The receptionist is lazy and extremely rude. She makes mistakes on appointments, dates, times and doesn’t get the doctor to call back when she says she would, but most importantly denies everything with a bad attitude, when confronted about it. The doctor rarely see the patients and when he does it’s from behind his desk without even getting up. These people are unprofessional and clearly would rather be somewhere else, even if we pay big tax money for them to be there and help. This clinic is a joke .

Why do you show up when I search walk in clinic?

The patients at this facility are not important to them. The receptionist's demeanor makes it seem as though the clients are not paying. They frequently send prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, which causes patients to go without medicine. Sometimes they even forget to fax the prescription to the pharmacy. When you phone back to talk about the problem, the receptionist blames the patient entirely rather than acknowledging their error. I was without medicine for more than 4 days as a consequence of their poor work, which had an impact on my health. On a snowy Saturday, I was rushing to get my medication and coundn't get it because they didn't do their job. Receptionist is a joke that nobody would like to laugh at.

I consider Dr Marr the best doctor I have had in my 90 years of life. And I have lived all over the world and have had several fine doctors.
His office is very efficient. He/they respond quickly and effectively.

I had call appointment with the doctor, he asked me to send him a photo of my issue and never called back even after I call them 2 times

I brought my 8 year old daughter here on a Saturday. No wait, fast, courteous and efficient service. I didn't even have her care card on me but they helped her right away. Dr. Chitsaz was very reassuring and took time to answer questions. Two days later I called back with questions and they were again very courteous and helpful. Thank you!
