Good sized space, where parents can get coffee and little kiddos can play! Some of the items seem worn and the whole kitchen play equipment is broken and needs replacing/repairing. Staff always friendly and place is clean.
We have a great experience every time we go here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Today was another wonderful experience and we were assisted by Dominic. He was super friendly and went out of his way to help us and explain REI’s discount policy when we didn’t even ask about it. He helped us save a decent amount of money.

Worst customer service experience from an REI ever. Tried to return a pair of pants (REI brand no less) that they claimed were purchased a year and ten days ago. There were multiple orders with the same pants as I had ordered many pairs. The incompetent associate kept me there for fifteen minutes because she couldn’t find them. When she finally asked for help, the other associate supposedly found them with no issue. Shared my concern with the manager on the way out who seemed to care even less than the first two people to “help” me. Radically different than any other REIs I have frequented.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! First, no fitting rooms. Staff would not let me shop in peace! I understand customer service but this is customer harassment. I just wanted look around their very LIMITED stock and I kept being asked if I needed a size despite not wanting to buy anything. Management needs to do a better job, I don’t even think I saw the manager.
I suggest you bring a large clear leaf bag with you for your purchases. We enjoyed our experience until we checked out out. Their “no bag policy” is ridiculous. They had small totes unsuitable for larger bulkier items typical of winter the apparel for sale. Customers and members are left to carry a large number of purchases loosely gathered up in their arms to their car.This is a recipe for being a crime victim or losing expensive purchases. Not good.

My daughter and I love going to the village, we always have a great time. The staff is fantastic, Miss Fufu and Ms LJ are always so great with the kids. Miss Fufu loves to keeps the kids entertained with crafts and a theme throughout all her classes. While Ms LJ allows the children to express themselves in any way they need too. It is always a blast going to the village and seeing all of our friends. It is not only great for the children but it is great for us parents as well.
A Children's store that is not child friendly! If you still want to shop here keep your little one at home. There is no space for a stroller, which I understand as the store is quite small. However One of the workers took it upon herself to make a comment to my child, who was not misbehaving or being mischievous whatsoever, she was just looking at a book and I do not leave my child unattended when shopping. Seems like she has little patience with children. Disappointing.

The village deserves all the love for having such a fun place and activities for kids! LJ is absolutely an amazing teacher and has such a fun spirit that all the kids love her including myself!! Thank you for all the fun Clementine has!
Swim City is an amazing shop! They have an abundant supply of beautiful bathing suites! Astrid & Cristy provided excellent customer service! So glad I popped into the shop on 10/14! Petey, Maryland!
My 2.5 year old loves the Village! Everyone there is so warm and welcoming. The instructors meet the toddlers where they are. They create a fun and relaxed environment for the kids to explore and be themselves. Coach LJ teaches the Lil Sport class and she’s always got a smile on her face! She makes sure that all of the children feel engaged and included. I recommend the monthly pass so you can pop in whenever you want, it paid for itself in the first two weeks.
Exceptional owner - knows what items sell and has them in store, knows how to provide hospitable service and leaves the customer with a memorable experience. Left with sunglasses, a stylish men’s top, tailored with stretch material, and flip flops. Upscale coast apparel, great vibe, at a price within reach.
Came to return and purchased one item. The associate told me I can do everything with her, and I waited until she was free. There was an other customer went to pick up a different size which I didn’t know, upon her return the associate started to check out my purchase and asked me to return downstairs. I reminded her that she told me I can do the return with her as well, so she agreed to help me with the returns ( I already felt unwelcoming). I offered to wait for the associate to help the other customer first and then do my returns, she insisted to do my returns first. The other customer started to complaint and the associate turned right back to help her. I felt very innocent and it looked like I was trying to cut the line, so sad, that maybe why many of us are purchasing online, so we don’t have to deal with unprofessional customer service. ( I will return online in the future too)!
I didn't realize Swim City closed at 6pm. When I arrived, a few customers were just leaving. They said "the store is closed", but Christy & Addy were waving me to come in. They said they had a things to finish up and that it would be okay for me to shop while they finished their nightly tasks. They were so welcoming and sweet! Thanks so much :)
Their primary items are clothes and outdoor equipments such as bike, shoes, tents. They don't have sports equipments likes bow, hunting gears.
The collection isn’t that good compared to other stores also they have trials rooms closed so waste of time visiting there
Truly an incredible place for your child (and you) to foster amazing relationships with other children and parents. The Village goes above and beyond to make the kids feel a sense of security while teaching them invaluable lessons. The staff are incredible with kids of all ages. The cafe is an added bonus with some really delicious treats for adults and children. The owners, Dana and Neha, are both wonderful people and are very present and hands on with both locations.I can’t recommend this place enough!

It’s a MAJOR problem when you have your employees working in an over 83 degrees !!! It’s extremely hot !!! Owner doesn’t care. So I won’t be back.

Visited after checking online and here, on 9/3/23 @ 1pm, and the store was closed with no warning and without specific cause. Extremely disheartening when traveling to a decent hike and counting on REI for gear to accomplish said hike.

A worker yelled at me for trying to maneuver my stroller through the store - ITS A KIDS STORE. Make it accessible for people with strollers.
I found a full ensemble - a lovely dress and a cozy cardigan - and it much exceeded my expectations.
I can always depend on Old Navy if I need something last minute.
Store was a damn mess the store is never together when I go.Employees are literally screaming across the room at each other while customers are shopping The worker with the blue braids had us standing at the register while she finish doing whatever she was doing she didn’t even acknowledge we was right in front of her then when she finally finish she started screaming that she needed a bar talking bout if she ain’t have 1 the clothes aren’t going out.the manager seems more like a friend than a actual manager they letting the workers do whatever they want honestly won’t be coming back seen a lot of reviews and apparently it’s still a problem that is not getting fix

I visited Sarasota for many years, and passed by swim city many times, yet this year was the first time we actually went into the shop. Wow wow wow. So many beautiful products, very well set up, super friendly hospitality from the staff. We strongly recommend this shop to anyone who needs swim related products! We loved our purchases. The company needs better policies for exchanging clothes, the current one doesn’t make sense if the clothes that are trying to be exchanged are obviously paid for and come from the store
Came here to look for a dress. The dress department was an absolute mess. When we asked the sales associate for help she said it’s a zoo and we were basically on our own. Over two thousand dollar dresses were just on the floor. I was so shocked to see this from Saks!
Saks 5th ave? More like scams 5th ave. I called customer service to place an order because my size sold out online. They gave me issues about using the same promo code I was using online…safe to say I purchased my designer goods elsewhere. Saks needs to improve their customer service. Being told a different size isn’t Eli glen for a promo code is mind blowing.
Disappointed in staff and management behavior. While shopping a couple days ago the staff accidentally overfilled a tire causing a very loud explosion. Several people screamed and others went into duck-and-cover. It would have been simple to just call out and let patrons know what occurred. In this day and age and with a large veteran population in the area, that would have been common courtesy. My sister and I were near a lady who was visibly upset and frightened. My sister asked an associate if they could let people know what happened in an announcement and she looked at my sister like she was insane, very rudely said no, and walked off. On our way out my sister saw the manager and relayed calmly and quietly that she was disappointed in how things were handled and how she was treated. The manager barely acknowledged her and said, ‘Sorry you feel that way’ and turned away.

Beware this store practices racial profiling! After being a member for years, I’ve always enjoyed the excellent customer service that REI provided in the past. However, I’ve had the most awful and embarrassing experience imaginable. I picked out some clothes to try on, but decided to put it aside to use the restroom. At which point, and associate ran to me and asked if he can help in sarcastic and rude manner. I explained my reason, and asked to leave the clothes aside so I wouldn’t have to research for the items. He took my items and said they must be placed with the cashier and I can collect when I’m ready for the fitting room. There were no other customers harassed and asked to do the same. Thereafter, I approached the cashier and somehow knew I was the only customer with clothes in the back since no one asked my name or what items I had. She rudely told me that their “policy” is that i can only take 5 items to the dressing room, and she would hold all the items until I’m ready to exchange them. I felt embarrassed and ashamed at manner in which I was treated. This has never occurred to me before and I have never heard of such a policy. I will never visit this store again and ensure to warn others the same.
Placed an order online for a dress for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere else I looked. It arrived the next day beautifully packaged. So happy to have found this store will absolutely be purchasing from them in the future!
Love love love the downtown Sarasota location 🤍 I always find tons of cute stuff and the girls are just the best!! Today, Christy even went out of her way to clean up a scratched pair of sunglasses for me since it was the last pair.
Yesterday was our first time at this location and it was great! Very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful especially Jacob who assisted us in the bike section and was super knowledgeable. We found some great clearance finds and will be back to find a suitable bike for me with Jacob’s help.

The Atlantic Center location is much closer to me but I walk 30 minutes out of my way to come here because Fulton St location is less crowded and it always seems to be easier to find what I am looking for.
Went in person before it closed and got a bunch of items, got home and discovered that the employee that rang us up left out a whole bathing suit and socks but made sure to ring up and made us pay for everything… at this point not much can be done but make sure to check your bags for ALL your items that they rang up. Super disappointed and upset.

I dont know why you guys hire lazy people that doesnt have any customer service skill, I was waiting on line to buy a pair of shoes nothing else and when was my turn on the register the guy didnt want to help me he sent me to the next register wchich i dont have an issue with it, but the person paying on that register has at least 30 articles to pay , only 2 register on a sunday when you guys are busy really? And one of them didnt want to help me , so i just went left the shoes back where they belong and walk out but my surprise was that when i was walking your racist cashier did took another customer, so he didnt want to help me at all i guess LACOSTE doesnt like latinos or at least your employess does

As soon as I walked in the women’s shoe department, I greeted the staff and she turned her head away. I’m a woman of color and I feel like I’m not welcomed in this store, let alone do I feel comfortable asking for my size for the Jw Anderson mules I came here looking for. Very unwelcoming and Saks is one of my favorite stores. This is very disheartening to be experiencing this type of treatment in 2023 is unbelievable.I am a professional that makes GREAT money. I should receive the same treatment as anyone else. I’m overwhelmed with the actions. I have yet to receive a greeting and I’ve been in the store standing in the corner.

I want to make an exchange and I went to the 1st old navy representative and expressed to her of a certain size I’ve been searching for, I begged and plead to her (which wishing it wasn’t necessary) if she could find the size if available in the stockroom, she search to see in her computer and said there were 4 left of the size I want available. I already had a item in hand so I went to put the item back where I found it from the rack, when the second old navy rep went to the same rack as i, the size I wanted wasn’t available (which it was not how I expect) but the second representative, name Chris, thankfully was really helpful to me even though I was rushing and fumbling because I knew the store hours was about to come to a close didn’t want to cause in wasting their time and energy (again wishing it wasn’t necessary) but Chris was kindly patient with me, helped me out a lot. Chris offered me suggest options for the size item I wanted and helped me with my item exchange….Chris was a godsend….thank you so much.
I visited your store yesterday and had not anticipated purchasing cosmetics, but was intrigued by a LaMer display. It was difficult getting help and when I did it was less than helpful. The person did not know where any of the products I was interested in were, did not know prices and could not answer basic questions about the line. The second person was called in and managed to sell me the $600 of products I knew that I wanted.

I like their stylish clothes and when they have my size they fit well. I wish their women clothes selection was larger. Best in-style clothes in town.
Just had my sons 3rd birthday here. Absolutely FABULOUS! He had the best time, even the adults had fun! They set everything up perfectly and were incredibly hospitable. Thank you to the Village and staff for having such a cute space and throwing the best birthday party! Everyone had a blast!
Mariana is the best cashier out there! She is so respectful and helped me check out all clothing items I bought. She is kind and patient and took her time helping me. Many of the workers are helpful and are respectful.
It was by chance that I stumbled upon this adorable children's store. There are a variety of books, toys, and unique merchandise available at the store. Their clothes are absolutely adorable. The owner, sales manager, and staff are all very friendly, helpful, and eager to help you find the perfect gift. In addition to being decorated for every holiday, their windows are as whimsical as well. It's a favorite among the neighborhood children!! This is a great place to go if you need a gift for a newborn, toddler, or 6 year old! There is also a sister store called Disco that is just as amazing and fun as this one!
visited the store's sales section only to find out that some guy arrived a couple of minutes before and simply bought all shirts that were within a normal size range. He must have taken with him at leat 50 shirts, all the same color and design in different sizes. I was sure that the cashier will tell him that there is a limit on the number of shirts he can buy since it was pretty obvious that he is just going to resell them some place else. She didn't. She rang up like ten shirts, had him pay for them and then she rang up the next ten shirts. Not sure as to why they wont let other customers enjoy some reasonably priced products.

Posted African American security woman today was so mean to me and my dog. I have Black friends and I don’t discriminate them. But this woman is unbelievably mean. She is like one of the Black people who hates Asian. When I entered the store, an African American employee already told me that I have to carry my dog when shopping which I did. I carried him while walking around the store. Then I found some baseball caps that I wanted to try. So, the store employee allowed me to put down my dog so I can try them. My dog was so behave and he just sat or stood next to me. Then this Black woman security showed up and telling me not to put my dog on the floor. I told her I need to try the baseball caps so I can I try it if I am carrying my dog. She came to me twice. After trying 3 baseball caps, I walked around the store carrying my dog. I saw another base ball cap, then put my dog and try it. A woman who was a customer asked me if she can play with my dog. I said yes while I was trying the beige baseball cap. The black security woman followed me all the way back of the store where I was trying the baseball cap in one of the mirrors. She accused me of allowing my dog to roam around the store which was a big lie. My dog was with the the other customer playing with him. I felt I was being so harassed by the security and I fought my rights and insisted that she lied and kept accusing me. Then she asked me to leave the store because she could not accept that she was wrong. I approached the cashier white woman and told her the real situation. She did not listen. The other customers already kept saying that the black woman security is also mean with them. In fact, the white woman in the cashier took side with the Black woman security even though I was upset and felt being harassed by this black woman. Lacoste management should do something with their security and white woman in the cashier because they were
both mean to me. My witness were the customers and the woman who pet my dog. I always go to this store and my first time being harassed. Watch out for the Asian customers who shop to this store.

Kristin made planning a party at Sparklicious at GPNY so seamless and simple. Alyssa, Holly, Angela, Caroline and Vishwa hosted the most crowd-pleasing, high-energy Sparklicious tea party! These ladies had a plan, kept the party moving along smoothly, and filled every minute with fun. They were coordinated and efficient; every detail was attended to. Of the 26 cumulative years of my children’s birthdays, this was the first truly stress-free celebration I’ve been able to sit back and enjoy! Worth every single penny and then some.
We had our daughter's 5th birthday celebration at Sparklicious. Kristin, Alyssa, and the rest of the girls made the entire process super easy and efficient - from planning to the actual party. Our daughter and her friends had a blast! Highly recommended!
My daughter had an amazing 8th birthday; she said "the best birthday ever!" The Glam party included so much SPARKLE! Her friends all said they had a blast! Kristen, Alyssa and their team always do a tremendous job and are so attentive! The girls related so well to all of them and they go above and beyond to make everyone feel so special. Kristen and Alyssa worked with me to add pizza and arcade games to the package-anything I can think of they helped make a reality! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Highly Recommend.
First time in there I was impressed. Only thing I didnt like was the fact the clothes sit so high on the wall and its hard to get them down and waiting on an associate takes awhile
My daughter had the best time during a private playdate at The Village! The others moms and I also loved that the kiddos were happy with safe and fun (lots and lots) of beautiful toys to play with while we enjoyed delicious coffee. The play area is plenty large enough for several children with different interactive areas, the seating area for parents is comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The price is great too. I highly recommend The Village, our toddlers loved it.

Really adorable kids clothes, but crazy expensive. I didn’t give two stars for the price though, I gave two stars for the customer service. I was persuaded into buying and extra outfit in case the other didn’t fit- later to find out they don’t do returns, just exchanges. In addition, every time I go in the woman working is very uncomfortable. Makes me feel like my child and I are in the way and an inconvenience. Now I’m stuck with a $125 gift card to a store I’d prefer not to go into.
We've been to Sparklicious for a few birthday parties and always enjoyed it. My daughter loved it so much she wanted her own birthday party there. Kristin made the planning very easy and was always available to answer questions via phone, email and text. On the day of the party, Alyssa, Kristin, Penny and Keke did an amazing job with canvas painting, jewelry making and sparkle tattoos. My daughter and her friends all had a wonderful time.

Ghetto and rude manager...didnt open the doors until 45 MINUTES after it was scheduled...had a nasty attitude about it too. Stared at me standing at the door and kept moving around the store...Cars were waiting outside wondering what was going on and she DID NOT CARE. Being African American myself...its sad to say but its ALWAYS THE BLACK WOMEN that have the nastiest attitudes ...are ghetto and unprofessional and have the eye rolling, neck twitching thing going on.I tried to reach corporate and had a hard time reaching anyone.

I haven't been to a Citi Trends in yyeaarrss. It is much better organized. I didn't feel overwhelmed shopping. It was a great experience and they had more than I remember them carrying for the household. The employees were pleasant as well.

Very poor layout. Some less frequented rows were huge, while more popular ones were small. Specifically, the undershirts were crammed in 2 small bins with no order, and stacked on top of each other which took 5 minutes to dig through to find my size. The aisle was incredibly small while 3 customers were all trying to dig through at the same time.
Haven't been to Citi Trends in a long time and I was very happy that I stopped in. I know I will have to come back so I can get me some of the nice clothes that they have there I really like there shoes allso. I will be shopping pretty soon. Keep up the good work. GKS.

Brought wife in for a dress fitting. Sales staff was top notch and showed her a collection of several colors, styles, and lengths that they thought would look good on her. My wife was so delighted with the specialized service. The sales woman actually ran downstairs to grab a pair of shoes just to see how they would look with the dress. Wow.. Wife bought a dress, needed to be altered and it was done in ONE day. Will definitely recommend Saks Fifth Avenue and thank you for the wonderful service through this painful pandemic...
My two daughters loved the "Tween MakeUp Bash," they did through Zoom with Sparklicious! From the minute their supplies were dropped at our door, they were counting down to the class! Both girls had a great time, and learned a lot about makeup and being a kind person!
Customer service certainly isn’t in their wheel house. I called and very politely asked how much a particular item is, the lady said she wasn’t sure and that I would have to come in and look. Then she laughed and hung up on me.
Customer service was amazing. I was able to go get a couple of last minute Christmas gifts without any problems. And I got a little something for myself as well.

Normally, the customer service is fine. Today I walked in with a Citi Trends bag. I immediately was asked to check my bag in. I said no, I have a return. Get up to the counter. I am greeted, but the same young girl that asked me to check my bag, I'm presuming she was the manager, had to assist with the return. I sign the receipt. The cashier that waited on me immediately gets on the phone. I had to ask if that was it. Why? How about thank you and come again or something. Really? Customer service training NEEDED!

It's really dirty looking inside. Prices are very cheap. A lot of it is also made very cheap. They do have a wide variety of plus size clothing and very cutest plus size dresses. The staff are a lot of times grumpy and rude except for only like one or two.
As always, this is my store! Awesome deals and lovely clothes. Wide variety of styles and sizes. Very affordable and of good quality. You lost a star because the one working bathroom in such a big store in the middle of Downtown Brooklyn is not good. There is never any water to wash your hands, in that one working bathroom either. Please do better Old Navy!
I’d never been in there before and when I walked in... I WANTED EVERYTHING!!! I went in to just browse, but I was so excited to find one of the hardest things for me to find. Bras!! Not only did they have my size, the ones they had were cute and very inexpensive. And to my surprise they have held up so well. I purchased them 9 months ago and they are still going strong and I wear each one about once a week.
Came here on 1/5/19 for my daughters birthday party. I was promptly greeted by the event staff with a smile; everything was ready and set up. They decorated the space beautifully for my daughter and guests. There was dancing, makeup application and they created lipgloss and lotion. The food was very good and everyone was happy!!! Alyssa was the coordinator i dealt with and she was wonderful!!!! She responded to emails and phone calls promptly. Highly recommend for young girls!!!
This is a very old store, literally from when I was a kid 30 + yrs ago. It could definitely use some updating in the way of cleaner and updated restrooms and check out lanes. However you can get amazing discounts on brand names and the associates are always in there working hard to keep it organized. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I purchased an oversized chair and the associate loaded it for me without me having to ask. I've also found jewelry that had $95 tags and only paid $5.00 for. It made great stocking stuffer's for Christmas. When the lines are backed up they intercom and backup comes quickly. I think management has done well.

Nice store with a lot of selection. Pretty cheap for me , but for others expensive. Good selection of clothing. I especially like the Gucci that they have.Some clothes were unfolded and not taken care of. They should be neater. Other than that, everything else was very good.
I've never worked retail but, I shop ... A lot! This is only the second Rose's I've ever seen in my life so, I can only compare it to the little one close to my house and, other stores with similar motifs. Great variety and, selection of: clothes, housewares, toys and, well ... A little bit of everything. However, the clothes racks were so overloaded it was hard to see what was on them. The staff was friendly to the point of being a little obtrusive and, there was a smell ... It was not entirely pleasant. That being said, it was also gigantic and, inexpensive thus, I will be back.
I found this store by accident and from that day I’ve been shopping here. They have some of the best prices with surprisingly some very good products. Some of them aren’t the best but in a way you get the quality what you do pay for. The have a wide variety of clothes, shoes , hats etc that guarantees that you find something that fits your style. The few employees I encountered were friendly and the store was very clean. It was crowded in terms of being organized and could be a bit more efficient and user friendly but overall it provided a great shopping experience.
When you walk in this place there is a funny smell to it. The items they sell are very cheap but the prices reflect that. One register open and a line of people. There was a lady helping bag people's items when she could have probably served better opening the other register.
Roses Store in South Hill has a really nice variety of plus size clothing bought several dresses there for casual and church also nice tops for work. Household products great prices. I always stop there after coming from VSU visiting.
Customer service in this place is absolutely ridiculous. Employees yelling across the store to each other about ordering food. Asked about an item on the mannequin employee pointed never checked to see if I found item and went back to whatever. When checking out employees talked to each other before even acknowledging the fact I was waiting to check out. Good customer service is a must got to do better people.
Nice discount store! They have clothes, hair products, patio furniture, toys..you name it and it's cheap! When I say cheap I mean inexpensive and not the quality. I purchased a few t-shirts that were seriously only about $2, a couple sundresses under $10 and a pair of capris for $8; they have been worn amd washed several times and they have lasted..no rips, no tears, no fading! I wasn't expecting much because you know, you get what you pay for as the saying goes but this was a pleasant surprise.
This store has potential, but needs a serious cleaning. The store is very dirty, and the bathrooms look as if they have never been cleaned. I don't feel this is a safe place to shop with small kids either because of the filth.This store is kind of like a large Dollar General and has variety but very cheap made things. I went once and won't most likely return unless they make it a more comfortable setting!
