Very hard to reach the reception through phone. I wanted to make an appointment for my daughter but nobody picked up the phone. Either they should hire more staff or ask the reception to pickup the phone

today we visited for my 4th month old baby. First they only 1 hour wait and said your appointment confirmed but then we again asked after one hour there is no appointment still they booked and said to wait 2 hours. I never recommended this clinic to anyone. it's worst experience which I ever had in my life

Worst place ever to get treatment ..my wife had a cyst on her face and she was in a very bad pain ..couldn’t sleep well for 3 nights cause of pain ..we went to this clinic and doctor told us to have ultrasound done from diagnostic centre …which was next door…we got it done after one day and there was a wait of 2 days for the results to come out and on the 3rd day we had to walk in the clinic cause of the pain + we didn’t get any phone call from clinic and they didn’t answer our 5 phone calls or bothered to call us back..upon arrival in the clinic receptionist told us there is no doctor in the clinic but they are open till 6:30..when we asked about the diagnostic results she said results were here..then we went there next day my wife had to leave her work early and finally when they answered my call 7th time they told me there was no doctor available again but they are still open till 6:30pm and yes my wife was their patient in pain from over 6 days now..long story short don’t waste your time and energy on this clinic..look for something better with good reviews….
And her pain is now gone thanks to urgent care Braydon and airport location ..we walked in and same hour she was taken to procedure room and treatment was done (no ultrasound was needed in first place and nothing was feeded indirectly to our minds regarding cancer-which was never the case in her situation)

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. But I always find the receptionists very accommodating despite being one of the busiest clinics I have seen. The doctors are all pretty amazing as well

Everytime you book a appointment there is no point because they will still make you wait 1 hour. Doctors book too many appointments to make more money and than patients time is not important. They think patients are free and they dont have a job

Dr dhulku/sachdewa and Pranay are very good and professionals. But if you are going to see bindu gupta then don't waste your time. She has 10 seconds to see you and she doesn't even sit down. She will explain you to go for a blood test or get advil while standing and then she will left the room. That's it.
And by mistake if you Tell her that you are a driver by profession then everything you suffer that's due to your job. 😁
2-4 hours wait time for 10 seconds.

this is the worst place to go when you need medical attention.staff is so unprofessional and you have to wait atleast 4 hours. dr sachdeva don’t listen to your medical problems. if you tell him that you are in pain he will respond with simply one sentence oh you’re not in pain you’re fine lol. like if we’re not in pain or sick so why would we waste our precious time on such rude and unprofessional people.
