I haven't seen Brenda when I went in the store and I got concerned. I have been looking for her to help me. I have always shopped in this store and she was always there helping me. She is a great worker
I went to this store today while the mall was very busy not necessarily expecting to find anything because I was looking for jeans and always have a hard time finding ones that fit correctly. Naija went out of her way to help me and I've never had a better experience in a store and I've never had jeans fit me as well as the one's she found me. Huge kudos to her, she's so great at her job and so kind while doing it.
I had an AWFUL experience at the Express store! I applied for credit card and they did 3 inquiries on my SS. not enough when I went there to exchange my purchase, they did a return instead. I had to pay my purchase twice! The manager is VERY RUDE, she didn't do anything to help me out even though they made the mistake! Unless, you don't care about multiples inquiries I DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING FOR A CREDIT AT EXPRESS
Stopped by 2 hours before a wedding, desperate for dressy clothes for my tall, teen son. One of the managers, Clark, not only helped us find the perfect shirt and tie to go with the Express pants we already had, but he steamed them too, to save us time getting ready. A lifesaver. Great clothes for men of all ages and body types, and outstanding service too.
My all time favorite place to shop. i pefer fitted clothing with style and comfort... and you better believe this store has it all. They have a Male and Female section divided by the fitting rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Been shopping here for the past 15 years
Overpriced cheaply made garbage.
I recently was shopping and decided that, even though I knew they were terrible, I'd give this place a try. The entire men's section seemed like a cruel joke, with shirts that are exactly the same as other mall stores but priced twice as much. The displays meant to show the outfits looked like the were designed by people who know nothing about fashion, it looked like the way guys dress when they want to look fancy but just look trashy.

I waltzed in not even sure if I would buy something (as I usually do) but a wonderful employee named Brenda was so helpful (and had a great fashion sense!) that I made several purchases. The man and woman at the counter were very friendly as well. Recommended!
