All good just room conjusted.

Close proximity to Al Haram, but too busy!!. I did go during Ramadan as well!

Lift is not good, more often you will see lifts are not working. Rooms are ok. Dining hall needs maintenance. Hand Wash area near dining hall is pathetic.

Rooms have around 6 beds, with fridge, AC. Overall it's okay within the price range. The hotel is close to Haram and around 5 minutes walking distance. Service looks fine at the price range

The location is a 5 minutes walk from the Haram, however, the rooms are very much congested. There is no WiFi service in the rooms, for that you'll have to go down. The staff doesn't help at all. The only plus point is that they understand Urdu, Hindi and Bengali, so there is no language barrier for the people of subcontinent.

However, the fact is that this is condition of all the hotels in the vicinity of Haram, size-wise and service-wise.

Only Positive Point of this Hotel Is Its close Location To Haram,
Otherwise you wont Get Wifi In rooms, Wifi Available only in Lobby Which Too Is Very Small.

Rooms are Small And Filled with Beds They Dont Leave any Space For luggage in rooms Specially Corner rooms, Try to get Room in alley
No room service, They wont even.Clean Room On Regular basis

You should come prepared if you plan on staying here during your umrah stay. The location is very convenient and close to haram sharif. Their rooms are unclean and no service available for you at the hotel.
