This is the best clinic.. they doctors are soo good .. after India i got the best doctor here, they are bilingual and really helpfull and available for any emergencies

was booked for a new patient appointment. when we got there we were taken back and had our weight and height taken, filled out paperwork, and then was told the doctor is no longer accepting patients.

Good doctors, no doubt about it. However, availability is always an issue. Also, on most occasion no body picks the phone. At least have an online appointment system in place that shows doctors availabiliy.

Dr Nasir Ayub is very educated and a friendly doctor. He is very humble and listens to the patients problems very well. Also the staff is good and efficient.

Clinic schedule showed open on Labor Day 10am to 3pm. Medimap showed 20 minutes waiting. I came in at 10:05 am to see doctor has not come in. Doctor came in at 10:23 am. There are many such clinics across where the Doctors are not punctual. It is time the Province does something about it. What baffles me is why the staff put waiting time on Medimap without the doctor even showing up. My actual waiting time was 50 minutes.

The doctor is knowledgeable and their in-person service is good, but I've been trying to call and book an appointment for the past week and they have never picked up the phone and have no voicemail.

[UPDATE: they clarified that the doctor was on vacation, but for that purpose I still strongly believe they need a voicemail message.]

They close before I finish work so being able to book an appointment in advance so I don't waste a day off is pretty important, especially when what I need is refills on my insulin prescription.

Took my wife to this clinic with a severe ear pain as it was the closest place to home that had an available doctor. Dr. Farhan Khan showed empathy and displayed excellent bedside manners. He took the time to understand the problem and in my opinion asked all the right questions. I'm most likely going to switch from my existing family doctor to this one...that's how good I thought he was.
