Buy things from here at ur own risk. Bought 2 light cover on 23 Sep 2023. Was told on installation day, it will delay 2 weeks. We accepted. Now its been 2 months since purchase date. still not given. Only keep saying shipment not here. Cant give exact dates. Only pushes his responsibilities to Shipping company. We should do our due diligence before buying.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! THEY SO EAGER TO GET YOU TO BUY. AFTER PURCHASE AND INSTALLED, IF ITS NOT WORKING THEY DONT EVEN CARE IF PRODUCTS WORKS OR NOT. THEY JUST TELL YOU ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. NO SENSE OF EMPATHY.

Before buying anything from this shop go check Shopee or Lazada. The prices at Shopee / Lazada are more than 3 times cheaper.

As mentioned in other reviews, this shop charges separately for lighting installations ($18 per light fixture), and claims that the exclusion of lighting installations is written in the invoice, when it was never actually verbally communicated to us that lighting installation is NOT included, despite heading to the shop multiple times. In fact, we were told that all installation was included by various salesmen, and we were only told about this on the day of delivery itself. Avoid at all costs.

Red flag! Warning and purchase at ur own risk!

We really hope we had read the reviews before we made the decision, and cross our hand hope that the lights will last and won't spoilt as we don't want to deal wth them again! Terrible experience!

They're a group of ah beng, threatening, verbally assault, bad attitude, bad service, terrible boss (Julian) , lousy manager (John) , incapable sales, bad delivery, terrific+horrific after sales all in one package! They threatened to dispose our parcel after they failed to deliver the parcel, and also failed to note down our lock no so the delivery guy can't access into our unit! They also threatened us, said to call police, or made us pay by their own way, excuse me? We're the one should be suing them!

Avoid! U never know until u meet one, we hope we never walk into that shop! They deserved to be baned and closed down forever! Please do not buy from them.

Ordered 15 lights from this shop and also arranged installation with them. On the actual day, the installer came and didn’t bring the correct ladder and hence abandon the installation. Waited for days for a new installation date. After much wait, a day was then fixed. On the actual day, the installer called to say can’t make it and have to come the next day where we waited whole day at home for them. They were also not informed about the correct ladder to bring. I went to the shop to speak to the boss and the boss say it’s not his problem when it comes to installation, he is only selling lights…😅😅this is the first time I hear from a boss about good customer service…ok, next, he told us we have to pay extra because the ladder is different..instead of apologising for making us waited at home twice without a successful work being done…so, you go figure yourself why this shop has poor ratings. Next day, the installer came and install without much problem and we pay extra because of all these delay. One month later, two of the installed light become faulty. The shop say that it’s not their problem to come fix it. We have to engage a technician to take down the light and go to his shop to make an exchange.. wow.. this shop is really one of the worse I have seen.. don’t patronised them or you will regret like me..

I bought a bunch of lighting for my newly renovated house, one of which was supplied wrongly by the shop. When I informed Julian, he said that he does not know if it is the fault of the shop or my fault that the light I received was not X but Y. This was after Julian and his sales staff accepted that based on the tax invoice, I had purchased X and not Y. Julian's response was ridiculous, when it can only be the fault of the shop that the wrong light was provided to the customer. To even make such a comment is telling as to Julian's attitude when it comes to after sales service. Thereafter, I had to bring the wrong light back to the shop at my own cost for exchange, and engage another electrician at my own cost to fix up the correct light. The whole experience was disappointing, especially since I had spent more than $580 at this shop.

In any event, I recommend that if anyone still wishes to purchase from this store, to check all appliances before you make payment and leave the venue. The service after you have made payment is regrettably atrocious.
