Shoppers World Medical Centre

I love the Shoppers World Medical Centre location because it’s conveniently located near my home. Philips Abraham is my preferred masseuse, and I always leave feeling relaxed after his treatment. He’s a great listener and always targets my hard spots, providing the best treatment every time. The reception service is very organized, and they remind my schedule a day before my appointment. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great massage.

I know dr macdonald since d last 18 years d inspite of so many health issues I am only surviving because of his intensive care towards me he takes keen interest in going to d root cause of every issue d advises accordingly hes d best v knowledgable honest patient d hardworking a v pleasant human being - Rita

Place is a complete joke. I was interested in Dr.Peter Jones to be my family doctor because of good reviews. I came in with an apointment to meet and greet. I waited 1h in lobby, asked reception about it and she was suprised that noone took me...15m later i was called inside. I then waited 45m in a patient room with noone around. After total of 2h wait, i qwalked out of that place. A week later receptionist called me saying dr.peter jones decided to take me as a patient...have to admit she did make me laugh, how this clinic still functioning is beyond my understanding.

I called 1 day before coming to see my family doctor, as an urgency. Apparently, when I walked in, they said that you can only come after two weeks, and until that the doctor ( let me be more specific, Dr. Kapacee) doesn't want to see us as she deosn't have time, and our reasoning is not urgent (anymore).
When we told the receptionist that we were told on the phone, a day before, that she's available to see us after 5, the receptionist is now telling us that it's a communication mistake? I mean, just because of their mistake we drove almost 60 minutes there and back, and still, no respect. We were talked to so rudely by them, and then they have a zero tolerance policy. These people need to follow their own policies first and then tell the others to do so.

Disgusting, terrible, horrible management and doctors. I'd never suggest anyone to come here. Waste of time.

Receptionists are terrible. Management- terrible . Doctors, even more terrible.

Please don't waste your time here. Your life is more valuble than wasting time here. These people don't deserve even one star.

Worst team of doctors, there was a time when patient was doctors priority but with time and money it changes so ridiculously. One has to spend a whole day to find out that they can’t do anything. Shame on our system.

They do not deserve any star!! I give them 0!! Receptionists were not helpful, their system sucks! Made me wait for 2 hours, then when I checked when I can expect to be called, they say there are 8 more people before me!! And I know there were people who came after me that got seen first!!! And the receptionist just shrugged her herself and says there is nothing she can do!!!
