This company refuses to call FedEx to update my address to that my luggage can be delivered. They shipped my luggage using FedEx and only gave them my name, city and zip code. FedEx cannot deliver due to incomplete address ( luggage is 10 minutes away). Air France the company who gave them my luggage has been emailing them 3 times a day for the past 7 days to no avail. This is unacceptable and I cannot believe they are allowed to have a business license.

Shockingly poor, bag missing for >3 weeks, BA told us to contact this company directly. Supplied a picture of the very colourful case missing and told to merely ‘speak to BA’. Pathetic and literally zero customer service, the whole airline industry needs a huge reboot.

On 29 August my luggage was delayed but arrives on Manchester airport later that night. They keep saying to the airline baggage never arrived. I can see from my phone app luggage is sitting on their deposit. They never reply emails, what a bad service, worst ever. I came to work offshore for 8 weeks without nothing on me. What a mess

Absolutely hopeless company and abismal service. My bag was accidentally tagged incorrectly and was sent to Marseille. The person at the baggage desk then helped me fill out a form and gave me a sheet of paper with a number to contact that no longer exists… when you try to contact the number listed on the website, they say that the line has closed and are no longer accepting calls. They will respond by email within a few hours but they are simply copy paste responses and they cannot help you at all. When you ask for an update they simply say we have no update and will contact you later when they do, which never happened… almost 3 days later I got a call saying the bag was ready to collect and was told to call the number back when I was at the airport. When I arrived in the terminal I called the number but no one picked up… after about half an hour of trying to get through to someone, they eventually answered and gave me my bag. I understand that my bag getting lost was not this companies fault but the very unfriendly service and the fact you cannot talk to anyone on the phone made me extremely stressed and completely ruined my holiday as I got my bag just 8 hours before I had to go to Heathrow and leave the country.

If I could rate lower I would . Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Zero communication let alone an update on the status of your missing bag . Our nightmare stated 12 days ago to try and retrieve our delayed bag with zero updates. I have a GPS tracker on my bag I knew where it was at all times yet Global Baggage offered no status update to my urgent need for my delayed bag.

Very poor customer service the phone line doesn't work, staff don't know what they're doing my bag was in the Manchester Airport for a week they couldn't locate it to me, i kept on sending them messages after messages,really i don't know what they are there for!! absolutely ridiculous they don't help at all they kept on saying it with the courier company when I contact the courier company they will say they haven't received my baggage so disappointed with there services 😕.

After some digging for GBS's direct phone numbers at Heathrow Terminal 3 I want to give special mention for Muhammad at GBS who was working at Heathrow T3 on 06/08/2023 for being very helpful and reassuring and taking his time out in order to provide me with all the information to enable me to collect my bags the next day after they had been stuck at Amman airport for over 3 weeks! Also shout out goes to Sayed who reassured me that we were still able to collect them even though we were running late!
