Friendly Staff. Clean, Neat and Organized Facilities. I like the 30min workout room.

I’ve recently attended the Planet Fitness on 6430 Eastex Fwy in Beaumont, Texas and I must and will say it was the most horrible experience I’ve had at any gym. I will not be participating at any planet fitness ever again. Place was disgusting filled with dust all over machines like they’ve never been cleaned before, there is cracks in the floor panels all over that somebody could easily trip on. I go to do a normal exercise on a machine and it just breaks. And when I notify management, this red head lady(Chris) apparently the manager was rude and sassy. She avoided to complete any of my needs and treated me with a horrible attitude like she hated her job. I know some places you just can have one bad experience but I will not think that with some so called management treating their customers such way.

The wonderful lady up front, forgive my not asking her name, was so very sweet and helpful. It was my first visit as we start our nationwide travels. Thanks so much for putting a smile on our faces after a rather rough morning.

Yalls new crazy hours are going to have me switch to anytime fitness!! This was my favorit gym and that says alot cus i travel all over the US for work and i have yet to see a planet fitness that has all my favorit equipment and some. Bit i cant work with yalls hours. Wish yall could open earlyier and close late

The club has a good variety of clean, well-maintained equipment. Atmosphere seems to be geared more towards the average fitness buff, so you don't feel intimidated by more hard-core lifters.

Joining Planet Fitness has been wonderful! I have so many machines at my disposal, as well as free weights. It is SO clean! It’s made my attempts at getting into better physical fitness more pleasant!
