Premier Medical Clinic

Similar to other reviews, my family physician is great, but front desk is terrible. Also, there are several times that you try to call and the call doesn’t connect. I’ve mentioned this to the front desk, no one cares.

As previous comments are saying it’s sometimes hard to get through on the phone and you’re placed on hold for a long time. However, my doctor Dr Paras is amazing. She’s super straight forward and was great throughout my pregnancy and with my little one, as well as any other concerns me or my family had. Best doctor I’ve ever had, caring and takes time to listen to you no matter the issue!

Dr. Krueger is amazing. However It took me two hours of consistently calling before a line even opened and then I spent over 10 minutes on hold before I was even able to book an appointment with reception and this happens every time. It gets tiring having a family doctor that I can't get through to 99% of the time because of the phone delays. Whether this is an overcapacity issue with too many patients and not enough doctors or understaffed reception, this needs to be fixed. I'm over it.

Dr Lao is amazing and I had a great experience with her. However the staff is concerning. Before being seen by the Dr the nurse who took my pressure seemed very rushed, threw on my cuff haphazardly. Then basically threw me into another room without any explanation or reassurance. Should i take everything off? Drape myself? Sit on the exam table or in a chair. No direction was given other than the Dr will be in shortly. Then I called 2 weeks later regarding followup advice for a potential complication. Dr.Lao was away on vacation and before I could explain my situation the receptionist hung up on me mid sentence. As someone who also works in healthcare this is not how I would treat patients, as a little compassion and empathy goes a long way especially where their health is concerned.

I love this clinic, been with them for a couple years now. The receptionists and nurses are so kind. Dr. Brar is the best doctor I've ever had. She truly cares about her patients.

Why can I NEVER get through to your office? It’s impossible to speak to someone. Last month I tried calling the office and called 27 times in a day before someone would pick up the phone.I’ve also had to call other locations. Shy of getting in my car and driving there, this office is impossible to get ahold of. Then when you walk in, at any given time, there 4-6 people at the receptionist desk?!?!? Help me understand
Why can’t I call and make an appt with my doctor? Is it too much to ask for someone to answer the phone OR the phone is disconnected for the duration of the day.

Yet again(a week later)….,,been calling all morning and the phone rings busy at the clinic. IMPOSSIBLE to get through to speak to someone.

Doctor Tabani is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and questions. He had a thorough understanding of my medical history and was able to provide me with clear explanations and recommendations for my treatment. What impressed me the most was his genuine care and compassion for his patients.Overall, my experience with this doctor was nothing short of excellent.
