The lady Mrs soja,sitting as front line staff inside aiko mall ,Access clinic dont know how to behaviour customers, don't fix these type of irresponsible staff such a good hospitality like Aster..Really bad service from her..

Very very bad experience every one treating like labour..Dr. Deepak talking like hell no manners sorry please recheck management...dip1 access clinic is very very bad experience...

I am having NAS insurance. Every time visiting access clinics, nothing is getting covered in clinic services, like injection, IV drips, but surprisingly it gets cover even in aster hospital and rest of all the clinics, thought to ask the management, if they can tell me how it is possible.

Recently visited clinic, got appointment with Dr. Atiq, a very professional,humble, and got all the athics to listen my problems, he explained all my issues very nicely, as I left the room, I was much satisfied with consultantion,
I really appreciate the clinic staffs , and receptionist,
Overall I recommend everyone around the area, to atleast visit the clinic as it's well organised and take your appointment with Dr. Atiq, the best one so far for me among all doctors, which I visited.

Dr Deepak Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service. Always amazing treatment.

I'm not expected this from Aster mediclinic, Such a worst experience. The staff and the doctors also need to learn public manners and advanced medicines. I had visited 3 times in a month due to fever, the medicine they giving not effect full. Around 20 to 30 minutes waiting at reception for registration (weekdays). And the lady sitting front desk speaking like disrespectfully. We are patients like customers. We are expecting caring & well customer service. I don't know. This review aster delete or something. If the management see this make an action regarding this. Sorry tho say this to aster.

Dr. Atiq is amazing. I mostly schedule my visits to him. I am completely satisfied from his medical consultations. He is always willing to listen to any concerns we have (even casual conversations). If there are any concerns we missed we can easily message him or he easily accommodate us in the next schedule. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to inform us and answer any questions we give. Clinic's staff is very friendly and make an effort to make us feel comfortable. The whole Access Clinic and staff is helpful and exceed my expectations!
