Great location. Near market area. All type food available nearby.

Toilette smells bad rooms. Each room is close each other. Toilett smells like hell at each floot. no Service. Lifts are 3 just 2 working 1 Always closed only 4 people can go. In lift other wise it will still say to heavy loaded.
Aftar nimaz 30 people waiting lift and u have to wait 15 minutes. from lift to. Room. THATS A BIG stress and bad Service. Not recommended.

Staff member Abdul Latif was very friendly and helpful. He provided excellent customer service and regularly checked up on how customers were. Whenever there was a problem Abdul latif would solve it straight away. We forgot our iPad after checking out from the hotel and we were informed immediately by this brother. He is a very hard working and honest brother who made our stay excellent. I have seen very few people as hardworking and honest as him. Overall, the hotel was really good, however, the female receptionist was very rude.

One of the good budget hotel in misfalah. It has a good room. I like more in catering servis, because it has pure indonesian food, with indonesia ingredient. So good

Worst ever hotel, worst service, worst staff, we have a prebook and prepaid room, but when we get there, receptionist told us they don't have room available , it was really stressful as we have a patient with us, we have to move to other hotel. In the meanwhile isha prayer started, so we thought lets move to other hotel after praying, as roads were full of hajis praying. To perform wudu i ask her for washroom, and she literally told me to "GET OUT" and started shouting. Don't book this hotel at all

Really not a healthy environment to stay in! Stuff is rude, the entire building has an odour, the one bed in the room was broken and we complained about it, Nothing was done about it. Rooms were not cleaned, We had no hot water. There is no basic needs in the bathroom. Terrible Terrible!!! STAY AWAY!!!
