what my every move was. I knew she was acting weird because as soon as I walked out the store, she hurry up and walk fast to another section of the store to make it appear like she wasn’t watching me when she really was. I talked to store manager, Miss K, who basically did not care about me as a customer and I told her I want her associate to apologize to me for discriminating against me due to my color and basically saying I was stealing when I was not. This happened recently about a few days ago. The store manager apologized on her behalf, but I wanted the apology to be from the person who actually did the discrimination, and then she refused to give me the associates name talking about it’s classified information. You work at rainbow when people come in to shop at rainbow, are you supposed to tell us what your name is because we will have to talk to you if we need a size or price match we can’t just call yo a lady or some weird stuff like That. That was the worst experience for me and I will no longer be going there. You can tell when you’re being discriminated, because when the Black people started walking in the people started trying to recover more so they can watch what you doing, but when other races started walking in, they were being more relaxed and not really observing as much.

Terrible customer service! The girl at the cashier didn't want to take the money from me for the product I wanted only because it was a dollar coin and not a bill. Aggressively threw the coins I had placed on the desk in front of her on the floor. Embarrassed me in front of everyone. Skipped me and my friend in line and made me feel uncomfortable and scared. I won't go back there again that's for sure!

The employees at this store are really not nice. They don't know how to behave, they treated me very badly. I would not recommend this store at Kings Plaza Mall at all!
😡🤬The store that steals the most in the United States, I love everything they sell but if you don't check the prices they charge you when paying, rest assured that 99.9% of the people are stolen and I have verified it many times. I wanted to buy a sweater and since I wasn't convinced by the price, I told him to cancel it and he told me I already did. When he gave me the total, I told him how was he going to charge me $81 for 2 packs of socks and 2 blouses? He said that's the total 🤣.he never removed the sweatshirt and not even if that would be the price to pay. I argued with him and he ended up charging me $61 dollars. I took out my account and it didn't work. I went to the manager and argued that everything was fine, well, in the end up paying $41. This is just to give you an idea of how this shoplifting shop works.

I was looking for a newly released shoe so I called and spoke with Freddie who was very kind and attentive. He placed me on hold to check to see if they had the shoes I wanted in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t have the shoes in the size and color I was looking for. He suggested a few other stores that might have them, told me to have a good night and we ended our call. Much to my surprise about 20 minutes later I get a phone call from Freddie telling me he found one pair of the shoes I wanted in my size. This is what GREAT customer service looks like!! Freddie didn’t have to call me to tell me he found the shoes in my size! He had to take the time to go through the call history on the phone to find my number! Freddie has a loyal customer since he went above and beyond here!!!! Thanks again Freddie!!!
The lady who helped me was so rude, I wish I would have gotten her name. Not coming back to shop here because of her. Asked her to put my return on a gift card, and instead returned it to my mom’s credit card and then said she couldn’t do anything about it. Truly poor customer service and now I have to have my mom order everything online and it takes weeks to deliver a serious inconvenience and she couldn’t have cared less.
I go to old navy’s all over the place trust me but I always go to this Downey location because they always have the best customer service. This time around Megan Topped it all. She by far had the best customer service. She asked if I wanted a bag and if I needed help with sizes and was just very attentive all the way around. Wish all stores had a Megan in them!! :) (I hope I got her name right!)

I have been store here onJuly 17 2022 . At checkout store rep. And Manager Robert refused to make a attempt to apply as much GAP reward as possible on order total. Due his odd behavior I-had first decided to not buy the clothes and left the store unsatisfied. My wife needed her choices of clothes so she went back to accept whatever rewards points they can apply but the manage Mr. Robert had behaved very rough with my wife first and later with me. Scared us that he was going to call security when I had started argued that I was ready to accept whatever rewards he want to apply on order total even I knew that they can apply $30 rewards to $34 order total. Robert wanted to show off amongst their employees and behave weirdly m. I may have forgotten his behavior if he may have limited his mis behaviors with me but I can’t accept his behavior with my wife in public. It is not acceptable behavior. Old navy management should look into this matter and ask Robert to respect at least female customers. As a customer he/she may refuse to buy but that doesn’t mean manager scare customers by telling that he going to call security. He made me felt like a thief when he told me that he going to call security. I could have call police for his behavior but I am not the person of his kind so left the store and decided to report this on social media so people should think before going to this store.

I experience excellent service at this old navy every single time I go. The store is spotless and super organized. Every employee that I have spoken with is kind and directs us if we have any questions. I speak with Celeste every time I purchase something because my mom and I are regulars at the store and she is always helpful and greets us with a warm welcoming.
Prices were good, found a great pair of off white boots to go with my new Coach purse that I won at a charity event, some great sunglasses too. The clothing was a little cheap looking, but the accessories were great.
I walked from the other end of the mall, another family of 4 walked that far as well and 3 young men were there at the door at 6:53pm and the doors were locked. I knocked on the window and the girl shook her head at me. Not good business practice at all. I was ready to buy and quick and I know the other customers were too. Why close early when the rest of the mall closes at 7?

Last minute thing I rushed to Old Navy 30 minutes prior to closing time. Grabbed what I was able too. Shortly announcing they'd be closed. Of course I was the last one there. I was told by an employee that he would walk me upfront to the registes so I can make my purchase because they were closed. I told him: Please I didn't get my Grandson anything... let me get a few things quickly. He gave me a break and said we will meet you up at the registers. Honestly he and the cashier Andrea were awesome and more than just patient with me. Not once did they pressure me or had them on my back. While Andrea was scanning the items I was still choosing some jewelry out for my daughter. Couldn't be more thankful & happy for the service they provided, Thank you all specially to Andrea!

Lilly is sadly going down hill in quality. I used to love buying stuff from them and admit I have bought a lot in the past, but lately it’s all cheap fabric from China. Since the stuff was on sale and they wouldn’t accept returns, I tried to reuse the fabric to make stuff (masks) and resell, and their general counsel came down hard on me for reusing the fabric I paid for. Unfortunately it’s now trash. Very sad.

BASH gave excellent retail service helping me track down my inconvenient size. Although I would’ve obviously preferred the reduced-price pair, BASH emailed me their rewards program sign-up. So earning 1,500 points toward perks like rushed shipping online ensured it wasn’t for nothing. Also, glad the crowds were at Foot Locker & Shoe Palace instead!

I set my merchandise on the counter and the salesperson did not greet us or say hi. The salesperson gave a rude off-putting service but treated the woman before us much better just because they both speak spanish. He looks miserable. I don't understand why he would treat others differently based on ethnicity.
Honestly horrible. They made me walk out before I could even buy anything and I’ve never experienced that. “We can grab the clothes for you” umm no thanks. I’m sorry if you guys deal with A LOT of theft but wow. Very off putting, very aggressive about the mask policy. You should just close if you don’t want or need the extra business. Some of us need the business out there… we’ll take it. Just honestly appalled at the way I was treated AT RALPH LAUREN of all places! I love Ralph Lauren, but that’s so sad and such a downer.
They got good deals there they're lacking on the men cologne in there that they have but other than that they have good stuff for girls boys wives girlfriends best friends they have clothes there for them and they're not too bad on the BBW selection or plus selection they don't have too much of the BBW there but they do have a lot of the plus section plus size section and it's reasonable too not too expensive

Called earlier today to ask if they had a size in a specific make and model of shoe. I was told yes they were in stock. So I drive down there, ask for the size and am told they don’t have it. I wouldn’t recommend this store for the customer service unless you enjoy having your time wasted. The prices and products are normal and the store is clean, but the help/service is subpar.

Helpful staff at this location. Return policy is 60 days and the price point matches the quality. I just tried to exchange a pair of shorts at one of your top competitors (located in DTS) and was told I was 5 days past the 30 day return policy. Was bummed but I went ahead and put back the leggings and top that I was buying. Will be redirecting my purchase to Athleta.

This store deserves less than 1 star. I live in LA and a particular shoe I wanted was out of stock in the entire state. I’m working with a really tight timeline. I continued my search and found that this particular store in Vegas had the shoe in store I tried to place an order online but it was not allowed. I called the store the following morning to hold the shoe. The rep that assisted confirmed they had the shoe and she placed the shoe on hold for me. I hitched the car up and drove 4 hrs to this location for the shoe and I was told that they sold it for an online order. No other options were provided. The shift Supervisor said “we don’t really hold shoes” I said “well y’all shouldn’t tell people y’all will hold a shoe if you don’t hold shoes”. After I stood there a while, internally seething, the shift supervisor offered to call another shoe store in the mall to see if they had it. Thank god they did. I appreciate liz’s efforts but I despise the policy and the fact that if Liz wasn’t willing to go the extra mile, this trip would have been a bust.
Very kind and helpful staff. The store isn’t as big as the Chicago store (and styled very differently also), but they still have lots of products available. Check with the staff members to see what the final price on an item is - sometimes there are sales or online specials that they can match in-store.
This Hurley Factory Store is located inside the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets Mall. This is an outdoor mall. The selection here is great. There are alotta good deals on Hurley hats, tanktops and tshirts. Most of the deals occur when you buy 2 or 3 of an item. Staff is friendly. Store is clean and well maintained.
Love Lily Pulitzer and have been to many of their stores and have always had very positive experiences; however, the Newbury Street Boston location has awful customer service. I think you actually have to try to be that rude to customers / people in general.

I am in disbelief and I'm very upset. I can't believe this just happened! I came to Tilly's to exchange my shorts that were too big and I got them with my 20% discount. The manager told me I couldn't do an even exchange because they needed to be the same name brand which they did not have at the store. She was abrasive and rude when she gave me her response. I then asked for her name. She said Veronica but her badge said Brenda. I proceeded to ask the cashier what her name was and she gave me a different name than the name on her badge. Then I went back to the supervisor and asked for her business card. She wrote Veronica on the card but again her badge said Brenda. I'm asking all the customers that come into the store to be cautious because they are not wearing the correct name badges and are not willing to give good customer service.

Walked in at around 12:30pm, on 1/30/19, and no one bothered to acknowledge that I was there. There were two workers on sight, both looked at me and didn't say a word, no smile, or anything! Others walked in separately, same thing, no acknowledgement. I walked around for maybe 20 minutes, looking for the shoes I came in for. I even walked passed some assossiates and all they did was stare at me. Anyways, I felt uncomfortable so I left and got my shoes downstairs at Footlocker instead.
Guys if you don’t want to be treated differently in a bad way, then don’t go to this store and try

Nice brands and great selection, reasonable prices. The employees are very friendly and so willing to help. I really like the fitting rooms area because there are benches to wait. I'm a mother of 3 boys and everytime I go I also find something for me and my husband, I love that :-)
I have always loved this store by Meadows Mall, but my experience today sucks so bad...you can only try on 3 clothes at a time and when you asked them for a size smaller they give you the look.. like they don't wanna do it ...and when they hand you the clothes they tell you to strip the clothes first in a rude tone ... other store let you try on more than 5 so you don't have to keep on putting back your clothes and grab what you want to try on. Its not convenient at all...And they are speaking Spanish in front of costumers...if I want a Spanish speaking saleslady then might as well, I moved to Mexico...please treat consumers better.
These are great products for people who are in to ath-leisure. The downside is that they are a little pricey. The store is in a nice part of town and very well kept. The employees are very friendly upon walking in and they are happy to assist if you have questions. The atmosphere is overall really good, even if you don't buy anything.
Pretty good prices for some nice outfits. I usually get my sun dresses here. Only problem is, because they tend to run small, you have to get at least one size up, sometimes two sizes, from your usual size.
The security guard and certain staff in this store horrible. Being a young African American lady and not being able to shop without the someone following is ridiculous. I couldn’t pull out my own wallet and phone without this security man staring me down like I was going to put the dress in my bag.. Unacceptably.... Then when I questioned why he’s following me he acts dumbfound like I don’t see you.... if I was you I wouldn’t waste my time and money in here. I will someone else to return what I bought from here.... DONT GO HERE...

Rude rude rude staff! I usually shop in here and never have a problem. Yesterday I was with my son he was in the stroller and the security or whatever you wanna call it was like oh you can’t shop here with the stroller. I was like excuse me why not? He was like it dosent fit. And I was like that makes no sense it fits fine the rough the isle. He was like call the manager, I told him he could call the manager so he did and she came over another rude animal and was like yea you can’t shop with it. Bunch of RACIST in that store won’t be going back there !
Walked into the store around 1:30 today 2/24. Was not greeted, no hello, no how are you doing. Walked around for 15 min in the store while the employe's were "chatting" in the back. Had a pair of pants that I liked and put them down and left the store. I would completely understand not being greeted if the store was very busy, but I was the only on in the store. Apart of buying an high end product is a high end experience.
Staff was incredible rude and unhelpful. Love the merchandise, but SO disappointed by service! Also, hours are listed wrong here! The store is only open until 6.
They messy in there, foot wear disorganized!!!! They display foot wear in the window before entering the store, showing like they have & they really don't have. This store is a liar!!! They need to put a sign up showing for what ever foot wear they don't have anymore!!! Just a disgrace in that store with footwear & clothing!!! I feel they only do that to people just to keep people coming into they store. It's not worth really going into that store UNLESS it's at the last moment because other rainbow stores close earlier. I just left the store 8/5/17
There is a lot of selection but the dresses seem packed in a little too tightly. I think they need more space.

Poor customer service. I went to the store to return some items and the store manager was very rude. She pushed my receipt, debit card and my bag to the side and started calling other customers while I was standing there. As I stood there she allowed a young woman to use some credit card that she claimed is her grandmother's. The two women at the register were speaking their language. As a matter of fact, while one of them who looks like she's on training was struggling with my returns, the so called manager was on her cell phone. As they saw a line getting longer then the manager started rushing me to sign in order to deposit my return money to my account. I asked her for a minute because I was not sure the other cashier did the return properly being that she was struggling the whole time. Then the manager intervened by swiping my debit card herself and pushed my card, receipt and purchase to the side. When I asked to see the manager, she started mocking me: " I'm the manager" with a smirk on her face. The customer hotline staff was really helpful when I called them to report the issue. l will never go there again. The manager's action was disrespectful, demeaning and rude.
