I shop at pacific grocery store biweekly when my vegetables get low and I love their peanuts
Felt unsafe, dirty area, time for the government to step in and clean this place up, maybe tear it all down and rebuild from Jane and Sheppard all the way north to Jane and Steeles
If not for Pacific Supermarket and Rexall PharmaPlus, this plaza would be useless and dead. Even the Petro Canada gas station is bad. Poor service. Low empty selection of snacks. Dark and gloomy aura overall.
This small Plaza has a gas station, Asian supermarket, Rexall, laundry mat, little Caesars, dollar store and other small businesses. Not much around unless you need to pick up something from the supermarket, Rexall, or the dollar store.
Parking lot can get quite annoying to navigate through as the design and layout is odd but I think they're fixing that.

One of the white staff didn't know what a patty was. I asked for spice and she told me a lie... that there is no hot/Scotch Bonnets country Pepper etc. But they do have it.
The Jane Shoreham plaza has some small shops like Dollar Bazar and some mid-sized stores such as Rexall pharmacy and Pacific Asian grocery.
I usually do not shop at the Pacific grocery store because it does not accept payment by credit card (Isn't it very strange in the digital world?), and there is a strong smell of meat, chicken, and fish being cut and sold in an open area inside the store.
Although the dollar store is not small, it appears to be small and unwelcoming since it is crammed with lots of items and has very narrow isles.
The strip shopping mall has a significantly big parking area, and there is a gas station (Petro Canada) at the intersection of Jane st. and Shoreham drive.
I rarely go to this mall, but it is a good shopping place for the people of the neighborhood.

This plaza has been around for a long time. With a new Asian store renovated. There is a Pharma-Plus, new Little Ceasers Pizza, and Caribbean restaurant ( best food ever) a dollar store at the corner and more. Great plaza to do all your shopping needs and more. This plaza has accessible parking, and some stores are accessible.
