Look for Anne Reyes! She's amazing. She found the perfect car for my partner and I, explained the process very well, and gave solid advice. We were buying a car for the first time and naturally had a lot of questions but both Anne and Nomer were transparent, approachable and incredibly helpful. They were the perfect duo! We're very happy with how it all turned out.
We went to Charles Glenn Toyota recently to book our new car.We were assisted by May. She made sure she listened to what we were looking for, suggested us a car that fit our needs the best and also gave us the best deal possible on the new Toyota Grand Highlander! The service is always exceptional. The service front desk is helpful and I want to shout out to the shuttle gentleman (very sorry I forgot his name) who picked me up from Costco and drop me off right at the front desk so I would not need to carry all heavy stuff around. Also front desk was very considerate to bring the car back to me, again, as I have lots of grocery with me.

I had an amazing experienced with Anne Reyes and team. As a first time purchasing a brand new car, I was hesitant because of the not so nice stories that i heard from dealing with a dealership but not with Anne. She was so transparent by giving all the breakdown and costs of each car. I appreciate her for not making me to decide right away,but to just contact her when i decided.

Lana's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like family from the moment I stepped into the dealership. Despite my hesitation after test driving a car with her, Lana never once pressured me to make a decision. Instead, she took the time to understand my needs and preferences, diligently searching for similar vehicles that could potentially fit the bill.
Her proactive approach didn't stop there. Lana went above and beyond by notifying me of a new listing that hadn't yet undergone inspection, but she believed it could meet my requirements. This level of attentiveness truly impressed me.

Brought my 2020 Sienna to Charlesglen Toyota twice, spark plugs filled with oil, and engine rattled heavily when idle . Service manager said " It's normal to have spark plug filled with engine oil" , and deemed the car as " normal condition" , so they don't fix it. Will update video of the " normal rattled engine " soon. 5 start for their "bravely normal honest behavior" :)) , but not for their expertise :))
Great experience at this dealership. I was paired with May and she was both personable and professional, and we quickly developed a good relationship. May was very knowledgeable about the differences between trim levels and was able to help me choose one that best suit my needs. All staff I engaged with were helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend May and this dealership to anyone looking to get into a Toyota!
