DO NOT COME HERE! worst doctors I’ve been too, absolute disgrace to charge 120 dollars and not help me or give me a refund. Should have read the reviews. Doctor was not friendly or helpful.

The doctor that took care of me had no empathy at all. I felt judged and he didn’t explained anything to me. They made me go three times for something they could’ve done in one appointment.

The doctor himself is very pleasant and i had no issues with him whatsoever but never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service from the front desk. They are rude, they shout from one end of the room to the other about your personal medical details and when asked to come closer and talk privately I was told no and she just huffed and puffed with zero respect infront of all the other patients. It was very embarrassing. I've never left a doctors office so upset. These girls need to either get a new job or go for some intense customer service trainning. Very unprofessional and let's the whole practice down with their disgusing attitude!

Went in with pneumonia. The doctor told me there was nothing wrong with me. I was rasping as I breathed. I had a fever. I asked him to listen to my breathing because I could hear crackling with each breath. Not only did he not help me, he told me there was no noises when I was breathing and that I was fine. He was dismissive and rude. I went to my usual doctor after work and was diagnosed immediately with pnenumonia. Home for a week on antibiotics. Would NOT recommend.

This is a money making machine. It’s cash over customer service full stop.
I went to see a doc to get blood test done. The visit took 5 mins and I had the lab form.
Then organised a follow up visit to collect the results.

During my second visit not all results were ready so agreed with the doc that I will get a call.

Didn’t get the call so emailed the clinic that I haven’t got the call and this is my mobile number. Got a reply saying that I must see the doc. I got worried and went to see the doc (visit #3). Doc said there was no need to come in and that all results are normal. HOWEVER due to admin error, one test wasn’t done.

That was OK by me, lab will do the test and doc will give me a call in the next two days & advise the results. No need for me to visit again.

No call after 2 days so I sent an email to the clinic asking to remind the doc to give me a call. I got an email back saying I have to come in. I replied saying just remind the doc that I’m waiting for the agreed call. Clinic replies me back that WHY doctor needs to call me.

Luckily in the meantime the doc remembered to give me a call and I replied to the clinic receptionist that it’s all sorted now - good bye. Even still the receptionist sent me an email saying I must come in.

I do understand that the cash only moves if there is an appointment but I’m not going to accept that a simple blood test requires four visits and that there are money hungry hawkers collecting cash in any opportunity. Even when the lab admin error is caused by the service provider, not the patient.

I have no issues with the doctors or lab staff. It’s just the admin people who are amazingly painful and have lost touch to the real world and customer service.
