Indeed everything we ordered was simply SUPERB……all items were equally liked by all our Members/guests……. in time arranged for delivery and hot condition…….customer service especially is too good ; helpful/understanding/considerate….will recommend for worry free/tasty food for any occasion/event………

We ordered for 30 peoples. Quality and quantity very good. Taste was great. Timely and perfect service. They helped us to load the food in my car. Everything was great in their 5 star menu.. you can trust them Tahir Bhai great job.

I recently ordered their 5 star catering menu for 145 people for my kid's birthday party. The food was amazing everything tasted really good and unique. And we didn't run out at the end we atill had quite a bit of food left. Their staff and delivery person were also friendly and nice. I was hesistant to book any catering as this was my first time to order such quantity but have had a great experience with these guys. Will come to them in future.

We love the taste of the food, it was so delicious!! The bun kabob was soo yummy, they even warmed it up for me which was very nice🙌 The portion size was very good, worth the money! The staff all very helpful, kind and patient👏 There is a small section of where you can get some groceries like spices, etc. 10/10 would recommend 🎉

Very disappointed. Ive been ordering from shaheen since my boss introduced me to them. Sometimes they’re on top of everything other times they mess up. Like today, i placed a large order because i was travelling two hours to pick it up and than driving another two hours to my mothers. I especially called 4 times to repeat my order and clarify anything that was expected/wanted.
I specially repeated my order to this male who answered my call and i believe his mother the other three times. Repeatedly said i don’t want onions on the food.
Unfortunately, everything was filled with onions (topping). As well as the salad.
The smell grosses me let alone carrying it to my mothers in the car.

The taste of food is delicious but at least they should follow instructions.

IF ONLY ONE PERSON COULD HANDLE TAKING CALLS WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS maybe, they’d get things right.

But, both bun kabob had onions. Yet, your answer contradicted what the point is here… You were asked to put NO ONIONS in just bun kabob.. so WHY DID BOTH HAVE DOUBLE ONION IN IT?

It was a wonderful experience trying their food for the first time . Bagharay Baingan was simply the best we had ever tasted . So was Bihari kababs. Naan was piping hot as well . Really enjoyed it with my family . Will be a regular customer from now on .

Genuine and authentic Biryani! One of the best I've had in years. You will feel the warmth in the story of this family business. Shaheen (falcon) the chef has mastered this recipe for the past 20+ years. The staff is kind and friendly let alone caring and clean. I have more good things to say, however I'd encourage you to go try it out and enjoy the tasteful experience.
